Comedian Dave Chappelle is pushing back against the left’s stance on gender, saying “gender is a fact” during his Netflix standup comedy special “The Closer” released early Tuesday, according to the Daily Beast.
Chappelle told the crowd he is “team TERF!” which stands for “trans-exclusionary radical feminist,” which are feminists who do not believe trans women are women, according to the report.
“Gender is a fact,” Chappelle said, according to the report. “Every human being in this room, every human being on earth, had to pass through the legs of a woman to be on earth. That is a fact. Now, I am not saying that to say trans women aren’t women, I am just saying that those pussies that they got … you know what I mean? I’m not saying it’s not pussy, but it’s Beyond Pussy or Impossible Pussy.”

Former Vice President Mike Pence said late Monday that he “parted amicably” with former President Trump at the end of their terms in January.
During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Pence was asked about his relationship with the former president amid their disagreements about certifying the 2020 election on Jan. 6.
“Look, you can’t spend almost five years in a political foxhole with somebody without developing a strong relationship,” Pence said.
Trump repeatedly pressured Pence to block the results of the 2020 election when Congress certified them on Jan. 6. During the count, a mob of Trump’s supporters breached the Capitol, leading to a delay of the certification.

His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s attorney general has just announced that the FBI will be engaged to terrorize parents who oppose left-wing school board policies.
All around the country, parents have been speaking out and protesting against several absurd and destructive school board policies that have been put in place to damage, sexualize, and indoctrinate innocent children.

Shocking new video captures the moment an attacker randomly shoved a woman into the side of an arriving train at Times Square this week.
The video, released by the NYPD, shows the bandanna-wearing female suspect sitting on a bench on the platform just after 8 a.m. Monday — and getting up to push the 42-year-old victim from behind just as a No. 3 train pulls into the station.
The victim slammed into the side of the oncoming train, but did not fall onto the tracks, cops said. She instead toppled backwards onto the platform, suffering severe injuries to her face and legs. . .

An estimated 330,000 children were victims of sex abuse within France’s Catholic Church over the past 70 years, according to a report released Tuesday that represents the country’s first major accounting of the worldwide phenomenon.
The figure includes abuses committed by some 3,000 priests and other people involved in the church — wrongdoing that Catholic authorities covered up over decades in a “systemic manner,” according to the president of the commission that issued the report, Jean-Marc Sauvé.
The head of the French bishops’ conference asked for forgiveness from the victims, about 80% of whom were boys, according to the report. The bishops are meeting Tuesday to discuss next steps.
The independent commission urged the church to take strong action, denouncing “faults” and “silence.” It also called on the Catholic Church to help compensate the victims, notably in cases that are too old to prosecute via the courts.

A growing number of Americans are facing the imminent loss of their livelihoods, economic uncertainty, and in some cases financial ruin, not because of mass layoffs prompted by economic recession or the collapse of their industries, but simply because they refuse to get a COVID-19 shot.
These workers occupy every corner of the American economy, from health care to entertainment, law enforcement to IT, food service to academia. What unites them is the firm belief that they should not be forced to get a COVID-19 vaccine, whether by the government or their employer, under the threat of losing their job.
As vaccine mandate deadlines loom, this threat is becoming a reality.
In Massachusetts, dozens of state troopers have reportedly submitted their resignations ahead of Gov. Charlie Baker’s vaccine mandate, which goes into effect on October 17. An attorney with the state police union told CBS News that about 20 percent of state police employees are unvaccinated. All of them face dismissal if they do not get the shot.
In Virginia, the Washington Post reports that hundreds of hospital employees have been fired in recent weeks as vaccine mandates from major health-care systems have taken effect. In North Carolina, a single hospital system fired 175 people for failing to get the COVID-19 shot, according to ABC News. Across the country, more than 1,600 health workers have been fired to date for refusing to get the shot, according to one tally by journalist Sharyl Attkisson. Anchor Margaret Brennan said, “There are two new studies out that show COVID has gotten better at transmitting through aerosols, just through the air. What does that mean? We’re going into cold weather, the holidays. Do people need to start looking around and say it is too risky to gather with family members if there are unvaccinated children?”
Fauci said, “I believe the way the CDC has recommended is when you’re in a situation where you have a dynamics of virus in the community, where there is clearly a lot of spread, even if you are vaccinated, and you are in an indoor setting, a congregate setting, it makes sense to wear a mask and to avoid high-risk settings. We should be looking at ventilation in indoor places. It is clearly spread by aerosol, so you want more ventilation, which is the reason why outdoors is always much safer than indoors. Cybersecurity expert Brian Krebs says Facebook, as well as its Instagram and WhatsApp platforms, are all suffering from ongoing global outages due to someone from inside Facebook updating the company’s Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) records, which took away the map telling the world’s computers how to find its online properties. According to a New York Times reporter, employees cannot even open doors with their security cards due to the catastrophic outage.
While it remains unclear why this happened, Krebs says how it happened is clear: On Monday morning, something inside Facebook caused the company to rescind key digital records that tell computers and other devices how to find the destinations online. . .
In addition to preventing its billions of users from utilizing the social media platform, the Facebook outage has also prohibited the company’s employees from communicating with each another using their internal tools, as Facebook’s email and tools are all managed in house, via the same domains that are now offline. . .
The mass Facebook outage comes shortly after CBS’ 60 Minutes aired an interview with Frances Haugen, a Facebook whistleblower who recently provided many of the documents that made up the publication’s Facebook Files series.

Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp Hit by Global Outage
By New York Post. Facebook-owned properties — including Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger — were hit by sweeping outages Monday.
The issues started around 11:45 a.m. ET, according to DownDetector, and were hitting users globally.
By 12:30 p.m. ET, the outages appeared to subside, according to DownDetector, though tens of thousands of users were still reporting problems.
Shortly after noon, Facebook’s site returned a message that read, “This site can’t be reached.”
Andy Stone, a Facebook spokesman, acknowledged the outage on Twitter, saying, “We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products. This Facebook Whistleblower Wants More Censorship, Not Less
By Breitbart. A Facebook whistleblower, Frances Haugen, is set to appear before the Senate Commerce Committee tomorrow. She’s far from the first Big Tech whistleblower to expose Silicon Valley’s inner workings — but she is one of the first to call for more censorship, not less. That’s probably why the establishment media has embraced her with open arms.
It’s also probably why she’s one of the only whistleblowers to be invited to testify to the Senate. I’m sure Democrats love the idea of a Facebook insider telling them the company needs more regulation to stop “hate speech” and “disinformation” — which is what she’s clearly called for in recent interviews.
Haugen was part of Facebook’s infamous “Civic Integrity” group, the unit charged with watching over (i.e, interfering) in the last presidential election.
Haugen left because she didn’t think it went far enough.
Despite its vast apparatus of censorship, the politically biased “fact checking” apparatus, the bans of prominent conservative influencers, the ban of Donald Trump himself, Haugen thinks the platform isn’t taking down enough “dangerous” content. . . .In a congressional hearing last week titled “Confronting Violent White Supremacy (Part VI): Examining the Biden Administration’s Counterterrorism Strategy,” FBI Assistant Director of Counterterrorism Timothy Langan said that the Bureau doesn’t consider Antifa to be an “organization,” and as such does not have specific information on the group’s activities.
In response to a question about how much violence or domestic terrorism Antifa committed in recent years from Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Langan had nothing to offer.
“Under the anti-government category or subcategory of domestic terrorism — would that include groups like Antifa or Black Lives Matter, folks who commit violence or acts of domestic terrorism?” Mace asked. . .
Mace continued, asking “how many acts of violence or domestic terrorism has Antifa committed over the last two years?”

In remarks from the White House on Monday, an exasperated President Biden addressed the looming October 18 deadline before which Congress must vote to raise the nation’s debt ceiling or face defaulting on its debts on the heels of last week’s failure to whip enough support among congressional Democrats to move his domestic legislative agenda forward.
Failing to raise the debt ceiling is “reckless and dangerous” according to Biden who attempted to explain the situation in layman’s terms. Such a vote, Biden claimed, is “paying what we already owe, what has already been acquired” and “not anything new.”
“We’re able to borrow because we always pay what we owe,” Biden continued, saying “that’s America, that’s who we are.” The “full faith and credit of the United States” is “rock solid, it’s the best in the world,” he added.
In Biden’s pitch, “raising the debt limit is about paying off our old debts” and has “nothing to do” with his administration’s infrastructure or budget reconciliation bills, two items the president erroneously claimed are “already paid for.”
Joe Biden voted against raising the debt ceiling in 2003, 2004, and 2006.
Now, he wants *Republicans* to raise the debt ceiling to give him cover to waste trillions of dollars and make inflation worse.
Not a chance. The Democrats can do this themselves.
