San Francisco Voters Elect Radical District Attorney, Son of Cop-Killing Terrorists

On Saturday, San Francisco voters elected the son of two former Weather Underground murderers to serve as their District Attorney. The voters deserve all the hell that is about to break loose.

Progressive candidate Chesa Boudin wants to free criminals but prosecute police and ICE agents for doing their jobs. It’s no surprise Boudin hates cops so much. His parents did, too. Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert were terrorists in the Weather Underground who murdered two police officers and a security guard during a 1981 robbery of a Brinks armored security car outside New York City. . .

After his parents killed the cops, Boudin was sent to live with two other terrorists, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. Dohrn declared war on the United States and was on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. Ayers bombed the Pentagon, the U.S. Capitol building, and the New York City Police Department before he and Dohrn became fugitives and went into hiding. The pair eventually came out of hiding and settled in as university professors.

As district attorney, Boudin plans to decriminalize crime and close down jails. He believes the criminal justice system is racist, and he plans to cut back on the time criminals serve under parole supervision, which he thinks is also racist. Boudin also wants to stop prosecuting gang members to the full extent of the law because he thinks that’s racist, too. He thinks everything is racist.

Florida County Declares Itself a ‘Second Amendment Sanctuary’

A Florida county has become the first in the state to pass a resolution declaring itself a “Second Amendment Sanctuary” in support of gun rights.

The Lake County Commission in central Florida approved the measure last week in response to mandatory gun buyback proposals by Democrats running for president, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

The resolution, which passed by a 4-0 vote, says that Lake County’s law-abiding gun owners are safe from having their firearms taken away. The county’s other commissioner was absent, but expressed support for it.

Commissioner Josh Blake was quoted by the paper and other local media as saying that the resolution draws a line in the sand. (Read more from “Florida County Declares Itself a ‘Second Amendment Sanctuary'” HERE)

Air Force IDs Missing Airman Who Fell Into Gulf of Mexico From C-130 Aircraft

The U.S. Air Force on Sunday identified the airman presumed dead after he fell into the Gulf of Mexico from a C-130 aircraft last week, as recovery efforts continued.

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Cole Condiff, 29, a special tactics combat controller with 24th Special Operations Wing, part of the Air Force Special Operations Command, fell 1,500 feet out of the plane Tuesday morning during a parachute-jump training exercise out of Hurlburt Field, Fla., investigators said.

Crew members aboard the C-130 said they initially saw Condiff, whose parachute did deploy, treading water but lost sight of him while making a turn to pick him up. The Coast Guard spent over 130 hours on the scene and searched over 4,900 square nautical miles, but were unable to find the airman. . .

Condiff enlisted in the Air Force in 2012, as Fox 13 reported, and his awards and decorations included an Air Force Achievement Medal and an Air Force Commendation Medal with a combat device.

The Air Force said Condiff was a static-line jumpmaster, military free-fall jumper, combat scuba diver, air traffic controller and a joint terminal attack controller. (Read more from “Air Force IDs Missing Airman Who Fell Into Gulf of Mexico From C-130 Aircraft” HERE)

95-Year-Old WWII Veteran Receives High School Diploma (VIDEO)

A graduation, 74 years in the making was held in Oklahoma Thursday for a 95-year-old veteran who fought in WWII instead of graduating high school.

Corporal Lewie Shaw became an orphan when he was only 12 years old. He dropped out of high school at 17 and worked as a school bus driver and janitor. . .

Cpl. Shaw enlisted in the Marines in 1943. He fought in Tinian, Saipan and Iwo Jima. He was wounded fighting for his country.

“One come out with a phosphorus grenade got me across the backside,” he said. “And I didn’t want to tell anybody. A good Marine doesn’t get shot in the back.”

Cpl. Shaw said he’s lived a dull life after the war. He worked for a lumber company for 30 years then went into business with his son. All without his high school diploma. But Thursday, at 95 years old, he had his graduation ceremony.

Lindsey Graham: Impeachment ‘Is Dead on Arrival’ If Senate Doesn’t Talk to Whistleblower; Republicans Name 8 Potential Impeachment Witnesses

By Daily Caller. Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday that any impeachment trial that does not include access to the whistleblower would be “dead on arrival in the Senate.”

Graham made the comments during an appearance on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo.

Bartiromo began by asking Graham about the list of witnesses the House had planned to call in the coming weeks. “You’ve said on the program not too long ago that Hunter Biden needs to answer questions, what is your reaction to this list that your colleagues in the house have prepared as far as those they would like to hear from?” she asked.

“They could care less about getting to the truth, what really did happen, why was the prosecutor fired, the John Solomon FOIA request is stunning, you can see efforts in the State Department where they were worried about the conflict of interest between Hunter Biden and the company being investigated,” Graham responded. Republicans Name 8 Potential Impeachment Witnesses. Here They Are

By Daily Caller. House Republicans on Saturday released a list of witnesses they want called to testify as part of the Trump impeachment inquiry, including the anonymous Trump whistleblower, Hunter Biden, and a DNC operative who met with Ukrainian officials in 2016.

Democrats have final say on whether any of the eight witnesses on the GOP list will be called to testify in public. . .

Hunter Biden: The son of former Vice President Joe Biden, and a former board member for Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian gas company that has been plagued for years by corruption concerns. President Donald Trump asked Ukraine’s president in a July 25 phone call to consider investigating whether Joe Biden pressured the Ukrainian government in 2016 to shut down an investigation of Burisma.

Alexandra Chalupa: A former DNC consultant who met with Ukrainian embassy officials during the 2016 presidential campaign. Chalupa, who is Ukrainian-American, dug up dirt on Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

David Hale: The undersecretary of state for political affairs. Hale testified in a closed-door deposition Wednesday. (Read more from “Republicans Name 8 Potential Impeachment Witnesses. Here They Are” HERE)

VIDEO: ABC Chooses Royal Interview over Taking down Pedophile Sex Ring

ABC was exposed this week for killing a story about Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged pedophile ring, which anchor Amy Robach claimed was due to an upcoming interview the network had with the royal family.

Project Veritas released the clip this week that showed Robach lamenting the fact that the network apparently stopped her from reporting on Epstein and his ties to former President Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew.

Man Tries Filing for President as ‘Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself’

Legal news website Law & Crime reports that a New Hampshire man has attempted to register as a candidate in the country’s first presidential primary under the name “Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself.”

The man’s real name is Rod Webber, and he is described in the Manchester Ink Link as a colorful character in local politics:

Webber is a pacifist, a vegetarian, a singer-songwriter, a neo-hippie and performance artist, who’s made a name for himself on the campaign trail of late as “the flower guy.” He sports a beard and a top hat while philosophizing over Biblical passages on war and fracking, and what makes a man well-suited for public office, always offering a peace offering of a flower in the end, to punctuate his point of view.

According to Law & Crime, Webber’s social media timeline suggests that he does not identify with either political party and is described as “something of an anarchist.” The New Hampshire man insists he does not “believe in isms.” . . .

The Ink also noted that Weber was ejected from a campaign event for Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) during the 2016 Republican primary, but was eventually invited back in. “Later they reversed that and set up a meeting between Rubio and I. I gave him flowers,” said Webber. “It’s symbolic, like, if you become president, that you have a peaceful term. Rubio said he was starting to get jealous that I hadn’t given him a flower yet.” (Read more from “Man Tries Filing for President as ‘Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself'” HERE)

WATCH: GOP Senator Says Trump Ukraine ‘Favor’ Is Impeachable If Done for Political Gain

Sen. John Kennedy admitted he thinks President Trump’s asking Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, the 2020 Democratic front-runner, is impeachable if the request was done for the president’s “parochial interest.”

Speaking with CBS’s Face the Nation on Sunday, the Louisiana Republican said of House Democrats’ impeachment proceedings, “If it can be demonstrated that the president asked for — and had the requisite state of line, that the president asked for an investigation of a political rival, that is over the line. But if he asked for an investigation of possible corruption by someone who happens to be a political rival, that is not over the line.”

Host Margaret Brennan then asked, “So ‘over the line,’ does that mean impeachable?”

“Yeah, probably,” Kennedy conceded. . .

He added, “And the president and his counsel should be allowed to participate. I believe that would be fair. And then I will happily judge the evidence. But you can’t limit the witnesses, as Chairman Schiff and Speaker Pelosi are doing, selectively leak portions of the transcript that favor your opinion to friendly members of the press who lap it up like a puppy. I don’t think any fair-minded person in the Milky Way believes that Speaker Pelosi on Chairman Schiff are impartial here.”

WATCH: Nikki Haley Claims Former Trump Officials Asked Her to Help Them ‘Save the Country’ from Trump

Nikki Haley condemned John Kelly and Rex Tillerson for going around the president when they had issues with his policy decisions.

Kelly and Tillerson, who served as President Trump’s chief of staff and secretary of state respectively, were both forced out of the administration following policy disagreements. In her new book, Haley described a situation in which Kelly and Tillerson came to her and asked her to “undermine” the president instead of confronting Trump directly about a foreign policy decision.

“Kelly and Tillerson confided in me that when they resisted the president, they weren’t being insubordinate, they were trying to save the country,” Haley wrote.

In an interview on CBS Sunday Morning, Haley criticized the two men for having a “sidebar plan” against the president.

“Instead of saying that to me, they should have been saying that to the president, not asking me to join them on their sidebar plan. It should have been, go tell the president what your differences are and quit if you don’t like what he’s doing,” Haley said, adding, “But to undermine the president is really a very dangerous thing.”

White House to Release Second Ukraine Transcript

President Donald Trump reiterated on Saturday that the congressional impeachment investigation into his dealings with the Ukraine is a “witch hunt” while calling for former Vice President Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to be called as witnesses in the inquiry.

According to Fox News, the president told reporters “The witch hunt continues, lot of witch hunt continues.” Trump added, “The Republicans have never been so united and I think the people of our country have never been so united.”

Speaking at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, the nation’s 45th president indicated he will likely release a transcript of a second phone call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday. “They want to have a transcript of the other call, the second call, and I’m willing to provide that,” said the president. He continued, “You’ll read the second call, and you’ll tell me if there’s anything wrong with it.” . . .

As reported by TheBlaze, House Republicans also revealed on Saturday they intend to call on Hunter Biden to testify before investigators, along with the whistleblower who filed the complaint about the call. However, it is unclear if Democrats will agree to the Republicans’ proposed witnesses to testify. Fox also reported that pursuant to newly-approved rules governing the impeachment inquiry, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Democrats get to decide who testifies before the committee.

In response to the GOP’s request, Schiff issued a statement saying the Intelligence Committee would evaluate the Republicans’ preferred witnesses and “give due consideration” to those “within the scope of the impeachment inquiry, as voted on by the House.” (Read more from “White House to Release Second Ukraine Transcript” HERE)
