WATCH: Pastor Arrested for Holding Church Service

Canadian pastor Artur Pawlowski was arrested on Saturday for committing the crime of holding a church service, which violated Alberta’s public health orders.

Pawlowski, who went viral last month for the video of him kicking Canadian police and a health official out of his church while calling them “gestapo,” held church service on Saturday in Alberta where “dozens were congregating without masks, with no regard for physical distancing,” according to the Calgary Herald.

However, less than an hour after the church service, Pawlowski was arrested by police, who he famously labeled as “Nazis” the last time authorities came to his church to serve him court papers. The car that Pawlowski was traveling in was pulled over on a highway by at least six police vehicles. The Calgary Police informed Pawlowski and his brother Dawid Pawlowski that they were being arrested for violating the public health orders for gatherings because of Saturday’s church service.

China’s Digital Currency Could Bring Surveillance State to Wallets at Expense of U.S. Dollar

China’s emerging digital currency could enhance the yuan’s importance in the international financial system at the expense of the U.S. dollar and extend the Chinese surveillance state into wallets around the world.

A combination of visibility of currency users and technical control is a monetary dream for Chinese communist officials, who have staked their regime on their ability to monitor and curtail private activity within China. The digital yuan’s acceptance beyond mainland China could give the regime a significant geo-economic tool, one that bypasses the network of banks and financial institutions that are subject to U.S. laws and binds client states more directly to Beijing.

Beijing’s moves come amid tensions with the Biden administration as the new government in Washington continues calibrating its China policy after the Asian giant’s tactics led former President Donald Trump to sour on its president, Xi Jinping, after spending years touting their alleged friendship. Before Trump, former President Barack Obama grew equally frustrated with Chinese officials, sources said at the time. Now, it’s Biden’s turn.

Major Fuel Pipeline Network Shuts Down After Cyber Attack

Colonial Pipeline, one of the top fuel pipeline operators in the United States, was hit by a cyber attack Friday and forced to shut down their entire network, Reuters reported.

The attack was caused by ransomware and was one of the largest disturbances ever reported, according to Reuters. The attack has stoked fears of an increase is gas prices at the pump.

Colonial Pipeline is responsible for approximately half of the country’s fuel supply on the east coast. According to the company’s website, it’s responsible for the daily transport of more than 100 million gallons of gasoline between Houston and New York City. When it became aware of the attack on Friday, the company halted operations, CNN reported.

“In response, we proactively took certain systems offline to contain the threat, which has temporarily halted all pipeline operations, and affected some of our IT systems,” the company said in a statement.

Bombshell Report: Disney Pushing Critical Race Theory Training On Employees

The Walt Disney Corporation has been allegedly holding extensive critical race theory training for employees.

Internal documents obtained by Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at Manhattan Institute, show Disney launching a “diversity and inclusion” program called “Reimagine Tomorrow.” The trainings discuss the leftist ideas of “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility,” “white saviors,” “microaggressions,” and “antiracism.” The subtitle of the booklet guide reads: “Allyship for Race Consciousness.”

Disney, which owns ABC, ESPN, Touchstone Pictures, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and other major media companies, instructed employees to “take ownership of educating yourself about structural anti-Black racism” as well as “not rely on your Black colleagues to educate you,” which would be “emotionally taxing.”

“When America’s storied places of joy and refuge from the cares of the world turn themselves into partisan actors and political indoctrination factories, the harm to our social fabric is immeasurable,” Stanley Kurtz, a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, told The Federalist. “Disney is dividing the country it once helped to inspire, inviting entirely justified blowback from the vast number of Americans it now derogates, disregards, and caricatures. I thought politicized baseball was the unkindest cut of all, but now this. As Disney and other woke corporations plunge America into the bitterest cultural conflict in memory, they deserve to feel shame, not pride.”

The training modules centralize the notion of “anti-racism” — the idea that Americans must acknowledge their country is systemically racist and eradicate any semblance of a colorblind society. The company told employees they must also “work through feelings of guilt, shame, and defensiveness to understand what is beneath them and what needs to be healed,” harping on the notion of implicit bias. Dr. Fauci: Masks To Become ‘Seasonal’

Dr. Anthony Fauci predicted Sunday that mask-wearing could eventually become “seasonal” as protection against ailments like the flu that can also be spread through the air.

He said Americans over the course of the pandemic have gotten used to wearing face coverings, which “diminishes respiratory diseases.”

“We’ve had practically a non-existent flu season this year merely because people were doing the kinds of public health things that were directed predominantly against COVID-19,” Fauci, the country’s top infectious disease expert, said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.”

“So it is conceivable that as we go on, a year or two or more from now, that during certain seasonal periods when you have respiratory-borne viruses like the flu, people might actually elect to wear masks to diminish the likelihood that you’ll spread these respiratory-borne diseases,” Fauci continued. Generals Warn of Civil War Due To Creeping Islamism

A coalition of retired French military officers is warning that civil war could come to the European nation because its government is failing to control mass migration and “creeping Islamism.”

In a letter, the leaders pointed to the problems of cultural Marxism, runaway multiculturalism and the growth of no-go zones, neighborhoods where it is unsafe for non-Muslims to venture, noted Soeren Kern, a senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute. . .

Kern explained there is “widespread public indignation over a French justice system compromised by political correctness — as evidenced by the refusal to prosecute an African immigrant from Mali who, while shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ (‘Allah is the Greatest’), killed an elderly Jewish woman by breaking into her home and pushing her off her balcony.”

The letter was published by the French magazine Valeurs Actuelles. The reaction has pushed conservative National Rally leader Marine Le Pen ahead of French President Emmanuel Macron in polling before next year’s election.

City Tries To Take Land Family Bought for Hardware Store

A family-owned hardware store chain planned to expand into Southold, New York, but officials there apparently didn’t want the business.

They tried to interfere with the original purchase of the plot of commercial property when the Brinkmann family, owners of the Brinkmann’s Hardware chain that already operates in several nearby locations, made the purchase.

Then they tried “exorbitant permitting fees,” according to officials with the Institute for Justice.

Then they deployed a “selective” moratorium on building permits.

Disabled Veteran Says Armed BLM Protesters Beat Him During Portland Demonstration (VIDEO)

A disabled veteran in Portland, Oregon, is hospitalized with multiple serious injuries after a group of armed Black Lives Matter protesters attacked and beat him. Portland Police Bureau officials reportedly received several calls about the violent acts of the BLM protesters on May 5.

Joe Hall, a 53-year-old home handyman, a crowd of BLM protesters armed with AR-15s and AK-47 surrounded his vehicle and then attacked him when he got out of his work truck, FOX 12 Portland reported. He said he was driving through the area where a BLM protest was underway while moving from a completed job to his next assignment. The crowd stopped his vehicle and those of others as they blocked the roadway.

“All of a sudden these agitators come out, screaming, pounding on my truck,” Hall told Fox 12. He said he attempted to drive around the group but stopped and got out when he thought he hit something.

“By this time I’ve got five people surrounding my vehicle, AR-15s, AK-47s,” the disabled veteran who served in the Army and Marine Corps. “I pulled my .38 out of my right pocket and pointed it at the ground and told them if a weapon points at me again, I will shoot to eliminate the threat.”

After pulling his pistol, someone tackled him and took his gun away. He said the group began kicking and hitting him.

By Fox News. President Biden on Thursday announced a set of executive actions and legislative proposals on gun control, saying that gun violence is “a public health crisis” and the administration’s actions do not contravene Second Amendment rights.

The administration aims to “confront not just the gun crisis but what is actually a public health crisis,” Biden said in his remarks in the Rose Garden. He was joined by Vice President Harris.

“Nothing I’m about to recommend in any way impinges on the Second Amendment,” Biden said. “These are phony arguments suggesting that these are Second Amendment rights at stake from what we’re talking about.”

Continuing, Biden said: “But no amendment to the Constitution is absolute … From the very beginning, you couldn’t own any weapon you wanted to own. From the very beginning the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren’t allowed to have weapons. So the idea is just bizarre to suggest that some of the things we’re recommending are contrary to the Constitution.”

An administration official detailed the actions to reporters on Wednesday. Among them, Biden is asking the Justice Department (DOJ) to propose within a month a rule to stop “ghost guns,” which are “kits” people can buy legally to assemble a functioning firearm that does not have a serial number. In a little-noticed decision with a major impact on the firearms industry, a federal judge in Arizona has ruled in favor of pistol manufacturer Glock and dismissed a suit brought by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence on behalf of a man who was accidentally shot and paralyzed.

U.S. District Court Judge Susan Brnovich upheld liability immunity granted in the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act passed in 2005 to block gun-makers from a potential wave of industry-killing lawsuits.

Further Evidence That COVID Vaccine May Alter Human DNA

A team of prominent scientists has doubled down on its controversial hypothesis that genetic bits of the pandemic coronavirus can integrate into our chromosomes and stick around long after the infection is over. If they are right—skeptics have argued that their results are likely lab artifacts—the insertions could explain the rare finding that people can recover from COVID-19 but then test positive for SARS-CoV-2 again months later.

Stem cell biologist Rudolf Jaenisch and gene regulation specialist Richard Young of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, who led the work, triggered a Twitter storm in December 2020, when their team first presented the idea in a preprint on bioRxiv. The researchers emphasized that viral integration did not mean people who recovered from COVID-19 remain infectious. But critics charged them with stoking unfounded fears that COVID-19 vaccines based on messenger RNA (mRNA) might somehow alter human DNA. . .

SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, has genes composed of RNA, and Jaenisch, Young, and co-authors contend that on rare occasions an enzyme in human cells may copy the viral sequences into DNA and slip them into our chromosomes. The enzyme, reverse transcriptase, is encoded by LINE-1 elements, sequences that litter 17% of the human genome and represent artifacts of ancient infections by retroviruses. In their original preprint, the researchers presented test tube evidence that when human cells spiked with extra LINE-1 elements were infected with the coronavirus, DNA versions of SARS-CoV-2’s sequences nestled into the cells’ chromosomes.

Many researchers who specialize in LINE-1 elements and other “retrotransposons” thought the data were too thin to support the claim. “If I would have had this data, I would have not submitted to any publication at that point,” says Cornell University’s Cedric Feschotte, who studies endogenous retrovirus chunks in the human genome. He and others also said they expected higher quality work coming from scientists of the caliber of Jaenisch and Young. In two subsequent studies, both posted on bioRxiv, critics presented evidence that the supposed chimeras of human and viral DNA traces are routinely created by the very technique the group used to scan for them in chromosomes.
