Couple Adopts 6 Siblings to Keep Them Together

A Minnesota family grew by six members in one day Wednesday when Ruby Celada and her husband, Armando Ayala, adopted five siblings and their cousin from foster care.

The Sioux Falls Argus Leader reports the Leota, Minnesota family all wore matching T-shirts displaying the children’s names during their adoption hearing at the Minnehaha County Courthouse.

Celada, the children’s biological aunt, said she and her husband wanted to make sure the family stayed together. The siblings and their cousin, four boys and two girls, range in ages from 6 to 12, according to the report.

“We’re just happy that we’re able to do it, and they’re able to be in the same home,” she said. “They’re not separated or anything.”

US Navy Announces New Ship Will Be Named After Darling of the Left

Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro announced Thursday that the Navy is naming a ship after former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, getting the announcement out just under the wire as Women’s History Month came to a close.

Ginsburg’s name will be on a ship that is not yet built, but it will be a John Lewis-class replenishment oiler, according to a Navy news release.

The Lewis class of ships has been used to memorialize other liberal icons, including Sen. Robert F. Kennedy of New York, former Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren, gay activist Harvey Milk and Lewis himself, who was a civil rights activist before serving 17 terms as a Georgia congressman. Amazon Reportedly Blocks ‘Union’ and ‘Pay Raise’ on Employee App

Amazon reportedly plans to block and flag words like “union,” “living wage” and “plantation” on an internal messaging app — days after warehouse workers in New York became the company’s first in the US to unionize.

The list of banned words also includes “pay raise,” “prison,” “slave labor” and “restrooms,” the Intercept reported on Monday.

The alleged “restrooms” ban comes after years of reports that Amazon warehouse workers and drivers have been forced to pee in bottles in order to meet punishing work quotas.

Amazon’s “auto bad word moderator” is expected to roll out on an internal social media-style app used by Amazon employees later this month, according to the Intercept.

Arrest Made in Sacramento Shooting, All Six Victims Identified

All six people killed in the mass shooting in Sacramento, California, were identified Monday and police arrested one of the suspects on firearm charges.

Dandrae Martin, 26, was arrested and booked for assault and illegal firearm possession, Sacramento police said in a statement. The department has yet to press any charges related to the deaths and it did not provide more details. City officials previously stated they believe there was more than one shooter.

The victims were identified by the Sacramento County coroner Monday as Johntaya Alexander, 21, Melinda Davis, 57, Sergio Harris, 38, Joshua Hoye-Lucchesi, 32, Yamile Martinez-Andrade, 21, and Devazia Turner, 29.

All six were all gunned down early Sunday when “multiple suspects” opened fire in the city’s downtown around 2 a.m. as locals were leaving clubs and bars.

Tulsi Gabbard Blasts Government Schools Teaching ‘Woke Sexual Values’

Former Democratic presidential candidate and Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is coming out in support of Florida’s Parental Rights bill and says the legislation doesn’t go far enough.

“We should all support the Parental Rights in Education bill that recently passed in Florida which very simply bans government and government schools from indoctrinating woke sexual values in our schools to a captive audience. A captive audience that by law is required to attend,” Gabbard said. “But as I read the legislation I was shocked to learn that it only protect kids from kindergarten to third grade. Third grade? What about twelfth grade? Or not at all?”

Biological Male Transgender Cyclist Barred From Competing Against Women

A biological male cyclist who identifies as a woman was prohibited from competing in a women’s championship race over the weekend following threats of boycott by female competitors.

According to BBC, Zach “Emily” Bridges, 21, was cut from competing in the women’s British National Omnium Championship on Saturday. Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the governing body of the sport, told British Cycling that Bridges was not eligible to participate.

Reportedly, Bridges began hormone therapy treatment to transition to becoming a woman last year. BBC’s report mentioned that the UCI’s policy regarding transgender athletes requires riders to have testosterone levels below five nanonmoles per liter for a 12 months prior to competition. However, UCI can still prohibit Bridges from competing.

In addition, BBC noted that there were discussions that female athletes were going to boycott the race to protest Bridges’ involvement.

“BBC Sport understands that prior to her being ruled out of Saturday’s championships, discussions were taking place among British riders about taking action against Bridges’ inclusion, but they feared voicing their opinions would be interpreted as transphobic,” the report stated. It noted that the “only form of protest” seen against Bridges’ inclusion were three “save women’s sports” banners held up during women’s races. Famous Cookie Brand Joins Woke Corporations Pushing LGBT Ideology

Oreo Cookie released a new ad Monday that celebrates a young man coming out as gay to his family.

“Coming out doesn’t happen just once. It’s a journey that needs love and courage every step of the way. Share our new film and let someone know you’re their #LifelongAlly,” the introduction to the ad reads.

The ad is co-sponsored by PFLAG, an organization that encourages families to embrace their LGBT family members.

The ad features a young man sitting with his sister and parents at a kitchen table. His immediate family already knows he’s gay and is supportive of him, but he is nervous about coming out to his grandmother, who is soon visiting.

The young man is reviewing a letter he seemingly wrote to prepare for this moment, but he stutters and is comforted by his mother. “I think you’re ready,” his mother says to him in anticipation of his grandmother visiting. Biden’s Poll Numbers Trigger Panic Mode for Democrats

President Joe Biden’s poll numbers are triggering panic mode for some Democrats ahead of the 2022 midterms, strategists said, according to The Hill.

“It’s bad,” an anonymous Democratic strategist said, according to The Hill. “You have an energy crisis that’s paralyzing and inflation is at a 40-year high and we’re heading into a recession. The problem is simple. The American people have lost confidence in him.”

“Everyone needs to come to terms with the reality that we’re going to get slaughtered in November,” the strategist reportedly continued. “That’s a fact. His polling has gotten worse not better. It’s indicative of the fact that people have lost confidence in his leadership. There’s nothing they’re going to be able to do.”

Chair of the Brookings Institutions governance study program and former domestic policy adviser to former President Bill Clinton, Bill Galston, said, “unless and until inflation comes down appreciably, that there’s going to be a ceiling on his job approval that’s a lot lower than the White House wants it to be.”

Ukraine’s President: Russian Soldiers Have ‘Killed and Tortured’ Kids, ‘Decapitated’ People (VIDEO)

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said during an interview on Sunday that Russian soldiers have killed and tortured children as part of their strategy of destroying everything in their path.

“Some of them have been occupied, and then they destroyed everything. The civilians, the houses, they were stealing washing machines and equipment,” Zelensky said through a translator. “So, [they] were torturers as well. I think the clips that we shared with you, you have seen for yourself. It’s important for the free people of the United States to have a look at it and see for themselves.”

“Before the war, when there was a lot of free time, we were watching different films, and also war movies, but we couldn’t have imagined anything like this, because this is a maniac type of decision to destroy the whole nation,” he continued, later adding, “We find people with hands tied behind their back and decapitated, such things, I don’t understand, I don’t comprehend, the kids who were killed and tortured.”

Book Claims Biden Once Called Conservative Media Exec ‘Most Dangerous Man in the World’

A new book alleges President Joe Biden called Fox News co-chairman and News Corporation executive chairman Rupert Murdoch “the most dangerous man in the world” in mid-2021.

Two New York Times reporters, Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns, made the allegation in their new book, “This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future,” which is set to be released in May, CNN reported. The president also allegedly referred to the conservative news network as “one of the most destructive forces in the United States.”

The book reportedly calls Fox a “torrent of anti-Biden programming, stoking skepticism about vaccines and disseminating wild conspiracy theories about the January 6 attack,” according to CNN. The president’s allies and Democrats have criticized Murdoch and his son, Lachlan, for enabling Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson after he claimed that young people do not need the COVID vaccine and raised the issue of “replacement theory.”
