Incoming WH Press Secretary Once Cast Doubt on Election

Incoming White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre previously pushed the now-debunked reports that former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia in 2016.

Jean-Pierre, currently the White House deputy press secretary, reiterated former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid’s claims that the Trump campaign “was in on” Russia’s attempted interference in the 2016 presidential election.

“Flynn, Manafort and The Donald himself (inviting Russia to partake in espionage on our election) #PutinLoveAffair,” she said.

When Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, Jean-Pierre tagged Trump calling it his collusion. In January 2018, she said “Collusion=Donald Trump.” (Read more from “Incoming WH Press Secretary Once Cast Doubt on Election” HERE)

Spygate Judge Tries to Protect Hillary Clinton in Latest Pre-Trial Rulings

The Obama-appointed judge presiding over the criminal case against former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann let politics trump the law when he declared in a weekend opinion he would not rule on whether the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee conspired with others to peddle the Russia collusion hoax.

Special Counsel John Durham charged Sussmann last September in a one-count indictment with making a false statement to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker when Sussmann provided Baker data and “whitepapers” purporting to show a secret communication network between Donald Trump and the Russian-based Alfa Bank. According to the indictment, Sussmann told Baker he was sharing the information on his own, when, in fact, Sussmann represented both tech executive Rodney Joffe and the Clinton campaign.

With trial set to begin in one week, the last month has seen a flurry of pretrial motions—called “motions in limine”—seeking pretrial rulings on the admissibility of evidence. The court previously ruled on several of the issues the parties presented, holding in many cases that a final decision must await trial. Then, late Saturday, presiding Judge Christopher Cooper issued a further opinion resolving many of the still-outstanding evidentiary challenges.

Overall, Cooper’s Saturday night opinion, like his previous rulings in this case, represented a studious and a balanced approach to the legal issues, with Sussmann prevailing at times, but the special counsel succeeding on other issues. For instance, in a victory for Durham, the court ruled that prosecutors could present evidence concerning how the Alfa Bank “data came into being and who was involved in its collection and analysis, as well as how Mr. Sussmann came to possess the data, what he did with it, and why.”

But the court also ruled in Sussmann’s favor, first reiterating its previous holding that unless Sussmann claims at trial that the Alfa Bank data is accurate, the government may not present evidence challenging its validity. Cooper further held that the government could not present evidence that Joffe inappropriately accessed proprietary or sensitive government information to gather the data or write the whitepapers, absent some evidence “showing that Mr. Sussmann had concerns that the data was obtained inappropriately.” (Read more from “Spygate Judge Tries to Protect Hillary Clinton in Latest Pre-Trial Rulings” HERE)

New WH Spox: ‘If You’re Not White, Male, Straight, or Wealthy There Is a Target on Your Back’

President Joe Biden’s new press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has a history of calling out America’s racism throughout her career in politics and activism.

“I just think that America has a really big problem with race. And it’s very real and we have yet to deal with it,” he said in a PBS interview with Bonnie Erbé in 2019.

After former President Donald Trump won in 2016, Jean-Pierre wrote her memoirs and spoke about the problems of racism in America during her book tour.

“I always say, if you’re not white, male, straight, or wealthy you’re under attack, I mean there is a target on your back,” she said.

Before working for Biden. Jean-Pierre embraced the more activist side of politics by taking a job at Moveon.org after a history of working with some of America’s most famous Democrats. Target Collaborates With ‘Queer-Owned’ Brand to Sell Chest Binders

Target stores, which are no stranger to political controversy, are wading in the waters yet again, collaborating with what has been described as “queer-owned” brands to assist in normalizing radical transgender ideology by selling chest binders — apparel to flatten women’s chests.

Target recently collaborated with the brand TomboyX, which identifies itself as a brand that is “passionate about fostering acceptance and equality.”

“We are a queer-founded brand dedicated to empowering our LGBTQ+ community year-round, and advocating for equal representation and celebration of all people,” the brand states, offering products for “all bodies and needs, of all sizes and across the gender spectrum.” “Gender Euphoria” is one of its signature collections, and includes “tucking” bikini bottoms as well as “compression” tops, or chest binders.

A brief search on Target’s website shows some of the pieces the department store offers as part of the collaboration, including “pride” packing underwear, “pride” bras, and a $25.00 “compression top,” or chest binder. God ‘Does Not Disown’ LGBTQ People, Pope Francis Says

Pope Francis said “God is Father and he does not disown any of his children,” telling an inquiring American Jesuit priest it is the most important thing for LGBTQ people to know about God.

The pope made his statements in what the Rev. James Martin, SJ, called “a mini-interview” that he initiated May 5.

Father Martin, whose ministry to gay Catholics has sparked controversy, had asked Francis whether the pontiff would answer “a few of the most common questions” those Catholics and their families ask him.

In his written response, Francis said “‘the style’ of God is ‘closeness, mercy and tenderness.’”

The pope also said gay Catholics should view rejection from others in the faith “not as ‘the rejection of the church,’ but instead [the rejection] of ‘people in the church.’” (Read more from “God ‘Does Not Disown’ LGBTQ People, Pope Francis Says” HERE)

Poll Finds Overturning Roe Won’t Have Big Impact on Midterms

A new poll has found that if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, it “will likely have only a modest impact, if any” on the midterm elections, even though the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s abortion opinion sent shock waves through Washington.

While Democratic strategists have argued that abortion policy will play a central role in the election and top lawmakers in the party have been vocal in their calls for voters to rally against Republicans in November over the issue, the survey, prepared for the America First Policy Institute by RMG Research Group and obtained by the Washington Examiner on Monday, discovered that “issues such as inflation, immigration, crime, the war in Ukraine” are expected to have more of an impact in driving people to the ballot box.

The survey found that there is some uncertainty with voters over what overturning Roe would do, with 41% stating they thought it would completely outlaw abortion, 36% saying they weren’t sure what it would mean, and 22% having “some understanding” of what overturning the decision would mean.

“If the Supreme Court overturns Roe, the conventional wisdom assumes that the issue will help Democrats in the midterms; the only question is by how much. A deeper look at the data, however, suggests the conventional wisdom is wrong,” the polling memo states.

“The conventional wisdom is based on years of polling, showing that a solid majority of voters oppose overturning that 1973 ruling. My own polling shows the same results. However, any poll asking whether voters want to overturn Roe is meaningless. Seventy-seven percent of voters don’t know what overturning that decision would mean. If people don’t understand what overturning Roe would mean, how can you possibly interpret polling data showing that people don’t want it overturned?” it continues. Car Owner Sued After Jeep Kills Mechanic During Oil Change (VIDEO)

A Michigan man who left his car at a dealership for an oil change and tire rotation is being sued after his vehicle was involved in the death of one of the dealership’s employees.

Sergio Enrique Diaz-Navarro took his red 2019 Wrangler to a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership on March 13, 2020, and 19-year-old lube technician Daniel Thompson worked on the car. After the service was complete, the vehicle “lurched forward” as the young employee attempted to operate it, crushing 42-year-old mechanic Jeffrey Hawkins against a cabinet, court records show.

Thompson had lowered the Jeep from the vehicle lift, and then tried to start the car and let it idle to ensure there were no oil leaks around the filter, according to court records.

“Thompson reached into the vehicle and pressed brake with his right foot, keeping his other foot on the floor,” the plaintiff summary reads. “He pressed the start button. When the vehicle did not start, he took his foot off the brake and depressed the clutch pedal. He again hit the start button. This time the Jeep started. He removed his foot from the clutch, still standing outside the vehicle. The vehicle lurched forward.” . . .

Attorney David Femminineo, who is representing Hawkins’ estate, told FOX 2 that Thompson did not know how to drive the vehicle’s manual transmission and did not have a license. The attorney also said the dealership cannot be sued because of a legal standard preventing an employee from suing their boss for negligence, which, in this case, would be the hiring of someone who should not have been driving. Hollywood Hate: ‘Satanic’ SCOTUS Seeking to ‘Traffic Babies’

Republicans will “traffic babies” for financial gain in the event the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, according to left-wing Hollywood actress Rosanna Arquette, who deemed conservative Supreme Court justices in favor of overturning the landmark abortion case a “satanic force.”

“No, it’s not hysterical or alarmist,” Arquette wrote in a Saturday tweet. “They will traffic babies that many women can’t afford to keep.”

The 62-year-old Pulp Fiction actress went on to highlight the broad financial market tied to international organ trafficking.

“There is a huge money making market world wide for babies and behind that is organ trafficking,” she added, before labeling the majority of Supreme Court justices “officially the satanic force.”

Pro-life Group’s Office Hit With Molotov Cocktail, Abortion-Rights Graffiti

A Wisconsin pro-life group’s office was set on fire early Sunday and vandalized with abortion-themed graffiti in what authorities are investigating as an arson.

The Wisconsin Family Action headquarters suffered fire damage after someone threw a Molotov cocktail inside the building in Madison, which was discovered after a passerby saw flames coming out of the building at about 6 a.m., according to police.

“Arson investigators are working with fire department officials to determine an exact cause,” said the Madison police incident report. “A molotov cocktail, which did not ignite, was thrown inside the building. It also appears a separate fire was started in response.”

In addition, the building was spray-painted with the message: “If abortions aren’t safe than you aren’t either.” No injuries were reported.

Police said that federal investigators were briefed on the attack, and linked the incident to Monday’s leaked Supreme Court draft overturning the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, which legalized abortion nationwide.

Plot to Kill U.S. General Foiled

A plot by the terrorism-sponsoring Iranian government to kill a U.S. general has been foiled, according to a report in the Jerusalem Post.

The report noted that the scheme also targeted an Israeli diplomat as well as a journalist in France.

The Post said Israeli’s intelligence corps, the Mossad, was operating in Iran and apprehended and interrogated an Iranian national who was “leading a plot” to kill the three.

A recording revealed that a suspect identified as Mansour Rasouli admitted he had been ordered to establish a cell to assassinate a worker at the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, a U.S. general stationed in Germany and a journalist in France, the report said.

The report said the planned attack revealed the threat of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a terror-supporting organization that Joe Biden’s administration has been lobbied to remove from the list of international terror groups as part of his efforts to restore the failed Iran nuclear deal.
