Terrifying Pro-Abortion Law Threatens Babies Already Born

There have many critics who have charged that as states such as Colorado and California move to re-create themselves as abortion-tourism destinations, the extreme laws they are adopting in their agendas actually have created the possibility that live babies, after birth, could be killed without penalty.

Now we know that it’s true, based on the legal analysis staff members provided to the pro-abortion majority in the California State Assembly Committee on the Judiciary.

According to a report from the American Center for Law and Justice, that analysis confirmed the threat to children already born.

The bill, according to the staff warnings, “may not be sufficiently clear that ‘perinatal death’ is intended to be the consequence of a pregnancy complication. Thus, the bill could be interpreted to immunize a pregnant person from all criminal penalties for all pregnancy related outcomes, including the death of a newborn for any reason during the ‘perinatal’ period after birth, including a cause of death which is not attributable to pregnancy complications…”

Olivia Summers, an associate counsel with the ACLJ, explained California Assembly Bill 2223 “contains a provision preventing any person from being subject to civil or criminal liability ‘based on actions or omissions with respect to their … alleged pregnancy outcome, including … perinatal death.’ You may recall that the ‘perinatal’ period covers roughly from 28 weeks of pregnancy to 1-4 weeks post birth.” (Read more from “Terrifying Pro-abortion Law Threatens Babies Already Born” HERE)

Parents Should Never Let Children Have Unsupervised Internet Access, Period — And That Means No Cell Phone

I made a huge mistake this week: I allowed my children to click onto the next video in YouTube after they watched a classic cartoon for their weekly movie night. My eight-year-old son came running out three minutes after asking permission to watch what my kids thought was another clip from the same series, telling me my kids had stopped the video after it “showed some stuff for grownups.”

I immediately remembered that sickos embed porn and grooming into YouTube cartoons (as well as online children’s games), and I worked to keep my face and voice light and calm while figuring out exactly what my children had seen so I could do as much damage control as possible. Thankfully, it turned out to be merely a fast-paced cartoon-violence segment that alarmed my sensitive four-year-old.

I vowed never to let my kids click on anything on YouTube without supervision again, our general rule that I just forgot while distracted struggling to get chicken wire around beds of pea shoots destroyed by baby rabbits. We have a filter on our internet, but perverts use cartoon images and other schemes to get around such protections. We also keep all devices in common areas (the kitchen and den), but that doesn’t help when mom’s outside.

The reality that the internet is a virtual Mos Eisley — “wretched hive of scum and villainy” — is why my husband and I are unashamed internet Nazis. That movie night is all our children get of screen time in a week, and usually it’s from a DVD we choose. “This MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that has existed in American history,” Biden said, referring to the Make America Great Again movement sparked by former President Donald Trump.

The president then clarified that he meant the most extreme political group in “recent” American history.

Biden repeatedly mispronounced “MAGA” as “mega” but corrected himself.

In prepared remarks on the economy, Biden also referenced Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) by name, criticizing his “11 Point Plan to Rescue America” — which proposed, in part, raising income taxes on low-income Americans.

Scott, the chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, unveiled his conservative campaign blueprint in February. But the messaging document was quickly rejected even by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and fellow Republicans, who viewed it as detrimental to GOP candidates across the country.

Did China Just Signal That It’s on the Brink of War?

China is exploring how to avoid economic sanctions in preparation for war, several experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation on Tuesday.

China convened an emergency internal conference on April 22 seeking to determine how the nation might avoid future sanctions similar to those levied against Russia for its invasion of Ukraine, the Financial Times reported on Monday. That meeting likely betrays China’s intention to launch a military offensive in the foreseeable future, experts told the DCNF.

Ambassador John Bolton, former President Donald Trump’s National Security Advisor, told the DCNF he believes the meeting signals China’s militaristic ambitions. . .

“It’s not just my assessment, it’s China’s assessment: they believe Biden is weak,” Bolton said, noting how former President Bill Clinton dispatched two aircraft carriers to the Taiwan Strait during the Third Taiwan Strait Crisis in 1996 as a show of force. “I don’t think anybody believes Joe Biden would do that today.”

Biden Makes the Case…Against Abortion (VIDEO)

After giving remarks about the economy and deficit spending at the White House Wednesday morning, President Joe Biden was asked about his plans to protect abortion if the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade.

During his response, Biden argued rights don’t come from the government, but instead from God. He also made the case that he is a child of God (like every human being), inadvertently making a pro-life argument at odds with the Democratic Party.

Graphic Image Appears to Show Bodies of Russian Soldiers in ‘Z’ Shape After Ukraine Recaptures Village

A grisly image has emerged purportedly showing bodies of Russian soldiers arranged in the letter “Z” after Ukraine’s military recaptured a village in the country’s east.

The photo was taken Monday outside the city of Kharkiv and shows four corpses lined up to form the letter that has become a sign of support for Russia’s military and its invasion of Ukraine.

‘It Was a Trans Man’: Dave Chappelle Jokes About Being Assaulted During Stand-up Routine Last Night

Comedian Dave Chappelle had a scary experience last night. Luckily, the comedian wasn’t seriously hurt. Someone rushed on stage as he was performing his stand-up routine at the Hollywood Bowl last night. Security guards quickly dispatched the attacker. Chappelle was left unscathed. The attacker, Isiah Lee, 23, reportedly has superficial injuries before being detained. He’s been charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Never changing his tune, Chappelle joked about the incident saying that he was assaulted by a trans man during his set (via NBC News):

Brianna Sacks, a BuzzFeed News reporter who attended the show and witnessed the altercation, told NBC News she was left stunned after the suspect “charged and tackled Chappelle.”

She said both uniformed security workers and people in plainclothes appeared to rush to Chappelle’s aid and had started “kicking and punching” the suspect in an assault that went on for several minutes.

She said Chappelle later continued the show, joking about the altercation. “It was a trans man,” he remarked, according to The Hollywood Reporter. (The gender identity of the attacker was not immediately known.)

Report: Donald Trump Jr. Meets With Jan. 6 Committee

The oldest son of former President Donald Trump has met with the congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, according to two people familiar with the matter.

The interview with Donald Trump Jr. took place Tuesday.

The two people who confirmed the interview insisted on anonymity to discuss a private meeting.

Trump Jr. is one of nearly 1,000 witnesses the committee has interviewed as it works to compile a record of the attack, the worst on the Capitol in more than two centuries. He is the second of Trump’s children known to speak to the committee after his sister Ivanka Trump sat down with lawmakers for eight hours in early April. Report: FBI Pursued ‘Bulls*** Rumor’ to Spy on Trump Aide

The FBI decision to spy on a former Trump campaign adviser hinged on an unsubstantiated rumor from a Clinton campaign-paid dossier that the Washington Post’s Moscow sources had quickly shot down as “bulls***” and “impossible,” according to emails disclosed last week to a D.C. court hearing the criminal case of a Clinton lawyer accused of lying to the FBI.

Though the FBI presumably had access to better sources than the newspaper, agents did little to verify the rumor that Trump foreign policy adviser Carter Page had secretly met with sanctioned Kremlin officials in Moscow. Instead, the bureau pounced on the dossier report the day it received it, immediately plugging the rumor into an application under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to wiretap Page as a suspected Russian agent.

The allegation, peddled to both the press and FBI in the summer of 2016 by Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm hired by Hillary Clinton’s campaign to dig up dirt on Trump during the presidential race, proved to be the linchpin in winning approval for the 2016 warrant, which was renewed three times in 2017 – even though the FBI learned there were serious holes in the story and had failed to independently corroborate it.

The revelations of early media skepticism about the Trump-Russia narrative before journalists embraced it are included in a 62-page batch of emails between Fusion and prominent Beltway reporters released by Special Counsel John Durham, who is scouring the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign for evidence of abuse and criminal wrongdoing.

The documents suggest that some journalists, as keen as they were to report dirt on Trump, were nevertheless more cautious than FBI investigators about embracing hearsay information served up by Clinton agents. (The FBI declined comment.) The new material also offers a look at the lengths to which those working on Clinton’s behalf went in order to seed the government with unverified rumors about Trump and Russia that amounted to a disinformation campaign. Among those targeted were powerful Democratic members of Congress, including House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, who proved to be a willing collaborator. What Is a Woman? Pro-Abortion Protesters Can’t Say (VIDEO)

Pro-abortion protesters descended on the Supreme Court in the wake of a draft opinion leak suggesting that the court will overturn Roe v. Wade.

Constant chants demanding that men stay out of the abortion debate and that a woman’s right to choose is hers alone raise the simple question: “What is a woman?”

The Washington Examiner sent reporters to ask pro-abortion protesters outside the Supreme Court to define “woman,” and most had a difficult time.

“Literally none,” one protester said vehemently. “They don’t get to decide what women and people with uteruses do with their body.”
