After an investigation found that Gov. Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women, the New York Democrat attacked his accusers, saying they “discredit the legitimate sexual harassment victims.”

In a pre-recorded response to an explosive report published Tuesday by New York attorney general Letitia James (D.), Cuomo painted his accusers as liars who undermine “legitimate” sexual victims. “For those who are using this moment to score political points or seek publicity or personal gain, I say they actually discredit the legitimate sexual harassment victims that the law was designed to protect,” he said.

The report from James found Cuomo “sexually harassed current and former state employees in violation of both federal and state laws.” James said the accusations against Cuomo are credible and cover a wide range of both verbal and physical sexual harassment. Female staffers accused the Democrat of groping and kissing them without consent as well as engaging in sexually charged and inappropriate conversations.

“The investigation found that Governor Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed current and former New York State employees by engaging in unwelcome and nonconsensual touching and making numerous offensive comments,” James said. Poll: Large Majority Believe January 6 Committee is Biased in Favor of Democrats

A Thursday poll shows that 58 percent of voters believe the January 6 Committee is biased towards Democrats.

“Fifty-eight percent of voters polled said they believed the committee set up by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was biased, while 42 percent said they thought it was fair,” according to a Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll.

Codirector of the Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey Mark Penn told the Hill that “Americans want an examination of the riots over the summer and the origins of the virus over investigating Jan. 6th.”

“The voters reject the Pelosi move to toss Republicans off of the committee and see it now as just a partisan exercise,” he said.

The poll’s findings come as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) blocked House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s (R-CA) appointments to the committee in which she stated out of “concern about statements made and actions taken by these Members, I must reject the recommendations of Representatives [Jim] Banks and [Jim] Jordan to the Select Committee.” (Read more from “Poll: Large Majority Believe January 6 Committee is Biased in Favor of Democrats” HERE)

President Biden Breaks Silence on Cuomo Investigation

President Joe Biden called on Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to resign following an investigation that determined he sexually harassed women.

New York Attorney General Letitia James declared Tuesday that an independent investigation found Cuomo had sexually harassed multiple women and that the governor violated state and federal law. The president was reminded of his comments back in March regarding Cuomo, when he told ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos that the Democratic governor should resign if the investigation confirmed the allegations.

“I stand by that statement,” Biden told reporters Tuesday.

The president was pressed on whether his response meant that he was specifically now calling for Cuomo to resign.

Kim Jong Un Seen With Mystery Spot, Bandage on Back of His Head

Kim Jong Un has appeared in public with a dark spot, at times covered by a small bandage, on the back of his head – stoking more speculation about the the slimmed-down North Korean despot’s health.

The mystery spot was visible during a military event as well as in footage from a war veterans conference Kim attended late last month, according to NK News, which provides news and analysis about the rogue regime.

During his previous public appearances at a politburo meeting on June 29 and with musicians on July 11, the mysterious spot was not seen, according to the outlet.

CDC Announces New 60-Day Eviction Freeze for Most US Counties

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced a new 60-day eviction moratorium in counties where COVID-19 transmission is either “substantial” or “high.”

The order from CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky has an initial expiration date of Oct. 3, but can be extended or rescinded based on changes in the spread of the virus. According to agency data, 80.87 percent of US counties are currently experiencing “substantial” or “high” transmission, defined by the CDC as at least 50 COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people over the past seven days.

“The emergence of the Delta variant has led to a rapid acceleration of community transmission in the United States, putting more Americans at increased risk, especially if they are unvaccinated,” Walensky said in a statement. “This moratorium is the right thing to do to keep people in their homes and out of congregate settings where COVID-19 spreads.

“It is imperative that public health authorities act quickly to mitigate such an increase of evictions, which could increase the likelihood of new spikes in SARS-CoV-2 transmission,” she added. “Such mass evictions and the attendant public health consequences would be very difficult to reverse.” (Read more from “CDC Announces New 60-Day Eviction Freeze for Most US Counties” HERE)

The Government Isn’t Going to Tell You, but We’re Going to Run Out of Money in About Three Months

So, we’re going to run out of money soon. Oh yeah, on top of the drama regarding the infrastructure bill and the reconciliation mess, both carrying a combined price tag of around four trillion dollars, we blew the deadline the raise the debt ceiling. The Treasury Department has now entered an emergency situation, diving into their emergency funds to meet the government’s commitments, but it will run out in two-to-three months (via CNBC):

The Treasury Department will begin conducting emergency cash-conservation steps on Monday to avoid busting the federal borrowing limit after a two-year suspension of the debt ceiling expired at the end of July.

Economists say those so-called extraordinary measures will allow Treasury to pay off the government’s bills without floating new debt for two to three months. After that, Congress will need to either raise or suspend the borrowing limit or risk the U.S. defaulting on its obligations.

The limit, a facet of American politics for over a century, prevents the Treasury from issuing new bonds to fund government activities once a certain debt level is reached. That level reached $22 trillion in August 2019 and was suspended until Saturday.

Winning Attitude: Olympic Gold Medalist Wrestler Has Best Response When Asked About Representing USA (VIDEO)

U.S. wrestler Tamyra Mensah-Stock was asked a simple question by a reporter after she won gold at the Tokyo Olympics in the 68kg final over Blessing Oborududu of Nigeria. “How does it feel to represent your country like this,” Mensah-Stock was asked.

“I love representing the U.S. I freaking love living there,” the Olympic gold medalist said before pumping her fist, smiling, and pulling the stars and stripes tighter to her body.

Mensah-Stock, who began wrestling in the 10th grade in Katy, Texas after being prodded by her sister said that she didn’t have role models to look up to early in her career, but she always had her sister to fall back on. . .

Asked what she plans to do with the money that comes with winning a gold medal, Mensah-Stock knew exactly what she would do with the cash.

“I wanted to give my mom $30,000 so she can get a food truck, ‘cause it’s her dream,” she said. “And I told her five years ago, ‘Alright mommy, I’ll get you your food truck, but you gotta be responsible. NYT: It’s Trump’s Fault Biden Isn’t Pleasing the Climate Change Cult Quickly Enough

. . .For a couple of weeks now I’ve been kicking around a column idea in my head about living in a world that’s beyond parody. In the not-too-distant past, I had seriously considered launching my own parody site or at least running a Twitter parody account. Seven or so years ago, I could have done something like that in my sleep. Now I’d need a full writers room just to come up with stuff that’s more outlandish than the daily news.

For example:

This was from an article posted on Sunday, and it was the first time I was aware that his green insanity was being hobbled in any way. In fact, I remember him rushing from slurring his way through the presidential oath of office then heading right to work to kill the Keystone XL pipeline and a bunch of jobs. That was one of the drooling idiot’s climate agenda promises. Democrats hate people who work and energy that doesn’t cost a fortune. New Report on the Wuhan Lab Details ‘Greatest Coverup of All Time’

Over the weekend, House Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Michael McCaul released new details about unsafe conditions at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

For years, Chinese scientists were juicing up and manipulating deadly viruses in unsafe conditions. McCaul is calling on Congress to officially rule out the wet market theory, which the Chinese Communist Party has used to distract from the deadly lab leak.

“While much of the public debate was initially focused on the Huanan seafood market in Wuhan as the origin of the pandemic, the preponderance of evidence now suggests that the virus leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Given the WIV’s demonstrated history of conducting gain-of-function experiments on coronaviruses, including genetically manipulating viruses specifically to make them infectious to humans in BSL-2 labs, as well as their possession of one of the world’s largest collections of coronaviruses, it is completely plausible that one or more researcher(s) was accidentally infected and carried the virus out of the lab. The evidence outlined above, combined the cover-up conducted CCP authorities, strongly suggest the Wuhan Institute of Virology as the source of the current pandemic,” McCaul released in a statement.

“We know gain-of-function research was happening at the WIV and we know it was being done in unsafe conditions. We also now know the head of the Chinese CDC and the director of the WIV’s BSL-4 lab publicly expressed concerns about safety at PRC labs in the summer of 2019. It is our belief the virus leaked sometime in late August or early September 2019. When they realized what happened, Chinese Communist Party officials and scientists at the WIV began frantically covering up the leak, including taking their virus database offline in the middle of the night and requesting more than $1 million for additional security,” he continued. Andrew Napolitano Out at Fox News After Business Network Employee Alleges Homosexual Harassment

Fox News Media said it has parted ways with legal analyst Andrew Napolitano, following an associate producer’s claim of sexual harassment.

The employee, John Fawcett, who works on Fox Business Network’s Kudlow, filed a lawsuit Monday in New York Supreme Court (read it here) against the network, outlining his claims against Napolitano.

Fawcett also alleged that Larry Kudlow, the host of the show, has used ethnic slurs and made sexually inappropriate comments about women “in front of multiple staffers,” including himself and a senior vice president. He also claimed that Kudlow nixed the appearance of Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) on the show because of his race. . .

In the lawsuit, Fawcett, 27, claimed that when he started working at Fox Business in 2019 as an entry-level production assistant working for Lou Dobbs’ show, he encountered Napolitano on an elevator at the Fox News headquarters. He alleged that Napolitano made sexually suggestive comments and stroked his arm.
