Trump Lawyer Who Signed Letter on Classified Records Speaks With Authorities: Report

Trump lawyer Christina Bobb, a key player in the Mar-a-Lago document debacle, reportedly met with federal investigators in recent days.

During her meeting with investigators, Bobb highlighted two other lawyers who were involved in the classified document rift, three sources told NBC News. Bobb signed a letter on June 3 attesting that all classified material holed up in Mar-a-Lago had been returned to the government.

The letter has sparked speculation that she could be in legal jeopardy because the FBI collected over a dozen boxes of materials from Mar-a-Lago nearly two months later, and the Justice Department says about 100 of the records bore classified markings. However, sources familiar with the situation noted that she managed to finagle an important caveat in the letter.

“She had to insist on that disclaimer twice before she signed it,” a source told NBC. “She is not criminally liable. … She is not going to be charged. She is not pointing fingers. She is simply a witness for the truth.”

Bobb signed the certification letter in June following a grand jury subpoena that demanded assurances Trump no longer possessed documents that had classified markings. During her recent discussion with investigators, Bobb talked about Trump legal adviser Boris Epshteyn, who participated in some talks about the documents, per NBC. Alaskan Senator Murkowski Is in Danger of Losing Reelection

Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska is not projected to win reelection to a fifth term, a potential victory for former President Donald Trump’s political crusade against her, according to election modeling current as of Monday.

Murkowski risks losing the election to the other Republican candidate, Kelly Tshibaka, who has a 52% chance of winning, according to FiveThirtyEight, an election polling monitor. Murkowski, 65 (the original article erroneously stated she is 78 years old), has faced a steep primary challenge from Tshibaka, who is backed by Trump, after voting to impeach him in 2021 for his conduct on Jan. 6, 2021, during the storming of the U.S. Capitol.

For her impeachment vote, Murkowski was censured in 2021 by the Alaska Republican Party, which recruited Tshibaka to challenge her. However, even as Trump and some of his allies like Republican Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota endorsed Tshibaka, Murkowski’s campaign has received bipartisan support from across the political community. HILARIOUS: Trans Women Must Register for Draft; Trans Men Don’t Have To

Under President Joe Biden’s administration, transgender women who are born male must register for the Selective Service, which provides the Defense Department with troops in the event of a military draft. Transgender men who are born female do not have to register for the Selective Service. While the policy was established before Biden took office, the Biden administration has not changed the standard.

According to the Selective Service System website, nearly “all male US citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.” The website states that all biological males must register for the draft, including “U.S. citizens or immigrants who are born male and have changed their gender to female.”

The website also notes that “Individuals who are born female and have changed their gender to male” do not have to register.

The policy came to light after the Selective Service’s official Twitter account posted, “Parents, if your son is an only son and the last male in your family to carry the family name, he is still required to register with SSS. State Officials ‘Incorrectly’ Sent Out 30,000 Voter Registration Postcards to Noncitizens

Colorado officials claim they accidentally sent approximately 30,000 postcards last month to noncitizens instructing them how they could register to vote.

First reported by Colorado Public Radio News, Democratic Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s office said department employees had sent the postcards on Sept. 27 after comparing a list of 102,000 names provided by the Electronic Registration Information Center, a nonprofit organization aiming to improve U.S. voter rolls and advocating residents to vote.

“The Department has become aware that approximately 30,000 EBU [Eligible But Unregistered] postcard mailers were incorrectly sent to ineligible Coloradans,” a spokesperson for the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office told local media. “The office is undertaking an internal review of the incident and will take any corrective action that is warranted.” . . .

The postcards, which the office printed in English and Spanish, read, “A message from Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold . . . Shocker: Blue States Have Worse Inequality Than Red Ones, New Census Data Shows

The more liberal a state is, the more likely it is to be home to income inequality, according to a Daily Wire analysis of newly-released Census data.

New York, Connecticut, and California had the biggest gulf between rich and poor, according to a Census Bureau yardstick called the Gini Index that measures how far an area is from “perfect equality (where everyone receives an equal share).” Utah, Indiana, and South Dakota had the least inequality. The Census Bureau’s detailed annual population study, the American Community Survey, was released September 15, and covered 2021.

Although liberals prioritize reducing the “gaps” between people — known more recently as promoting “equity” — a statistical regression shows that the more liberal a state is, the more likely it is to have inequality.

“This shows that all of the things that [Democrats] complain about actually come from Democrat policies,” said David Gordon, a conservative political consultant. “When they complain about poor outcomes for blacks, for example, that is primarily in the areas where they have governed for generations, to catastrophic effect.” (Read more from “Shocker: Blue States Have Worse Inequality Than Red Ones, New Census Data Shows” HERE)

California Makes It Illegal for Doctors to Disagree With Politicians

Conformity of thought is now required whether it is online, on college campuses, or, if you are in California, in a physician-patient relationship.

PayPal recently introduced a $2,500 fine for anyone involved in “the sending, posting, or publication of any messages, content, or materials” that — in “PayPal’s sole discretion” — “promote misinformation.”

After a firestorm of criticism, PayPal withdrew the policy, claiming the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was not official policy— hardly a convincing explanation from a site with a history of banning those it considers politically incorrect. . .

Gov. Gavin Newsom recently signed California Assembly Bill 2098, making it the first state to attempt to censor what physicians can say about COVID-19 to their patients. This is a dangerous, and likely unconstitutional, effort that other states must resist.

The statute instructs that, “It shall constitute unprofessional conduct for a physician and surgeon to disseminate misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19, including false or misleading information regarding the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.” (Read more from “California Makes It Illegal for Doctors to Disagree With Politicians” HERE)

Has There Been a Change of Strategy on the January 6 Committee?

The January 6 Committee has postponed the publication of their investigative report until after the 2022 midterm elections, proving their strategy to use the investigation to punish Republicans at the polls has failed.

Democrats on the Committee, along with Republicans Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger (who are actively trying to elect Democrats in November after failing to hold onto their own congressional seats), planned to use the investigation against Trump backed Republicans. Through the unfairness of the process and as crime, inflation and illegal immigration continue to climb as top voter concerns, the issue has died off.

Here’s How the Waukesha Parade Attacker Reacted When Video Plays of Him Driving Over Hs Students

Waukesha parade attack defendant Darrell Brooks sat stone-faced while multiple videos were played for a witness /showing him driving over students in the Waukesha High School Band during the incident last year.

Sarah Wehmeier-Aparicio, the Waukesha South High School band director, testified she was walking with the school’s marching band and noticed some sort of commotion behind her students. At first she thought an emergency vehicle was attempting to get through the parade but then noticed people and items were flying through the air. She then realized what was happening was something more serious. Wehmeier-Aparicio was nearly hit by the SUV Brooks is charged with driving in the attack.

“When the car went past me, my perception changed of what was happening completely because the driver was looking straight ahead, looked very attentive at that point so the driver clearly was aware that he had hit and run over all of these people,” Wehmeier-Aparicio said. Woman Sues After Botched-Abortion Horror

A 25-year-old New York woman is suing Planned Parenthood, claiming the facility botched her abortion and then abandoned her afterwards, leaving her with weeks of pain and blood loss — and then, a premature delivery of her baby.

In 2020, Nakara Alston tried to undergo an abortion at Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood in Albany, when she was eight weeks pregnant. At the time, she was living in a domestic abuse facility with her two daughters, having just escaped a violent relationship. After the abortion, a physician’s assistant examined the supposed fetal remains, and said the abortion had been completed. Alston was sent on her way — but she was still pregnant.

Over the next three months, Alston frantically tried to get help as her bleeding worsened, all the while with no idea that she still had a living baby in her womb. Alston’s attorney Lewis B. Oliver said staff at Planned Parenthood, St. Peters Health Partners, and Albany Medical Center failed to give Alston proper health care. . .

After realizing she was still pregnant, Alston reached out to Planned Parenthood again, but only got their voicemail. When they did call her back, they told her it wasn’t possible for her to be pregnant, because the abortion had been committed successfully. . .

At 22 weeks pregnant, she came back to the emergency room again at St. Peter’s, and an ultrasound showed that her amniotic fluid had drained completely — her water had broken. She was then told that doctors at Albany Med could commit abortions, but that no doctors at St. Peter’s would deliver a baby that premature, so she was transferred to Albany Med. A dilation and evacuation (D&E) was recommended; in this procedure, the cervix is forcibly dilated over one to two days, before the preborn child is torn apart limb from torso. Biden Burns 3,866 Pounds of Jet Fuel Flying 72 Miles to Deliver Speech

President Joe Biden on Friday burned 3,866 lbs of jet fuel to fly 72 miles aboard Air Force One to deliver a speech in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Biden’s 40-minute flight to Hagerstown burned about 3,886 lbs of jet fuel as he traveled in a Boeing 757 aircraft, which burns roughly 5,800 lbs of fuel per hour if the aircraft is traveling at the average speed of 598 miles per hour at 35,000 ft, according to Aviation Insider. Biden’s trip to Maryland produced over 12,000 lbs of carbon dioxide (CO2), according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis.

Biden produced CO2 emissions equivalent to driving 13,678 miles in an average gasoline-powered passenger vehicle, according to the Environmental Protection Agency’s emissions calculator. A 72-mile journey in the average passenger road vehicle would emit only 58 lbs of carbon emissions as the average car has a fuel efficiency of 24.2 miles per gallon, according to a DCNF analysis.
