Biden Taps Staffer Who Described Palestinian Suicide Bombing as ‘Last Resort of a Desperate People’

An incoming senior Biden staffer who is also poised to be the first Palestinian-American staffer in the White House seemingly justified Palestinian suicide bombings in 2002, describing them as “the last resort of a desperate people.”

Reema Dodin, who was born in North Carolina to Jordanian-Palestinian immigrants, was a student at the University of California at Berkeley in 2001 when she participated in demonstrations at the university that compared Israel to apartheid South Africa and called for the institution to divest from Israel, according to The Jerusalem Post.

Dodin was a student during the Second Intifada, or Al-Aqsa Intifada, which was a Palestinian uprising against Israel that lasted from 2000 to 2005, during which she apparently offered the reasoning of Palestinians who commit suicide bombings against Israelis. She did an interview in 2002 with the Lodi News-Sentinel, which stated, “The suicide bombers were the last resort of a desperate people,” Dodin said.” (Read more from “Biden Taps Staffer Who Described Palestinian Suicide Bombing as ‘Last Resort of a Desperate People’” HERE)

Court Rules States Can Drop Planned Parenthood From Medicaid

A circuit court ruled Monday that Texas and Louisiana can exclude Planned Parenthood from Medicaid funding, a win for the movement to deprive the abortion provider of federal funding.

The Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overruled a district court’s preliminary injunction preventing the exclusion of Planned Parenthood from Medicaid funding. The court of appeals ruled in an 11-5 majority that Planned Parenthood did not have the right to challenge the state’s decisions regarding who receives Medicaid benefits.

Medicaid beneficiaries “have no right under the statute to challenge a State’s determination that a provider is unqualified,” the court’s chief judge wrote in the majority’s opinion. Because Planned Parenthood, or its patients, did not have the right to challenge Texas or Louisiana’s decision to remove it from Medicaid benefits, the states are allowed to proceed with removing the organization from Medicaid funding.

The legal battle over Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood in the two states began in 2015 after the release of controversial undercover videos purporting to show Planned Parenthood employees discussing the sale of fetal tissue. Texas and Louisiana state officials moved to kick the abortion provider out of Medicaid funding, citing the videos as evidence that the organization showed a willingness to profit off the sale of fetal tissue. In 2017, a lower court blocked the states from cutting off the Medicaid funding.

The loss of Medicaid funding comes after Planned Parenthood withdrew from Title X funding because of a Trump administration rule forbidding participants in the program from providing direct abortion referrals. The organization cannot receive federal funding for abortion services but does receive Medicaid funding for other health care services it provides. New COVID Vaccine Has Horrible Side Effects

As the world inches closer to effective COVID-19 vaccines becoming available, public health experts are warning that people should be prepared for the possibility that they could experience severe, but ultimately unharmful, side effects after being given the vaccines.

Vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer, both given in two doses approximately one month apart, could soon be approved for public use after data released from clinical trials showed that they may be up to 95 percent effective in providing immunity against the virus. While neither vaccine is believed to come with significant life-threatening side effects, experts are warning that those who receive the vaccines should be ready for unpleasant but temporary reactions. . .

In the Moderna vaccine trials, the only common “severe” side effect seen after the first dose was pain at the injection site, occurring in 2.7 percent of patients. After the second dose, the most common severe side effect was fatigue, which was seen in 9.7 percent of participants. Muscle aches or pains were experienced by 8.9 percent, while 5.2 had joint pain. Another 4.5 percent had headaches and 4.1 percent experienced pain at the injection site.

Luke Hutchison, a 43-year-old computational biologist who participated in the Moderna trials, told Science magazine that he endured an “unbearable” 102 degree fever after getting an injection of what he assumes was the vaccine, although he can’t be certain because participants do not know whether they received a placebo instead. School Systems Across the U.S. Report Increased Rates of Failure From Virtual Learning

While more school districts face a return to completely virtual classrooms as the latest coronavirus surge sweeps the nation, systems are increasingly reporting that online learning doesn’t cut it, with rates of failure soaring across the country.

In Fairfax County, Virginia, a new report from the Office of Research and Strategic Improvement found that the percentage of failing grades so far were up more than 80% compared to last year’s rates — jumping 6% to 11%.

In the Los Angeles Unified School District, Ds and Fs among middle and high school students have surged — as school attendance fell. LA schools did not report the year-on-year differences, but districts in the Bay Area reported 50% jumps in failing grades compared to relative stability over the past few years.

In Austin, Texas, nearly one-quarter of all middle school students in the Austin Independent School District were failing at least one class, a 70% increase compared to last year. In the Van Alstyne ISD, 62% of all students participating in virtual learning were failing at least one class. In neighboring Pottsboro ISD, virtual learners were more than five times as likely to have a failing grade than students who attended in-person classes.

The detriments of virtual learning were not indiscriminate — they were felt harder in underserved communities. Lower-income households without the means to provide additional extracurricular support, students with disabilities, and students whose first language is not English all fell into a widening education gap that was largely predicted by educational researchers. Software Engineer Says Evidence of Election Theft Is Convincing

Many people were surprised and alarmed by the sudden stoppage of vote-counting in numerous jurisdictions. We sensed there was something unnatural about such an act. Since then, several relevant facts have come to light:

1) Unexplained vote spikes for Biden in areas where vote-counting stopped.

2) Allegations that the S/W used for counting has a back-door whereby voting rates can be adjusted by a S/W algorithm designed to inject votes in a somewhat credible manner.

3) Some internet sleuths have discovered that the vote-counting-rate spiked during the “injections” of votes.

In other words, in precincts that had vote-counting machines where they were capable of counting let’s say 1,000 votes-per-minute, the vote-counting-rate also spiked to a counting rate of 10,000 votes-counted-per-minute. This information has been published by various alternate news-site, the only ones the people can trust for accurate information these days.

As a software and embedded-systems engineer for almost thirty-years, this classic S/W algorithm error jumps out at me instantly. To wit, under tremendous time pressure, as the algorithm authors must have been when they realized that President Trump was getting far more votes than their worst-case predictions anticipated, they were given a little extra time to adjust the algorithm in real-time when the vote-counting was halted.

During this time, it has been proposed that the algorithm authors adjust the formula to ensure a Biden victory, which requires that large numbers of votes be added to Biden’s total in a short period of time. The classic software programming blunder here is that the physical capabilities of the hardware on which the votes were being counted was completely neglected. And under the pressure and time-constraint under which the programmer(s) had to work, it is forgivable, from a programming standpoint, but not forgivable from a treason/sedition standpoint.

In other words, an analysis of the reality in which votes for Biden appeared faster than the h/w could produce them very strongly demonstrates that the votes did not come from said h/w. They came from the algorithm. But the algorithm had a bug in it which demonstrates human-hands were tweaking on the algorithm in such way and such time that there was no opportunity to test the changes. And the bug leaked out into the open when the vote-counting rate mysteriously spiked well above and beyond the h/w’s capabilities.

These types of bugs are common among programmers even at a senior level, when they rush their programming changes. Thus, my conclusion is that this programming error further strengthens the case that the vote was manipulated by human intervention as it was being counted. QED.

Don’t Think Fraud Is an Issue in Elections? Check Out the Dead Voting in This New York Race

The discovery of mail-in ballots cast by dead voters has emerged as an issue in the neck-and-neck race between first-term upstate Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi and rival Republican Claudia Tenney.

Tenney, who held the seat before being ousted by Brindisi, was ahead by a razor-thin 100 votes as the two campaigns appeared before a state judge who will rule on hundreds of disputed absentee and affidavit ballots that could determine the winner.

Madison County Attorney Tina Wayland-Smith reported that election officials there disqualified absentee ballots filed by three “deceased” voters” in a filing with state Supreme Court Justice Scott Del Conte, who is overseeing the count in Oswego County. . .

A top state Board of Elections official is demanding an investigation.

“This is a known problem of voting by mail. It should be investigated,” said Doug Kellner, co-chairman of the board, noting that it’s a crime for someone to mail in a ballot in the name of a dead person. Tucker Carlson: Here’s How the Democrats ‘Rigged’ the 2020 Election

Fox News host Tucker Carlson said the 2020 election was “rigged” to favor President-elect Joe Biden in plain sight.

The top-rated cable news figure used his opening monologue on Monday to argue that Democrats orchestrated an expansive scheme to bend the presidential contest in their favor. He started by claiming that electronic voting is unreliable and called for a return to hand-counting paper ballots without the use of machines.

He made the case following a week in which Carlson challenged Sidney Powell, who is involved in the Trump legal fight in battleground states, to show evidence that voting machines are being used to flip votes and a couple hours after the General Services Administration authorized the beginning of a transition to a Biden administration.

“You’ve heard a lot over the past few days about the security of our electronic voting machines. And this is a real issue, no matter who raises it or who tries to dismiss it out of hand as a conspiracy theory. Electronic voting is not as secure as traditional hand-counting, period. It never will be as secure. Voters can see this because it’s obvious, and it makes them nervous,” Carlson said. . .

“Going forward, we need to find out exactly what happened in this month’s presidential election. We need to find out no matter how long it takes the investigation to unfold or how much it costs. And once we get answers from that investigation, we ought to revert immediately to the traditional system of voting, the one that served our democracy for hundreds of years. What we are doing now is not working,” he said. (Read more from “Tucker Carlson: Here’s How the Democrats ‘Rigged’ the 2020 Election” HERE)

Trump Not Conceding, Election Dispute Will Continue

By Beyza Binnur Donmez. Hours after reportedly advising his team to begin “initial protocols” for a transition of power, US President Donald Trump said he will “never concede to fake ballots”, protesting media reports that alleged he has given up.

Trump’s remarks came as many of the news reports saw his transition move as a way of admitting defeat against President-elect Joe Biden, but he reiterated that he will continue legal battles. (Read more about Trump not conceding despite the transition process HERE)

Biden to Nominate CNN Analyst for Secretary of State

By The Washington Free Beacon. Another media figure is joining the incoming Biden administration. The president-elect’s team announced over the weekend Biden’s intention to nominate CNN global-affairs analyst Antony Blinken for the role of secretary of state.

Blinken, in addition to his role at CNN, is a cofounder and managing partner of WestExec Advisors, a “strategic advisory firm that offers unique geopolitical and policy expertise to help business leaders make the best decisions in a complex and volatile international landscape.” He also served as a deputy in the Obama administration from 2013 to 2017.

Starting one’s own “strategic advisory firm” is one of the more conventional ways in which selfless public servants ensure they become rich enough to afford a life of selfless public service. The job of secretary of state, for example, pays a mere $210,700 a year. Multinational corporations will pay a lot more than that for strategic advice from politically well-connected media analysts.

Though the practice is typically frowned upon when Republicans do it, Democrats can often count on journalists and other liberals to defend them for simply having “participated in society” by raking in cash from corporate clients while their Democratic colleagues routinely badmouth those clients in public. Biden Will Nominate First Women to Lead Treasury and Intelligence, and First Latino to Run Homeland Security

By The New York Times. President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. plans to name Janet L. Yellen as Treasury secretary, a nomination that would put a woman in charge of the Treasury for the first time in its 231-year history.

The expected appointment came as Mr. Biden moved to fill other top cabinet roles, selecting Alejandro Mayorkas as the first Latino to lead the Department of Homeland Security and Avril Haines as the first woman to be the director of national intelligence.

Mr. Biden is also expected to create a new post of international climate envoy and tap John Kerry, a former secretary of state who was a chief negotiator for the United States on the Paris climate change accord. Chinese President Pushes for Global Tracking System

Chinese President Xi Jinping is pushing for a global tracking system using QR codes to monitor people and any potential exposure to the coronavirus, which originated in China.

“China mandated the widespread use of QR-based health certificates earlier this year. The system, which uses an electronic barcode to store a person’s travel and health history, has been credited with helping to curb the spread of the virus,” CNN reported. “The code issues users with a color code based on their potential exposure to the novel coronavirus. The colors are like traffic lights — green is safest, then amber and finally red.”

Xi, who has religious minorities locked up in concentration camps, made the remarks at the virtual G20 leaders’ meeting on Saturday, saying [emphasis added]:

While containing the virus, we need to restore the secure and smooth operation of global industrial and supply chains. We need to reduce tariffs and barriers, and explore the liberalization of trade of key medical supplies. We need to further harmonize policies and standards and establish “fast tracks” to facilitate the orderly flow of personnel. China has proposed a global mechanism on the mutual recognition of health certificates based on nucleic acid test results in the form of internationally accepted QR codes. We hope more countries will join this mechanism. We also support the G20 in carrying out institutionalized cooperation and building global cooperation networks to facilitate the flow of personnel and goods.

Is America Doomed to Split Apart?

Is anyone else too old to start living on his knees? See, submission is not in the cards. The question is whether preserving our freedom means dissolving the Union. And though our alleged betters tell us we are not allowed to think about that horrible prospect, it’s the ruling caste itself that raised the question.

When you get a vile clown like Chuck Schumer promising to “change America” if he steals another Georgia election in the coming run-off, it only reaffirms that we don’t want to “change America” – at least not into the Venezuela-lite he and his coterie of neo-Marxist bother-wedders, fake Indians, and buck-tooth morons want. We’re not living in a dictatorship of the mediocre-tariat, or of anyone else, period. That’s non-negotiable. Nor does any alleged conservative principle of the kind pushed by supine gimps of the Mitt n’ French variety bind us to do so.

And yet there’s a huge chunk of America seemingly determined to suppress, disenfranchise, and even harm us. Save your gaslighting, hacks, I’m on Twitter, and every day I see people threatening us with, on the mild end, “reeducation” to “truth and reconciliation commissions” to outright murder. . .

Could a Split happen? In some ways it is happening already. In the last month two Californians I know have announced a move to Idaho. Don’t think that California is exporting only liberals – these are conservatives. There is, to some extent, a great sorting going on. Patriots are leaving big blue cities – and the House redistricting is showing that. But that means the blue enclaves are even bluer and therefore even more malignant. Don’t underestimate the lack of wisdom of these people – they are quite dumb and their own boundless incompetence, greed, and unaccountably high self-regard mean that they are absolutely capable of taking the kind of stupid and evil actions that could lead to the country tearing itself apart. Think about what they would spark if they banned guns, of banned fracking and caused millions to become impoverished for the pleasure of Marin County weather pagans, or even if they banned religious teachings they disapprove of. Think that’s crazy? Think the vicious people who sue nuns an celebrate killing babies have some sort of boundary they aren’t willing to cross?
