WATCH: Marine Veteran Absolutely Stuffs Armed Would-be Robber, Sends Accomplices Running
A Marine veteran recently leaped into action to thwart an attempted armed robbery at a convenience store in Yuma, Arizona.
The veteran, whose name was not revealed, happened to be standing in line at the cash register when two would-be robbers entered the premises, while one alleged accomplice waited outside the store. One of them held a handgun, which he raised and pointed at the store clerk upon entering. . .

When this Yuma, AZ veteran saw some criminals pop in guns high — he didn't wait for things to potentially go south.“The Marine Corp taught me not to [mess] around,” he later said.

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) released a statement indicating that it had been dispatched to respond to the incident, which took place at a Chevron gas station. Police found the suspected gunman already detained by another customer identified as a Marine Corps veteran.
