Judge Explodes at Trump Witness During Trial: ‘Clear the Courtroom!’ (VIDEO)

New York Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing former President Donald Trump’s business records trial, exploded at a witness over his behavior on Monday and called for the courtroom to be cleared.

Robert Costello, the former lawyer for Michael Cohen, was called to the witness stand by Trump’s defense team and repeatedly became frustrated due to Merchan sustaining several objections from prosecutors, according to Newsweek.

After Merchan had sustained several objections, Costello reportedly was reprimanded, to which he exclaimed, “ridiculous” and “jeez,” under his breath.

Costello reportedly began blowing “raspberries” after several more objections were sustained, according to the outlet.

At Least Three Dead After Attempted Coup, Allegedly Involving Americans, Fails

At least three are reportedly dead after an attempted coup in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), allegedly involving Americans, failed Sunday, according to multiple reports.

The coup reportedly took place early morning Sunday outside the home of economy minister Vital Kamerhe, just north of the country’s capital Kinshasa, and notably near the Palais de la Nation which is home to President Felix Tshisekedi’s offices, according to France 24.

“An attempted coup d’etat has been stopped by the defence and security forces,” General Sylvain Ekenge briefly stated on national television.

Reports from local Congo media first stated that the armed men outside near the president’s home were allegedly connected to former Congolese politician Christian Malanga, who previously lived in the U.S., according to the Associated Press.

During the incident Malanga allegedly live streamed the attack, showing several people dressed in military uniform, stating, “Felix, you’re out. We are coming for you,” according to AP News. As Malanga posted the video to Facebook, he was later confirmed Sunday to have been one of the people caught in the shootout outside of the president’s palace after allegedly resisting arrest by the guards, Ekenge told AP News.

A ‘Trans’ Athlete Won a Girls’ State Title. Here’s How the Crowd Reacted.

A transgender high school athlete was booed at a track and field event after he competed against females and won a state title.

The athlete, Aayden Gallagher won the Oregon Girls’ 6A 200-meter race by two-tenths of a second. Reportedly, Gallagher had the best time of the preliminary heats in the event (via the New York Post):

Gallagher finished in first place in the 400-meter preliminary event with a 56.14 time – 0.23 seconds better than the second-place finisher. Gallagher finished second in the 200-meter preliminary event with a time of 24.49 – about 0.17 slower than the first-place finisher.

Those events led her to qualifying for the state finals that occurred this weekend.

The meet reportedly took place in Eugene, Oregon, the same stadium where the U.S. Championships and Olympic Trials take place.

Biden Bizarrely Suggests He Was VP During Pandemic in Latest Blunder

President Biden declared Sunday that things got “kind of bad” when he was vice president during the COVID-19 pandemic — even though the virus hit more than three years after he left office.

The 81-year-old Biden, who finished his eight years as Barack Obama’s veep in January 2017, suggested he was still in post at the time of the outbreak during a campaign event with the NAACP.

“When I was vice president, things were kind of bad during the pandemic and what happened was, Barack said to me, ‘Go to Detroit! Help fix it,’” Biden said.

“Well, the poor mayor, he’s spent more time with me than he ever thought he’s gonna have to!” the president added.

It is unclear what event Biden was actually referring to in his remarks, though the then-VP claimed in 2011 the Obama administration had saved America’s auto industry from “the brink of extinction” following the 2008 financial crisis. Illegal Alien, Freed by Biden Administration, Charged With Murdering 19-Year-Old

The tragic death of 19-year-old Adam Luker in a drunk driving crash has brought attention to the case of Antonio Antonio Rodas, a 29-year-old illegal alien accused of causing the fatal collision in Mobile County, Alabama.

Rodas was arrested on May 8 and charged with murdering Luker after a horrifying incident on April 28. Prosecutors allege that Rodas was driving under the influence, three times over the legal limit, and speeding at 88 mph when he ran a red light, crashing into Luker’s vehicle as he turned at an intersection with a green light.

More than a week later, Luker succumbed to his injuries on May 6. A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist Luker’s grieving family. Luker, a graduate of Mary G. Montgomery High School in May 2023, had his life tragically cut short.

At the crash site, investigators discovered Rodas’s vehicle filled with open alcohol containers and reeking of alcohol. Before authorities could apprehend him, Rodas attempted to flee to South America but was intercepted and taken into custody by Mobile County officials.

An investigation by Brendan Kirby at FOX10 News revealed that Rodas had been on the radar of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for nearly six years before the fatal crash. Rodas first crossed the U.S.-Mexico border near Hidalgo, Texas, in December 2018. Despite being arrested in Mobile County for drunk driving in 2021 and again in 2022, ICE did not detain him due to a policy under the Biden administration that does not prioritize deportation for DUI arrests.

In 2022, Rodas pleaded guilty to the drunk driving charge and received a 180-day prison sentence with court-ordered supervision upon release. However, he failed to comply with the terms of his probation, yet the organization overseeing his supervision never sought to revoke it.

Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood criticized the lack of action regarding Rodas’s probation, emphasizing the preventable nature of Luker’s death had Rodas been deported earlier.

And it’s all thanks to Judge Merchan’s radically anti-Trump daughter and Democrat Congressman Dan Goldman, who, according to Laura, seems to be knee-deep in a financial cover-up scheme with the judge’s daughter. That’s what Laura uncovered while diving into Congressman Dan Goldman’s finances. Remember, Judge Merchan’s daughter has been a strange and unlikely player in the politically charged “hush money” case. In fact, many argue that President Trump is currently silenced by an unconstitutional gag order, all so Judge Merchan can shield his left-wing daughter and her progressive business associates. Now, it seems this mysterious daughter is taking yet another starring role in this kangaroo court, and it could turn the whole case on its head.

Rep.Goldman has been mailing checks from his campaign to Judge Merchan’s daughter’s personal home in Richmond, Virginia. Authentic Campaigns is based in Chicago and Washington, D.C. Making matters worse, in an apparent attempt to cover up that he was sending checks to Merchan’s daughter’s home, Rep.Goldman wrote the checks to Authentic Campaign instead of Authentic Campaigns. This is a major FEC violation. Laura Loomer exclusively reported that Rep. Goldman is a client of Authentic Campaigns. Goldman said on MSNBC Monday that he “deposed Michael Cohen and met with him several times to prepare him” to testify against President Trump in Trump’s New York trial. Loomer was the first to report that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client “is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Goldman’s actions prove that the rule of law has disintegrated in Joe Biden’s America.

Laura dropped two incredibly captivating posts on X. The first is a video featuring Congressman Dan Goldman admitting he coached Michael Cohen, alongside a screenshot from Judge Merchan’s daughter’s left-wing organization, “Authentic HQ,” thanking the congressman for “saving democracy.” But it’s the next post that could really stir things up. While digging through Congressman Goldman’s FEC disclosures, Laura stumbled upon what looks like a bombshell: she claims to have found evidence that the congressman, who coached a convicted felon to testify against President Trump, has been funneling money to Judge Merchan’s daughter’s home address. This could point to a cover-up attempt involving payments to her company. If true, it suggests he might have falsified FEC documents to obscure payments to the daughter of the judge presiding over a political witch hunt against President Trump. If true, that would be huge.

Biden Corrects Himself for Saying Hostage ‘Being Held by Hamas’ Is Safe (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden immediately corrected another gaffe during a speech on Monday in which he falsely claimed that an American hostage “being held by Hamas” is now safe.

The president issued his gaffe during a celebration of Jewish heritage at the White House wherein he acknowledged Hersh Goldberg-Polin as being “here with us today” even though he remains held by Hamas.

“My administration is working around the clock to free the remaining hostages, just as we have freed hostages already. And here with us today is Hersh Goldberg-Polin,” Biden said at the rose garden party.

The president immediately corrected himself, saying, “He is not here with us, but he is still being held by Hamas.”

Biden Team Makes Pathetic Attempt at Trolling Trump, Claims He Froze During Speech

You get the sense that the brain trust—if one can call it that—over at the Biden campaign is starting to panic as his reelection looks to be increasingly in peril. His poll numbers are terrible against his opponent Donald Trump, and virtually every public appearance is marked by lies, slurred speech and aimless wandering.

You could really feel their desperation in their attempt to claim that it was actually Trump who slurs and freezes during speeches. The team posted a video Sunday of the former president and presumptive GOP nominee speaking at the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Saturday. In the post, the Biden/Harris HQ Twitter account wrote that “Trump starts playing QAnon music during his bizarre slur-filled NRA speech.” . . .

Trump does take a long pause as the music swells, but it certainly looks nothing like a “freeze.” He doesn’t appear to be confused, or looking for words, or unsure what to do next. This by the way occurred after he’d already been speaking for an hour. In other words, the Biden team’s take is completely disingenuous. . .

Meanwhile, a post from a site called Biden’s Wins, who tout themselves as “The largest online community of President Biden’s supporters,” reposted the video and wrote, “BREAKING: Donald Trump just glitched out and froze at his rally tonight. He is clearly unfit for office. Retweet so every American knows Trump is senile.”

Trump didn’t take long to respond, pointing out in a Truth Social post that it’s actually Biden who “freezes all the time, can’t put two sentences together, and can rarely find his way off the stage without help.” This, to me, seems a more effective line of attack than Biden’s because we’ve all seen exactly what Trump is talking about.

Alaska Man Fatally Attacked by Moose While Photographing Newborn Calves

Tragedy struck in Homer, Alaska, on Sunday when a 70-year-old man, identified as Dale Chorman, was attacked and killed by a mother moose while attempting to take photographs of her two newborn calves.

According to Austin McDaniel, a spokesperson for the Alaska Department of Public Safety, the female moose had recently given birth to the calves in Homer. Chorman and another individual were walking through the brush in search of the moose when the cow moose launched the attack.

“The cow moose attacked Dale as they were walking through the brush looking for the moose,” McDaniel stated. The attack occurred while the two were attempting to flee the scene.

The other individual, who has not been publicly identified, escaped unharmed. However, as they did not witness the attack, authorities could not ascertain the exact cause of Chorman’s death, whether it was due to kicks, stomps, or a combination of both.

Emergency medical personnel pronounced Chorman dead at the scene, after which the cow moose left the area, according to Alaska State Troopers.

This tragic incident recalls a similar event in 1995 when a 71-year-old man was fatally stomped by a moose while attempting to enter a building on the campus of the University of Alaska Anchorage. Witnesses reported that the moose and its calf had been harassed by students for hours prior to the attack.

Alaska is home to an estimated population of up to 200,000 moose. While moose are typically not aggressive, they can become so when provoked, especially during calving season.

During this time, cow moose become highly protective of their calves and may attack humans who approach too closely. Authorities advise giving moose extra space during calving season and caution against spooking the animals or getting between a mother and her calves.

“Cow moose with calves are going to be some of the more aggressive moose you’re going to come in contact with,” McDaniel warned. “Those moose will become unpredictable and work to protect their calves at any cost.”
