JD Vance’s Hometown Overrun with Illegal Migrants Who Operate Shady Trucking Businesses

The southern Ohio community made famous by Vice President JD Vance’s childhood memoir “Hillbilly Elegy” has been rapidly colonized by thousands of migrants from Uzbekistan who run shady, accident-prone trucking operations with glaring red flags for safety violations, The Post discovered.

Locals say the sudden invasion has rattled the quaint, conservative community. One local school district is now 12% non-English speaking students, with most from Central Asia. A sprawling, multi-million dollar mosque also is under construction in tiny Maineville, Ohio.

Dozens of Uzbek-owned commercial trucking companies in Butler and Warren counties operate out of shared residential addresses, log millions of impossible annual mileage and claim to own thousands of phantom big rigs. And they’re exploiting New York’s leftist laws to get away with it.

One company, Badri B LLC, reported on federal Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork to own 23,001 trucks — all operating out of a single apartment in Loveland, Ohio.

“It’s bad. I first noticed this stuff around 2020, 2021 but it started getting really bad a year or so ago,” one local resident told The Post.

“When [a trucking company] has too many violations, and they can’t get any more loads because they’re flagged as an unsafe carrier, they will just open a new company so they can keep going,” the concerned citizen claimed. FBI Foils Alleged ISIS Plot To Massacre Mall Of America Shoppers

An 18-year-old was charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Wednesday for allegedly planning a “mass casualty attack in support of ISIS” to take place at the Mall of America this month.

The suspect, an American citizen of Somali descent, Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, was arrested Tuesday and faces charges alleging he sought to acquire an AK-47 rifle and 200 rounds of ammunition with the intent to commit terrorism and provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen said at a press briefing Wednesday.

“Today’s charges demonstrate that the threat of terrorism in support of ISIS and other foreign terrorist organizations is active and continuing,” Rosen said, before thanking the Minnesota-based FBI and the city of Bloomington police.

Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Minneapolis Field Office, Christopher Dotson, said that Mohamud had allegedly described himself as “100 percent committed” to what Dotson referred to as his “planned jihad journey.”

Mohamud had allegedly met with someone whom he believed to be a member of ISIS on Tuesday to attempt to purchase an AK-47 rifle and ammunition, with the intent to use it in a high-traffic public area. (Read more from “FBI Foils Alleged ISIS Plot To Massacre Mall Of America Shoppers” HERE)

Leaked Audio Reveals How Industry Insiders Keep Gamblers Hooked

In a rare glimpse into the gambling industry, leaked audio obtained by the Daily Caller revealed how professional insiders keep gamblers hooked using new technology and carefully tailored operating strategies.

Thousands of gambling industry professionals gathered at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas from Sept. 28 to Oct. 1; they discussed industry regulations, casino operations, gambler experiences, and new strategies and technologies that target first-time gamblers to ensure return play.

During a G2E panel headlined, “From First Play to VIP: Creating Loyalty That Lasts,” participants discussed the importance of retaining gamblers on their first visits to a casino, as well as reducing the “friction” around gambling via mobile apps that allow easier and quicker access to cash, according to an audio clip obtained by the Caller.

Casino revenue has become heavily concentrated within a select tier of gamblers, with a mere 5 to 10 percent of high-value players driving approximately 80 percent of total earnings, explained CC Griffus, the Director of iGaming & Sports Betting Operations at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Michigan.

“Five to ten percent of your top players are bringing in about eighty [percent],” Griffus said. “We’re really trying to keep those ten percent around. If they do leave, then we’ve got some issues, right? Or we’re trying to get more … more from them.” (Read more from “Leaked Audio Reveals How Industry Insiders Keep Gamblers Hooked” HERE)

World Health Organization Says No Sign of Plague Spreading in Russia

World Health Organization (W.H.O.) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Tuesday that his agency has seen no evidence of plague spreading after a suspected lab leak incident in Siberia, although he said this assessment was highly dependent on information from Russian authorities, and he hinted they have been less forthcoming than W.H.O. would prefer.

In fact, Tedros’ statement primarily repeated what Russian officials have told him:

In response to W.H.O.’s verification request under the International Health Regulations, the Russian health authorities reported that no case of plague had recently been registered in Irkutsk oblast. They informed W.H.O. that an epidemiological investigation had been conducted, preventive and control measures implemented, and identified contacts placed under medical observation and tested. They reported that no high-threat pathogens had been detected among the contacts and that medical observation of all identified contacts had been completed.

W.H.O. has remained in contact with the Russian health authorities and has offered technical support. W.H.O. has requested further information to clarify the cause of the severe pneumonia, the pathogen that prompted the public health measures, and media reports of a second employee with pneumonia of undetermined cause.

Tedros concluded by emphasizing that “timely, complete, and transparent information sharing under the International Health Regulations” is essential to providing “an accurate assessment of potential public health risks.” (Read more from “World Health Organization Says No Sign of Plague Spreading in Russia” HERE)

Report: Pentagon Orders CENTCOM to Ready Iran Strike Options as Trump Weighs Major Operations

The Pentagon has ordered U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) to complete preparations for a possible resumption of major combat operations against Iran as President Donald Trump weighs renewed strikes that could come before November’s midterm elections, according to multiple reports Wednesday.

The directive, issued several days ago, comes as the administration considers strikes against Iranian nuclear facilities, energy infrastructure, and other strategic targets, although Trump has not made a final decision on whether or when to authorize another major military campaign.

Axios first reported the order to CENTCOM, citing U.S. officials who said discussions about renewed operations have intensified amid the continuing standoff with Tehran.

The preparations follow a meeting Friday at Camp David, where Trump’s national security team spent several hours discussing Iran and other regional security challenges, including the conflict with the Houthis in Yemen.

An Israeli official told the outlet that resuming major combat operations against Iran was among the subjects discussed.

Boy, 6, Yells ‘f–k you bitch’ After Shooting Teacher in Chest in Disturbing Bodycam Video: ‘Don’t care if I go to jail’

The 6-year-old Virginia boy who shot his teacher in the chest in class yelled “f–k you, bitch” at an educator who was trying to restrain him and threatened to fight cops, disturbing bodycam video immediately after the attack shows.

The first-grader, identified in court only as J.T., is seen threatening officers and swearing a blue streak after police were scrambled to the classroom at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News, Virginia.

“Both y’all want a f–king piece of me, b—h?!” the boy tells the officers, body camera footage from Officer Brian Torrez, obtained by the Virginian-Pilot and the Daily Press, shows.

The video was taken after J.T. shot his teacher, Abby Zwerner, in front of 16 students in their first grade class on Jan. 6, 2023.

In the footage, he is told to “stop” by reading specialist Amy Kovac, who rushed into the classroom after the shooting and held the boy down in a bear hug.

“F–k you, b—h,” J.T. tells Kovac. (Read more from “Boy, 6, Yells ‘f–k you bitch’ After Shooting Teacher in Chest in Disturbing Bodycam Video: ‘Don’t care if I go to jail’” HERE)

Cause of Death Revealed for Epstein Whistleblower

The 57-year-old whistleblower who exposed ties between Howard Lutnick and Jeffrey Epstein died by hanging, a new report has revealed.

British banker Simon Andriesz’s cause of death has been listed as “asphyxiation from hanging,” the Daily Mail reported Tuesday, citing a Thai town’s municipality office.

There has been much speculation about the circumstances surrounding the death of Andriesz, whose body was found on Sept. 23 in a town outside Bangkok.

Andriesz alleged to the FBI that Lutnick, now Commerce Secretary, failed to disclose a business relationship with Epstein. Andriesz was once a managing director at BGC’s Wall Street firm, where Lutnick was previously CEO.

Andriesz said he unearthed 2018 emails that showed Lutnick and Epstein discussing a start-up business a decade after he was convicted for soliciting prostitution from a child. Epstein died about a year after the email exchange. (Read more from “Cause of Death Revealed for Epstein Whistleblower” HERE)

Ken Paxton is Trailing in the Texas Senate Race. Then a Secret Recording Exposes Who is Actually Running His Campaign: ‘I Don’t Control the Message’

Texas Attorney General and Republican Senate nominee Ken Paxton recently admitted in a leaked audio recording that he lacks control over his own campaign efforts, The New Republic reports. This recording, which surfaced on Monday, features Paxton speaking at a fundraiser in September about the difficulties he faces as he trails behind his opponent.

The candidate expressed his frustration regarding the lack of influence he maintains over his own platform. “I’ve never been in a race where I felt less control over the campaign and, like, what issues are going to matter because it’s all coming—you know—from D.C.,” he stated during the event.

He further emphasized his lack of agency by saying, “I don’t control the message or what we’re doing.” He added, “I don’t have ability to change anything,” and concluded that, “So I have to live with whatever I’ve got. So it is a challenge.”

An attendee at the fundraiser, however, confirmed the authenticity of the recording. While speculation might arise about who exactly is dictating the campaign strategy, one attendee clarified that Paxton did not specifically name the team of President Donald Trump. Nick Maddux, who serves as an adviser to the campaign, claimed that Paxton was merely referencing the reality that campaigns cannot coordinate with super PACs.

According to recent quarterly filings submitted to the Federal Election Commission, Democratic candidate James Talarico has managed to raise $31.6 million. In comparison, Paxton has only brought in $9.3 million. This funding gap is certainly showing up in the numbers, as a poll from the New York Times and Sienna found that Paxton is currently six points behind Talarico.

California Officials Condemn Trump for Saying Iran Could ‘Take Out’ Los Angeles or San Diego

California officials denounced President Donald Trump for saying that Iran could “take out” Los Angeles or San Diego, calling his remarks “deranged” and “irresponsible.”

At a campaign rally Monday in Nebraska, Trump spoke about the effect of the Iran war on U.S. prices, saying: “Remember, with the war, it’s just artificial. It’s a little bit high. It’s a small price to pay for keeping the world safe, keeping our country safe.”

“They can take out a city. Let them take out Los Angeles, let them take out San Diego,” Trump said, drawing cheers from the crowd.

California and the state’s leaders are a frequent target of Trump’s ire, particularly Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat who is widely viewed as a potential 2028 presidential contender. In his comments at the rally, Trump appeared to be making light of the potential for Iran to attack major American cities.

In response to the backlash, White House communications director Steven Cheung said on X that the controversy “is not rooted in reality.”

Sam Altman’s Handler Tries To End Interview Over Suicide Question

An OpenAI spokesperson interrupted a question about ChatGPT’s role in a young woman’s suicide during Vanity Fair’s sit-down interview with Sam Altman.

The OpenAI CEO told the outlet’s Mark Guiducci he was not familiar with the name of Laura Reiley, a journalist who wrote in The New York Times in Aug. 2025 about her daughter taking her own life after talking with the company’s chatbot, according to a Vanity interview posted on X Monday. OpenAI faces multiple wrongful death lawsuits from families who allege ChatGPT contributed to their loved ones’ acts of self harm.

“Do you know who Laura Reiley is?,” Guiducci asked.

“I don’t,” Altman responded.

“She is a journalist. She wrote an essay in the ‘Times’ last year. Her daughter committed suicide after speaking to ChatGPT. ChatGPT did not tell her to kill herself—” Guiducci explained, before he was cut off by an OpenAI publicist.

Riley’s daughter, Sophie Rottenberg, had confided for months in a chatbot she called ‘Harry’ before her death, Reiley wrote in an Aug. 18, 2025, New York Times essay. (Read more from “Sam Altman’s Handler Tries To End Interview Over Suicide Question” HERE)
