Caught in the fallout are Big Fani Willis and her lover, Nathan Wade. The case against Trump in Georgia is now in serious doubt. Furthermore, Big Fani and Nathan Wade appear to be in serious legal jeopardy, facing anything from sanctions to disbarment to even felony charges.

To recap, the judge in Trump’s Georgia case ordered a hearing to decide whether or not Fani Willis and her boyfriend ought to be thrown off the case due to misconduct, self-dealing, and misleading the court.

A Georgia judge ordered a two-day hearing this week to determine whether he should disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis from the racketeering case against Donald Trump because she had a romantic relationship with the lead prosecutor.

Trump co-defendant Michael Roman wants to question witnesses in court after accusing Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, and special prosecutor Nathan Wade of having an improper secret romance when she hired him in 2021 to lead the investigation into Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Roman’s attorney claims Willis has paid Wade more than $650,000 and they’ve received improper personal and financial benefits that require their removal from the case.

Surgeon Who Performs Transgender Vaginoplasties: Complications ‘Can Be Pretty Bad’

A prominent surgeon stated that complications from vaginoplastic surgery that aims at removing male genitals and creating a vagina “can be pretty bad” and noted that there was “a growing number of programs throughout the world of gender affirmation, probably with a lack of training and not proper training,” according to the video of a presentation that the Daily Caller News Foundation obtained through a public records request.

“Complications can be pretty bad for vaginoplasty, and the most-dreaded complication is to perforate the rectum while you are dissecting the vaginal cavity,” Dr. Alex Laungani, a Canadian surgeon, who has “expertise in trans surgical care,” said at an event sponsored by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

“You are essentially dissecting the vaginal cavity between the prostate and the rectum and there’s literally no space there,” he said. “So, you have to create a new plane in a spot that doesn’t exist. So, you’re very close to the rectum, and it’s very hard—it’s very easy to get in there. We don’t, I mean, the more you do it, the less risk you have, of course.”

WPATH is a medical organization that has published an influential clinical guidance on transgender health care called Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People (SOC). Laungani’s presentation, titled “Foundations in Surgery,” was part of an educational series recorded in September 2022 for licensed clinicians seeking WPATH certification in transgender health care. Laungani is a WPATH member.

The WPATH Standards of Care recommend that transgender surgeons be educated, trained and supervised on how to perform sex-reassignment surgeries. However, Laungani said in his presentation that as the number of sex-reassignment programs had grown, it was likely some surgeons had not received adequate training. Is Biden Not Being Impeached Because His Crimes Are How D.C. Does Business?

During Donald Trump’s presidency, Democrats proved they’d impeach a Republican president over a ham sandwich. Sen. J.D. Vance noted this week that Democrats set up the same pretext to impeach Trump again should he win the presidency this fall.

Now the same “intelligence community” that framed Trump as a Russian agent and claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian “disinformation” is claiming to have great big major secret information about something bad and Russian as the House considers yet more spending on war with Russia. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has violated his oath of office since his first day in office, yet he’s not in any serious danger of being impeached and sent to hospice.

We’ve had years of evidence that Joe Biden legitimately deserves impeachment, for repeatedly violating his oath to uphold the Constitution and treasonously selling out his country for apparent Ukranian, Chinese, and other foreign bribes. Where is his impeachment? Bogged down in “investigations” that have imposed zero real-world consequences.

It’s not that Republicans can’t be effective or speedy. They can shovel plenty toward the military-industrial complex currently consuming the blood of innocent Ukrainians. If the House authorizes the Senate’s latest pallets of cash, the United States will have spent nearly $200 billion on war with Russia in just two years.

It’s almost unfathomable that U.S. representatives are prioritizing the border of a distant foreign land while our federal government has turned the U.S. border over to transnational criminal cartels. Did Our Intelligence Agencies Suggest the Russia Hoax to Hillary Clinton’s Campaign?

Tuesday’s explosive news — that long before the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane on July 31, 2016, the U.S. intelligence community had asked foreign intel agencies to surveil 26 people connected to Donald Trump — raises the question of whether our intelligence community colluded with the Clinton campaign in these efforts. After all, it was then-Biden campaign adviser and now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken who “set in motion the events that led to” 51 former intel officials issuing the public statement that falsely framed the Hunter Biden’s laptop story as Russian disinformation.

If a Biden campaign adviser conspired with some of the biggest names in the intelligence community a month before the 2020 election to bury the damaging scandal, it is no stretch to think the Hillary Clinton campaign might have sought an assist from the same folks to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

We’ve also long known the Clinton campaign funded the Steele dossier, the primary evidence used by the FBI to obtain four Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act wiretap orders against a Trump campaign associate. The Clinton campaign’s efforts to peddle the Russia-collusion hoax to the FBI and the media are likewise well-established.

But did the Clinton campaign’s plot to portray Trump as a Russian asset also involve the intelligence community, and if so, when did those efforts start?

Open-source material suggests the Clinton campaign’s efforts to push the Russia angle against Trump began in June 2016, when the Democrat law firm Perkins Coie contracted with Fusion GPS, which in turn retained Christopher Steele to investigate Trump’s connections to Russia. While there are several connections between the Clinton campaign and members of the intelligence community beginning in July, there is a dearth of evidence suggesting coordination between the two before then. What Do ‘Long COVID’ And Transgender People Have In Common?

What do ‘Long COVID’ and the transgender movement have in common? No, this isn’t the set up for a punchline. Despite assurances by the “neutral” medical establishment, they both fall under the umbrella of a broader left-wing agenda — and the results are clear from new findings on who actually “suffers” from Long COVID.

According to a new survey from USA Facts, transgender people experienced the highest rate of Long COVID. Of the transgender people who had COVID, 46% reported struggling with Long COVID afterwards, compared to just 32% among women and 22% among men. Among “other” — whatever non-binary nonsense that implies — the rate was 37%. Further, among the transgender people claiming to suffer from Long COVID, 42% reported “severe” symptoms, four times higher than men (10%) and women (9%).

To use a favored term of the expert class, transgender people are “disproportionately impacted” by the disease — but it’s worth considering why that may be. According to the Department of Health and Human Services, this is due to their “lower access to health care and stigma regarding their gender or sexuality.” Yet this is political dogma disguised as scientific analysis. However, the real answer is likely just as political.

Interestingly, both Long COVID and the current transgender craze gripping American children developed along a very similar trajectory. They are both loosely defined by the medical establishment, yet get touted as a purely scientific phenomena — objective truth. If you are a man who identifies as a woman, you are a woman. As a result, it becomes impossible for even medical authorities to define what a “woman” really is. Similarly, the Centers for Disease Control defines Long COVID “broadly” as any “signs, symptoms, and conditions that continue or develop after acute COVID-19 infection,” including “fatigue,” “difficulty thinking,” “sleep problems” and even “depression or anxiety.” So, Long COVID is pretty much anything you want it to be.

The real trick that captured medical and scientific authorities pull here is laundering one discrete, definable instance of a phenomenon into a broader, ideological movement. Transgender people, of course, exist in the objective sense — both throughout history and in that gender dysphoria is an established, clinical disorder. Yet that cannot explain the explosion of trans-identifying teens — mostly girls — over the past several years; there’s clearly a social aspect at play that the “experts” will not admit for ideological reasons. Similarly, “long” illnesses clearly exist; anyone who’s ever had a cold or flu can attest that unpleasant symptoms sometimes linger for weeks or months, which surely holds true for COVID as well. But clinically defining Long COVID as some miasmatic threat only serves to reinforce the CDC’s own authority over a never-ending COVID crisis.

Informant Charged With Allegedly Lying to FBI About Biden’s Role With Ukrainian Gas Company

Special Counsel David Weiss charged a former FBI informant with lying about President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings with Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma.

Weiss — who has charged Hunter Biden with six felonies and six misdemeanors in two seperate criminal investigations — charged Alexander Smirnov with 18 U.S.C. § 1001: false statement, and 18 U.S.C. § 1519: creating a false and fictitious record, related to allegedly false information that he gave to his FBI handler about the Bidens.

The indictment says that Smirnov was warned by his FBI handler nearly two dozen times over the course of a decade that the information that he was relaying to the Bureau must be truthful or else he would face criminal consequences.

He was arrested on Thursday at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas after arriving in the U.S. from overseas.

Smirnov provided information to the Handler that he knew was being used in various criminal investigations conducted by the FBI. The indictment says that he was authorized by U.S. authorities to engage in certain criminal activity for the sake of assisting law enforcement in their investigations. DOJ Charges Informant Who Provided FBI Details About Alleged Bribery Scheme Involving Burisma, Bidens

The Department of Justice (DOJ) charged a FBI informant Thursday who provided details about an alleged bribery scheme involving Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company.

Special counsel David Weiss indicted Alexander Smirnov, the confidential human source (CHS) who told the FBI in 2020 about alleged corruption involving Burisma and the two Bidens, on one count of making a false statement and one count of creating a false and fictitious record. Smirnov told the FBI that Burisma executives had discussed paying millions of dollars to Hunter and Joe Biden in order to ensure that Joe Biden would use his political clout to protect the company’s interests.

The indictment asserts that Smirnov only made contact with Burisma executives in 2017, after Biden’s stint as vice president concluded and after the Ukrainian investigator probing Burisma had lost his job, according to the indictment.

“The indictment alleges that [Smirnov] transformed his routine and unextraordinary business contacts with Burisma in 2017 and later into bribery allegations against [President Biden] after expressing bias against [Biden] and his presidential candidacy,” Weiss’ office said in a statement announcing the charges.

In 2020, Smirnov told the FBI that Burisma executives had told him in 2015 and 2016 that they hired Hunter Biden to the company’s board to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” Joe Biden was leading Ukraine policy for the Obama administration at that time, and has subsequently boasted that he got a Ukrainian prosecutor, who was investigating the company for corruption, fired after he threatened to withhold approximately $1 billion in aid for Ukraine. Biden Admin Wants More Black Veterans Declared Mentally Disabled in the Name of ‘Equity’

A new “equity” initiative in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) aims to declare more black people to be mentally disabled.

Black veterans currently receive disability payments for mental health conditions at nearly twice the rate of whites. But the Biden administration’s Equity Assessment and Action Steps for Mental Health Compensation Benefits, released Wednesday, said that to attain “equity,” that number needs to be even higher.

“A higher percentage of Black Veterans currently receive disability compensation benefits than white Veterans for mental health conditions (21.7% vs. 12.7%),” the assessment said. “On average, Black Veterans also apply for disability compensation at higher rates and receive slightly higher disability ratings from VA than white Veterans. However, Black Veterans have lower grant rates than white Veterans for mental health conditions (70.3% vs. 76.0%). … In response to these new findings, VA will [be] taking immediate and aggressive action to eliminate this gap and ensure that Black Veterans get the benefits they deserve.”

The justification uses a tortured logic in which, although there is a large discrepancy in blacks’ favor when it comes to actually being granted government disability checks, the Biden administration sliced the numbers until they found a secondary metric in which blacks were slightly behind: The percentage who apply for disability but are deemed ineligible. Poll: 6-In-7 Voters Say Only Americans Should Vote in U.S. Elections

The overwhelming majority of general election voters say only American citizens should be allowed to vote in United States elections, a new poll exclusively shared with Breitbart News finds.

“We are just months away from one of the most important elections in our lifetime, and the security of those elections is under siege from an invasion of foreigners crossing our borders illegally,” Tea Party Patriots’ Jenny Beth Martin told Breitbart News. “Some of them could ultimately vote in our elections with few barriers stopping them.”

The poll, commissioned for Tea Party Patriots Action by McLaughlin & Associates, finds that 85.5 percent of voters said only American citizens ought to be allowed to vote in U.S. elections — even those at the municipal level.

Meanwhile, just 1-in-10 voters said U.S. elections should not be closed to only American citizens, and about four percent said they were unsure.

Tragedy Strikes Kansas City Super Bowl Parade: 1 Dead, 22 Wounded in Shocking Shooting

In a devastating turn of events, the jubilant atmosphere at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade quickly transformed into chaos and horror as gunfire erupted near Union Station. The incident left one person dead and 22 others wounded, including nine children, casting a dark shadow over what was supposed to be a celebratory event.

Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves revealed that the shooting occurred around 2 p.m. near the Union Station parking garage, immediately after the rally concluded. A total of 11 children, aged between 6 and 15, were among the wounded, with all expected to recover according to Children’s Mercy Hospital.

During a press conference, Chief Graves confirmed that three individuals had been detained, and at least one weapon was recovered by the police. The wounded were swiftly transported to Children’s Mercy Hospital, Truman Medical, and Saint Luke’s, with eight deemed immediately life-threatening cases, seven with other life-threatening injuries, and six sustaining minor injuries.

Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas expressed his sorrow, stating, “The celebration was marred by a shooting. This is absolutely a tragedy.” He assured that all Chiefs players, staff, and their families were safe and accounted for.

The presence of 800 law enforcement officers at the parade and rally could not prevent the shocking incident, leaving Chief Graves visibly angered.

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson, who was present during the incident, expressed his shock and gratitude for the quick response of security officers and first responders. The FBI is providing assistance to the Kansas City Police Department in investigating the tragic event.

Eyewitness accounts, such as that of Kade Collins, paint a harrowing picture of the chaos that ensued. “We heard 10-12 gunshots, but we thought they were fireworks… then everyone started screaming and took off running,” described Collins. Amid the panic, individuals were seen helping the wounded, and police swiftly apprehended a suspect.

Heartbreakingly, Kansas City radio station KKFI identified one of the victims as Lisa Lopez, host of Taste of Tejano. Lopez lost her life in the shooting, and her brother, Lee’s Summit Mayor Pro Tem Beto Lopez, had two nieces and a nephew injured in the tragic incident. The community rallied around the Lopez family, offering prayers and condolences for their unimaginable loss.
