Report: Man Dies From COVID-19 After Hospital Rejects Court Order for Ivermectin

A 75-year-old New York man died last weekend after a hospital refused to give him the drug Ivermectin in a last-ditch effort to save his life, despite an order from a judge, an exclusive report from News10NBC’s Jennifer Lewke revealed.

Although Jeremy L. Carter was vaccinated against COVID-19, he still caught the virus at the end of August, Lewke detailed. He became sick enough to be hospitalized at Rochester General Hospital and continued to deteriorate to the point where he was placed on a ventilator.

After consulting with Carter’s primary care doctor, Carter and his daughter Jill Alvarado wanted to try Ivermectin. Although the drug is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat COVID-19, and the FDA has explicitly warned against using it, some doctors have prescribed Ivermectin for COVID-19 patients.

However, the hospital refused to administer the drug to Carter, even though the family said they would gladly sign away any right to file a malpractice lawsuit.

This forced Alvarado to sue Rochester Regional Health, where Rochester General Hospital falls — and she was successful. WH Defends DOJ Using FBI in School Board Protests

The White House defended the Justice Department from complaints it was being politicized after Attorney General Merrick Garland escalated his federal agency’s response to threats against public school officials and teachers.

Threats of violence against public servants are illegal, which includes public school board members and educators, according to White House press secretary Jen Psaki. Republican lawmakers have expressed concern the department would target parents who are concerned about public schools’ policies.

Psaki said President Joe Biden supported the parents’ right to protest.

“He doesn’t stand for the fundamental right — I assume you don’t either — for people to take violent action against public servants. And that’s what the threats are about,” she told reporters.

School board meetings nationwide have become increasingly confrontational as officials and parents clash over how to deal with the coronavirus pandemic, particularly over mask or vaccine mandates for students and staff. There are also becoming heated over the perceived importance placed on critical race theory in curricula. Some parents are concerned the theory indoctrinates children into thinking the United States is an inherently racist society. Federal Judge Blocks Texas Abortion Law

A federal judge on Wednesday blocked a controversial Texas law banning abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy.

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman’s ruling said, “A person’s right under the Constitution to choose to obtain an abortion prior to fetal viability is well established.” It added that “depriving citizens of this right” would be “flagrantly unconstitutional.”

The order follows the Biden administration’s challenge to the ban and will temporarily cease the most restrictive abortion law in the country, which the Supreme Court narrowly allowed to take effect about a month ago.

Revealed: Facebook Whistleblower Working With Trump Impeachment Lawyers; Whistleblower Wants MORE Censorship; Zuckerberg Breaks Silence

By Breitbart. Frances Haugen, the former Facebook employee who testified before the Senate commerce committee today, has a history of left-wing activism and is working with the same lawyer who represented the alleged Ukraine whistleblower who sparked the second bogus Trump impeachment.

Haugen testified before the Senate Commerce Committee today after getting the celebrity treatment from the establishment media, including a full-length interview on 60 Minutes.

Haugen, unlike other Facebook whistleblowers who have been ignored by the media, has called for more censorship of the platform, not less — and, according to her remarks at the hearing today, wants the government to step in to make it happen.

Not only that, but she believes that she, and people like her, should be in charge of regulating Facebook. . .

According to reports, Haugen is being advised by Whistleblower Aid, the same group of leftist lawyers who advised the “whistleblower” who sparked the bogus Ukraine impeachment of President Trump — which helped direct attention away from allegations of corruption against the Biden family over their business affairs in that country. Mark Zuckerberg Breaks Silence To Say the Facebook Whistleblower’s Claims ‘Don’t Make Any Sense’

By The Verge. Mark Zuckerberg posted a staunch defense of his company in a note to employees, saying that recent claims by an ex-employee about the social network’s effects on society “don’t make any sense.”

On Tuesday, a former Facebook product manager named Frances Haugen testified before Congress about a trove of internal documents she gave to The Wall Street Journal. The focus of the hearing was on Facebook’s internal research that showed Instagram can have a negative effect on young people, but Haugen took the opportunity to also attack the company’s business model and News Feed algorithm. One of her main arguments was that Facebook’s business of selling ads based on engagement leads it to keep users on the service at all costs, even when it knows that the content they’re engaging with is harmful.

“I’m sure many of you have found the recent coverage hard to read because it just doesn’t reflect the company we know,” Zuckerberg said in the memo, which he also posted on his public Facebook page. “We care deeply about issues like safety, well-being and mental health. It’s difficult to see coverage that misrepresents our work and our motives. Hidden Camera: Pfizer Makes Huge Admission About Natural Immunity

Dr. Anthony Fauci and other public health officials continue to insist the COVID vaccines are superior to natural immunity, but three Pfizer scientists have been captured on hidden camera in the latest Project Veritas investigation saying otherwise.

Nick Karl, a biochemist who helped develop the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, told an undercover Project Veritas journalist that antibodies developed from a previous COVID infection “are probably better than the vaccination.”

“When somebody is naturally immune, like, they got COVID, they probably have better, like, not better, but more antibodies against the virus,” he said.

“So when you actually get the virus, you’re going to start producing antibodies against multiple pieces of the virus,” Karl continued. “So, your antibodies are probably better at that point than the vaccination.”

Karl said the vaccine mandates and the requirement in New York City venues for vaccination cards is “just about making it so inconvenient for unvaccinated people to the point where they’re just like, ‘F— it. I’ll get it.’ You know?”

Taiwan President Says Country ‘Will Do Whatever It Takes To Defend Itself’ Against China

Taiwan will not bend the knee to an increasingly aggressive communist China, the country’s president says, warning that the defeat of the island nation would signal that “authoritarianism has the upper hand over democracy” in today’s “global contest of values.”

Writing in the November-December edition of Foreign Affairs, President Tsai Ing-wen stated that while Taiwan does not seek military confrontation with China, it “will do whatever it takes to defend itself.”

“Amid almost daily intrusions by the People’s Liberation Army, our position on cross-strait relations remains constant: Taiwan will not bend to pressure, but nor will it turn adventurist, even when it accumulates support from the international community,” she wrote. “In other words, the maintenance of regional security will remain a significant part of Taiwan’s overall government policy.”

“Yet we will also continue to express our openness to dialogue with Beijing, as the current administration has repeatedly done since 2016, as long as this dialogue proceeds in a spirit of equality and without political preconditions,” she added. Lawyer Claims ‘No Plane Fragments Found’ at 9/11 Target Sites

Lin Wood, one of the lawyers who filed several lawsuits alleging massive election fraud following the 2020 election, claimed Friday there were “no plane fragments found” at the target sites of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

“Let’s talk about CGI — computer graphics generated images. You know what CGI is? You know what deep fake videos are? I know you know what Photoshopping is,” Wood told a crowd gathered in Glynn County, Georgia, on Friday.

Wood shared the clip of his remarks to his Telegram channel from the event in Georgia, where he also called former President George W. Bush “a criminal,” adding he should “go to jail.”

“Many people in the country want to hear it. We ALL need to hear it and face it. We must face the TRUTH, the good, the bad, and the ugly,” Wood wrote in the Telegram post. “The TRUTH about 9/11 is ugly.”

Wood went on to discuss the World Trade Center towers that were struck by planes, saying, “What appeared to be a plane hit one building, what appeared to be a plane hit another building, then later that night another building fell down. Dr. Fauci Questioned After CDC Stops Tracking Vaccinated Breakthrough Cases

A CNBC host confronted Dr. Anthony Fauci recently about the frequency of so-called “breakthrough” COVID-19 cases in people who are fully vaccinated.

Public health officials have been touting the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines for nearly a year now — and for good reason. The vaccines are more effective than first believed, especially considering scientists developed the vaccine less than one year after sequencing COVID-19’s genetic code.

But with governments pushing vaccine mandates, breakthrough cases — in which a fully vaccinated person contracts COVID-19 — seem to be increasingly frequent. So that begs the question: How can you force people to get vaccinated if a significant number of people are contracting COVID despite being fully vaccinated?

Biden Administration Lifts Trump-Era Abortion Policy

The Biden administration reversed a Trump-era policy prohibiting federally-funded family planning clinics from making abortion referrals, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said Monday.

“Today, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a final rule to strengthen the Title X family planning program, fulfilling the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to restore access to equitable, affordable, client-centered, quality family planning services,” the statement reads.

In the final rule, it describes the change as a way to “readopt” regulations and “revoke the requirements of the 2019 regulations, including removing restrictions on nondirective options counseling and referrals for abortion services and eliminating requirements for strict physical and financial separation between abortion-related activities and Title X project activities.”

Poll: Majority of Voters Reject Biden’s Employer Vaccine Mandate

The majority of likely voters in Florida reject President Joe Biden’s employer vaccine mandate, a VCreek/AMG survey found.

The survey, which showed Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) leading both of his potential Democrat challengers — Rep. Charlie Crist (R-FL) and Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Nikki Fried — in next year’s gubernatorial race, also asked respondents to weigh in on the Biden administration’s employer vaccine mandate, which he announced last month.

“Should the Biden Administration be allowed to create a workplace regulation that could result in people being fired from their job for not getting vaccinated?” the survey asked.

The majority, 54 percent, said no, the Biden administration should not be allowed to do that. Forty-three percent said it should.

Biden made the announcement last month, directing the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to develop a rule forcing businesses with over 100 employees to either mandate vaccines or implement a rigorous weekly testing program. Yet, weeks after the announcement, OSHA has yet to release a rule and has remained mum on when it will come forth.
