FBI Had ‘at Least 40’ Undercover Informants Instigating Trouble on January 6th

Law enforcement agencies had at least 40 undercover FBI informants participating in surveillance work among defendants during the January 6 Capitol Hill protests.

Roger Roots, the lawyer for defendant American Proud Boys member Dominic Pezzola, filed a motion to reveal all undercover informants related to the January 6 case.

According to the filed document, several undercover law enforcement officers were at the Capitol that day, with at least 40 undercover informants or agents walking among them, which Roots claims were instigating trouble.

“Some of these undercover Metro officers marched with the Proud Boy march, and some appear to have played roles of instigators, in that they are seen on body-worn videos chanting ‘Go! Go!,’ ‘Stop the Steal!,’ and ‘Whose house? Our house!’ on January 6. Others generally followed demonstrators toward the Capitol,” Roots said.

On Tuesday, the government admitted that eight FBI confidential agents were embedded among the Proud Boys on January 6. Roots allege that the Homeland Security Investigations (HIS) agency had about 19 informants active at the time. In addition, at least 13 undercover plain-clothes DC Metro police agents were among the Proud Boys. Kansas Lawmakers Override Dem Governor’s Veto to Ban Trans Athletes From Women’s Sports

On Wednesday, lawmakers in Kansas overrode Democrat Gov. Laura Kelly’s veto and banned transgender athletes from participating in women’s and girls’ sports, kindergarten through high school.

Another measure approved by Kansas lawmakers this week would prevent students who identify as transgender from using public restrooms and other facilities that align with their gender identity instead of their biological sex. Reportedly, Kelly is expected to veto the legislation. Other legislation would ban irreversible transgender care, dubbed by the left as “gender-affirming care,” for children.

On Twitter, Kansas Sen. Roger Marshall (R), who is a doctor, praised the legislation.

In Kansas, we believe in science. We believe women are born women. We will never waiver in our fight to stand up for biological women in sports and never accept men competing in women’s sports,” he wrote.

School Board Keeps Policy That Hides Students’ Gender Transitions From Parents Despite Pending Litigation

A California school board voted Thursday to keep a school policy which directs teachers to keep a student’s gender transition a secret, despite pending litigation over the resolution.

In a 3-2 vote, Chico Unified School Board decided to keep “Administrative Regulation 5145.3,” which requires educators to keep a student’s change in pronouns or name confidential unless the student gives written permission for their gender change to be shared. In January, Aurora Regino filed a lawsuit against the Chico Unified School District after a counselor allegedly helped her daughter secretly transition genders.

“I’m still in awe about what I saw last night and how the Board allowed people to heckle and bully parents who were speaking about the right to be involved in their own children’s lives,” Regino said in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “This decision is devastating for parents not only here in our community but also across the country. The next step to fight back is legal action and that’s exactly what we’re going to do.”

The Center for American Liberty filed the lawsuit on behalf of Regino after she discovered her 10-year-old daughter had begun to transition genders at school. A school counselor, whom Regino never met, had allegedly advised Regino’s daughter that she was a boy and convinced the girl to use he/him pronouns and a male name at school, the lawsuit stated. U.S. Needs More Air Power to Avoid ‘Bloodbath’ With China, General Says

U.S. Air Force officials lack the air power needed to prevent a potential war with China from settling into “the kind of bloodbath” on display in Ukraine.

“We’ve got to get to the ability, maybe not all times in all places … to attain and maintain air superiority,” Air Force Lt. Gen. Richard G. Moore, the deputy chief of staff for plans and programs, said Thursday. “We don’t want the kind of bloodbath that’s going on in Ukraine right now. And so therefore, we have to get to the advanced capabilities that it takes to change the battlefield.”

Air Force planners have budgeted to purchase 72 new fighter jets in the upcoming fiscal year, comprised of a mix of vaunted fifth-generation F-35 stealth fighters and the F-15EX. Yet the Air Force’s ability to continue acquiring six dozen warplanes per year could be tested by defense manufacturing constraints.

Oldest Roman Catholic Church in U.S. Accused of Covering up Over 600 Child Sex Abuse Reports: Officials

More than six hundred children suffered sexual abuse by at least 150 Baltimore-area clergy members and other Archdiocese personnel, according to a Maryland Attorney General’s report published in the middle of Holy Week, detailing over 80 years of covering up the scandals.

The Maryland Office of the Attorney General launched a Grand Jury investigation into the Archdiocese of Baltimore in 2018, listing a total of 156 clergy members, deacons, seminaries, teachers, and other employees of the Archdiocese as abusers in “hundreds of thousands” of documents dating back to the 1940s — although officials said the number of victims is likely far higher than outlined in the nearly 500-page report.

Such documents reveal with “disturbing clarity” that the Archdiocese, the first diocese established in the United States, allegedly protected accused clergy members from scandal and negative publicity rather than vulnerable children in their communities. In some cases, church leaders would allegedly offer those accused a chance to retire with financial support.

“Time and again, members of the Church’s hierarchy resolutely refused to acknowledge allegations of child sexual abuse for as long as possible,” the report reads. “When denial became impossible, Church leadership would remove abusers from the parish or school, sometimes with promises that they would have no further contact with children.”

Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown, who took office in January, said during a press conference Wednesday the investigation shows the “incontrovertible history uncovered by this investigation is one of pervasive, pernicious and persistent abuse by priests and other archdiocese personnel,” adding most of the alleged abusers listed in the report would not face prosecution as they have passed away. Biden Admin Releases New Rules That Bar States From Banning Transgender Athletes

The Biden administration released on Thursday new Title IX rules that bar schools that receive federal funding from enforcing policies that ban biological males from playing girl’s sports.

The U.S. Department of Education proposed to amend Title IX in order to set out a standard that would “govern a recipient’s adoption or application of sex-related criteria that would limit or deny a student’s eligibility to participate on a male or female athletic team consistent with their gender identity.”

The proposed regulation also would provide needed clarity on how schools can ensure that students have equal opportunity to participate on male and female athletic teams as required by Title IX.

“The proposed rule would establish that policies violate Title IX when they categorically ban transgender students from participating on sports teams consistent with their gender identity just because of who they are,” a notice from the Department of Education states. Trump Leads Ron DeSantis by 8% In First Iowa Head-To-Head Poll Post-Arrest

Former President Donald Trump still leads the Republican field in Iowa, according to the first poll taken in the Hawkeye State following Trump’s indictment by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

The J.L. Partners survey shared exclusively with The Post Thursday showed the 76-year-old leading his main prospective rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, 47% to 39% among registered Republicans in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup — with 15% still undecided.

In a six-person GOP field that includes DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the 45th president receives 41% support, followed by DeSantis on 26%.

The pair are followed by Haley on 5% and Pence and Pompeo on 3% each, while entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin each garner 1%.

Transgender Suspect With Communist Manifesto Arrested for Planning Shootings at Schools, Churches: Police

Law enforcement officials in Colorado have arrested a transgender individual with a communist manifesto for allegedly planning mass shootings at schools and churches in the area.

News of the arrest was made public on Thursday afternoon, but the arrest happened on March 31, just a few days after a transgender terrorist massacred six people, including three children, at a private Christian school in Nashville.

The individual, who The Daily Wire is not naming due to company policy about not giving notoriety to mass killers or those who allegedly aspire to commit such atrocities, is a biological male who goes by a different female name and uses “she/her” pronouns.

The 19-year-old was charged with criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree (two counts), criminal mischief, menacing, and interference with staff, faculty, or students of educational institutions.

Police: Woman Arrested for Shoving Abortion Pills in Pregnant Daughter’s Mouth

A Texas woman is accused of trying to force her pregnant teenage daughter to take abortion pills, according to the Laredo Police Department.

Juana Idalia Sanchez, 49, was arrested after officers responded to a domestic disturbance on April 2, the Laredo Morning Times reported Wednesday.

“A 16-year-old female stated that she informed her mother on March 30 that she was pregnant…Her mother got upset and asked her to have an abortion. She stated that her mother chased her around the home causing her to fall on her stomach…” the report states, citing an arrest affidavit.

Kennedy Jr. is a longtime vaccine skeptic. He has promoted discredited claims linking vaccines and autism and founded the anti-vaccine organization Children’s Health Defense. He has also railed against the coronavirus vaccine and has criticized the federal government’s handling of the pandemic. . .

Kennedy had tweeted last month that he was considering a presidential run.
