Black Actor: Top Hollywood Exec Groped Me

In the wake of many female stars and employees coming forward about Harvey Weinstein’s alleged sexual harassment and assault, actor Terry Crews has a story of his own experience with sexual assault in Hollywood.

The “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” star, 49, shared his story on social media because he wanted to let his followers know that Weinstein “is not the only perpetrator.”

“This whole thing with Harvey Weinstein is giving me PTSD. Why? Because this kind of thing happened to ME…” Crews tweeted Tuesday. “My wife n I were at a Hollywood function last year n a high level Hollywood executive came over 2 me and groped my privates” . . .

The “Expendables” star said he didn’t “kick his ass” because he thought of how the media would spin the story. (Read more from “Black Actor: Top Hollywood Exec Groped Me” HERE)

Christian Congregation Sues City Over Getting Taxed

A church in San Rafael, California, is suing the city for charging thousands of dollars through a special property tax from which religious facilities are supposed to be exempt.

The action was brought in Superior Court for Marin County by the Pacific Justice Institute on behalf of Valley Baptist Church.

The legal team explained voters in San Rafael approved a special tax in 2010 through a referendum.

It provides that the city can charge the owners of “non-residential structures” up to 14 cents per square foot each year.

But in California, churches and religious institutions are exempt from ad valorem taxes, which are assessed in proportion to the estimated value of the property. (Read more from “Christian Congregation Sues City Over Getting Taxed” HERE)

Bad Marriage Tied to Bad Health in Men

The ups and downs of married life take their toll on dads’ hearts, a new study found.

The roller-coaster relationship between spouses causes blood pressure, bad cholesterol and weight to rise and fall in men compared to those in stable relationships.

When things are bad and the relationship is deteriorating, men’s blood pressure soars.

But when they got along better with their wives, men saw their bad cholesterol and weight drop and generally saw cholesterol and blood pressure improve. (Read more from “Bad Marriage Tied to Bad Health in Men” HERE)

Ex-Airport Security Employee Alleges Managers Recorded, Shared Co-Worker Sex Videos at JFK

A female former security supervisor for the company that protects John F. Kennedy International Airport has filed a federal complaint alleging the outfit was “overrun with misogyny, racism and harassment.”

LaDonna Powell worked for four years at Allied Universal Security Services, which is contracted by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to secure the Queens airport. She claims in court papers filed Tuesday that she “was subjected to a shocking campaign of abuse and hazing.”

In an exclusive interview with the I-Team, Powell said male managers touched her inappropriately and made lewd comments about her body. Four of those managers are named as defendants in the federal lawsuit. The suit also names two Allied project managers and one executive for the company.

A spokesperson for Allied Universal Security Services, which bills itself as the largest security services company in North America, told the I-Team the company just received the lawsuit Tuesday morning and is reviewing it. She said Allied does not comment on pending litigation. (Read more from “Ex-Airport Security Employee Alleges Managers Recorded, Shared Co-Worker Sex Videos at JFK” HERE)

Firefighter Fired for Bringing Watermelon to Station – Here’s the Crazy Reason Why

Earlier this month, 41-year-old Robert Pattison went to introduce himself to his fellow firefighters at Engine 55 at Joy and Southfield in Detroit. Second Battalion Chief Shawn McCarty calls it a tradition for firefighters.

“It’s not mandatory, it’s voluntary,” he says. “You come in bearing gifts. The usual gift is doughnuts, but you are allowed to bring whatever you want to bring in.”

And Pattison, a probationary firefighter, decided to bring a watermelon wrapped in a pink ribbon. We’re told some African-American firefighters were instantly offended, since 90 percent of the people who work at Engine 55 are black . . .

FOX 2 spoke to Pattison by phone, who claims it was not a joke – and he did not mean to offend his fellow firefighters. But he clearly did. Fire Commissioner Eric Jones says the Fenton native was officially discharged.

In a statement Jones says: “There is zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior inside the Detroit Fire Department. On Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at Engine 55, a trial firefighter (probationary employee) engaged in unsatisfactory work behavior which was deemed offensive and racially insensitive to members of the Detroit Fire Department. Hillary Condemns Harvey Weinstein But Keeps His Cash

Hillary Clinton broke six days of silence on the Harvey Weinstein scandal hours after he was alleged to have committed three rapes, saying she was ‘shocked and appalled’ – but saying nothing about returning his tainted donations.

The 2016 presidential loser issued a statement through her spokesman saying his behavior ‘cannot be tolerated’ – shortly after Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Joloie said they too were victims.

‘I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein,’ Clintoin said . . .

Her statement ended silence but left open the crucial issue of the vast amount of cash Weinstein donated directly to her and her family, and brought in frm his celebrity friends.

And it came after two public appearances in which she said nothing about her mega-donor friend’s sexual harassment scandal, even as she spoke atone, at UC Davis on Monday, about the ‘double standards’ faced by women running for president. Commit a Crime? Your Fitbit, Key Fob or Pacemaker Could Snitch on You

The firefighter found Richard Dabate on the floor of his kitchen, where he had made a desperate 911 call minutes earlier, court records show. Bleeding and lashed to a chair with zip ties, the man moaned a chilling warning: “They’re still in the house.”

Smoke hung in the air, and a trail of blood led to a darkened basement, as Connecticut State Police swarmed the large home in the Hartford suburbs two days before Christmas in 2015.

Richard, 41, told authorities a masked intruder with a “Vin Diesel” voice killed his wife, Connie, in front of him and tortured him. Police combed the home and town of Ellington but found no suspect.

With no witnesses other than Richard Dabate, detectives turned to the vast array of data and sensors that increasingly surround us. An important bit of evidence came from an unlikely source: the Fitbit tracking Connie’s movements.

Others from the home’s smart alarm systems, Facebook, cellphones, email and a key fob allowed police to re-create a nearly minute-by-minute account of the morning that they said revealed Richard’s story was an elaborately staged fiction. North Korea Targeted U.S. Electric Power Companies

The cybersecurity company FireEye says in a new report to private clients, obtained exclusively by NBC News, that hackers linked to North Korea recently targeted U.S. electric power companies with spearphishing emails.

The emails used fake invitations to a fundraiser to target victims, FireEye said. A victim who downloaded the invitation attached to the email would also be downloading malware into his or her computer network, according to the FireEye report. The company did not dispute NBC’s characterization of the report, but declined to comment.

There is no evidence that the hacking attempts were successful, but FireEye assessed that the targeting of electric utilities could be related to increasing tensions between the U.S. and North Korea, potentially foreshadowing a disruptive cyberattack.

“This is a signal that North Korea is a player in the cyber-intrusion field and it is growing in its ability to hurt us,” said C. Frank Figliuzzi, a former chief of counterintelligence at the FBI.

The FireEye report comes on the heels of an NBCNews.com report in August that U.S. intelligence officials are increasingly worried that North Korea will lash out against enhanced U.S. pressure by using its fearsome cyber capabilities to attack U.S. infrastructure. The Left’s Attacks Are Getting Personal, Incredibly Violent – Felony Assaults on Conservative Blogger

We have been treated to a year of rioting and violence over the mere hint that a conservative may speak at some college. The intolerant, fascistic, violent Left seems determined to demonstrate just how vicious and despotic its instincts are.

And the Left has apparently upped its game even further now. Well-known blogger and investigative journalist Warner Todd Huston woke up in the middle of the night this weekend to discover his car on fire. There is no reason to mistake this as some kind of accident and every reason to assume the worst. Over the past year, his house has been pelted with eggs and hate graffiti, his flags have been desecrated and destroyed, and now this. (Huston wrote his own account of what happened.)

According to Warner, in the first incident, a flag was removed from a flag staff on his house and left shredded on the front lawn. He replaced the flag, but within weeks it was gone. He put up another flag, this time of the U.S. Army seal. Shortly thereafter a corner of the flag was burned and above it was scribbled “Die Dogs.”

Charming.

Warner had already had his garage door egged. With the flag burned and the threatening message, he decided to file a report with the police. Then his garage door was again egged, this time with the message “racist” written on it.

Warner doesn’t hide who he is or what he does. He writes about immigration and the issues with Islam, along with many other issues of interest to real Americans. In the Left’s vernacular that means “racist!” But now their vandalism and destruction of property is no longer limited to statues and other symbols in public parks. Now it is getting personal, at least in Warner’s neighborhood.

After this second incident with the eggs and graffiti, he filed another police report. Finally, Warner awoke in the middle of the night Saturday at about 1 a.m. to notice a glowing outside his window. Going out to investigate he found his car in flames.

I was awakened by a noise outside my home. I can’t really say what the noise was as it woke me from a deep sleep … I looked at my window and saw what struck me as a strange light outside. So, I went to the front door …

The police came to investigate but claimed they couldn’t classify it as arson because there was no evidence. Warner, however, found a melted plastic bottle sitting on the seat where the fire started. He said the bottle cap was on the floor of the car and it smelled like gasoline. The bottle and cap will appear in the official firefighters’ photos, which were taken that night. We can only hope the police will find that evidence compelling.

Warner maintains his own website, Publius’ Forumhttps://www.gofundme.com/vandals-burned-my-dads-car. He began blogging in 2001, making a name for himself in the “blogosphere” early on. He got in on the ground floor at the urging of the late Andrew Breitbart when Andrew began his now-famous website in 2008. Warner has continued to write for Breitbart since then, in addition to many other publications that carry his work.

Huston’s son has set up a GoFundMe page in hopes of raising enough funds to replace his car. Huston says it was an old car, only covered by liability insurance. For most in this business, writing does not make one rich, or even comfortable. It is a labor of love and commitment to our beloved country – a nation now threatened by the forces of anarchy. Stranger by the Minute: Vegas ‘Hero’ Security Guard Goes Missing

By Leo Hohmann. Every time it appears the investigation into the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history couldn’t get any more bizarre, something happens to take things to the next level of strange.

After a week in which the timeline of the shooting was changed by police and then contested by the Mandalay Bay hotel, the sheriff who has been the local face of the investigation lashed out at the public he had just days earlier asked to help in providing information about the killer’s motive . . .

Campos, meanwhile, has disappeared from public view. A security guard has been placed at his residence and he skipped out on five interviews Thursday night in which he had planned to break his silence.

He was scheduled to appear on the Sean Hannity show on Fox News Thursday night.
“We were in a room and we came out and he was gone,” Campos’ union president told reporters, according to ABC News’ Stephanie Wash.

Campos is represented by the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America, which did not respond to requests for comment from Fox News earlier this week. (Read more from “Stranger by the Minute: Vegas ‘Hero’ Security Guard Goes Missing” HERE)

Las Vegas Shooting: Police Shift Timeline Again in Concert Massacre

By AP. The gunman who sprayed more than 1,000 rounds of bullets into a Las Vegas country music concert also took shots at jet fuel tanks and targeted police officers responding to the scene, investigators said Friday in portraying a killer who seemed determine to inflict even more carnage than the 58 people he murdered.

Investigators gave more details on the chronology of events surrounding the shooting and pushed back against criticism that they were changing their story.

Shifting accounts about when Stephen Paddock fired his first shots in his 32nd floor Mandalay Bay suite have led to questions about whether police could have done more to stop him on Oct. 1. (Read more from “Las Vegas Shooting: Police Shift Timeline Again in Concert Massacre” HERE)
