Middle-Schooler Kicked Out of Class for ‘Don’t Tread on Me’ Patch That Teacher Claims Originated With Slavery

A Colorado middle schooler was reportedly kicked out of class for having several patches on his backpack, including one of a Gadsden flag — sparking a social media uproar.

The 12-year-old student at The Vanguard School was ordered to remove the patch of the flag — which features a coiled rattlesnake and the phrase “Don’t tread on me” on a yellow background — before he was allowed to return to class, according to footage of a meeting between the child’s mother and an administrator posted to X, formerly Twitter.

The administrator at the public charter school tells the boy’s mom that he cannot display the patch due to the flag’s “origins with slavery and the slave trade,” the video of the meeting shows.

However, the mom replies that the Gadsden flag’s origins can actually be traced back to the Revolutionary War — not slavery.

The seventh-grader also reportedly had other patches depicting semi-automatic weapons, which the school said violated its dress code policy.

State Pays Nonprofit Encouraging Kids to Identify as ‘Foxgender,’ Teaching Schools to Hide It

The state of California has awarded a nine-year grant to a group that encourages students to identify as a wide variety of bizarre genders, including “foxgender,” and teaches school districts how to hide it from parents.

The California Department of Public Health has awarded a total of $2.3 million to a nonprofit called Gender Spectrum for activities such as developing “concrete strategies for applying the lens of gender diversity to school practices,” according to an investigation from the watchdog group OpenTheBooks.

The grant is intended for Gender Spectrum to conduct a “rigorous evaluation” of whether its own programs work.

Among those programs is the development of a six-page form for students to submit school districts their pronouns and whether school staff needs to hide their use of those pronouns from their parents.

“It’s not always the case that caregivers are supportive of their child’s gender, their gender journey, in that case, if parents are not supportive or if the child is not out, that’s not necessarily someone who will be part of the gender support team,” said Director of Training Carla Pena at the group’s annual Gender Spectrum Family Conference last year. As More Countries Link Arms With China, Is US Dollar Dominance Truly at Risk?

A growing number of major economies have recently criticized the status of the U.S. dollar as the primary currency for global trade, leaving experts to fear long-term danger for U.S. dollar dominance.

Several countries expressed a strong desire to change the global reserve currency at the Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) summit last week, threatening current U.S. dollar dominance. While the global reserve currency is not going to change overnight, the future of the dollar as a global reserve currency could be endangered if U.S. adversaries can coordinate effectively, and the U.S. does not take appropriate action, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“The US is absolutely in danger of losing global reserve currency status,” E.J. Antoni, a research fellow at the Heritage Foundation’s Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget, told the DCNF. “The threat has increased because the Biden administration has devalued the dollar by an astonishing 16% and also weaponized the dollar abroad.”

If the dollar is replaced as the global reserve currency, experts warn that the U.S. could be faced with hyperinflation as the dollars that are currently being used in the international market come back home, flooding the market. Additionally, the loss of global reserve status would weaken the dollar compared to other countries, decreasing the borrowing power of the U.S. government, which could lead to a need to cut spending.

BRICS will be admitting six new countries—Saudi Arabia, Iran, Ethiopia, Egypt, Argentina and the United Arab Emirates—to its coalition starting Jan. 1, 2024, which could add power to the calls of the other BRICS countries to supplant the U.S. dollar. ‘Call Back Trump’: Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán Praises Trump’s Foreign Policy in Interview With Tucker Carlson (VIDEO)

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán praised former President Donald Trump’s foreign policy during an exclusive interview with Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson in Budapest.

Orbán, whose country borders Ukraine, said Russia never would have provoked war under Trump’s administration because of his foreign policy being the “best form for the world” in several decades. He called on President Joe Biden and the U.S. to make peace immediately with Russia.

“Call back Trump. That’s the only way out. Call back Trump,” Orbán said. “Because you know, you can criticize him for many reasons. I understand all the discussion. But the best foreign policy of the recent several decades belonged to him. He did not initiate any new war. He treated nicely the North Koreans and Russia, even the Chinese. You know, he delivered a policy which was the best one for Middle East, Abraham Accords. So he had very good foreign policy.”

“He’s [Trump] criticized because he’s not educated enough to understand the world politics. This is not the case,” Orbán told Carlson. “Facts count and his foreign policy was the best form for the world in the last several decades I have seen. And if he would have been the president at the moment the Russian invasion started, no, it would not be possible to do that by the Russians. So Trump is the man who can save the western world and probably the human beings in the world as well.”

Father Jailed After ‘Misgendering’ Daughter Lands Win in Appeal Court

A Canadian father who was thrown in jail after “misgendering” his gender-confused teenage daughter has scored a legal win in the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

A judgment issued earlier this month said Robert Hoogland did not have to spend any more time behind bars, and the court dropped an order for him to pay a $30,000 fine.

“I expected that I would finish — if not all of that six months, a big chunk of it [in prison],” Hoogland told The Daily Wire in a phone interview. “This is a huge win, because what it does is it was setting a precedent – and what they wanted was a real deterrent for parents, especially when they are standing up against the trans agenda, with what’s being pushed through the schools, by the school counselors and all of these different things.”

Hoogland — who was featured anonymously in the Daily Wire documentary “What is a Woman?” — took legal action after a Canadian children’s hospital in 2018 told him that his daughter, who was then just 13 years old, was going to be injected with testosterone, despite Hoogland refusing to give his consent. In Canada, the Infants Act permits minors to consent to their own trans treatments if doctors think it’s in their best interests; parents’ consent is irrelevant.

Disagreeing with the hospital, Hoogland said his daughter needed time and mental health support, not transgender medical interventions that can be irreversible. Testosterone and other trans interventions have been linked to fertility issues, lower bone density, and a host of other problems. Judge Refuses to Define ‘Woman,’ Dismisses Lawsuit by Sorority Sisters Who Sought to Block Man From Joining

A judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by six University of Wyoming Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sisters seeking to block a trans-identifying male from joining.

The sorority sisters will now be forced to accommodate Artemis Langford (whose given name is Dallin), a 6’2″, 260-pound man who believes he is a woman. Wyoming U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson, after hearing allegations of sexual deviancy on Langford’s part, ultimately dismissed the case on Friday and stated that redefining “woman” to include males was “Kappa Kappa Gamma’s bedrock right as a private, voluntary organization — and one this Court may not invade.” Johnson notably used Langford’s preferred she/her pronouns in his decision and repeatedly referred to Langford as a “transgender woman.”

“The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit — and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved — Langford. With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define ‘woman’ today,” Johnson wrote.

“The delegate of a private, voluntary organization interpreted ‘woman,’ otherwise undefined in the nonprofit’s bylaws, expansively; this Judge may not invade Kappa Kappa Gamma’s freedom of expressive association and inject the circumscribed definition Plaintiffs urge,” he added. Pushing Back: Canada’s Conservatives Begin to Oppose Trudeau’s Transgenderism

Canadian conservative politicians are beginning to roll back Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s pro-transgender policies.

On Monday, the right-of-center conservative government in Ontario announced that parents should be told when their children adopt an opposite-sex persona in schools.

“We understand though that parents must be fully involved and fully aware of what’s happening in the life of their children,” said Stephen Lecce, the education minister of Ontario, which is Canada’s largest province.

Lecce is a member of the Progressive Conservative Party, which is headed by Ontario Premier Doug Ford. He added:

I mean, often there are health implications [of transsexualism], and I think we have to respect the rights of parents and recognize that these can be life-changing decisions, and I think parents want to be involved so that they can support their kids. And I think that’s a really important principle that we must uphold.

Imagine a Political Party That Pretends the Following:

THEY PRETEND: Its leader – an octogenarian who didn’t campaign for office and can’t face a free press – is fit for the job.

THEY PRETEND: It’s no concern that the octo’s family received $50 million (or perhaps much more) from foreign interests while China accessed sensitive U.S. military technologies.

THEY PRETEND: Intimidating social media companies to suppress free speech doesn’t ridiculously violate the Constitution.

THEY PRETEND: You can charge a President with “election interference” to interfere with his election campaign.

THEY PRETEND: Killing American energy independence (Keystone XL, etc.) on its leader’s first day in office didn’t spur massive inflation, food insecurity, bank failures, supply chain problems, inflation and overall economic malaise.

THEY PRETEND: Opening the borders to Mexican cartels doesn’t kill 100,000 or so Americans each year, from Fentanyl to organized gang crime in every city in America.

THEY PRETEND: Opening the borders to battalions of Chinese, military-age males won’t lead to disaster.

THEY PRETEND: That Crimea and Ukraine were invaded because of their party’s strong security posture.

THEY PRETEND: That Iran’s terroristic, mass-murdering regime deserves nuclear weapons.

THEY PRETEND: That the withdrawal from Afghanistan was perfect, and if it wasn’t – it was someone else’s fault.

THEY PRETEND: That experimental and untested vaccines can – and must – be mandated by the federal government to demonstrate its control of your body.

THEY PRETEND: Women don’t make up a gender, but a belief.

THEY PRETEND: Men can have babies and women can have dongles.

THEY PRETEND: Children can suddenly decide to change their gender – permanently – without consequences.

THEY PRETEND: That an abortion at 38 weeks for a healthy woman and a healthy child constitutes a form of health care. (Note: no one in any party supports – or has ever supported – risking the life of a Mother during a troubled pregnancy. No NICU Doctor would tell you otherwise.).

THEY PRETEND: That trans ideology is, and always has been, a healthy adjunct to human society and civilization.

THEY PRETEND: That Carbon Dioxide (CO2) – the basis of photosynthesis and all life on Earth – is bad for the Earth.

THEY PRETEND: That CO2, plant food that all of us animals exhale, is a pollutant.

THEY PRETEND: That restricting America’ access to energy while China builds a thousand coal plants a year, will help U.S. national security.

THEY PRETEND: That restricting tiny levels of Co2 outweighs the impact of the sun, volcanoes, and wildfires that blot out the sun over multiple continents.

THEY PRETEND: That its utterly corrupt DOJ and FBI – which forged FISA warrants; illegally gave political contractors and Democrat lawyers access to our country’s most sensitive national security databases; covered up various crimes by Democrat leaders while prosecuting Republicans; well, that that’s all fine and none of it needs reform.

THEY PRETEND: That the Russia Collusion Hoax, the Ukraine Bribery Impeachment, and countless other frauds weren’t coordinated by their party’s leaders.

THEY PRETEND: That Adam Schiff – who told countless lies to the American people over many years – is a hero.

THEY PRETEND: That they honestly took their Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution, a document they wholly reject.

THEY PRETEND: That the Communist takeover of their party, which has involved rigging elections and imprisoning political opponents for complaining about it, won’t be catastrophic for all of us. Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians and Independents.

THEY PRETEND: That the instigator, Barack Obama isn’t the real president and serving in an unconstitutional third term.

In the 19th Century, the Democrats waged a Civil War so they could have slaves.

In the 20th Century, the Democrats supported Jim Crow and the KKK.

In the 21st Century, inner-city kids of every race, especially African-American, have suffered continuously under Democrat rule.

The Democrat Party Hates America.

The mystery buyers of nearly $1 billion of undeveloped land abutting a California military base were revealed to be Silicon Valley heavyweights — and not a network of Chinese spies as some lawmakers feared.

The land grab near Travis Air Force Base by Flannery Associates — which has become the largest landowner in Solano County, about 60 miles northeast of San Francisco — had prompted concern that a foreign entity could be using the investment to harm US national security.

However, it turns out Flannery’s backers are a who’s who list of tech titans and investors that includes LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and Emerson Collective philanthropist Laurene Powell Jobs, according to the New York Times.

The deep-pocketed investors reportedly plan to turn the land into their vision of an ideal city, featuring sustainable energy and a pedestrian-friendly layout.

Aside from Hoffman and Powell Jobs, Flannery’s investors reportedly include Marc Andreessen of the private venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, former Sequoia Capital partner Michael Moritz and Stripe co-founders Patrick and John Collison, as well as entrepreneurs Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross. Silence Over Drowning of Obama Chef Sparks Conspiracy Theories Including His Relationship With the Unidentified Woman Who Witnessed His Death

Police in Massachusetts are continuing to cover up information about the death of Obama personal chef Tafari Campbell even after declaring the case closed this week, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The response has prompted an outcry from First Amendment advocates who have been left asking: ‘What do they have to hide?’

And it has also sparked a plethora of conspiracy theories including the role of the former president’s family in the cover-up and Campbell’s relationship with the unidentified woman who witnessed his death.

Earlier this month state police had withheld information under the guise of an ‘ongoing investigation’, citing a Public Records Law exemption that allows authorities to keep details on grounds that it could jeopardize an active investigation.

But after the 45-year-old’s death was officially ruled an accidental drowning earlier this week, authorities are yet to address how an apparently capable swimmer, paddle boarding near the ex-president’s summer home in Martha’s Vineyard, could have drowned in shallow water.
