Parents Don’t Want Teachers Talking to Their Children About Unhealthy Food Because It’s Triggering (VIDEO)

Colorado parents are asking the state to make teachers stop talking about nutrition in ways that “trigger” them into body image and health crises.

One parent told the Colorado State Board of Education that his daughter was triggered by a teacher remarking that fat in food becomes fat in the body.

The Denver Post explained helpfully that this was medically inaccurate, since a “body stores any calories beyond its needs as fat, and our bodies need some fat stores for insulation and to protect our organs.”

Another father said his daughter was triggered when a teacher made their students use an app to count caloric intake. . .

Another example of “triggering” classroom lessons was one where students lined up to have their body mass percentage measured.

Imama Muratab’s father left his three kids napping in their car to step out for a second and pick up pizzas at a Domino’s pizza store. . .

Muratab told NBC5-TV that she awoke to discover that someone other than her father was driving the car. Next to her were her 9-year-old brother and her 4-year-old sister. . .

She says that despite being scared, she grabbed the suspect by the neck and reached to seize her father’s phone. The other children jumped into the fight as well.

After the suspect realized she was calling the police, he jumped out of the car and into another vehicle.

Trump Win: China to Lower Import Tariffs

China will lower tariffs on products ranging from frozen pork and avocado to some types of semiconductors next year as Beijing looks to boost imports amid a slowing economy and a trade war with the United States.

Next year, China will implement temporary import tariffs, which are lower than the most-favored-nation tariffs, on more than 850 products, the finance ministry said on Monday. That compared with 706 products that were taxed at temporary rates in 2019.

The tariff changes were made to “increase imports of products facing a relative domestic shortage, or foreign specialty goods for everyday consumption,” the ministry said in a statement on its website.

China and the United States cooled their drawn-out trade war earlier this month, announcing a Phase 1 agreement that would reduce some U.S. tariffs in exchange for more Chinese purchases of American farm products and other goods.

The finance ministry said the tariff rate for frozen pork will be cut to 8% from the most-favored-nation duty of 12%, as China copes to plug a huge supply gap after a severe pig disease decimated its hog herd. (Read more from “Trump Win: China to Lower Import Tariffs” HERE)

Muslim Airline Mechanic Pleads Guilty to Sabotaging Plane

Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani, the American Airlines mechanic with possible ties to Muslim extremists, pleaded guilty Wednesday to sabotaging a plane.

Alani entered the plea in Miami federal court. He previously admitted to investigators that he committed the sabotage, insisting it was an attempt to gain overtime to fix the American Airlines jet — which he did. . .

Alani, 60, is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Iraq who had been an airline mechanic for 30 years. Prosecutors say he has a brother in Iraq who may be involved with the Islamic State extremist group and that he had made statements wishing Allah would use “divine powers” to harm non-Muslims.

Investigators said Alani also had Islamic State videos on his phone depicting mass murders and that he traveled to Iraq in March but did not disclose that to the FBI after his arrest.

Despite that evidence, Alani was never charged with any terrorism-related crime. He pleaded guilty to attempted destruction of an aircraft, which carries a maximum 20-year prison sentence. Alani will likely get less prison time when he is sentenced March 4. (Read more from “Muslim Airline Mechanic Pleads Guilty to Sabotaging Plane” HERE)

Illegal Alien Charged With Sexually Assaulting 4th-Grade Girl

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.”

Those were the indelible comments Trump made when he announced his candidacy for president at Trump Tower June 16, 2015. That statement was truer than he could even imagine, yet three years into the presidency, thanks to capitulation on every single budget battle and legislative point of leverage, ICE doesn’t even have the funding to swiftly remove all of the worst foreign criminals.

The local NBC affiliate in Charleston, South Carolina, reported on Friday, “A Charleston County man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl who was in fourth grade.” Except this is no Charleston man; this is an illegal alien from Mexico, according to the booking in the county jail.

The charging affidavit alleges that between February and June 2019, Carlos Bartolo Rios, 29, sexually assaulted the girl and forced her to watch sex videos. He was arrested Thursday night by the U.S. Marshals and is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old. He is being held at the Charleston County Jail, where there is an ICE hold on him because of his immigration status.

Ever wonder how many of these sexual assaults every year are committed by illegal aliens because we refuse to actually enforce the laws on the books?

Thankfully, South Carolina cooperates with ICE, but because the biggest illegal alien jurisdictions do not, we will never know the true number. However, ICE recently reported that just for fiscal year 2019, there were a total of 14,500 sex crime charges among those who were subject to ICE detainers.

Moreover, it’s likely that ICE is missing many of these people thanks to sanctuary jurisdictions releasing sex offenders, including child sex offenders. The number of apprehensions in sanctuary states has plummeted. For example, South Carolina is under the auspices of ICE’s Atlanta field office, which made 13,247 arrests last year. Contrast that to the Los Angeles field office, which made just 6,657 arrests. That is simply astounding given how many more illegal aliens live in California and tells us that, given that 90 percent of those targeted by ICE are criminal aliens, there are endless dangerous criminals like Rios who are not caught and removed if they commit their crimes in places like California.

This is the case the Republicans have failed to make for three years. ICE has just between five and six thousand deportation officers to deal with a population of several million criminal aliens who have criminal records, not to mention any other enforcement priorities. Most illegal aliens, and even criminal aliens in sanctuary cities, are escaping enforcement. As late as 2014, ICE was making over 16,000 arrests from the L.A. field office and 14,000 in 2016. Sanctuaries are winning, and immigration enforcement is plummeting under Trump because the administration is failing to harness the bully pulpit and the leverage of veto power in the budget to force a fight. Thus, as Trump understood when he launched his campaign, there will now be many child rapists remaining in this country.

As I’ve reported before, child sex abuse is a particular problem among many illegal aliens from certain Latin American countries because child marriages are quite normal in some of their home areas. This is particularly prevalent among those living in rural Central America, which is where the most recent migrants are from. According to GirlsNotBrides, “Child marriage tends to happen more in rural areas than in urban areas,” and in Guatemala, “over half of rural girls (mostly from Mayan indigenous populations) are married before 18.” They also note that “poverty can also drive child marriage in the region,” and therefore, “indigenous girls living in impoverished areas can be especially vulnerable to the practice.”

According to a Senate Homeland Security Committee report published in January, a loophole in our spousal visa policies has allowed roughly 8,700 child brides, including 14-year-old girls, to be brought into the country on fiancé or marriage visas for the purpose of marrying older men.

Overall, in 2018, 27 percent of all rape suspects in America were Hispanic, according to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (table 43A). Although the reports don’t break down offenses by legal status, it’s hard to imagine that illegal immigration is not a major driver of that number.

The bottom line is that until we enforce our interior laws and actually treat illegal aliens as criminals, not as a protected class, they will continue to come. And no, 70 miles of border wall is not enough border security to counteract the interior magnet of sanctuary cities and the lack of enforcement of many of our laws in all 50 states. Last week, the AP posted a report based on interviews with Sinaloa Cartel members on how their human smuggling business is still thriving, despite the crackdown on bogus asylum claims, because illegal alien networks control so many stash houses along the border. So long as our government refuses to deploy the military in a meaningful way at the border and treat illegal aliens in the interior as the fugitives and criminals they are, they will still have the incentive and ability to come here.

Trump kicked off his presidential campaign spawning a national dialogue over the degree of illegal alien criminality. Yet, as president, he has failed to promote a sustained national discussion on that issue. In July, I published a blueprint for Trump to keep Congress in session all August and focus on criminal aliens and protecting the American citizen in preparation for a budget fight in September. That fight never happened. While we were all distracted, the Left won without firing a shot. And now, after last week’s capitulation, Trump is left without a single legislative vehicle to have such a fight for the remainder of this term. Man Wanted in Connection With Murder of Brother of 49ers QB Had Just Been Released From Jail

Tennessee’s allegedly Republican governor, Bill Lee, has promised to “empty our jails.” He claimed, “We have to be creative and innovative and disruptive and challenge the way we’ve been doing things forever.” Well, if the man Nashville police are seeking in connection to the murders of Clayton Beathard, 22, and Paul Trapeni III, 21, indeed committed those murders, it will be precisely because he was let out of jail so “innovatively.”

Fans of the San Francisco 49ers undoubtedly noticed yesterday that the team’s quarterback, C.J. Beathard, was absent for one of the final games of the regular season headed into the playoffs. It turns out he was traveling to Nashville to be with his family after his brother, Clayton, was murdered along with his friend Paul Trapeni at a Nashville bar on Saturday.

While they have not announced the suspects yet, Nashville police stated that, based on surveillance video, Michael D. Mosley, 23, is a person of interest in the stabbing that allegedly took place at the Dogwood Bar in midtown Nashville and resulted in the deaths of Beathard and Trapeni as well as the non-fatal stabbing of a college student.

Police say the fight resulted from “an unwanted advancement made by a man toward a woman in the bar.” Mosely was identified by police as the man talking with the woman on surveillance video believed to be at the center of the altercation and is “believed to have definitive information about the murders” As of now he is only wanted for questioning, and no arrest warrant has been issued. However, the fact that someone like Mosley is out on the streets to begin with is just the latest glimpse into the world of weak-on-crime sentencing.

According to arrest records, Mosley had a history of burglary and drug charges during his early days. He barley served time in jail. Then, according to WKRN, Mosley was involved in a stabbing in May 2015 for which he was found guilty. He was involved in an inmate brawl at Cheatham County Jail this March. In October 2018, he was charged with domestic assault resulting in bodily injury. On December 5, 2018, he was charged with viciously punching a woman in the store “over and over again.” It appears that he was arrested for the December 2018 incident on November 5 of this year and was released on just $5,000 bond. Which means, despite the previous conviction for violent assault, he was out of prison some time earlier this year after serving just a few months.

According to Channel 4 News, in the December 2018 incident for which he was arrested last month, according to Davidson County Court records, “Mosley charged towards the woman striking her in the face and knocking her to the ground,” and then once she was on the ground, “Mosley continued to violently punch and kick the victim before dragging her across the floor by her hair to continue to punch and kick her again and again.”

$5,000 bond, despite his conviction for stabbing someone three years earlier, injuring another woman a year earlier, and being involved in a prison brawl eight months ago? As of now, there are no charges against him in this incident, but how is someone like that out on the streets anyway? And it appears he never served too long in prison, despite serious violent offenses. Yet the Republican governor of Tennessee thinks the laws are too strict?

Like many states, Tennessee has seen an uptick in violent crime in recent years after nearly two decades of declines. After bottoming out in 2013, the homicide and rape rates are now 42 percent higher, and the rate of aggravated assaults is up nine percent as of 2018, according to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting. When are Republicans going to finally focus on victims, not on criminals?

Bill Lee is the same Republican governor who is opening his arms to more refugees at a time when Tennessee is taking in more illegal aliens than ever before and Nashville is plagued by the cost of sanctuary policies. What’s so sickeningly backward is that these GOP governors complain about the cost of incarceration (never mind the cost of crime), but somehow they have extra funds to bring in refugees on top of record low-skilled legal and illegal immigration. If prisons are really that crowded, then build more of them. Letting out violent repeat offenders is not an option. Why is there always funding for illegal aliens, refugees, and criminals, but not for the safety of law-abiding citizens?

While both parties continue to lie about an epidemic of over-incarceration for nonviolent offenders, there is a true epidemic of little or no incarceration for repeat violent offenders. Last week, a Chicago man out on parole, after serving just half a year for aggravated assault of a police officer, was charged with brutally beating and raping a 91-year-old woman.

One might expect this sort of travesty to occur in Chicago and New York, but it’s happening all over red states as well. Texas is full of jailbreak problems. The Houston police union is outraged after a man convicted on eight counts of possession of child pornography of children between the ages of one and eight got deferred judgement with no prison time.

Why is Trump not shaming GOP governors into being tougher, not weaker, on crime? Sadly, instead of pushing a tough-on-crime agenda, Trumps set the tone for the GOP governors by passing jailbreak last year. Then, exactly a year later, in the “defense” bill he signed on Friday, Congress slipped in a new provision barring federal employers from asking about criminal histories of prospective applicants for federal jobs. It’s all about Christmas presents for criminals, but not for victims of crime.

Perhaps, this Christmas, some of the politicians who have a conscience will think about all of the people who will not spend the holiday with their families because they were murdered by people who should have been taken off the streets. Bloomberg Created a Secret Tech Company Chock-Full of Former Facebook Execs to Take on Trump

Billionaire Michael Bloomberg created a secretive tech company before he entered the 2020 presidential election that was designed to help Democrats win congressional seats in 2018, CNBC reported Monday.

The former New York City mayor is using Hawkfish to help collect data on voters and promote his run for president, the report noted, citing communication with a spokeswoman with the Bloomberg campaign. Two former Facebook big wigs are involved in the venture.

Hawkfish will be the “primary digital agency and technology services provider for the campaign,” Julie Wood, the spokeswoman, told reporters. The firm “is now providing digital ad services, including content creation, ad placement and analytics,” she added.

“Hawkfish appears to have been assembled in secret. It has no public website. A search of elections databases turned up no financial records connected to work for other Democratic causes,” CNBC noted in its report, which also noted that Hawkfish will help Democrats running for office. . .

Former Facebook Chief Marketing Officer Gary Briggs is one of Hawkfish’s top lieutenants, the report noted. Briggs is not the only Facebook alum joining the cause. The former vice president of operations, Mike Buckley, also announced on Dec. 10 that he is joining Bloomberg’s team. Mom Says Her 11-Year-Old Daughter’s Number Was Listed On Escort Website

The mother of an 11-year-old girl said her daughter’s phone number was listed on an escort website.

At least one john who saw the child’s phone number listed on the escort website called the little girl, Wisconsin mother Faith Baldus told ABC affiliate WISN 12 News. Baldus said a John called her daughter’s phone number and listened to the voicemail on the child’s phone, which directed callers to her mother’s number in case of an emergency. . .

“He asked for my name, and I said, ‘Are you sure you’re looking for me at this number?’ He said, ‘Yes, you need to search the site and get your daughter’s information off of there,’” Baldus said.

The mother contacted the escort website to remove her daughter’s phone number and got the child a new phone number as well.

A spokesperson from the Oak Creek Police Department (OCPD) told WISN that it appears the child’s number was accidentally listed on the escort site. (Read more from “Mom Says Her 11-Year-Old Daughter’s Number Was Listed On Escort Website” HERE)

The Phrase ‘Pillow Fight’ Is Now Offensive to Homosexuals

The phrase “pillow fight” is now offensive to gay people, according to the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).

As reported by Newsbusters, the LGBT activist organization criticized Politico for uttering the words “pillow fight” in reference to the argument that erupted between Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). . .

“GLAAD sent us a note yesterday about Playbook PM, noting that our use of ‘pillow fight’ when describing a fight between Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren may have offended people,” Politico said.

Drew Anderson, GLAAD’s Director of News and Rapid Response, wrote that the LGBT community generally views the phrase pillow fight as a slur.

“For women and LGBTQ people at the workplace, hearing phrases like ‘dramatic,’ ‘over the top,’ and even ‘pillow fight’ during office disagreements fosters negative stereotypes and diminishes a person simply because of who they are,” wrote Anderson. “Disagreements happen in politics, but using these loaded terms during disputes feed into the sexist and homophobic tropes that simply have no place in our political coverage and rhetoric.” (Read more from “The Phrase ‘Pillow Fight’ Is Now Offensive to Homosexuals” HERE)

U.S. Navy Begins Construction on Ship Named in Honor of Homosexual Pedophile Harvey Milk

The U.S. Navy has begun construction on a ship that will be christened the “USNS Harvey Milk” after the murdered San Francisco Supervisor who made history in the 1970s as the California’s first openly homosexual elected official.

The man the U.S. Navy has chosen to honor was also a homosexual pederast. . .

Harvey Milk and San Francisco Mayor George Moscone were assassinated by Dan White, a former police officer and former city supervisor, on Nov. 27, 1978. Although his homosexuality had nothing to with his murder, the implication that it did has led to Milk becoming a gay martyr, icon, and even a saint.

Omitted from most accounts of Milk’s life are his alleged sexual relationships with underage boys. . .

One of his young victims was allegedly Jack Galen McKinley, a 16-year-old runaway from Maryland. Jones also had a relationship with a 25-year-old alcoholic named Jack Lira, who eventually killed himself.
