White House Official Who Worked for Six Presidents Says One ‘Unsecured the Border on Purpose’

The White House kicked off its celebration of President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office by highlighting its efforts to combat illegal immigration on Monday.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement chief Tom Homan joined White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt at an early morning briefing on Monday. The pair touted massive decreases in border crossings as well as new executive orders aimed at deportations and further border enforcement.

“We are in the process of carrying out the largest deportation campaign in American history,” Leavitt said. “After four years of being vilified by the Biden-Harris administration, our heroic ICE officers can finally do their jobs.”

Homan joined Leavitt and accused the Biden administration of having “unsecured the border on purpose,” despite receiving a very secure border from the first Trump administration.

“Look, I started on the Border Patrol in 1984. I’ve been at this for over 40 years. I’ve worked for six presidents, starting with Ronald Reagan. Every president I’ve ever worked for took border security seriously because you can’t have national security if you don’t have strong border security. We’ve gotta know who’s coming, what’s coming, where its coming and why its coming in, right?” (Read more from “White House Official Who Worked for Six Presidents Says One ‘Unsecured the Border on Purpose'” HERE)

Trump’s Push to Restore American ‘Heroes’ Gets $30 Million Boost

Buried beneath his fights to tame the federal bureaucracy, deport illegal immigrants and rewrite environmental policy is President Trump’s quiet pursuit of a longtime passion: reviving traditional views of American history and its heroes.

Executive orders have sent officials scrambling to restore monuments torn down by Black Lives Matter protests, to create a sculpture garden celebrating “American heroes” and to revive the classical architecture of federal buildings.

All are issues Mr. Trump championed in his first term, but it was too late to make much of a difference.

He is hitting them early this time, and for good reason.

Mr. Trump wants the statue garden ready for next year’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Arts have announced a $30 million contest to pay for statues to populate the garden.

The president said he wants 250 statues and mandated dozens of specific names, including Neil Armstrong, Julia Child, Muhammad Ali, Dolly Madison, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and Ronald Reagan. (Read more from “Trump’s Push to Restore American ‘Heroes’ Gets $30 Million Boost” HERE)

Pakistan Fears ‘Imminent’ Indian Attack, Warns of Nuclear Response

Pakistan’s defense minister warned Monday that a military attack by neighboring India could be imminent following last week’s deadly militant attack on tourists in Kashmir, escalating tensions between the two nuclear-armed rivals. . .

Last week’s attack in Kashmir, which left 26 people dead, sparked outrage in Hindu-majority India and fueled calls for action against Muslim-majority Pakistan. India has long accused Pakistan of supporting militancy in Kashmir, a disputed region the two countries have fought two wars over.

Vice President J.D. Vance was in India during the attack in Kashmir, but his trip was part of a previously planned diplomatic mission aimed at strengthening U.S.-India relations. In the aftermath, Vance also reaffirmed U.S. support for India, condemning the attack and emphasizing the importance of the U.S.-India partnership. His visit underscored the strategic significance of bilateral ties, particularly as tensions with Pakistan escalated. Vance’s presence at such a critical moment allowed for immediate engagement with Indian leadership.

Asif added that Pakistan was on high alert and emphasized that the country would only consider using its nuclear arsenal in response to “a direct threat to our existence.” (Read more from “Pakistan Fears ‘Imminent’ Indian Attack, Warns of Nuclear Response” HERE)

‘Sick’: Trump Wants Biggest Media Pollsters Investigated for Election Fraud, Including Fox News

President Donald Trump says pollsters for major media companies including the New York Times, Washington Post and Fox News should be investigated for election fraud, as he expresses outrage at recent surveys about his approval rating.

In a Monday message on Truth Social, Trump stated: “Great Pollster John McLaughlin, one of the most highly respected in the industry, has just stated that The Failing New York Times Poll, and the ABC/Washington Post Poll, about a person named DONALD J. TRUMP, ME, are FAKE POLLS FROM FAKE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS.

“The New York Times has only 37% Trump 2024 voters, and the ABC/Washington Post Poll has only 34% Trump Voters, unheard of numbers unless looking for a negative result, which they are.

“These people should be investigated for ELECTION FRAUD, and add in the FoxNews Pollster while you’re at it. They are Negative Criminals who apologize to their subscribers and readers after I WIN ELECTIONS BIG, much bigger than their polls showed I would win, loose (sic) a lot of credibility, and then go on cheating and lying for the next cycle, only worse.

Millions in Spain, Portugal Left Without Electricity After ‘Rare Atmospheric Phenomenon’ Causes Widespread Power Cuts

Millions in Spain and Portugal have been left without electricity after widespread power cuts blamed on a “rare atmospheric phenomenon,” with officials warning that it may take up to a week for things to get back to normal.

There is “no indication” that a cyber attack is behind Monday’s large-scale power cuts, Portugal’s Prime Minister Luis Montenegro told reporters on Monday.

The cause of the power cut is still unknown, but it is clear that it “did not originate in Portugal,” Montenegro said.

A “rare atmospheric phenomenon” was blamed for the outages, which affected millions, Portugal’s grid operator, Rede Eletrica Nacional (REN), said in a statement.

“Due to extreme temperature variations in the interior of Spain, there were anomalous oscillations in the very high voltage lines, a phenomenon known as ‘induced atmospheric vibration,’” the statement continued. Liberals Loathe Arrival of ‘MAGA Media’ Inside the White House

The New York Times recently published a hissy fit about the White House allowing reporters into the Briefing Room who didn’t vote for Kamala Harris. Here was the amazing protest sentence: “Longtime White House reporters say the result has been an erosion of their independence.”

The presence of a reporter who didn’t vote Democrat doesn’t “erode” the anti-Trump animus (“independence”) of liberal activist journalists. It might balance it, suggesting journalism and liberalism are not exactly the same thing.

This spurred a trend. Politico’s Ian Ward profiled these invaders under the headline “Meet the 8 MAGA Outlets Disrupting the White House Briefing Room.” It carried the usual labeling about “the divide between the MAGA-friendly media and their more mainstream counterparts.” The extreme hatred of Trump is “more mainstream.”

Then came CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan, who loves to wade into MAGA crowds, trying to find the dumbest-sounding Trump supporter he can find. In this case, he went looking for the dumbest-sounding White House reporter. The headline over the video was “‘Do you consider yourself a journalist?’ CNN meets MAGA media at White House.”

O’Sullivan showed clips of these pro-Trump reporters admitting their bias, and he proclaimed, “These are White House correspondents like you’ve never seen before.” Really? He spotlighted Cara Castronuova of Lindell TV asking if they’ll release Trump’s fitness routine, since he “actually looks healthier than ever before.” In 2009, a Washington Post reporter touted Barack Obama’s “chiseled pectorals.” (Read more from “Liberals Loathe Arrival of ‘MAGA Media’ Inside the White House” HERE)

Trump Launches Broadside Against American Bar Association’s Accreditation Monopoly

The American Bar Association, which for now has been the only “federally recognized accreditor for Juris Doctor programs,” through its Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, soon may be losing a huge amount of its influence on American lawyers.

Because others may be able to offer law schools accreditation.

The move would be a massive blow to the significance of the ABA, which has positioned itself as an extreme leftist in American society in recent years.

An analysis recently called it a “proxy for the left wing of the American legal community,” and it said the ABA has been using its power as a monopoly “to promote an ideological agenda.”

The change is being done through an Executive Order from President Donald Trump.

That order said, “The American Bar Association’s Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar (Council), which is the sole federally recognized accreditor for Juris Doctor programs, has required law schools to ‘demonstrate by concrete action a commitment to diversity and inclusion’ including by ‘commit[ting] to having a student body [and faculty] that is diverse with respect to gender, race, and ethnicity.’ As the Attorney General has concluded and informed the Council, the discriminatory requirement blatantly violates the Supreme Court’s decision in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, 600 U.S. 181 (2023). Though the Council subsequently suspended its enforcement while it considers proposed revisions, this standard and similar unlawful mandates must be permanently eradicated.” (Read more from “Trump Launches Broadside Against American Bar Association’s Accreditation Monopoly” HERE)

Former Wisconsin Prosecutor: The FBI’s Arrest of That Judge Looks Legit, No One Is Above the Law

In case you missed it on Friday, FBI Director Kash Patel announced the arrest of a Milwaukee judge, alleging that she obstructed justice. He posted on Twitter/X that Bureau agents had arrested Judge Hannah Dugan on obstruction charges “after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week.” Then came the broad-strokes details: “We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest. Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.” This development triggered apoplectic hysteria from the usual ‘resistance’ precincts and figures, with leftists rushing to defend the arrested judge and painting the Trump administration as dangerously authoritarian.

If the FBI were arresting judges over adverse rulings, the critics would have a point. But because the FBI appears to have arrested this judge because of her crimes, it would seem that the “Rule of Law” crowd — who chanted ‘no one is above the law’ in unison for years about Donald Trump — has found another asterisk to their “principles.” It’s the Rules of Law theory in action, again. One set of rules for the Left’s enemies, and another set of rules for the Left. Based on the actual law, however, and what’s alleged by authorities, several legal experts are saying the arrest looks righteous — and the judge’s lawless actions, if proven, are absolutely illegal. Here is a former Wisconsin prosecutor (now an attorney with the Wisconsin Institution for Law and Liberty) methodically laying out the facts. After noting that the illegal immigrant in question was in court over a violent attack on two people, Dan Lennington offered his analysis, citing court documents:

Study: Rate Of Serious Or Life-Threatening Complications After Abortion Pill Is 22 Times Higher Than FDA Claims

Abortion advocates, their allies in the corporate media, and even the U.S. Food and Drug Administration insist the pill responsible for more than half of the nation’s abortions is “safe and effective.” A new, wide-ranging analysis of insurance claims regarding the abortion drug regimen, however, found that the rate of life-threatening complications due to mifepristone is at least 22 times higher than what the FDA and Danco Laboratories, manufacturer of mifepristone pill Mifeprex, suggest.

In the “largest known study of the abortion pill,” Ethics and Public Policy Center President Ryan Anderson and Director of Data Analysis Jamie Bryan Hall used purchased Medicaid, TRICARE, Medicare, Department of Veterans Affairs, and private medical insurance claim data to determine that 865,727 mifepristone abortion prescriptions for 692,873 women were handed out between 2017 and 2023.

Approximately 10.9 percent of those claims, or 94,605 chemical abortions, involved potentially life-threatening “serious adverse events” such as emergency room visits, hemorrhage, sepsis, infection, and/or follow-up surgeries for the women who had downed the abortion drug within the last 45 days.

That rate, which researchers adjusted to reflect “that some women suffer from adverse events in multiple categories,” is 22 times the FDA’s <0.5 percent estimation printed on the Mifeprex label. The researchers also suggest that the 45-day timeframe they used is “conservative, as some adverse events may present later (and studies relied on by the FDA used a timeframe as long as 72 days).” “This study is the statistical equivalent of a category 5 hurricane hitting the prevailing narrative of the abortion industry,” Anderson said in a statement to The Federalist. “It reveals, based on real-world data, the shocking number of women who suffer serious medical consequences because of the abortion pill.” (Read more from "Study: Rate Of Serious Or Life-Threatening Complications After Abortion Pill Is 22 Times Higher Than FDA Claims" HERE)

Three Rogue Judges Block Trump Admin Efforts To Eradicate Discriminatory DEI From Schools

The attempted judicial coup continues apace as three federal district court judges issued directives to stop the Trump administration’s ability to halt federal funding for schools that participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) discrimination.

Thursday saw district judges in Maryland, New Hampshire, and Washington, D.C., issue separate sweeping orders to stop some of the major education reforms President Donald Trump was elected to enact.

“Unelected judges, keen to disrupt the President’s efforts to remove color-consciousness from American education have forgotten that the judiciary is the only non-political branch of our tripartite system of government,” Sarah Parshall Perry, vice president and legal fellow at Defending Education, told The Federalist. “Judges that prohibit the Department of Education’s enforcement of its ‘Dear Colleague Letter’ and related civil rights compliance form forget that both are constitutional and a plain-text application of longstanding federal civil rights laws like Title VI.”

“That law specifically conceives that institutions which do not uphold race neutral policies can have their federal funding revoked,” she continued. “Judges are bound to interpret the laws as they read — not as judges wish they read.”

The cases, brought by far-left teachers unions, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and others, were decided by two Trump-appointed judges and one appointee of President Barack Obama. They also came just one day after Trump signed yet another executive order trying to rein in the DEI-caused destruction in schools.
