Virgin Islands: Google Co-Founder Larry Page Avoiding Service in a Lawsuit Over Links to Jeffrey Epstein

The US Virgin Islands is having trouble finding Google co-founder Larry Page to serve him a subpoena for its lawsuit against JP Morgan, court documents show.

The US Virgin Islands government sued JP Morgan Chase in December, accusing the bank of facilitating and concealing Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking enterprise.

As part of the lawsuit, the government wants to subpoena Page because it believes the tech executive may have had some connection to the disgraced financier.

“Upon information and belief, Larry Page … is a high-net-worth individual who Epstein may have referred or attempted to refer to JPMorgan,” a motion filed on Thursday said.

According to court documents, the government made several unsuccessful attempts to reach Page, who also owned two islands in US Virgin Islands as of late last year. (Read more from “Virgin Islands: Google Co-Founder Larry Page Avoiding Service in a Lawsuit Over Links to Jeffrey Epstein” HERE)

Justice Sonia Sotomayor Didn’t Recuse Herself From Cases Involving Publisher That Paid Her $3M: Report

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor didn’t recuse herself from multiple cases involving a book publisher – Penguin Random House – which paid her more than $3 million since 2010, according to a report.

The copyright infringement cases, in which Penguin Random House stood to suffer financial damage if the court ruled unfavorably, were not taken up by the high court but justices voted on whether or not to hear the cases.

Altogether, Sotomayor earned $3.6 million from Penguin Random House and its subsidiaries for agreeing to let them publish her 2013 memoir, “My Beloved World,” and numerous children’s books since then, the Daily Wire reported on Thursday.

The same year that her memoir came out, Sotomayor voted on whether the high court should take up Aaron Greenspan v. Random House.

Her liberal colleague at the time, Justice Stephen Breyer, recused himself from the case, having also received money from Penguin Random House. (Read more from “Justice Sonia Sotomayor Didn’t Recuse Herself From Cases Involving Publisher That Paid Her $3M: Report” HERE)

White House Has ‘Nothing’ to Say on Biden Bribery Claim After Tips to Diplomats, Law Enforcement Emerge

Multiple tips to diplomats and law enforcement that might explain a whistleblower claim describing President Biden taking bribes have emerged — as the White House said Thursday it had “nothing” to say about the matter.

House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued a subpoena Wednesday requiring the FBI to hand over an informant report that describes “an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

“I’m gonna have to refer you to the Justice Department on that,” National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told The Post during a White House briefing. “I have nothing for you on that today.”

“Do you know what country this pertains to or what policy decision?” a reporter asked.

“I have nothing for you, sir. I’m going to have to refer you to the Justice Department. And I’m getting the hook — see ya,” said Kirby, relinquishing the lectern to press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. Colorado Is First State in Nation to Ban Drugs That Rescue Babies That Moms Attempted to Abort

In Glenwood Springs, Colorado, registered nurse Katie Laven answers calls from people who’ve started the two-pill medication abortion regimen and want to stop the process.

“They are just in turmoil,” said Laven, who works at the Abortion Pill Rescue Network and answers some of the roughly 150 calls it says come in each month. “They feel like, ‘Well, maybe an abortion would make it better.’ And then they take the abortion pill and they’re like, ‘I don’t feel better. In fact, I feel much worse that I did that.’” . . .

But such interventions may be coming to an end in Colorado, which recently became the first state to ban abortion pill reversals. The Colorado legislature passed a bill to make prescribing any drug in this way medical misconduct, unless three of the state’s medical boards find it is a “generally accepted standard of practice.” Democratic Gov. Jared Polis signed the bill into law on April 14.

The bill also limits advertising by pregnancy resource centers, which do not offer abortions; rather, they are known to try to talk people out of getting an abortion.

The Colorado attorney general’s office, several district attorneys, the Colorado Medical Board, and the Colorado Board of Nursing said they would not enforce the new law until the two medical boards determine whether abortion reversal is “a generally accepted standard of practice,” The Colorado Sun reported. Report: ‘Transgender Toddlers’ Receiving Treatments at North Carolina Universities

Multiple medical schools in the state of North Carolina are reportedly administering sex change treatments to toddlers, according a report released on Tuesday by Education First Alliance.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, East Carolina University, and Duke University have all been identified as medical schools that offer transitioning therapies for toddlers, according to an investigation titled “Transgender toddlers treated at Duke, UNC, and ECU” by Education First Alliance.

Duke University opened the “Child and Adolescent Gender Care Clinic” in 2015 and reportedly treats children as young as two years old for gender dysphoria, according to Education First Alliance. Duke Child and Adolescent Gender Care Director Deanna Adkins claimed in a 2015 interview that the center works with young children, ABC 11 reported.

“We are working with all kinds of kids, from infants to teens. And we take care of children that are having problems developing gender,” Adkins said, according to ABC 11.

The University of North Carolina (UNC) treats children as young as three years old for gender dysphoria, according to Education First Alliance. The university’s intake form reportedly claims that the institution provides sex change therapies for minors aged three to 11. ‘I Can’t Believe I Fought for This Bullsh-t’: Navy SEAL Who Killed Bin Laden Blasts Pentagon for Drag Queen Gimmick

Navy SEAL Robert J. O’Neill, who was on the mission to kill Islamic terrorist Osama bin Laden, is blasting the U.S. Navy for using a drag queen to recruit new sailors into service.

On Monday, The Daily Caller’s Micaela Burrow reported the Navy had recruited Joshua Kelley — an active-duty drag queen who goes by the stage name Harpy Daniels and identifies as non-binary — to be a “Navy Digital Ambassador.” According to the report, the Digital Ambassador pilot program ran from October 2022 to March 2023 and was designed to “explore the digital environment to reach a wide range of potential candidates” for military recruitment.

O’Neill — a decorated combat veteran who served for eight years as a member of SEAL Team Six and has been awarded dozens of accolades for his service — responded to the report on Twitter, saying he “can’t believe [he] fought for this bullsh-t.”

“Alright. The U.S. Navy is now using an enlisted sailor Drag Queen as a recruiter,” he wrote. “I’m done. China is going to destroy us.”

O’Neill isn’t the only veteran to condemn the military for its moronic embrace of drag queens, either. In one tweet, Kurt Schlichter, a Townhall.com columnist and retired Army colonel, predicted that America is “going to lose the next war” it’s involved in.

Did FBI’s Censorship Liaison Hide Colleagues’ Connection to the Hunter Biden Scandal?

Evidence is mounting that both the Biden campaign and the federal government interfered in the 2020 election by running an info op to convince voters the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. Missouri and Louisiana have unearthed some of the most damning evidence in their First Amendment lawsuit against the Biden administration, but a close analysis of the court filings suggests the FBI is not being forthright in identifying the players involved.

As part of the lawsuit Missouri and Louisiana’s attorneys general initiated, the states obtained limited initial discovery. Among other things, the plaintiffs obtained a list of government officials who communicated with Twitter about so-called content moderation and the deposition testimony of Elvis Chan, the assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s San Francisco Cyber Branch.

In his deposition, Chan testified that he is one of the “primary” FBI agents who communicates with social media companies about so-called disinformation. During the 2020 election cycle, Chan coordinated meetings between the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) and at least seven of the major tech giants, including Meta/Facebook, Twitter, Google/YouTube, Yahoo!/Verizon Media, and Microsoft/LinkedIn. Those meetings occurred at first quarterly and then monthly and weekly as the election neared.

In questioning Chan, attorneys representing Missouri and Louisiana pushed him on several points related to the censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop. The lawyers succeeded in eliciting testimony from Chan that the FBI regularly raised the possibility of “hack and dump” operations with senior officials at the various tech companies. Those discussions included the FBI warning the companies of a potential hack-and-leak occurring shortly before the 2020 election, like the Democratic National Committee hack and WikiLeaks that occurred in 2016. Half of Americans Wonder Whether Their Money Is Safe in Banks

Since Joe Biden took office, inflation has exploded to the 9% range, and still remains a huge problem for consumers. . .

Just the News reports the Gallup poll warns that a total of 48% of U.S. adults say they are worried about their money being in banks.

Nineteen percent said they are “very” concerned. Another 29% are “moderately” concerned.

The poll, done April 3-25 just after Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank failed and just before First Republic Bank collapsed on May 1, found 30% “not too” worried and 20% “not at all” worried.

The results are similar to one done in 2008, when 45% of respondents were very or moderately worried about their money in banks – a time period just after Lehman Brothers investment bank failed. (Read more from “Half of Americans Wonder Whether Their Money Is Safe in Banks” HERE)

Top Democrat’s ‘Nonbinary’ Daughter Ordered to Write Apology Letter for Hitting a Cop

A top Democrat’s transgender daughter, unsurprisingly, is being let off the hook after assaulting a police officer.

U.S. Rep. Katherine Clark’s (D-MA) “non-binary” daughter was sentenced to only 30 hours of community service and required to write an apology letter to the cop she hit in the face during an anti-cop protest in Boston earlier this year.

ared ‘Riley’ Dowell spray painted “Stop Cop City” and “ACAB,” an acronym for “all cops are bastards,” on a concrete bandstand and got physical with cops who tried to arrest her. The 23-year-old was charged with assault and battery, vandalism, and resisting arrest by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. In a deal with prosecutors, her case will be dropped after a year if she completes all the requirements,

Thanks to Dowell being the daughter of a Democrat, the transgender will get off easily with no jail time. However, the maximum punishment for assaulting an officer in Massachusetts is two-and-a-half years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Report: Tucker Carlson Speaking with Donald Trump About Moderating Republican Candidate Forum

Tucker Carlson, the recently ousted popular Fox News anchor, has shown interest in moderating Republican candidate forums and has reportedly discussed the possibility with former President Donald Trump.

The former president and Republican primary frontrunner recently floated the idea of skipping the forums moderated by Fox News after the “hostile” network failed to seek his advice on the issue. According to the Washington Post, Carlson has spoken with Trump about displacing Fox News as the hosting moderator to “take a jab at his former employer”:

Carlson and his team have discussed the possibility of moderating a candidate forum outside of the traditional protocols surrounding the GOP primary debate system, according to two people familiar with the considerations. These people said the setup — as well as Carlson’s availability to take on that kind of role, given the noncompete constraints of his contract with Fox — remain unclear. But Carlson has personally expressed enthusiasm about the idea, according to people familiar with his comments. At least one major candidate — Trump — has told Carlson he’s interested, according to a person familiar with the exchange.

The former Fox host’s interest in a debate is said to stem in part from its potential to loosen the Republican National Committee’s grip on the process, as well as to challenge the role traditionally played by the major television networks. “He could go straight to the candidates, stream it live, invite the networks but maintain control over the process,” said one person familiar with the discussions.
