DOJ Reveals How Biden Admin Allegedly Silenced Parents From Speaking Out About Atrocities Happening In Schools

The Department of Justice on Monday released a comprehensive report detailing how the Biden administration allegedly weaponized systems of government to silence parents from speaking out about obstructions of justice they experienced within the educational establishment.

Attorney General Todd Blanche released, “The 2026 Report to Expose the Weaponization of Government Against Parents in Schools” and posted it to X on Monday. In conjunction with Executive Order 14147, the 273-page report states how then Biden-era Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memorandum at the urging of the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and White House officials to threaten and prosecute parents.

The Biden administration weaponized the DOJ against parents who tried to blow the whistle that leadership actions within school systems could be unconstitutional, Blanche said in his post, citing the department’s report.

“Along with the report, we’ve released hundreds of exhibits and emails that make official and verify what many Americans had guessed: the Garland DOJ worked hand in hand with WH officials and the National School Boards Association to chill free speech and parental rights while they threatened to prosecute parents and label them domestic terrorists,” Blanche said in X post.

After Garland sent out his memorandum, the FBI opened a number of investigations into so-called “school board threats,” the report states. (Read more from “DOJ Reveals How Biden Admin Allegedly Silenced Parents From Speaking Out About Atrocities Happening In Schools” HERE)

Trump Approves ‘Death by U.S. Army Firing Squad’ for Convicted Fort Hood Shooter

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell announced that President Donald Trump approved for convicted Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan to be killed “by U.S. Army firing squad.”

In a post on X, Parnell added that the Secretary of the Army would “set the time and place of the execution.”

“Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has recommended — and President Donald J. Trump has approved — death by U.S. Army firing squad for convicted terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, the jihadist who opened fire on unarmed American soldiers at Fort Hood in 2009,” Parnell said. “He killed 13 people and wounded 32 others while shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ during the attack.”

Breitbart News reported in August 2013 that a jury found Hasan — a former United States Army major — “guilty on all charges of murder and attempted murder” regarding the November 5, 2009, shooting at the Fort Hood military base in Texas, in which “12 soldiers and one civilian” were killed.

The jury finding Hasan guilty came after “the prosecution rested on Wednesday after two weeks of presenting evidence”:

The prosecution rested on Wednesday after two weeks of presenting evidence. They suffered a slight setback earlier in the case when Judge Col. Tara Osborn threw out evidence that would prove Hasan’s motive that matched Hasan’s defense and showed he believed he had a “jihad duty” to murder his fellow soldiers. Despite the setback, the prosecution called over 80 witnesses and presented hundreds of pieces of evidence. They gave their closing arguments on Thursday.

Hasan represented himself, but Osborn threw out his original defense. He wanted to tell the jury he murdered the soldiers to prevent them from murdering al-Qaeda and Taliban soldiers in Afghanistan. Hasan remained quiet when the prosecution presented their case over the past two weeks. He only spoke up to challenge the definition of jihad and cross-examine Staff Sgt. Juan Alvarado. Hasan rested his case on Wednesday and declined a closing argument on Thursday.

Americans Turn to AI Chatbots to Decide How to Vote in Midterm Elections

Americans are turning to chatbots created by Silicon Valley leftists to determine how they will vote in the midterm elections. For example, Adam Johnson, a West Virginia Republican who despises the MAGA movement, spent a September evening asking ChatGPT to help him make sense of his midterm ballot.

NPR reports that Johnson, who is studying to become an illustrator, already uses ChatGPT for meal planning, job hunting and other household tasks. This time he wanted help with something bigger: deciding how to vote. He typically votes Republican but refuses to support the MAGA movement, picking Democrats or third-party candidates instead. That night, he wanted to compare Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) with challenger Rachel Fetty Anderson in West Virginia’s Senate race.

Johnson isn’t unusual. About half of American adults say they use AI chatbots, according to Pew Research Center, and roughly 42 percent of those users turn to the tools to search for information.

Johnson opened his ballot research by bringing up an earlier run-in with the chatbot’s caution around politics. “A previous time I brought up politics you didn’t seem to want any part of it. You just gave a simple ‘I can’t help you with that.’ So, I don’t know if we want to go into what my guiding principles are,” he wrote. ChatGPT responded: “We can discuss your guiding principles. I shouldn’t try to manipulate your political views or tell you how to vote, but I can help investigate candidates according to criteria you choose, compare evidence, discuss political philosophy, and reason through priorities.”

When Johnson raised immigration, telling the bot “Immigrants/refugees is an interesting one because I am left on that issue. Let’s touch on that,” ChatGPT laid out the candidates’ positions in detail: “We briefly separated border enforcement, illegal immigration, asylum, legal immigration, and refugee resettlement. Capito has supported stronger border enforcement, ICE/CBP funding, the Laken Riley Act, and Trump administration border policies. Fetty Anderson had less detailed immigration material publicly available at the time, so I avoided assigning her generic Democratic positions without evidence.” Johnson had wanted something shorter. “I just wanted to touch on it,” he replied. The chatbot conceded the point: “Fair – I turned ‘touch on that’ into an immigration policy seminar.” (Read more from “Americans Turn to AI Chatbots to Decide How to Vote in Midterm Elections” HERE)

Poll: Americans Blame Trump for Higher Prices, Cost of Living

A poll shows that a majority of Americans blame President Donald Trump for rising prices and higher costs of living as the midterm election approaches.

Surveying 2,140 potential voters nationwide between September 24 and 28 with a margin of error of +/-2.9 percentage points, the poll from the Associated Press (AP)-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found that just 17 percent of Americans approve of the president’s handling of higher prices while only 26 percent approve of his handling of the economy overall. Roughly 65 percent of those polled blamed high prices on the president’s policies.

When broken down along party lines, 67 percent of Republicans said higher prices were the result of factors beyond the president’s control. In 2022, the same poll showed that roughly 87 percent of Democrats said that higher prices were beyond President Joe Biden’s control while 44 percent of the broader public believed higher prices were the result of Biden’s policies.

“Trump is also falling short of expectations on the cost of living, with 69 percent of the public saying his handling of the issue has been worse than expected, including 52 percent of Republicans,” noted the poll.

“More than half of adults say the country as a whole, the national economy, and their local economy are worse off since Trump was reelected in 2025,” it continued. “Forty-six percent say they and their families are worse off since the start of Trump’s second administration. Most Americans (73 percent) say the country is heading in the wrong direction, including 92 percent of Democrats and 47 percent of Republicans.” (Read more from “Poll: Americans Blame Trump for Higher Prices, Cost of Living” HERE)

Mike Johnson Claims AI Doomsday Warnings Are a ‘Chinese Psyop’

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) told Fox Business Monday that all of the warnings about data centers and Artificial Intelligence wiping out humanity is nothing more than Chinese propaganda to get the U.S to drop out of the AI race.

“I mean, do you think that this, with regards to China — I mean, I’ve had several tech executives and lawmakers, to be clear, say that the information against data centers, that pushback against data centers — that is coming from China. They believe that,” said anchor Cheryl Casone.

“The Democrats are seizing on this, though,” Casone continued, “They’re making this their messaging. They’ve been very clear they’re going to take this into the midterms. How do you fight that?”

“This is what Democrats do every election cycle,” Johnson said. “They find something to, you know, glom onto and say that this is doom and gloom and everyone will die if we don’t win. Don’t buy it. It is a Chinese psyop. I really believe that. It’s not a conspiracy theory. I think they’re pushing those ideas.”

The conservative Heritage Foundation reported that “CCP-linked actors have aggressively amplified anti-data center voices in America, even as Beijing generously subsidizes China’s own…data center construction.” In addition, Heritage warned, “It’s time for policymakers at all levels of leadership to cultivate awareness and craft policies to counteract Chinese anti-American tech narratives.” (Read more from “Mike Johnson Claims AI Doomsday Warnings Are a ‘Chinese Psyop’” HERE)

California Realtor Busted at LAX on Chinese Espionage Charges as Creepy Texts to Beijing Handlers Revealed: Feds

A California realtor has been arrested at LAX after being accused of spying for China.

Wanying Zhang, also known as “Heather,” was busted at the airport Sunday as she tried to board a flight to Shanghai.

The 34-year-old, who lives in Irvine, Orange County, is accused of working with handlers from the People’s Republic of China to surveil the son of Taiwan’s president Ching-Te Lai.

‘We have a problem with Beijing using Chinese-Americans for their own purposes in California,” AG Bill Essayli said. “They are using them for their own foreign affairs because they are playing the long game to get a competitive advantage over us. She wasn’t spying against us, she was allegedly conducting a campaign on behalf of Beijing.”

A criminal complaint released by the FBI Sunday shows texts between her and other alleged agents about tracking Ting-Yu Lai in Seattle, Washington, where he works for electronics giant Philips.

Surveillance camera photographs also allegedly caught Zhang sitting in a car with an accomplice taking pictures of his house and close relatives. (Read more from “California Realtor Busted at LAX on Chinese Espionage Charges as Creepy Texts to Beijing Handlers Revealed: Feds” HERE)

White House Denies Report Officials Told Attorney General To Stall Anti-Abortion Actions Until After Midterms

Though the White House denied a recent report that the administration of President Donald Trump is slow walking anti-abortion action until after the 2026 midterm elections, pro-life advocates are warning that such considerations are unacceptable.

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles led discussions with Attorney General Todd Blanche urging him to defer the Department of Justice’s actions involving abortion until after the midterm elections, The Washington Sun reported Friday. The White House, however, reportedly told the outlet such conversations “never occurred.”

The allegation, despite the denial, triggered backlash from pro-life leaders on social media.

“Unborn children cannot be put on a political calendar. Their lives do not become more valuable after Election Day,” Live Action President Lila Rose wrote in an X post Friday.

“In other words: more babies will die because swampy consultants still lead the GOP astray,” Students for Life of America (SFLA) President Kristan Hawkins likewise posted. “Lives are at stake now, not after an election. Abortion does not pause for Washington’s political calendar.”

9,000 More US Troops Head To Middle East As Trump Mulls Resuming Iran Strikes

By Daily Caller. While President Donald Trump contemplates further strikes, America is deploying seven more warships to the Middle East, with the fleet carrying approximately 9,000 more troops.

The USS Theodore Roosevelt and three accompanying destroyers left their port in San Diego early this week and they are expected to reach the Middle East at the end of November, The Financial Times reported. It remains unclear whether the USS Theodore Roosevelt will join the USS George Washington and USS George HW Bush in the region or replace them.

Additionally, the USS Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), consisting of an amphibious warship and two docking ships, is traveling to the region, according to the outlet. The ARG also carries the 13th Marine Expidentiary Unit.

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) declined to comment to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Altogether, the ships carry around 9,000 troops. Carrier strike groups have approximately 5,000 troops, with dozens of aircraft aboard the carrier, The Financial Times reported. ARGs have about 4,200 sailors and Marines aboard. (Read more from “9,000 More US Troops Head To Middle East As Trump Mulls Resuming Iran Strikes” HERE)

AOC, Bernie Sanders Introduce Bill To Ban Feds From Using Flock Cameras

Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Democratic Oregon Sen. Jeff Merkley and independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders introduced legislation Friday to effectively end the federal use of automated license plate readers (ALPRs).

The Ban Flock Act would prohibit the federal government from purchasing, using or possessing an ALPR, accessing its data or using federal funds to purchase ALPRs, but it does not outright ban the cameras, according to the bill’s text. It would block certain federal grant funding for state and local governments that use ALPRs or contract with ALPR companies, such as Flock Safety, although it does not outright prohibit local agencies from purchasing the technologies with local tax dollars.

State and local governments using ALPRs would no longer receive federal assistance from the Department of Justice, Department of Transportation, Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Homeland Security, according to the bill.

The legislation would allow Americans to sue the federal government for violation of their rights through the use of ALPRs.

No lawmakers have introduced bills to ban the cameras altogether. Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna said in July she planned to introduce a bill to ban the cameras, although she has yet to introduce the bill.
