Why Hasn’t Anyone From Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Little Black Book’ Been Arrested Yet?

Jeffrey Epstein’s associates could face federal criminal prosecutions based on the available evidence, and building a case against them could take years, sex trafficking legal experts say.

Epstein kept a detailed list of his contacts in a little black book and was photographed with many powerful figures, including former President Bill Clinton, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom, former President Donald Trump and more.

Epstein’s longtime pilot, Larry Visoski, testified during the criminal trial of Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, that he saw Clinton, Trump and disgraced actor Kevin Spacey among Epstein’s famous clients. He did not make specific allegations in his testimony. One Maxwell accuser, who testified under pseudonym, said in her testimony that Maxwell bragged about her connections to powerful figures.

Legal action against Epstein’s alleged associates has been confined to civil lawsuits by victims and attorneys general, despite the evidence available for criminal prosecutions, such as Epstein’s little black book and the testimonies in the Maxwell trial.

Benjamin Bull, chief legal counsel at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE), said prosecutors should be “salivating” over the chance to pursue justice for Epstein’s victims. “Any serious prosecutor worth his salt would be all over this little black book,” Bull told the Daily Caller. Sam Smith, Kim Petras’ ‘Unholy’ Grammy Performance Sparks FCC Complaints

Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ controversial Grammys performance was slapped with a myriad of FCC complaints, according to a report.

The duo sent temperatures rising while performing their chart-topping song “Unholy” during the 65th Grammy Awards. The risqué rendition saw both singers and their backup dancers clad in blood-red devil-esque costumes.

After Smith and Petras raised eyebrows with their creative choices, TMZ reported outraged viewers filed complaints against CBS and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

The outlet obtained 18 complaints filed with the FCC, with most of them slamming the performance for its “glorification” of Satan.

During the performance, Smith, 30, was clad in red leather and donned a hat with horns protruding from it — evoking comparisons to the devil. (Read more from “Sam Smith, Kim Petras’ ‘Unholy’ Grammy Performance Sparks FCC Complaints” HERE)

Harvard Law Student Accused of Menacing With Baseball Bat in Racist, Homophobic Attack

A baseball bat-wielding Harvard law student was arrested last month for targeting a classmate in a racist and homophobic on-campus attack, authorities said.

Naod Nega, 27, was charged with assault and battery for the purpose of intimidation on Jan. 23 — a hate crime under Massachusetts state law — and pleaded not guilty, the Harvard Crimson reported.

Nega allegedly hurled homophobic and racist slurs at a classmate and threateningly wielded a baseball bat outside the law school library.

“The male…punched a college student in an unprovoked attack, and intimidated them due to their sexual orientation, the Cambridge Police Department said in a statement,

Following the unhinged attack, Nega was involuntarily brought to a local hospital, where he assaulted at least five male employees, according to Cambridge police. (Read more from “Harvard Law Student Accused of Menacing With Baseball Bat in Racist, Homophobic Attack” HERE)

North Korea Defector Compares Woke U.S. Ideology, Education to Regime Tactics

“They were in Manhattan, living in the freest country you can imagine, and they’re saying they’re oppressed? It doesn’t even compute,” Yeonmi Park told The Post of students at her alma mater, Columbia University. “I was sold for $200 as a sex slave in the 21st century under the same sky. And they say they’re oppressed because people can’t follow their pronouns they invent every day?” . . .

Now, three years after she graduated from Columbia with a degree in human rights, Park is raising alarm bells about America’s cancel culture and woke ideology.

In her book “While Time Remains,” out February 14, Park writes how she made it all the way to the United States only to find some of the same encroachments on freedom that she thought she left behind in North Korea — from identity politics and victim mentality to elite hypocrisy. . .

In an interview this week with The Post, Park recalled what it was like to be a North Korean defector who escaped tyranny and oppression only to meet college students intent on claiming victim status and earning oppression points. She dubbed her alma mater a “pure indoctrination camp” and said many of her classmates at New York City’s most elite school were “brainwashed like North Korean students are.

“I never understood that not having a problem can be a problem,” Park said. “They need to make injustice out of thin air or a problem out of nowhere, because they haven’t experienced anything like what other people are facing in the world.” (Read more from “North Korea Defector Compares Woke U.S. Ideology, Education to Regime Tactics” HERE)

Russian Soldiers Dying at Highest Rate Since Beginning of War With More Than 800 Daily

Russia’s army is currently losing soldiers at the highest rate since the first week of the war almost a year ago — with a remarkable 824 troops dying each day, UK officials say.

The United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense made the stunning claim Sunday, citing Ukrainian General Staff updates, but said it could not verify Ukraine’s methodology.

“The trends the data illustrate are likely accurate,” the Ministry said.

At rate of 824 deaths per day is about four times higher than the mean in June-July 2022, the UK government said.

“Ukraine also continued to suffer a high attrition rate,” the Defense Intelligence update stated without providing specific numbers. “The uptick in Russian casualties is likely due to a range of factors including lack of trained personnel, coordination and resources across the front — this is exemplified in Vuhledar and Bakhmut.” (Read more from “Russian Soldiers Dying at Highest Rate Since Beginning of War With More Than 800 Daily” HERE)

Another One! U.S. Shoots Down Object Over Lake Huron

The United States military on Sunday shot down an unidentified flying object over Michigan, the fourth U.S. military shoot-down in eight days.

The object was shot down over Lake Huron, according to several members of Congress.

The shoot-down comes after the U.S. military shot down an object violating Canadian airspace on Sunday, just days after the U.S. military shot down another object that entered U.S. airspace over Alaska on Friday, and eight days after the U.S. military shot down a Chinese spy balloon over the Atlantic Ocean on Saturday, February 4. Yale Professor: “Mandatory Euthanasia” Will Be on the Table

I hadn’t actually run across this character before so I thought perhaps some of our readers might not have had him on their radar either. His name is Yusuke Narita and he’s a professor of economics at Yale with a very large social media following in both the United States and his native Japan. But his theories on debt, inflation or interest rates aren’t what draw so much attention. Though his specialty is supposed to be economics, Dr. Narita seems to spend a great deal of time pondering the issue of falling birth rates and increasing life spans, particularly in Japan. And he seems to believe that he knows the answer. That would be “mass suicide and mass seppuku of the elderly.” And he talks about it a lot. This guy is so far out there on the fringe of this topic that even the very liberal New York Times described him by saying “his pronouncements could hardly sound more drastic.”

In interviews and public appearances, Yusuke Narita, an assistant professor of economics at Yale, has taken on the question of how to deal with the burdens of Japan’s rapidly aging society.

“I feel like the only solution is pretty clear,” he said during one online news program in late 2021. “In the end, isn’t it mass suicide and mass ‘seppuku’ of the elderly?” Seppuku is an act of ritual disembowelment that was a code among dishonored samurai in the 19th century.

Last year, when asked by a school-age boy to elaborate on his mass seppuku theories, Dr. Narita graphically described to a group of assembled students a scene from “Midsommar,” a 2019 horror film in which a Swedish cult sends one of its oldest members to commit suicide by jumping off a cliff.

In another interview, Narita suggested there might be an alternative for those without the will to take their own life. That would be euthanasia. And if the elderly person in question is still being stubborn? No problem. “The possibility of making [euthanasia] mandatory in the future will come up in discussion.” (Read more from “Yale Professor: “Mandatory Euthanasia” Will Be on the Table” HERE)

Pentagon Shoots Down ANOTHER Unidentified Object, This Time Over Canada; Yesterday, UFO Shot Down Over Alaska; Total of Four

By Faris Tanyos. An “unidentified object” which “violated “Canadian airspace” was shot down over Canada Saturday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced.

The object was shot down by a U.S. military F-22 fighter jet over the Yukon, Trudeau said.

A U.S. official had previously confirmed that the object was detected by North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and appeared to be a “high-altitude balloon.”

Trudeau tweeted that “Canadian and U.S. aircraft were scrambled” after he “ordered the take down” of the object by NORAD.

In a statement to CBS News, Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said that it was first detected over Alaska on Friday night, and then monitored by two F-22 fighter jets with the assistance of the Alaska Air National Guard. Fourth “Unidentified Object” Located Over Montana, Says Congressman

By Harriet Alexander. A Montana congressman said on Saturday night that he had been told an unidentified object was spotted over his district, forcing the temporary closure of airspace – and the search for it would resume at daylight.

Matt Rosendale, a Republican elected in 2020, said he had been briefed by the Department of Defense, while he was at a Lincoln Reagan dinner.

Fighter jets were scrambled and airspace above Havre, a town of 10,000 people, 30 miles south of the Canadian border, was shut at 7:50pm before being reopened about 50 minutes later.

‘I’m at an event, a Lincoln Reagan dinner in Columbus, Montana right now,’ Rosendale told Fox News.

‘And DOD called me as I have been sitting here and started giving me briefings to tell me what was going on. I clarified with them that this is actually the fourth balloon, OK.’ (Read more about the fourth unidentified object HERE)

Mystery Object Shot Down Over Alaska

By New York Times. The Pentagon said it shot down an unidentified object over frozen waters around Alaska on Friday at the order of President Biden, less than a week after a U.S. fighter jet brought down a Chinese spy balloon over the Atlantic in an episode that increased tensions between Washington and Beijing.

U.S. officials said they could not immediately confirm whether the object was a balloon, but it was traveling at an altitude that made it a potential threat to civilian aircraft.

At a news conference on Friday, John F. Kirby, a White House spokesman, said Mr. Biden ordered the unidentified object near Alaska downed “out of an abundance of caution.”

The Friday shootdown showed Mr. Biden taking direct and forceful action far more quickly than he did last week, when some Republican lawmakers criticized him for letting the spy balloon linger over the United States for several days before destroying it. But that period of observation last week allowed American officials to collect intelligence about the spy balloon, while in the episode on Friday, officials seemed unsure about what exactly they shot down. After China Balloon Scare, Air Force Shoots Down Object Flying Above Alaska’s North Slope

By Alaska Public Media. An F-22 fighter jet from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson shot down an unidentified object flying above Alaska’s North Slope on Friday, officials at the White House said.

The shootdown, at 9:45 a.m. Alaska time, took place less than a week after an Air Force fighter jet shot down a Chinese surveillance balloon off the coast of South Carolina. . .

John Kirby, the National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the White House, said in a news conference that the object on Friday was “much, much smaller” than the Chinese surveillance balloon and was “about the size of a small car.” . . .

President Joe Biden ordered the object be shot down, Kirby said. It was traveling at an elevation of about 40,000 feet and could have posed a threat to commercial aviation, he said. (Read more from “After China Balloon Scare, Air Force Shoots Down Object Flying Above Alaska’s North Slope” HERE)

FBI Retracts Memo Labeling Traditional Catholics ‘Violent White Supremacists’

Aleaked FBI report revealed that the Bureau’s Richmond, Virginia Division is investigating the threat of “white supremacy” among Catholics who prefer Latin Mass. Since the leak made headlines, FBI headquarters rescinded the report, claiming it does not “open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity.”

This seems to contradict the document itself, which says its findings are based in part on “liaison reporting.” According to the document’s whistleblower and former Special Agent Kyle Seraphin, liaisons “are overt contacts with trusted members of a community or an industry.” That suggests the FBI already has been investigating Americans based on “First Amendment protected activity.”

The January 23, 2023 document claims “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” (RTCs) are “typically characterized by the rejection of the Second Vatican Council” (which allowed for Mass to be said in people’s spoken language) and their “adherence to anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBTQ and white supremacist ideology.” According to the FBI, the threat comes from RTCs increasingly fraternizing with “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists” (RMVE).

To further surveil “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics,” the document says the Bureau may potentially mitigate this “threat” with “tripwire and source development,” which means further infiltration into Catholic communities using various kinds of informants. The report also implies the FBI will begin monitoring social media posts for what it claims is “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” ideology. Mom Fuming as Daughter, 13, Gets Chest Binder at School — And Is Urged Not to Tell Parents

A Maine mom has called for an investigation into her 13-year-old daughter’s school after she claims a social worker gave the teen a gender-transitioning device known as a “chest binder” and encouraged her to keep it secret from her parents.

Amber Lavigne, of Damariscotta, told the National Review that she found her daughter’s chest-flattening garment in December and confronted the teen, who claimed a friend gave it to her.

“I want you to think long and hard if there’s anything else you want to share with me about this because I am going to reach out to your friend’s mom,” Lavigne said she told her daughter.

The girl then admitted she got the device at the Great Salt Bay Community School, where she had been reassigned to a new social worker, Samuel Roy, according to the outlet.

But school officials never informed the mother and Roy never reached out to her, according to the National Review. (Read more from “Mom Fuming as Daughter, 13, Gets Chest Binder at School — And Is Urged Not to Tell Parents” HERE)
