The shooter, a man thought to be about 30, was not in custody, and authorities were working to determine his identity, the chief said.

Gunfire was reported about 2:50 p.m. at the Mayfair mall, outside the northwest entrance to Macy’s, Weber said at a news conference Friday night. (Read more from “Eight Injured in Shooting at Wisconsin Mall; Suspect at Large” HERE)

NYT Columnist Who Called for ‘End of Israel’ to Appear With Noted Antisemites

Anti-Israel activist groups are sponsoring a panel discussion on “dismantling antisemitism,” featuring New York Times columnist Peter Beinart who previously called for the “end of Israel” as a panelist.

Despite promoting anti-Israel rhetoric in the past, Beinart, joined by Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Barbara Ransby, and Marc Lamont Hill, is slated to speak at a discussion titled, “Dismantling Antisemitism, Winning Justice,” sponsored by anti-Israel groups such as United Against Hate, Jewish Currents, Jewish Voice for Peace, Arab American Institute, and Foundation for Middle East Peace.

Just a few months ago, Beinart openly called for the undermining of Israel and Zionism by creating an equal state shared by the Palestinians in a New York Times op-ed titled “I No Longer Believe in a Jewish State.”

“It’s time to abandon the traditional two-state solution and embrace the goal of equal rights for Jews and Palestinians. It’s time to imagine a Jewish home that is not a Jewish state,” he wrote. (Read more from “NYT Columnist Who Called for ‘End of Israel’ to Appear With Noted Antisemites” HERE)

Nurse Who Claimed Dying COVID Patients Filled With ‘Anger and Hate’ Appears to Have Embellished Story

Last week, CNN hosted a nurse who claimed in a Twitter thread that conservatives with COVID-19, whom she claimed to be treating, were denying the disease’s existence up to their dying breath. An investigation from RedState’s Scott Hounsell, however, suggests the nurse embellished her claims. . .

“Their last dying words are, ‘This can’t be happening. It’s not real,’” Doering claimed. “And when they should be spending time — FaceTiming their families, they’re filled with anger and hatred.”

In her Twitter thread, Doering claimed: “The ones that stick out are those who still don’t believe the virus is real. The ones who scream at you for a magic medicine and that Joe Biden is … [g]oing to ruin the USA,” she wrote. “All while gasping for breath on 100% Vapotherm. They tell you there must be another reason they are sick. They call you names and ask why you have to wear all that ‘stuff’ because they don’t have COViD because it’s not real. Yes. This really happens.”

After Doering’s appearance on CNN, which led many to question the validity of her claims and at the very least suggest CNN did absolutely no verification before inviting her on to speak, RedState’s Hounsell looking into the South Dakota coronavirus numbers and found Doering’s claims to be farfetched.

“Nurse Doering, a Marquette grad and licensed Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) lives in a little town called Woonsocket, in Sanborn County. Sanborn County has had just one COVID-19 death since the beginning of the pandemic, according to South Dakota’s COVID-19 statistics website, which provides data from all the different regions and counties in South Dakota, and USFacts.org. That death occurred in October,” Hounsell reported. (Read more from “Nurse Who Claimed Dying COVID Patients Filled With ‘Anger and Hate’ Appears to Have Embellished Story” HERE)

Appeals Court Rules Ban on ‘Conversion Therapy’ Unconstitutional

A federal appeals court on Friday ruled that ordinances in Florida banning the licensed counseling of people with unwanted same-sex attractions are unconstitutional violations of the freedom of speech.

“We hold that the challenged ordinances violate the First Amendment because they are content-based regulations of speech that cannot survive strict scrutiny,” the ruling from the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said.

The decision was the first from a federal appeals court laws against so-called “conversion therapy” – a term rejected by proponents – since a 2018 U.S. Supreme Court ruling. In NIFLA v. Becerra, the high court ruled the government cannot force an individual or organization to express a message chosen by the government.

The current case, Otto, et al v. City of Boca Raton, found that bans by Boca Raton and Palm Beach County violate the Constitution.

The case was fought by Liberty Counsel, which represents Robert Otto and Julie Hamilton and their minor clients. (Read more from “Appeals Court Rules Ban on ‘Conversion Therapy’ Unconstitutional” HERE)

The Exemption in California’s Lockdown Order That Exposes Its Absurdity

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday announced a “limited Stay at Home Order” beginning Saturday for one month.

“Non-essential work and gatherings must stop from 10pm-5am in counties in the purple tier,” Newsom said.

In a statement, he noted that it was the same as his March lockdown order but was only taking place during the seven-hour window. . .

But as Deadline noticed, the order appears to exclude people in the entertainment industry, listing them as essential workers, which was not the case in the March order.

Found listed under the Industrial, Commercial, Residential, and Sheltering Facilities and Services tab, the order excludes “Workers supporting the entertainment industries, studios, and other related establishments, provided they follow covid-19 public health guidance around physical distancing,” if remote work is not possible.

Donald Trump: ‘Big Pharma’ Purposely Delayed Coronavirus Vaccine Until After Election

President Donald Trump accused pharmaceutical companies Friday of purposely delaying a coronavirus vaccine until after the election, in order to prevent his reelection.

“Pfizer and others even decided to not assess the results of their vaccine, in other words, not come out with a vaccine, until just after the election,” Trump said.

The president accused the companies of purposely delaying the vaccine results, noting that they had planned to assess the data as early as October, but postponed it.

“So they waited and waited and waited, and they thought they’d come out with it a few days after the election, and it would have probably had an impact, who knows, maybe it wouldn’t have,” Trump said. “I’m sure they would have found the ballots someplace … the Democrats.”

The president said that “Big Pharma” was against his re-election because of his decision to level new rules against the industry to reduce the cost of prescription drugs. (Read more from “Donald Trump: ‘Big Pharma’ Purposely Delayed Coronavirus Vaccine Until After Election” HERE)

Rudy Giuliani: The Case for Election Fraud Being Made by American Patriots in Both Parties; Pompeo Visits Georgia as Charges of Election Fraud Mount; Tucker Carlson Unloads on Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Over Unproven Election Claims: The Truth Matters; Trump Lawyer Responds to Tucker Carlson

By Breitbart. President Donald Trump’s legal team held a press conference on Thursday about the election fraud that’s been uncovered — a large amount of it reported by American citizens from both major political parties who want to preserve U.S. election integrity.

“That takes us to Michigan, where there was an honest Democrat who said they were cheating,” Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s lead attorney, said to reporters at the press conference. “We’ll show you her affidavit, because I know you keep reporting, falsely, that we have no evidence.”

“That we have no specific acts of fraud,” Giuliani said. “That’s because the coverage of this has been almost as dishonest as the scheme itself.”

“The American people are entitled to know this,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani said that the press should not lie about what the investigation has revealed so far, including that it is Americas coming forward to share their stories of election fraud. (Read more from “Rudy Giuliani: The Case for Election Fraud Being Made by American Patriots in Both Parties” HERE)

Pompeo Visits Georgia as Charges of Election Fraud Mount

By The Washington Free Beacon. The Georgian government’s backslide into authoritarianism was the backdrop for a day-long round of meetings between Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the country’s ruling party, which has increasingly marginalized Tbilisi’s more Western-oriented opposition leaders.

The whole spectrum of Georgian opposition parties are refusing to accept the official results of parliamentary elections held on Oct. 31, claiming widespread fraud and voter intimidation. The U.S. government-backed International Republican Institute has bolstered those charges, accusing the ruling party of “voter intimidation, vote buying, the manipulation of precinct-level summary protocols, and a result management process that failed to meet international standards.”

While U.S. officials who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon expressed concerns about the fairness of Georgia’s October elections, they called on opposition leaders to return to the political process.

Pompeo spent Wednesday in meetings with the Georgian president, prime minister, and foreign minister. The country’s ruling Georgian Dream Party is bankrolled and controlled by Bidzina Ivanishvili, a billionaire with deep ties to Moscow and at one time the largest private shareholder of Russian natural gas giant Gazprom. Georgian Dream’s reorientation of the country has sparked concerns among U.S. officials that Ivanishvili’s government is undermining the pro-Western consensus in that country and sliding toward authoritarianism. Bipartisan groups of lawmakers in Congress have raised concerns about what they see as hostility to U.S. interests by the ruling party—and its toleration of a growing Russian influence on the country. Tucker Carlson Unloads on Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Over Unproven Election Claims: The Truth Matters

By Daily Wire. Fox News host Tucker Carlson slammed Trump lawyer Sidney Powell during his show on Thursday night for not providing any evidence to substantiate her claims that voting software changed votes from President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden.

Carlson said that he repeatedly tried to bring her on the show, offered to give her the entire hour to talk, and that she allegedly became angry and told his show to stop contacting her after they continued to ask for evidence.

Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Responds to Tucker Carlson: Conduct Your Own Investigation

By Daily Wire. Trump lawyer Sidney Powell responded to Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s segment about her unproven claims regarding voting systems that were used in this month’s elections by saying that Carlson needed to conduct his own investigation.

Powell’s comments came in response to a segment that Carlson aired earlier in the evening during which he called out the Trump campaign’s allegations of voter fraud and urged Powell to come on his show so she could provide evidence to back up the allegations. Carlson said that his show repeatedly asked Powell to come on, and that she became angry when she was asked to provide evidence and told the program to stop contacting her.

“Apparently Mr. Carlson missed the news conference today,” Powell said, ignoring the fact that Carlson aired a portion of her comments during his show. “I would continue to encourage him and all journalists to review all the materials we have provided so far and conduct their own investigations.”

Poll: Most Voters – Including 1 in 3 Democrats – Want Special Counsel to Investigate Biden

A majority of registered voters say that if Joe Biden is sworn in as president, a special counsel should be appointed to investigate Biden-family business deals with communist China, Ukraine and possibly Russia.

That includes nearly one in three Democrats, according to a Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen.

The survey found 52% favor a special counsel, including 81% of Republicans and 32% of Democrats.

“It’s not at all surprising that Republicans overwhelmingly believe a special counsel should be appointed,” Rasmussen told Just the News. “It’s also not surprising that nearly half of Independents agree. What is stunning is that 32% of Democrats support the idea.” . . .

Among very liberal voters, 42% say a special counsel is warranted. (Read more from “Poll: Most Voters – Including 1 in 3 Democrats – Want Special Counsel to Investigate Biden” HERE)

Biden’s Pick for Deputy Chief of Staff Worked On Beto’s AR-15 Confiscation Plan

Jen O’Malley Dillon, Joe Biden’s pick to be his deputy chief of staff, used to work on former Congressman Beto O’Rourke’s (D) failed presidential campaign and went into further detail about his AR-15 confiscation plan.

During a Democratic primary debate in 2019, O’Rourke infamously declared, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47!” to a rousing applause from the audience.

In a video posted after his comment, Dillon touted how O’Rourke’s campaign was the only campaign that had such an extreme measure.

“We are actually the only campaign with a plan…but a plan that supports mandatory buybacks of weapons of war. The assault weapon ban is very, very important and we need to have it, but that only takes weapons of war off the streets in the future, it does nothing for weapons of war that are currently out there,” Dillon said.

Nearly 200 Arrested in Sexual Exploitation of a Single Florida Teen (VIDEO)

Sunshine State authorities busted a massive child sex trafficking network — accused of exploiting a single teen — this week, ending a two-year probe that netted 178 arrests, including a high-profile booster for Florida State University, according to a report and police.

The operation, called “Stolen Innocence,” which began in November 2018, wrapped up on Tuesday — and those allegedly involved face charges ranging from solicitation of prostitution to human trafficking of a minor, the Tallahassee Police Department said in a press release.

It began when department investigators spotted images of a child posted on a website that advertises sex for money, authorities said. The girl was 13 and 14 when most of the alleged offenses occurred — but the abuse may have begun even before her 13th birthday, Elizabeth Bascom, one of the lead investigators, told The Tallahassee Democrat.

A total of 72 suspects were charged with misdemeanors and notices to appear, and 106 people were hit with felony charges — 18 of those being charged federally, according to authorities.
