President-elect Joe Biden’s transition team is threatening legal action over the Trump administration’s refusal to formally begin the transition process – as President Trump carried out a post-election purge of agency heads and regulators in the bureaucracy.

Biden’s team is setting its sights on a federal agency’s delay in recognizing the Democrat’s victory over President Donald Trump in last week’s election.

The General Services Administration (GSA) normally recognizes a presidential candidate when it becomes clear who has won an election so that a transition of power can begin.

But the Trump-nominated official who runs the agencies has refused to assess the election being decided in Joe Biden’s favor, despite TV networks calling the race for Biden on Saturday after he secured enough electoral votes to secure the presidency.

Taiwan Announces Military Exercises With U.S. Marines

Taiwan announced on Monday the arrival of U.S. Marines participating in joint exercises, marking the first public acknowledgment of military exercises with U.S. forces in over 40 years.

Amphibious joint exercises between U.S. Marine Raiders and the Taiwanese Marine Corps began in Taiwan this week and were described as “routine” by Taiwan’s Naval Command, the first admission of direct Taiwanese-American military cooperation since 1979, according to Newsweek. Taiwanese soldiers will receive a month of amphibious training under the U.S. Marines.

Report: Biden Coronavirus Adviser’s Plan Would Give Other Nations Vaccine Developed in U.S. Before All Americans Have Access

Dr. Zeke Emanuel, one of several members of a coronavirus task force assembled by Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden, has advocated for a plan that would give a coronavirus vaccine developed in the United States to other nations before all Americans have a chance to be vaccinated.

“Emanuel, who served as a key architect of the Affordable Care Act under the Obama administration, co-authored a paper in September in which he encouraged officials to follow the ‘Fair Priority Model,’ which calls for a ‘fair international distribution of vaccine,’ rather than what he and his co-authors characterized as ‘vaccine nationalism,’” Fox News reported. “The model allows the country that produces the vaccine to hold onto enough of a supply to keep the transmission rate below 1%, but says that beyond that, the vaccine should be distributed internationally. That means giving away or selling doses of the vaccine before it’s available to every citizen in that country, Emanuel explained to Scientific American.”

In the interview with Scientific American, Emanuel said that “from an ethical standpoint, there’s not a good reason for absolute partiality, where a country covers every one of its citizens before giving any vaccine internationally.” He went as far as to say that there is a “good ethical reason” for not having “absolute vaccine nationalism.”

Biden’s selection of Emanuel to be on his task force has generated controversy due to a past article that he wrote at The Atlantic in 2014 where he declared that life is not worth living after 75. Andrew Cuomo Wants To ‘Deck’ President Trump (VIDEO)

. . .Of course there’s weightlifting CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, who in 2019 threatened to throw a guy down a flight of stairs for calling him “Fredo” — a reference to the weak brother in “The Godfather.”

. . .Naturally, folks far and wide piled on since then and repeated the “Fredo” slight — including President Donald Trump earlier this year:

. . .Well, that apparently didn’t sit well with Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who told radio host Howard Stern on Monday he wanted to punch Trump’s lights out over his “Fredo” dig directed toward his younger brother.

“If I wasn’t governor of New York, I would have decked him. Period,” the elder Cuomo told Stern, according to USA Today. “I mean he was attacking me, he was attacking my family, he was anti-Italian. Every nasty thing.”

Auditors Warned of Dead People, Duplicates on State Voter Rolls; Texas Lt. Gov Pledges $1 Million in Rewards for Voter Fraud Tips

By Breitbart. Pennsylvania auditors alerted officials of possible dead people and duplicate registrations on the state’s voter rolls last year, but the warnings went unacknowledged.

In December 2019, Pennsylvania’s Department of Auditor General (DAG) released the findings of an audit report conducted January 1, 2016 to April 16, 2019 but was limited in scope because of “a lack of cooperation and a failure to provide the necessary information by” Pennyslvania’s Department of State, the Department of Transportation, and four county election offices.

Due to the state’s noncooperation, the auditors were “unable to establish with any degree of reasonable assurance” that the state’s voter rolls system is “secure and that Pennsylvania voter registration records are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and related guidelines.”

Even without cooperation from state agencies and multiple county election offices, the report “identified tens of thousands of potential duplicate and inaccurate voter records, as well as voter records for nearly three thousand potentially deceased voters that had not been removed” from Pennsylvania voter rolls. Texas Lt. Gov Pledges $1 Million in Rewards for Voter Fraud Tips

By Townhall. exas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R) on Tuesday offered a $1 million in rewards for any whistleblowers or tipsters who had information about potential voter fraud.

“Whistleblowers and tipsters should turn over their evidence to local law enforcement. Anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and final conviction of voter fraud will be paid a minimum of $25,000,” Patrick said in a press release.

According to Patrick, this is part of a bigger effort to support President Donald Trump’s efforts to identify and root out voter fraud.

“President Trump’s pursuit of voter fraud is not only essential to determine the outcome of this election, it is essential to maintain our democracy and restore faith in future elections,” he said.

The Texas Lt. Gov. blamed Democrats “for creating suspicion of final vote totals.” He specifically cited Republican poll waters not being able to observe the vote counting in multiple states, last minute changes to election laws in battleground states – like Wisconsin and Pennsylvania – and election officials not verifying voters’ signatures or postmarks. Iraq Reacts To Joe Biden: ‘We Don’t Want Obama’s Policies’

AFP on Sunday found Iraq divided over the U.S. presidential election. Pro-Iran factions, including terrorist groups like the one that killed an American civilian contractor near Kirkuk in December 2019, were pleased to hear that American media outlets had proclaimed President Donald Trump lost the election to challenger Joe Biden.

Others were unhappy with that outcome, especially those who feared a Biden victory would embolden Iran and its proxies in Iraq.

Iran-controlled factions in Iraq were excited by President Trump’s reported defeat, since they hold him responsible for the “greatest crime” of ordering airstrikes that killed Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander Gen. Qasem Soleimani and one of his most important Iraqi allies, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, co-founder of the Kataeb Hezbollah (KH) terrorist organization.

KH is the Iran-controlled Shiite militia that launched rocket attacks against Iraqi bases hosting U.S. personnel in late 2019. One of KH’s rocket attacks killed civilian contractor Nawres Hamid, a 33-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen, on December 27. Trump responded with the airstrike that killed Soleimani and Muhandis in January and later threatened sanctions after the Iraqi parliament voted to expel all foreign troops.

Tucker Carlson Gives Numerous Examples of Fraud, Proclaims Dictatorships Tell People To Accept Election Outcome (VIDEO)

Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Monday night called for allegations of vote fraud in the 2020 presidential election to be fully investigated before a winner is declared.

“You can’t simply tell people to accept an outcome, because force doesn’t work in a democracy,” he said on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

“That’s a dictatorship.”

He noted that in the key battleground states of Pennsylvania, Nevada and Michigan, the Trump campaign has now collected signed affidavits attesting to criminal activity during the voting process. In Detroit, for example, witnesses have alleged under oath that ballots were improperly backdated and counted without matching signatures.

“There’s only one way to lower the national temperature and unite the country. We need to find out exactly what happened in this election. There are questions. ‘Serious Adverse Event’ That Led Brazil To Suspend Sinovac Trial Has ‘No Relation’ To Coronavirus Vaccine

A “serious adverse event” that led Brazil’s health authorities to halt clinical trials of a Chinese-developed Covid-19 vaccine was not related to the vaccine trial itself, the director of Brazil’s Butantan biomedical institute said on Tuesday.

Brazil’s National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) suspended the trial on Monday after an incident on October 29. A note from Anvisa said the trial had been paused in order to better evaluate the data and assess the risk.

But Dimas Covas, the institute’s director, told reporters at a news conference in Sao Paulo that the incident was in no way linked to the vaccine trial.

RealClearPolitics: Biden Has Not Been Elected

Media outlets and polling organizations on Saturday declared Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential race after announcing that Pennsylvania had gone for Biden.

But RealClearPolitics — known for its oft-cited aggregate of major polls — still has not called the crucial battleground state.

On Twitter, RealClearPolitics co-founder Tom Bevan corrected New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s claim that the site had called the race for Biden then retracted. . .

Amid court challenges and a Supreme Court order to set aside ballots received after Election Day, RealClearPolitics has Biden at only 259 Electoral College votes, short of the needed 270.
