ICE Releases Undercover Video Rebutting Media Reports About Fake University

Immigration and Customs Enforcement released undercover footage on Friday in response to media reports that claimed ICE established a fake college — the University of Farmington — to lure foreign students into committing visa fraud.

The undercover video shows foreign students discuss enrolling at the fake university. Numerous individuals admit they want to enroll in order to keep their visa status, despite officials telling the students that the school does not offer classes. . .

In a statement, acting ICE Director Derek Brenner said:

The individuals who enrolled at Farmington, knowingly and willfully violated their nonimmigrant visa status and consequently were subject to removal from the United States.

These individuals were not new to the U.S. student visa system; they were familiar with its requirements and their obligations. They secured visas to enroll in another U.S. school, and were already in the United States when they transferred to Farmington. In addition, prior to enrolling at Farmington, each prospective enrollee was informed that there were no classes, curriculum or teachers at Farmington. Despite this, individuals enrolled because they saw an opportunity to avoid any academic requirements and, instead, work full-time, which was a violation of their nonimmigrant status. Evidence, including video footage, audio recordings, and correspondence collected during the investigation supports that each prospective enrollee knowingly and willfully violated their nonimmigrant status.

By NY Daily News. The missing footage of the outside of Jeffrey Epstein’s cell at Manhattan’s Metropolitan Correctional Center during his suicide attempt reappeared Thursday — a day after prosecutors said it hadn’t been preserved.

“Earlier today, the government confirmed with MCC staff that the video was preserved by MCC staff upon defense counsel’s request,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Swergold wrote in a letter to Judge Kenneth Karas.

That was the opposite of what the prosecutor said in White Plains Federal Court on Wednesday.

New Jeffrey Epstein Accusers Speak, Allege Years of Sexual Abuse

By Fox News. Nearly a dozen victims of Jeffrey Epstein have banded together in a new lawsuit filed in New York earlier this month, hoping that justice will be served despite the disgraced financier’s suicide earlier this year.

The nine women claim that they were sexually abused by the convicted pedophile, with one accuser saying she was just 13 when the abuse began. The allegations are the latest to come to light since Epstein’s arrest in July.

Fox News’ Investigative Unit and “The Story with Martha MacCallum” recently sat down for an exclusive interview with two of the accusers as they recounted the repeated abuse and sexual assault they suffered within Epstein’s world of sex trafficking.

“Olivia,” who also asked that her true identity be withheld, alleges that she was abused dozens of times by Epstein between 2004 and 2006.

“He never asked my age. And at the time, I had braces. I looked very young,” she said during an interview at her attorney’s office in Midtown Manhattan. “Looking back at it, it just adds to the disgust and kind of horror of the whole thing. Epstein Wanted to Marry Ex-Girlfriend’s TEENAGE DAUGHTER Who Called Him ‘Uncle Jeff’

By NY Post. Jeffrey Epstein once wanted to marry an ex-girlfriend’s teenage daughter who called him “Uncle Jeff,” according to a report.

The late pedophile openly declared his plans to wed Celina Dubin, the daughter of former Miss Sweden Eva Andersson Dubin, who had dated Epstein for 11 years until the early ’90s, sources told Business Insider.

The pair had developed an “especially close relationship” when Celina was just 12, with “Uncle Jeff” at times having “substituted” for her dad, the Palm Beach Post has previously reported, citing a profile made by Epstein’s lawyers.

Obama’s Former Doctor Says Biden Is ‘Not a Healthy Guy’

One of President Obama’s former doctors reportedly disputed a letter released by former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign in which the former vice president’s own doctor praised the 77-year-old presidential candidate as a “healthy, vigorous” man.

“He’s not a healthy guy,” said Dr. David Scheiner, who previously served as Obama’s physician. According to the Washington Examiner, Scheiner read Biden’s medical history and said the presidential candidate “has a lot of issues.”

“He’s not in bad shape for his age, but I wouldn’t say he’s in outstanding health. Could I guarantee he won’t have issues for the next four years? He has a lot of issues that are just sort of sitting there,” Scheiner said.

Scheiner previously told the Examiner that Biden “looked frail” during the first Democratic primary debate. “I sort of got the feeling he wasn’t very strong. It was similar to the feeling I got when Republicans started attacking Mueller so fiercely,” he said.

Questions about Biden’s health and age have repeatedly come up since even before the former vice president declared his candidacy in April. In September, Biden committed to publicly releasing his medical records before the Iowa caucuses, to try and put to rest concerns over whether he was fit enough to take on President Trump in a general election campaign — and whether he would be up to the rigors and stress of serving as president. New Trump Rule Makes It Harder for Obamacare to Fund Abortion

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) today released a final rule making it more difficult for Obamacare plans to fund abortion by requiring certain insurers to issue separate bills for the portion of customers’ premiums that cover abortion.

“Being good stewards of taxpayer dollars and faithfully implementing the law are among the most important duties HHS has, and that’s what we’re doing with this rule,” said Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Alex Azar. “The rule is part of much broader efforts at CMS, under Administrator Verma, to improve program integrity and reduce improper payments.”

“When [a healthcare] exchange plan covers abortions for which public funding is prohibited by federal law, this rule requires that customers receive separate bills for that abortion coverage and for the rest of their insurance,” he explained. “Providing these separate bills is an essential step in implementing the Affordable Care Act’s bar on tax credits going toward coverage of abortions for which public funding is prohibited.” . . .

Leftists Demand Hallmark Atone for Ad Scandal with LGBT Movie

The Hallmark Channel’s decision to reinstate an ad featuring a lesbian kiss at a same-sex “wedding” isn’t enough to satisfy pro-LGBT activists and their allies, who are now demanding the network feature a homosexual romance in one of its films.

For years, the Hallmark Channel’s made-for-TV movies have been a source of wholesome comfort entertainment in contrast to Hollywood’s increasingly “woke” output, but that may be changing in the near future. Bill Abbott, CEO of Hallmark parent company Crown Media Family Networks, recently said the company is open to adding same-sex relationships to its films in the name of “broadening out the demographic.” . . .

Having gotten the network to acquiesce to one demand, LGBT advocates are following up with others, The Daily Wire reported. In an op-ed at IndieWire, Jude Dry calls on the channel to “greenlight an LGBTQ script ASAP.”

“Hallmark has perfected its tried-and-true formula — generic, cozy, formulaic — over years, it wouldn’t be hard to simply swap one gender in its pile of un-produced scripts,” Dry argues. “Better yet, solicit an up-and-coming LGBTQ writer to craft the script, hire an LGBTQ director and cast the movie with LGBTQ actors. Nancy Pelosi Invites Trump to Deliver State of the Union Address

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has invited President Donald Trump to deliver a State of the Union address on February 4th, 2020 — just 48 hours after leading the House Democrats’ partisan impeachment inquiry.

“In their great wisdom, our Founders crafted a Constitution based on a system of separation of powers: three co-equal branches acting as checks on each other. To ensure that balance of powers, the Constitution calls for the president to ‘from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union,’” Pelosi wrote in a letter to the president on Friday.

“In the spirit of respecting our Constitution, I invite you to deliver your State of the Union address before a Joint Session of Congress on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in the Chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives,” the California Democrat added.

The invitation comes as Pelosi remains noncommittal about when she will send the impeachment articles — abuse of power and obstruction of Congress — to the Senate for a trial. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) met Thursday to discuss potential parameters of a trial, though they did not come to an agreement before leaving Washington, D.C., for Christmas. Zuckerberg Owned Instagram ‘Fact-Checking,’ Filtering Satirical Posts and Memes

Facebook-owned Instagram is “fact-checking” satirical posts and memes on the platform via its third-party fact-checkers, and filtering them from hashtag and “explore” results.

A spokeswoman for Facebook confirmed that satirical images of far-left climate activist Greta Thunberg had indeed been tagged with warnings that “fact-checkers” had rated the images as “false,” as originally reported by Summit.

“We work with third-party fact-checkers to help identify, review, and label false information on Instagram,” said the spokeswoman. “When content is rated as false or partly false by a third-party fact-checker, we reduce its distribution by removing it from Explore and hashtag pages. In addition, we label the content so people can better decide for themselves what to read, trust, and share.” . . .

This is not the first time that a Facebook property has confused satire with factual assertions. Facebook itself landed itself in controversy last summer when it warned the Christian conservative satirical website The Babylon Bee that its content would be suppressed on the platform if it continued to post articles that were disputed by fact-checkers. WATCH: Bloomberg’s New 2020 Ad Is Full of Lies

On Monday, former New York City Mayor and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg tweeted out a wildly misleading campaign ad.

Above the video, Bloomberg wrote: “21 students are shot every day – because of Trump’s unwillingness to act. Between protecting the NRA and our children, he’s made his choice. Which is why we need to beat him.”

The video, which was uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday, features various clips of President Trump speaking about gun safety before on-screen text reads: “Here’s every school shooting since Trump took office.” . . .

Here’s the problem – “school shooting” is a subjective phrase with no commonly understood objective definition. What this means in practice is that any time a firearm is discharged at or near a school, it can be labeled a “school shooting.” . . .

Among the “school shootings” listed in Bloomberg’s video are multiple suicides (at least one of which just happened to take place in a school parking lot) and unintentional firearm discharges. A mass-casualty event like the May 2018 Santa Fe High School shooting in which ten people were murdered is listed alongside these other incidents as though in the same vein. Judge Gives Ex-FBI Agent a Week in Jail for Spying on Pro-Trump Activist

A federal judge has sentenced an FBI agent who was fired for illegally accessing his neighbor’s email to spend a week in jail and serve 50 hours of community service.

Mark Tolson, 60, pleaded guilty in September to digging through the email account of Washington lobbyist Jack Burkman, who aided 22-year-old Jacob Wohl in a scheme to scuttle ex-special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. U.S. District Court Judge Leonie Brinkema sentenced Tolson on Friday, according to Politico.

Tolson accessed Burkman’s email account and combed through the lobbyist’s communications to head off Burkman and Wohl’s attempts to smear Mueller. Wohl had offered multiple women money to level sexual harassment allegations against Mueller, and Wohl and Burkman later claimed at a press conference that they had located a victim of harassment by Mueller.

Tolson’s wife had the password to Burkman’s email after doing some work for the lobbyist, and she provided the password to her husband. Tolson accessed Burkman’s email and sent screenshots of messages as well as the login information to Burkman’s email account to a journalist.

Tolson told Brinkema that he broke the law “to protect Director Mueller” from Burkman and Wohl’s smear campaign.

Leftist Actor Calls for ‘Bag of S**T’ to Be Rubbed in Trump’s Face

By Washington Examiner. Actor Robert De Niro joined liberal documentary filmmaker Michael Moore to bash President Trump in an hour-long podcast.

De Niro, 76, went off on President Trump in the latest episode of Moore’s podcast, Rumble with Michael Moore. During the hour-long interview, De Niro called Trump a “pig” and a “disgrace to the human race.”

This wasn’t a new line of attack for De Niro, who has harshly criticized Trump since he announced his 2016 campaign. Moore asked De Niro about his past remarks about wanting to punch Trump in the face. . .

De Niro responded, “I’d like to see a bag of s**t right in his face. Hit him right in the face like that, and let the picture go all over the world. And that would be the most humiliating thing.”

Trump Critic Pierce Brosnan Offers Some Praise for the President

By Daily Wire. “James Bond” actor Pierce Brosnan is no fan of President Donald Trump. In fact, the Ireland-born actor once even threatened to leave the United States over the president allegedly “tearing apart” the nation.

But on the economy, says Brosnan, President Trump is doing undeniably good work.

“I think what he’s done for the economy is very good,” Brosnan told ITK in a recent interview, according to The Hill.

“People are working, and that’s a step in the right direction,” the 66-year-old actor said.
