By The Blaze. One of the first House Democrats to openly call for President Donald Trump’s impeachment now says it’s not good enough and would rather see him locked up all by himself instead.

In a Tuesday afternoon tweet, Rep Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) said that she had had enough of the president’s “filthy talk of whistleblowers being spies & using mob language implying they should be killed.” . . .

President Trump has been the subject of emboldened calls for his impeachment from Washington Democrats in the wake of the controversy over a whistleblower from the intelligence community’s report about a late July phone call between the U.S. president and the president of Ukraine.

In the wake of the controversy and impeachment push from House Democrats last week, President Trump remarked that those who fed the information to the whistleblower were “close to a spy” and “You know what we used to do in the old days, when we were smart, right? Waters: If Pompeo Defies Subpoenas, I Hope ‘We Can Drag Him in or We Can Arrest Him’

By Breitbart. . .[Maxine] Waters said, “I do agree that this president has instructed those who we have been subpoenaing not to come before our committee, not to cooperate. It is outrageous in what he is doing. And now that we have more information, factual information, for example, that Pompeo was on that telephone call, he must respond to the subpoena. He must come forward, or he could be charged, I believe, with obstruction of the impeachment. And I don’t know everything that goes along with that, but I certainly hope that it means we can drag him in or we can arrest him.”

‘Bidengate’ VIDEO: Joe Biden Brags to the Council on Foreign Relations About Withholding $1 Billion in Aid From Ukraine

On Monday’s episode of “White House Brief,” Jon discussed a 2018 video in which former Vice President Joe Biden bragged about threatening to withhold $1 billion in aid from Ukraine unless Ukraine fired the lead prosecutor investigating Burisma, the company tied to Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

“Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, was a consultant and a board member for a Ukrainian energy company called Burisma,” Jon said. “Burisma is riddled with corruption charges and came under investigation by a prosecutor for corruption … after they start the investigation for corruption, Joe Biden gets on the phone with the president of Ukraine and says fire that prosecutor or else. Biden admits that he does this on tape.”

While speaking on a panel with the Council on Foreign Relations on Jan. 23, 2018, Biden bragged about withholding aid to Ukraine.

“I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and Yanukovych that they would take action against the state prosecutor and they didn’t. So they were walking out of the press conference, and I said we were not going to give them the $1 billion. They said you have no authority. You are not the president. The president said … I said call him,” Biden said. “I’m telling you, you are not getting $1 billion. I said you’re not getting $1 billion and I am going to be leaving here in six hours and if the prosecutor is not fired you are not getting the money. Well, son of a b**** … he got fired.” . . .

According to the Democrats, the Ukraine scandal involved Trump telling Ukraine that he would withhold money if he did not get dirt on Joe Biden. Jon asserted that it turns out that everything the Democrats claimed Trump said is what Biden said to the former president of Ukraine. Teenage Boy Died While ‘Protecting’ Sister, 5, From Home Invasion

A Florida teen found dead last week in a burglarized Port Charlotte home is being hailed a hero after his family said he died while protecting his 5-year-old sister.

The body of Khyler Edman, 15, was discovered by the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office after deputies canvassed the area following the arrest Ryan Clayton Cole, 27, for burglary. . .

After his arrest, police searched the area for more homes and that’s when they discovered Khyler’s body and his sister, “uninjured.”

“It is believed that Cole received his injuries inside the same residence during a violent encounter,” police said in a news release. . .

WATCH: Men Zoom Past Female Runner in World Athletics Championships Mixed Relay

Over the weekend, history was made at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha for its inclusion of the gender-mixed 4×400-meter relay.

As noted by The Telegraph, nations pack their teams with two male and two female runners each. Nearly all participating nations ordered their runners male-female-female-male, strategically placing their two fastest runners to start and end the race.

Poland, however, stacked their two male runners first and second, leaving their two female runners, Iga Baumgart-Witan and Justyna Swiety-Ersetic, to close out the relay.

While Poland gained an advantage off the bat with their male runners, the last leg showcased a top-notch female athlete with a 30-meter lead competing against top-notch male athletes — and the difference was stark.

The female runner was blown out by Michael Cherry, who represented the United States, in the last leg of the relay. All the other male runners, despite being disadvantaged by Swiety-Ersetic’s head start, also beat out the Polish runner.

Giuliani: ‘Pretty Close to Overwhelming Evidence’ That Obama Ordered Hillary, Democrats to Dig up Dirt in Ukraine on Trump; Ukrainian President Says He’s Never Met Rudy Giuliani (VIDEO)

By Daily Wire. Trump lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani suggested on Monday night that there was serious evidence that the Obama White House directed Democrats to work with Ukraine to dig up dirt on then-candidate Donald Trump.

Giuliani joined Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Monday night where he detailed the latest developments into the situation regarding Ukraine, which stems from a 2017 Politico investigation that found that Ukraine was working with operatives for the Democratic National Committee to sabotage Trump.

“The reason why the president of the United States had an obligation to ask the president of Ukraine to follow up on these allegations because there is substantial — I don’t want to exaggerate it but pretty close to overwhelming evidence, including a finding by a Ukrainian court that Hillary Clinton and the Democrats cooperated with Ukrainians with the order coming directly from the White House … to dig up dirt on her political opponent, and they did,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani then shifted his comments to focus on then-Vice President and now current Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden and the allegations surrounding his Ukraine corruption scandal.

“In this case, Biden sold his office for millions,” Giuliani said. “Is there anybody that believes that Ukraine or China were paying for Hunter Biden’s expertise? Or do you have the common sense to realize they were buying Joe Biden’s office? And that is very damaging to the United States. Joe Biden was sent to Ukraine to, in part, deal with corruption, and he helped to corrupt the Ukraine. Zelensky Says He’s Never Met Rudy Giuliani

By The Daily Caller. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Tuesday that he’s never met President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

Zelensky’s comments contradict the anonymous whistleblower who claimed that the president had pressured Zelensky to speak with the former New York City mayor.

“I’ve never met Rudy Giuliani,” Zelensky said. “Never. And never had any phone calls with him.”

Scientists: Oh, Actually, Red Meat Isn’t Bad for You

Ahhh, remember those big government sycophantic freaks like Bill De Blasio who advocate bogus ideas like “meatless Monday” because it is supposedly better for your health to not eat meat? Or those left-wingers who insist that we should listen to scientists 100 percent of time and impose sweeping lifestyle changes, like all going vegan, mandated by the government for issues like obesity and global warming? Common sense informs the average American that eating meat is not bad for you. Our ancestors have been doing it for thousands of years. Elites have told you these average Americans to shut up and eat their veggie burgers as scientists. Well, based on a recent report, it looks like those elites are wrong. Scientists are now saying that actually, it is okay to eat red meat.

Here is what the New York Times reported on the latest study:

Public health officials for years have urged Americans to limit consumption of red meat and processed meats because of concerns that these foods are linked to heart disease, cancer and other ills.

But on Monday, in a remarkable turnabout, an international collaboration of researchers produced a series of analyses concluding that the advice, a bedrock of almost all dietary guidelines, is not backed by good scientific evidence.

If there are health benefits from eating less beef and pork, they are small, the researchers concluded. Indeed, the advantages are so faint that they can be discerned only when looking at large populations, the scientists said, and are not sufficient to tell individuals to change their meat-eating habits.

State Department IG to Congress: We Need an ‘Urgent’ Ukraine Briefing

State Department Inspector General Steve Linick is expected to provide an “urgent” briefing on Wednesday to staffers from various House and Senate Committees, ABC News reported. The briefing will be “about documents obtained from the department’s Office of the Legal Adviser related to the State Department and Ukraine.”

Linick reportedly requested the meeting. Although the reason for the briefing remains unknown, ABC News reported it may be related to a whistleblower complaint filed against President Donald Trump over a July call he made with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. During the call Trump asked Zelensky to investigate corruption. At the time, then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, was sitting on the board of directors of a Ukrainian gas company. The vice president was overseeing foreign relations with the Ukrainians.

Specifically, ABC News reported that the briefing will detail “the State Department’s role in coordinating interactions between Rudy Giuliani, the president’s personal attorney, and Ukrainian officials.”
