Ilhan Omar Is Called an ADULTERESS in Court as Her Democratic Aide Lover and His Wife Formally Divorce

Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was called an adulteress in divorce court Thursday by her lover’s former wife as the couple formally ended their marriage.

Beth Jordan said she wanted to ‘make a statement’ about her husband Tim Mynett having an affair with the radical Democrat, during the 16-minute hearing in Washington D.C. . .

‘I have a statement to make,’ Jordan said, saying that her husband ‘had an affair with Ilhan Omar.’

Judge Darlene Soltys cut her off and called both attorneys for a sidebar.

After it ended the judge abruptly told the parties: ‘Thank you. Have a nice afternoon,’ bringing a curtain down on the seven-year marriage. (Read more from “Ilhan Omar Is Called an ADULTERESS in Court as Her Democratic Aide Lover and His Wife Formally Divorce” HERE)

Largest Takedown in State History — New York Finally Goes After MS-13 Gang Members

New York prosecutors have charged 96 MS-13 members and associates in what law enforcement is calling the largest takedown of the notorious street gang in state history. . .

The nearly two-year investigation, which involved both local and federal law enforcement, netted nine area leaders and thwarted seven murder plots, officials announced during a news conference Friday afternoon, provided below by ABC News.

“The goal of this investigation was to deliver a major blow to the gang’s leadership, operations and recruitment in our region … we did exactly that,” Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini told reporters.

Sini added that the operation helped “end” MS-13’s program in Suffolk County, which had become a hotbed for the gang on the East Coast.

According to Fox News, the arrests made were for a range of crimes including conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking, and weapons sales, and the ages of those arrested range from 16 to 59 and include both U.S. citizens and illegal immigrants. 2020 Dem Slams Pelosi for Making up Impeachment Rules

Democratic presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) is not impressed with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s decision to delay sending articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump to the Senate.

During an interview on Friday, Gabbard — who voted “present” on impeachment, criticizing what she called the “partisan process” on display — said of Pelosi’s move, “You can’t…make up the rules as you go.” . . .

Gabbard was asked about Speaker Pelosi’s tactic during a sit-down with Hill.TV on Thursday, and responded, “I was surprised to hear that. Look, I think that you can’t kind of just shift and change and make up the rules as you go along. If you’re going to pursue this process, you’ve got to let it play out the whole way through.” (Read more from “2020 Dem Slams Pelosi for Making up Impeachment Rules” HERE)

Establishment Hack “Judge” Napolitano Says There’s Undisputed Evidence Trump Abused Power (VIDEO)

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said evidence that President Donald Trump abused his presidential powers was “undisputed” in an article published Wednesday in The Washington Times.

Impeachment proceedings against Trump are expected to be passed by the House of Representatives Wednesday night.

“High crimes and misdemeanors is a basis for impeachment, the constitutional remedy for presidential behavior that subverts our democratic institutions,” Napolitano wrote. “In Mr. Trump’s case, we have undisputed evidence that he abused his power by inviting a foreign government to interfere in the 2020 presidential election and then compounded this by directing subordinates to refrain from giving congressionally commanded evidence of his behavior.”

Napolitano cited three reports from the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding the law of presidential prosecutions written during the investigations into presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton. Two of the reports came to the conclusion that “no president could be charged or prosecuted while in office.”

Pakistan Prime Minister Threatens India with Nuclear War over Citizenship Law

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has once again threatened India with nuclear war over the recently enacted Citizenship (Amendment) Act, which promises Indian citizenship to non-Muslim refugees of the neighbouring countries.

Khan, while addressing the first Global Refugee Forum as a co-convener here on Tuesday, said: “I want to tell the whole world that they should be aware of the biggest impending refugee crisis (in South Asia).”

He was apparently referring to the recently enacted Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019, which promises Indian citizenship to non-Muslim refugees of Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan, who arrived in India on or before December 31, 2014.

“We in Pakistan are not just worried that there’ll be a refugee crisis; we are worried that this could lead to a conflict. A conflict between two nuclear-armed countries,” Khan remarked.

Leaving no opportunity to condemn India on the world stage, Khan also put forth his rhetoric on New Delhi’s decision to revoke Article 370 that accorded special status to Jammu and Kashmir, saying “It is time for the world to take notice of the situation in Kashmir,” despite India time again stating that such matters are entirely “internal” to the country. Dead Ponies Found Partially Eaten by Something in a Pasture

A week after investigators closed the book on a rash of mysterious horse attacks along the North Carolina-South Carolina border, reports of four ponies found dead in their pasture surfaced. . .

The Spartanburg County Environmental Enforcement Department is investigating their deaths in Chesnee after meeting with the owner Wednesday, WYFF reported. . .

The owner, James Sexton, told WSPA he found the Welsh Ponies in their pasture off Highway 11 on Dec. 8, when he went to bring them hay and feed.

“Whatever got them ate her throat out and the two black colts, it ate their faces off,” he said, according to WSPA.

An incident report stated there weren’t any wounds indicative of “human-related involvement,” the media outlet reported. (Read more from “Dead Ponies Found Partially Eaten by Something in a Pasture” HERE)

WATCH: Biden Imitates Stuttering Child at Democrat Debate; Wine Caves, Health Care Clashes and Age Attacks: Biggest Debate Moments

By Daily Wire. Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden imitated a stuttering child during Thursday night’s Democratic presidential debate which drew a wide range of responses online.

“My wife and I have call list of somewhere between 20 and 100 people that we call at least every month to tell them, ‘I’m here,’” Biden said. “I give them my private phone number, they keep in touch with me.”

Biden then imitated a “little kid” with a stutter that he says he talks to on the phone.

“I have scores of these young women and men who I keep in contact with,” Biden continued. “And the reason I’d give everyone here a gift is because they want to do something like I do at making their lives better because there’s a lot people who are hurting very, very, very badly.”

Wine Caves, Health Care Clashes and Age Attacks: Biggest Debate Moments

By Politico. . .The long-awaited confrontation between Sen. Elizabeth Warren and South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg materialized in the debate’s second hour, when the Massachusetts senator slammed her 37-year-old opponent for holding a pricey campaign fundraiser in a cave at a tony California winery. That cascaded into a stagewide battle, with Sen. Bernie Sanders joining the billionaire-trashing brigade.

The debate also featured a dustup between Buttigieg and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who stood up for the candidates with national experience and pointed out the mayor’s lack of it. And, once again, the candidates sparred over health care and the Sanders-championed “Medicare for All” proposal. . .

Buttigieg argued that he’s “literally” the only candidate onstage who isn’t a millionaire or billionaire and charged that Warren — who raised money at traditional fundraisers for her Senate campaign and transferred much of that cash to her presidential bid when she entered the race — couldn’t pass her own “purity” test. . .

“If you can’t say ‘No’ to a donor, then you have no business running in the first place,” Buttigieg said, highlighting Warren’s Senate fundraising. “Did it corrupt you, Senator? Of course not. So to denounce the same kind of fundraising guidelines that President Obama went by, that [House] Speaker [Nancy] Pelosi goes by, that you yourself went by until not long ago, in order to build the Democratic Party and build a campaign ready for the fight of our lives, these purity tests shrink the stakes of the most important election.” (Read more from “Wine Caves, Health Care Clashes and Age Attacks: Biggest Debate Moments” HERE)

Durham Criminal Investigation Zeros in on John Brennan

United States Attorney John Durham’s criminal investigation into the origins of the FBI’s Russia investigation is reportedly taking a close look at former CIA Director John Brennan.

Durham has “requested Mr. Brennan’s emails, call logs and other documents from the C.I.A., according to a person briefed on his inquiry,” The New York Times reported. “He wants to learn what Mr. Brennan told other officials, including the former F.B.I. director James B. Comey, about his and the C.I.A.’s views of a notorious dossier of assertions about Russia and Trump associates.”

In October, The Times reported that the investigation had shifted from an administrative review into a full-fledged criminal investigation based on evidence that had allegedly been uncovered.

Durham is also reportedly taking a close look at whether Brennan made contradictory statements between his private and public remarks about the anti-Trump Steele dossier and about “any debate among the intelligence agencies over their conclusions on Russia’s interference.”

The Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz’s report on the FBI’s misconduct in surveilling the Trump campaign during the 2016 campaign found that the CIA informed the FBI not to rely on the Steele dossier because they viewed it as being as credible as an “internet rumor.” (Read more from “Durham Criminal Investigation Zeros in on John Brennan” HERE)

Psychotherapist: Using ‘Slurs’ like ‘Nerd,’ ‘Geek,’ ‘Egghead’ — and Even ‘Smarty-Pants’ — Against High-IQ People Should Be Hate Crimes

A United Kingdom psychology lecturer and psychotherapist said using “slurs” against those with high IQs — such as “nerd” or “geek” or “egghead” — should be called hate crimes, the Telegraph reported.

Sonja Falck has studied the impact of bullying on high-IQ children and the “divisive and humiliating” anti-IQ terms should be categorized the same as homophobic, racial, and religious slurs in the U.K. — and are hate crime’s “last taboo,” the outlet added.

. . .Her recent research on the subject can be found in her new book, “Extreme Intelligence” — and at the book’s launch Falck said the next government must take legislative action to force societal change, the outlet said.

“The N-word was common parlance in the U.K. until at least the 1960s. Other insulting slurs about age, disability, religion, and gender identity remained in widespread use until relatively recently. Society at the time turned a blind eye to their impact by passing them off as harmless banter. It is only with the benefit of hindsight and academic research that we realize how wrong we were. The same can be said about anti-IQ words like ‘nerd,’ ‘brainbox,’ ‘geek,’ ‘egghead,’ ‘smart-arse,’ ‘dweeb,’ and ‘smarty-pants,'” she said, according to the Telegraph. “Slurs such as these will continue to be used unabated at the expense of the brightest members of society unless and until legislative action is taken.” (Read more from “Psychotherapist: Using ‘Slurs’ like ‘Nerd,’ ‘Geek,’ ‘Egghead’ — and Even ‘Smarty-Pants’ — Against High-IQ People Should Be Hate Crimes” HERE)

‘Ban the Box’ Pro-Criminal Legislation Snuck into… the National DEFENSE Bill

Yesterday, we learned that an amnesty provision for Liberians was slipped into what was supposed to be a national defense bill for our own homeland, citizens, and soldiers. Well, it turns out that there is more fundamental social engineering embedded in this 3,400-page monstrosity that could never pass in a transparent debate over a stand-alone bill. If foreign nationals were able to get their handout in the bill, I guess the bipartisan liberals felt that domestic criminals needed to get theirs too.

Slipped into page 1,014 of the bill is the Orwellianly named “Fair Chance Act,” a piece of legislation that bars the federal government from asking about criminal records on job applications for government jobs. This applies to both government workers and government private contractors, except for those jobs that require security clearances. This has been a major priority of the Soros-Koch alliance in normalizing criminals, along with letting them out of prison early, abolishing bail, and giving felons the right to vote.

I have already chronicled how such legislation actually harms many black job applicants and how this is a Trojan horse to begin applying anti-discrimination laws to criminals even in the private workplace. A study by the National Bureau of Economic Research found that “ban the box” policies “decrease the probability of being employed by 3.4 percentage points (5.1%) for young, low-skilled black men, and by 2.3 percentage points (2.9%) for young, low-skilled Hispanic men.”

However, regardless of your view on this legislation, much like the decision to raise the tobacco age in the omnibus bill, this is a very big policy change that should require a transparent debate in a stand-alone bill. Instead, they insidiously stuck it into a defense bill that includes a pay raise for soldiers. Nobody knew this was in the bill until pro-criminal groups starting bragging about it. That’s how I found out about it, as did one Senate office: “Never in our wildest dreams did we think a criminal justice provision would make its way into an NDAA,” one senior staffer for a conservative senator told CR.

Yesterday, we found out about the provision in the bill granting amnesty to 4,000 Liberian illegal. This, despite the fact that we provide Liberia with $109 million in aid to improve its own homeland. There are other problematic provisions buried in this bill as well that the president and members of Congress seem to be completely unaware of. At the same time, it contains nothing to promote conservative priorities on the mission, character, and objectives of the military, much less any response to the Pensacola shooting in terms of foreign visas and base security. Quite the contrary, the bill actually adds 4,000 more visas for Afghani officials who worked with our military at a time when the Washington Post revealed the entire building of an Afghani military to be a farce. But fear not, Ivankacare, aka a new entitlement of paid family leave for federal workers who already enjoy a more generous benefit package than private workers, was also slipped into the final bill.

What’s further insidious is that this president will wind up signing a “second step” for criminals in the “ban the box” provision before even signing a first step for victims of crime to close the numerous loopholes created by federal courts that allow some of the most violent criminals to escape justice. That is what the president campaigned on.

The rush to pass massive bills with numerous unannounced extraneous policy changes demonstrates a broader ailment with our government. Almost all of our major social and policy changes in this country come from courts and unelected bureaucrats. Even the few things that come from democratically elected legislators as may as well be from unelected people. They stuff the most contentious changes into either massive omnibus bills or universal national defense bills and vote on them before anyone in Congress knows they are there, much less the public.

How prescient was James Madison when he warned, “It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.” (For more from the author of “‘Ban the Box’ Pro-Criminal Legislation Snuck into… the National Defense Bill” please click HERE)
