New Inflation Numbers Are Here and They’re Really Bad (VIDEO)

New wholesale inflation numbers from September are in and once again prove the rapid increase in prices for everyday items isn’t “transitory” as President Joe Biden has repeatedly claimed.

Wholesale prices rose by 8.6 percent compared to September 2020, matching the largest increase on record.

“The Labor Department reported Tuesday that its producer price index — which measures inflation before it hits consumers — rose 0.6% last month from September, pushed higher by surging gasoline prices. Excluding volatile food and energy prices, wholesale inflation was up 0.4% in October from September and 6.8% from a year ago,” the Associated Press reports. “More than 60% of the September-October increase in overall producer prices was caused by a 1.2% increase in the price of wholesale goods as opposed to services. A 6.7% jump in wholesale gasoline prices helped drive goods prices up.”

The Durham Probe Just Reached Into the Biden White House

In September Special Counsel John Durham announced former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann was indicted by a grand jury for lying to the FBI. . .

In the indictment a “foreign policy advisor” is referenced as someone who Sussmann coordinated with to proliferate false allegations.

“On or about September 15, 2016, Campaign Lawyer-1 exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign’s campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor concerning the Russian Bank-1 allegations that SUSSMANN had recently shared with Reporter- 1. Campaign Lawyer-1 billed his time for this correspondence to the Clinton Campaign,” the indictment states.

According to Jake Gibson, that advisor was Jake Sullivan, who currently serves as President Joe Biden’s National Security Advisor.

How 31 Republicans Just Betrayed the Country to Reward Illegal Immigration, Worsen Inflation, and Pay Off Democrats’ Donors

At nearly midnight on Friday, 13 House Republicans gave Speaker Nancy Pelosi the votes she needed to pass the so-called “bipartisan infrastructure bill” — colloquially known in DC as the BIF. In doing so, these House Republicans, among them two members of the House GOP leadership team, all but guaranteed House passage of Joe Biden’s hotly partisan, $2 trillion reconciliation bill, which represents the largest cradle-to-grave expansion of federal power since the New Deal.

Over at National Review, Philip Klein called the move by these 13 Republicans “political malpractice,” and a “betrayal.” He’s right, particularly on the first point.

Republicans who supported the bill predictably justified their vote as one for “roads and bridges,” pointing to the benefits that the bill’s largest provisions — like the $47 billion in climate funding and the $66 billion for the failing Amtrak system, provided without any reform — will ostensibly bring to their districts.

As Rep. Don Bacon (R-Neb.) told The Hill, “I thought it was good for our district, I thought it was good for our country.” Meanwhile, left-of-center commentator Andrew Sullivan huffed about the “fanatical tribalism” being applied to a bill about infrastructure.

That the BIF was a bill solely focused on infrastructure may have been true at the bill’s conception. But for months, a single and unavoidable political reality has been obvious: the substance of the bill hardly mattered. Rather, the infrastructure bill was but a chit, a chess piece, in forcing through passage of the larger, hotly partisan reconciliation legislation. Their fates were linked; one would not pass without the other. Don Lemon Accuser Says CNN Anchor Tried to Settle Sexual Assault Case Three Times

Dustin Hice, a New York bartender who accused CNN’s Don Lemon of sexual assault over a 2018 incident, said the network anchor tried to settle the case three times.

“Money is not what I’m after here,” Hice said on “The Megyn Kelly Show” in an interview published Monday. “I just want to not live the rest of my life in regret, and to have a clear conscience, and to have closure from this situation.”

Hice said Lemon made “three separate attempts” with nearly “half a million dollars” to keep him quiet over allegations that the prime time anchor groped his own genitals and proceeded to shove the foul fingers in Hice’s face at a Long Island bar. Hice filed a lawsuit two years ago with a trial expected to begin early next year.

“[Lemon] put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff’s mustache and under Plaintiff’s nose,” the 2019 lawsuit reads, according to Fox News. “Lemon intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff’s face under Plaintiff’s nose, forcing Plaintiff’s head thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff ‘Do you like p***y or d**k?’ while saying this, Mr. Lemon continued to shove his fingers into Plaintiff’s face with aggression and hostility.”

In Monday’s interview with former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, Hice said the experience, which happened within his first few weeks at the Long Island establishment, provoked a summer of relentless taunting that eventually led him to leave. Customers would enter to order lemon drops with two fingers raised, referring to a joke Hice had made to Lemon before the CNN host approached Hice later in the evening. Reporter Says Photos Show Pence Hiding During Capitol Riot

ABC Chief Washington Correspondent Jonathan Karl says there are photos of Mike Pence hiding underground during the Capitol riot that the former vice president’s team did not want him to publish.

The journalist, who is previewing a forthcoming book, Betrayal: The Final Act of the Trump Show, described to late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert how he got in touch with an “official White House photographer” who was with Pence during the several hours “he was hidden away in the bowels of the Capitol in a place no one has ever really known.” Karl said he saw all of the photographs for himself.

“It is wild to see that he was in a loading dock in an underground parking garage beneath the Capitol complex,” Karl said in a CBS clip shared by The Late Show on Monday. “No place to sit. No desk. No chairs. Nothing. He was in this concrete … parking garage with his family.”

“This is the vice president of the United States, and he’s … holed up in a basement,” he added.

In one of the photos, Karl said an aide was showing Pence a tweet from former President Donald Trump slamming his vice president for not having “the courage” to try and overturn the results of the 2020 election while he was presiding in the Senate chamber over lawmakers certifying Joe Biden’s victory on the day of the riot.

Feds Pull Trigger, Collect Records on 54 Million U.S. Gun Owners

Joe Biden’s administration in Washington is collecting records on millions of gun owners across America, raising concern the anti-gun sentiment in the ranks of his appointees will deal a blow to the Second Amendment.

That Biden is anti-gun is supported by the evidence of his actions, which haven’t always followed the truth.

The Hill reported Biden was hit with a “fact-check” from the Washington Post recently when he repeated “a false claim … that the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution bars citizens from owning cannons.”

Biden claimed that the Constitution limits “the type of people who could own a gun and what type of weapon…”

David Kopel, of the Independence Institute, said that simply “everything in that statement is wrong.” (Read more from “Feds Pull Trigger, Collect Records on 54 Million U.S. Gun Owners” HERE)

Capitol Riot Committee Subpoenas Michael Flynn and Five Other Trump Allies

The House Jan. 6 committee issued six fresh subpoenas to six allies of former President Donald Trump.

Former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn, Bill Stepien, Jason Miller, Angela McCallum, John Eastman, and Bernard Kerik were named as the subpoena targets in a press release from the panel on Monday, which said they were “involved in efforts to promote false claims of election fraud or overturn the results of the 2020 election.”

The subpoenas seek documents and testimony “from witnesses including staff members of the former President’s campaign and individuals associated with the so-called ‘war room’ that drove efforts to halt the counting of electoral votes in the runup to the violence of January 6th,” the press release added.

Stepien, who served as manager of Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign, was joined by Miller and McCallum on the team that raised concerns about election fraud in the contest and reportedly sought to encourage state legislatures to alter the outcome of the November 2020 election.

Eastman is a conservative lawyer who wrote legal memos outlining ways the vice president could try to overturn the election, while Flynn and Kerik, a former New York City police commissioner, also pushed allegations of fraud, which have been dismissed by a broad sweep of courts and election officials. They reportedly attended meetings in the days after the election and leading up to the Jan. 6 riot that have drawn the interest of investigators. Doctors Gather at Summit to Warn Against Vaccinating Children

Following the CDC’s approval of the Pfizer vaccine for young children, scientists and physicians at a summit in Florida warned against a rush to vaccinate a population with very little chance of severe infection from the coronavirus.

The Florida Summit on Covid in Ocala on Saturday addressed three big questions, reported Mary Beth Pfeiffer for TrialSite News. Do young children need vaccination against COVID? Are the vaccinations safe? Are unvaccinated children a threat to adults?

On each question, the physicians and researchers challenged the federal government’s conclusions, pointing to studies and data.

Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA technology employed by the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines: Inoculating 28 million children 5 to 11 years old could lead to “1,000 or more excess deaths” while the risk from COVID-19 for healthy children is “about zero” and appears to be lower than the seasonal flu.

Paul Alexander, a clinical epidemiologist and former senior adviser on pandemic policy in U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: “We’ve been fed a lot of misleading information … children don’t get severely ill … children don’t die from this infection.”

WATCH: Kenosha Detective Admits Kyle Rittenhouse Only Shot People Chasing Him

Kenosha Police Department Detective Ben Antaramian, a prosecution witness, admitted under cross-examination Monday in Kenosha County Court that Kyle Rittenhouse only shot people who chased him through the streets during Black Lives Matter riots last Aug. 25.

Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time, is on trial for murder and related charges after shooting and killing two people and wounding another rifle in a melee shortly before midnight. Rittenhouse’s lawyers say that he was acting in self-defense.

Earlier in the day, Gaige Grosskreutz, the man who was wounded and survived, admitted under cross-examination by defense attorney Corey Chirafisi that he had pulled his own gun first, and had pointed it at Rittenhouse, on the ground.

The prosecution then called Detective Antaramian, and Chirafisi went to work again, eliciting an admission that police declined to execute a search warrant on Grosskreutz, and that Rittenhouse had only shot people who were pursuing him.

Chirafisi systematically worked through the other possibilities: “You’d agree there are multiple times, based on the surrounding circumstances, that he doesn’t pull the trigger, right?” After Antaramian seemed reluctant to agree, Chirafisi cited an example in which an unarmed person ran up to Rittenhouse, and then stepped back, and the latter did not fire. Pete Buttigieg: Biden Infrastructure Bill Delivers Swift Action to Fix Racist Highways

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg celebrated President Joe Biden’s infrastructure bill on Monday, specifically referring to provisions in the bill to address infrastructure deemed by the federal government as racist.

Buttigieg noted that fixing racist infrastructure was a priority of the Biden administration, as a billion dollars was passed as part of the Reconnecting Communities Initiative in the bipartisan infrastructure bill.

Buttigieg spoke about the program during the White House press briefing, criticizing Americans who even questioned the idea that racist infrastructure projects existed.

“I’m still surprised that some people were surprised that when I pointed to the fact that if a highway was built for the purpose of deciding a white and a black neighborhood,” Buttigieg said.

Some infrastructure projects of the past, he argued, were specifically designed to separate neighborhoods, apologizing for the federal government’s role in the project. (Read more from “Pete Buttigieg: Biden Infrastructure Bill Delivers Swift Action to Fix Racist Highways” HERE)
