President Biden is likely to avoid an audit that could reveal whether he made money from his son Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings — because the Internal Revenue Service has rejected a whistleblower complaint that alleged he owes at least $127,000 in taxes, The Post has learned.

The IRS allows people to inform on fellow taxpayers and win a slice of the proceeds — prompting Chris Jacobs, a former Republican staffer on Capitol Hill, to submit complaints against Biden and his accountant, though he said he didn’t want any financial reward.

Jacobs shared with The Post a reply from the IRS titled “denial” that explained that the government didn’t use his information.

Tax law expert Bob Willens, who teaches at Columbia University’s business school, said the rejection means Biden is likely to run out a three-year statute of limitations, meaning Republican claims that Biden owes up to $500,000 in taxes are unlikely to be resolved.

Biden Sued for ‘Colluding’ With Big Tech to Suppress Free Speech on Hunter Laptop, COVID: Report

Two Republican-led states have reportedly filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden and other top administration officials, alleging they “pressured and colluded” with Big Tech companies to squash The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story and censor information related to COVID-19’s lab origins.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, accuses top government officials of conspiring to suppress information with social media giants Meta, Twitter and YouTube “under the guise of combating misinformation,” Fox News reported.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and Nina Jankowicz — the head of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) new and controversial “Disinformation Governance Board” were among the other top officials and federal agencies named as defendants in the suit, which was filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

Jen Psaki Leaving White House in Just Days, Replaced by Lesbian Living With CNN Gal

Jen Psaki soon is leaving her job as White House spokeswoman, apparently to become a commentator at MSNBC.

So Joe Biden has picked Karine Jean-Pierre as her replacement, and she comes with a long leftist history of work for MoveOn.org, the American Civil Liberties Union and MSNBC, and also fills out quota demands in two categories, she’s LGBT and black.

The Daily Mail reported Jean-Pierre has been deputy press secretary for Biden, but will take over the top slot when Psaki leaves May 13.

The report noted that there have been suggestions Psaki is joining “left-wing television network MSNBC,” but that wasn’t confirmed.

Jean-Pierre, 44 is the first black female White House press secretary and the first “openly “LGBT” person there, the report said. Radical Claim: Trump Proposed Missile Attack to Wipe Out Mexican Drug Cartels

Former President Donald Trump allegedly said he wanted to launch missiles into Mexico to wipe out drug cartels, former defense secretary Mark Esper claims in his upcoming memoir, according to the New York Times (NYT).

Esper reportedly recounts in “A Sacred Oath,” set to be released Tuesday, how Trump allegedly asked at least twice if the military could “shoot missiles into Mexico to destroy the drug labs” in the summer of 2020. Esper reportedly said Trump cited the constant flow of narcotics across the border as his reasoning.

“They don’t have control of their own country,” Trump allegedly said, according to Esper. Esper claims he objected to the suggestion, to which Trump allegedly said “we could just shoot some Patriot missiles and take out the labs, quietly,” according to the NYT. Trump allegedly said the U.S. could then deny they had conducted the strike, the NYT reported citing Esper. FDA Drastically Reduces Use of This COVID Vaccine Over Blood Clots

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Thursday it is significantly limiting use of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine due to a risk of rare but severe blood clots.

The agency announced it is limiting the single-shot vaccine’s authorization to individuals who are either unable to get one of the available mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna, either due to a lack of access or a medical issue, or to individuals who will not otherwise get vaccinated unless it is by the Johnson & Johnson shot.

The FDA briefly paused the use of Johnson & Johnson’s shot last year, due to reports that some recipients were developing thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS). The pause was lifted within weeks, as it was determined only 15 individuals out of eight million vaccine recipients developed the syndrome. Hunter’s Laptop Repairman Sues CNN, Politico, Daily Beast, Adam Schiff for Defamation

Hunter’s laptop repairman John Paul Mac Isaac sued CNN, Politico, the Daily Beast, and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for defamation Tuesday.

Mac Isaac told the New York Post the congressman and establishment media falsely accused him of trafficking Russian disinformation during the 2020 presidential campaign.

The suit reportedly claims, “CNN’s broadcast of the false statement accuses the Plaintiff of committing an infamous crime, i.e., treason by working with the Russians to commit a crime against the United States of America by attempting to undermine American democracy and the 2020 Presidential election.”

Mac Isaac’s accusations will play out in court, but numerous times he was the brunt of left-wing talking points. For instance, CNN’s Brian Stelter falsely labeled Hunter’s laptop “Russian disinformation” and suggested the laptop contents may have been “made up.” In March, Stelter refused to walk back to this reporter the false claims he promoted on his program.

Putin’s Billionaire Confidante, Wagner Mercenary Chief, Brands West ‘Pathetic Endangered Perverts’

Yevgeny Prigozhin, thought to finance the private military company Wagner Group, declared the West a “pathetic endangered bunch of perverts” in a blistering rant. Mr Prigozhin, a billionaire with close relations to the Russian president, told The Guardian: “You are a dying-out western civilisation that considers Russians, Malians, Central Africans, Cubans, Nicaraguans and many other peoples and countries to be third world scum.

“Remember, this is not true …. You are a pathetic endangered bunch of perverts, and there are many of us, billions of us. And victory will be ours.”

Mr Prigozhin has been called ‘Putin’s chef’ due to his history of catering for the Russian dictator.

The businessman has built up a food empire within Russia, having been awarded contracts by the state to supply dinners to schools and also to Russian soldiers.

Biden Just Had His ‘Deplorables’ Moment

Six years after Hillary Clinton wrote off half the country as “deplorables” and derailed her own campaign, a desperate Joe Biden is following her failed playbook, only this time as president.

At the White House on Wednesday, Biden stoked hysteria over the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade after a majority draft opinion from February was leaked on Monday night. In doing so, Biden depicted half the country he represents in the Oval Office as zealous extremists who are hellbent on a new era of segregation.

“What happens if you have states change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can’t be in classrooms with other children?” Biden said. “What are the next things that are going to be attacked? Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history, in recent American history.”

Biden’s characterization of the more than 74 million Americans who voted for Trump as the “most extreme political organization” in U.S. history, even “recent” history, would usurp Antifa or the Ku Klux Klan, which is still active today.

Mr. Civility’s depiction of this imaginary GOP-led segregation targeting LGBT people in schools is as ridiculous as it sounds. No doubt in reference to recent legislation passed in Florida — dubiously branded by the left and its allies in the corporate press as the “Don’t Say Gay” law — Biden, determined to energize his own base ahead of a hostile midterm cycle, engaged in his own extremist fearmongering to warn that Republicans are in pursuit of something they are not. GOP Senators Want New TV Rating for Shows With LGBTQ Characters

A group of Republican senators want a new TV rating created so parents can block their children from watching shows with LGBTQ characters.

The five senators from North Dakota, Kansas, Utah, Indiana and Montana sent a letter Wednesday to the TV Parental Guidelines Monitoring Board asking for the new rating.

“In recent years, concerning topics of a sexual nature have become aggressively politicized and promoted in children’s programming, including irreversible and harmful experimental treatments for mental disorders like gender dysphoria,” the letter reads.

The two-page letter signed by Sens. Roger Marshall, Mike Lee, Mike Braun, Kevin Cramer and Steve Daines “strongly urged” the TV group’s chairman, Charles Rivkin, to update its guidelines to ensure parents are aware of the “disturbing” content.

The call for action comes just weeks after video posted to Twitter showed a Disney executive vowing increased inclusivity with more minorities and members of the LGBTQ community as regular characters in its content by the end of 2022 – with 50% or more coming from “underrepresented” groups. Biden Admin Continues Strategy of Not Calling the Border Crisis a ‘Crisis’ (VIDEO)

Blas Nunez Neto, the Department of Homeland Security’s acting assistant secretary for Border and Immigration Policy, refused to call the ongoing crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border a “crisis” when repeatedly pressed by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) on Thursday.

DHS officials, including Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, have been grilled by Republican lawmakers as the leadership within DHS continues to deny responsibility for the historic increase in illegal border crossings and drugs being smuggled into the United States.

“By the way What would you call what’s happening at the border? Is it a crisis?” Hawley asked.

“I believe we’re facing significant challenges at the border, sir,” Neto replied.

“Challenges. Is it a problem?” Hawley followed up.

“I think there are parts of the border where we have seen particularly problematic flows,” said Neto.

Even the Late Ruth Bader Ginsburg Knew Roe v. Wade Was Hot Garbage

No, this doesn’t mean the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who her die-hard supporters affectionately call “Notorious RBG,” is anti-abortion. She wasn’t pro-life at all. Yet, she was someone who you could probably get along with despite having differing views, a rarity nowadays. You saw that with her friendship with the Scalia family. She recognized that court packing was a terrible idea. And now that Roe v. Wade is about to be overturned in the Dobbs abortion case, we’re rehashing her criticism of the decision. She seems to have known that the ruling wouldn’t last forever. It’s a pile of hot garbage. She didn’t use those words but noted that the ruling was too much and too fast regarding abortion restrictions.

“Doctrinal limbs too swiftly shaped may prove unstable,” she said during a 1992 lecture at New York University. Again, she’s no Susan B. Anthony follower here (via NYT):

The ruling [Roe v. Wade], she noted in a lecture at New York University in 1992, tried to do too much, too fast — it essentially made every abortion restriction in the country at the time illegal in one fell swoop — leaving it open to fierce attacks.

“Doctrinal limbs too swiftly shaped,” she said, “may prove unstable.”

It was because of her early criticism of one of the most consequential rulings for American women that some feminist activists were initially suspicious of her when President Bill Clinton nominated her for the Supreme Court in 1993, worried that she wouldn’t protect the decision.
