House Oversight Members Confirm President Biden Was Present During Son’s Foreign Business Phone Calls (VIDEO)

Hunter Biden’s former business partner reportedly confirmed to the House Oversight Committee that President Joe Biden was on more than twenty calls with his son during a closed-door hearing on Monday, where Republican members pressed for details about alleged foreign business dealings involving the president during his time in the Obama administration.
Devon Archer, who served as a director of Ukrainian energy company Burisma alongside Hunter Biden, reportedly ignored questions from the press as he walked into the O’Neill House Office Building. The committee was expected to interview Archer for approximately five hours, where Republican and Democrat members rotate between hour blocks to investigate the key witness, who has alleged Hunter put then-Vice President Joe Biden on speaker phone roughly two dozen times as Hunter spoke to his foreign business partners or investors, beginning in 2014.

Oversight member Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told The Daily Mail that Archer said, “the Bidens were in the actual business of influence peddling.” . . .
“We have Devon Archer coming out and telling the truth that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden spoke over 20 times about his business deals, not about the weather, not about what was for lunch about his business deals,” Greene added.

Ex-Hunter Biden Partner Devon Archer Testifies Joe Biden Was on Calls With Foreign Patrons ‘For the Brand’
By New York Post. . .A source familiar with Archer’s nearly four-hour closed-door interview said that Archer testified that Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings added Hunter to its board in early 2014 because of the Biden “brand” as his dad led US policy toward Ukraine.
Archer also stated that Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky — who allegedly told an FBI informant he was “coerced” to pay $10 million in bribes to Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden — and company executive Vadym Pozharskyi in late 2015 put intense pressure on Hunter to enlist the US government to help oust Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who had investigated Burisma for corruption.
He said he witnessed the then-second son, Zlochevsky and Pozharskyi step away as they “called DC” to discuss the issue, the source said — without specifying what, if anything, Archer said about the recently surfaced bribery allegation.
Archer also said Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone more than 20 times during business meetings to promote “the brand” — including at a Paris dinner with reps from a French energy company and while in China with Jonathan Li of BHR Partners, a state-backed investment fund co-founded by Hunter in 2013 after he introduced his father to Li in Beijing during an official trip.
Archer further confirmed that then-Vice President Biden attended an April 2015 dinner at Washington’s Cafe Milano with Pozharskyi and former Moscow first lady Yelena Baturina, as previously reported by The Post.
