Biden Notified of Deposition in Fight Over Social Media Interference

The final count in the 2020 presidential election may not even be done on Nov. 5 when Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is expected to participate in a deposition for a lawsuit along with his campaign manager, Kate Bedingfield.

The lawsuit by former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, against Joe Biden, his 2020 campaign, Hunter Biden and others accusing them of interfering with his Freedom Watch YouTube channel.

The case, in the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach, seeks damages of up to $75,000 for YouTube’s suspension of his channel “as a result of undue and illegal political and other pressure and veiled threats from and exerted by defendants, each and every one of them, working together in concert, jointly and severally.” . . .

He said in a weekly Radio America show, “Special Prosecutor with Larry Klayman,” that the Bidens would be brought before a citizens grand jury.

According to the complaint, legal counsel for YouTube “neither directly nor explicitly denied” Klayman’s assertion that the suspension was due to his assertions about the Bidens, “thereby confirming, validating and effectively admitting it.” (Read more from “Biden Notified of Deposition in Fight Over Social Media Interference” HERE)

Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell discussed Epstein accuser on phone

Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell chatted on the phone about the Jeffrey Epstein accuser who accused the royal of sleeping with her as a teen, new court documents suggest.

Email correspondence from Jan. 3, 2015, between the British socialite and Andrew emerged in a deposition made public Thursday.

“Let me know when we can talk,” the queen’s embattled son allegedly emailed Maxwell. “Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts.”

The exchange between the two close friends was first revealed last year in a BBC “Panorama” documentary.

It also appeared in the 465-page transcript of Maxwell’s deposition from 2016, taken as part of a since-settled defamation case brought against her by Giuffre — but with Andrew’s named redacted. (Read more from “Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell discussed Epstein accuser on phone” HERE)

Kamala Harris Listed as ‘Key Contact’ for Biden Family Business Venture Projects

A list of “key domestic contacts” for a joint venture involving Jim and Hunter Biden and now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co. included former Vice President Joe Biden’s current running mate Sen. Kamala Harris, among other prominent Democrats, Fox News has learned.

An email exclusively obtained by Fox News, with the subject line “Phase one domestic contacts/ projects” and dated May 15, 2017, Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, shared a list of “key domestic contacts for phase one target projects.”

The email is unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s son.

The list, included Harris, D-Calif.; Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn.; Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.; New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo; New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio; former Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe, among others. . .

If You Don’t Know That ‘Coyotes’ Are Human Smugglers, Shut up About the Border (VIDEO)

On Thursday night when Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden angrily accused President Trump of a “criminal” family separation policy that had “lost track” of more than 500 migrant children at the U.S.-Mexico border, he was repeating an inaccurate and misleading news report that had circulated earlier this week.

“What happened? Their kids were ripped from their arms and separated and now they cannot find over 500 sets of those parents and those kids are alone,” Biden said. “Nowhere to go, nowhere to go. It’s criminal.”

The former vice president was likely relying on a brief report from NPR about the latest development in a lawsuit between the ACLU and the Justice Department regarding the status of children who have still not been reunited with their parents after being brought across the border illegally.

The report claims that “the parents of 545 children still can’t be found,” but that’s not quite right. The NPR report omitted a statement issued by Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Chase Jennings explaining that in fact the vast majority of these parents have been found but have refused reunification with their children, which is why the children are still in DHS custody.

“In the current litigation, for example, out of the parents of 485 children whom Plaintiffs’ counsel has been able to contact, they’ve yet to identify a single family that wants their child reunited with them in their country of origin,” Jennings said.

Biden Already Working on White House Transition Plans

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden hasn’t yet won his race against incumbent Donald Trump, but he’s already started working on transition plans in case he does.

With a country divided, the former vice president has said on the campaign trail, he would have the task of reuniting America and restoring its health and economic standing amid the brutal COVID-19 pandemic.

If elected, he would face pressure from both sides of the aisle — with Republicans and more moderate Democrats pushing against a more progressive agenda and the far-left pushing for it — and delivering early wins would be crucial.

With Election Day days away, the Biden campaign is focused on maintaining what has been a fairly steady edge in national polling, though one that polls indicate is narrowing as President Trump fights furiously to keep the Oval Office.

Should Biden take the presidency, he would need to be ready to name thousands of appointees to fill out his administration, including 700 key executive branch nominations, according to The Associated Press. (Read more from “Biden Already Working on White House Transition Plans” HERE)

Twitter Suspends Trump Campaign Press Secretary Just Hours Before Presidential Debate

Twitter’s one-sided election interference is off the charts as the November election draws near. On Thursday, just hours before the final presidential debate between President Trump and Joe Biden, Twitter suspended the account of Trump campaign Press Secretary Hogan Gidley.

The reason for Gidley’s suspension? Gidley tweeted evidence showcasing the potential for voter fraud.

Fox News reports that Twitter suspended Gidley after the Trump campaign press secretary tweeted that he had received an official ballot in the mail addressed to someone who hasn’t lived at his address for several years. . .

Fox News was told by the Trump campaign that Gidley is appealing the decision and does not plan to delete the tweet in question. (Read more from “Twitter Suspends Trump Campaign Press Secretary Just Hours Before Presidential Debate” HERE)

Sudan, Israel Agree To Normalize Ties in U.S.-Brokered Deal

Israel and Sudan have agreed to normalize relations, the third such U.S.-brokered agreement in the Middle East in recent weeks, the Trump administration announced Friday.

President Donald Trump announced the deal during a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok he hosted in the presence of reporters in the Oval Office.

“This is an incredible deal for Israel and Sudan,” Trump said during the call. “For decades Sudan has been at a state of war with Israel — they have been in a state of war and boycotted Israeli goods. There was no relationship whatsoever.

“Today’s peace agreement will enhance your security and end Sudan’s long isolation from the world.

“It’s peace in the Middle East without bloodshed,” Trump added. (Read more from “Sudan, Israel Agree To Normalize Ties in U.S.-Brokered Deal” HERE)

Insider Documents Reveal How Hunter Biden Associates Helped Chinese Military Contractors

In September 2015, the Obama-Biden administration approved the sale of a strategically sensitive Michigan manufacturer, Henniges Automotive, to a firm connected to Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, and a Chinese military contractor that was on an American watch list because of its close ties to the People’s Liberation Army. Hunter Biden’s equity fund, backed by the Communist Chinese government, and the Chinese contractor, Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), needed special approval for the deal from the Committee of Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CIFIUS) because Henniges produced technology with potential military use.

AVIC entities have been sanctioned by the United States on five separate occasions since 1993 and the addition to the watch list–a major red flag—occurred less than a year-and-a-half before they co-purchased Henniges with Hunter Biden’s BHR. The fact that CFIUS approved the deal is alarming given that Henniges owns numerous facilities in the United States that are now controlled by a Chinese military front company.

Internal BHR documents show exactly how the Chinese military contractor was able to disguise its ownership via shell corporations and formed a joint-venture with the son of the vice president to facilitate the Chinese takeover of an American dual-use technology supplier. Additional documents suggest that Hunter Biden’s Chinese-backed venture funneled money to an entity controlled by Vanessa Kerry, the daughter of then-Secretary of State John Kerry, just one month before CFIUS approved the takeover. At the time, Secretary Kerry played a lead role on the Obama-Biden CFIUS committee.

When news of the AVIC takeover of Michigan-based manufacturer Henniges Automotive hit the wire, Biden’s associates celebrated, calling the transaction a “proof of concept” for future Chinese acquisitions. “Congratulations!!!! Proof of concept again,” read the subject line of Devon Archer’s email on September 15, 2015. “This is great. Let’s get a letter out to Ambassador Baucus ASAP Archie (an apparent Archer nickname),” Bevan Cooney replied. Cooney is a former Biden associate who is now incarcerated for a separate venture—the tribal bond scheme—involving Biden’s business partners. [Should we explain that “Archie” is Devon Archer?] Cooney has provided investigative journalists Peter Schweizer and Matthew Tyrmand with access to his emails with written authorization. Trump Approval Among Likely Black Voters Jumps To Nearly 50%

President Donald Trump’s approval among likely black voters jumped to 46 percent, according to Rasmussen Reports data posted Friday morning, less than 24 hours after the final presidential debate.

According to the tracking survey, Trump’s approval jumped nine points from Thursday to Friday, going from 37 percent on Thursday to 46 percent on the morning following the presidential debate. Overall, Trump has experienced a 24 percent bump in approval among likely black voters since Monday:

During a segment on race in America, Trump hammered former Vice President Joe Biden for failing to get anything substantive done for the black community during his 47 years in politics, blasting his 1994 crime bill, specifically.

“Nobody has done more for the black community than Donald Trump. And if you look, with the exception of Abraham Lincoln — possible exception, but the exception of Abraham Lincoln, nobody has done what I’ve done,” Trump said, citing his strides in criminal justice reform, prison reform, opportunity zones, and historically black colleges and universities. Catholic Leaders Condemn Pope Francis’ Endorsement of Same-Sex Unions

Pope Francis’ support for same-sex unions is being openly criticized by several Roman Catholic leaders in America — who say his recently revealed pro-gay remarks cause “confusion and error” and fly in the face of church teachings.

Cardinal Raymond Burke, a frequent critic of Francis, said the pope’s comments should be “rightly interpreted as simple private opinions of the person who made them.”

“Such declarations generate great bewilderment and cause confusion and error among Catholic faithful,” Burke, a member of the Vatican’s highest court, said in a statement Thursday on his website. . .

Bishop Thomas Tobin, of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence, also agreed with Burke that the pope’s statement “clearly contradicts what has been the long-standing teaching of the Church about same-sex unions.”

“The Church cannot support the acceptance of objectively immoral relationships,” Tobin said in a statement. “Individuals with same-sex attraction are beloved children of God and must have their personal human rights and civil rights recognized and protected by law. However, the legalization of their civil unions, which seek to simulate holy matrimony, is not admissible.” (Read more from “Catholic Leaders Condemn Pope Francis’ Endorsement of Same-Sex Unions” HERE)
