Trump Medical Records, Tax Documents Seized in FBI Raid: Judge

A federal judge revealed Monday that former President Trump’s medical records and documents related to his accounting information and taxes were seized during the FBI’s raid of his Mar-a-Lago home.

U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon ordered Monday that an independent special master be appointed to review Trump’s records for attorney-client and executive privilege. The judge also ordered the Justice Department stop its own review of the material for investigative purposes.

In the order, Cannon revealed the types of documents that had been seized during the raid.

“According to the Privilege Review Team’s Report, the seized materials include medical documents, correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information,” Cannon wrote.

‘Doctor Poses for a Picture With the Child She Just Mutilated’: Post From ‘Gender Affirming’ Surgeon With Patient Goes Viral

An image went viral over the weekend of a “gender affirming” plastic surgeon in Florida posing with a patient after so-called top surgery, which involves a double mastectomy on healthy breasts.

Sidhbh Gallagher, a Miami plastic surgeon specializing in gender transitions, captioned the photo on Instagram, “That smile!! 🙌🏼 congratulations!”

CEO of The Babylon Bee, Seth Dillon, posted a screenshot of the post on Twitter, adding, “Doctor poses for a picture with the child she just mutilated.” The patient’s age remains unclear.

Dillon’s post has racked up tens of thousands of retweets, likes, and comments. Dr. Gallagher, for her part, has limited comments via Instagram.

Special Master Granted by Judge in Shock Win for Trump’s Legal Team

A federal judge has granted former President Donald Trump’s request to appoint an independent special master to review the documents seized in last month’s raid of Mar-a-Lago, in a shock victory for the former president.

“The court hereby authorizes the appointment of a special master to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and/or executive privilege,” U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon wrote in an order Monday.

The decision has put a “brief pause” into the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) ongoing investigation of Trump, as government investigators are now barred from “reviewing and using the seized materials for investigative purposes” until the special master’s review is complete.

Trump’s attorneys requested the appointment of a special master to protect the former president’s rights, arguing that some of the documents taken in the search are “presumptively privileged” because they involve presidential communication with advisers. Detransitioner Gives Heartbreaking Testimony: ‘There’s No Fixing It’ (VIDEO)

A woman who previously attempted to transition to become a man and is now detransitioning opened up about her heartbreaking story and the consequences of transitioning.

The video, made by Jalissa Vine and titled “the aftermath of my transition,” appears to be the first in an upcoming series of videos titled “detransition diaries.”

According to the video, Vine lived as transgender for eight years and had both a double mastectomy, known as “top surgery,” and a hysterectomy.

It begins by noting, “The following is a very vulnerable and personal account of my experience as a detrans woman.”

Mass Shootings Sweep Democrat-Run Cities During Labor Day Weekend

At least 11 mass shootings have occurred across mostly Democrat-run cities nationwide during Labor Day weekend so far, killing at least 15 people, according to Gun Violence Archive.

The weekend’s deadliest mass shooting so far occurred in Saint Paul, Minnesota, represented by Democratic Mayor Melvin Carter III, where three people died and two others were injured on Sept. 5 in the city’s Payne-Phalen neighborhood, according to The Hill.

The Gun Violence Archive defines mass shootings as incidents in which four or more people were shot or killed, excluding the shooter.

The archive identified another mass shooting that killed two people and injured three in Philadelphia on Sept. 5, where President Joe Biden gave a speech lambasting former President Donald Trump’s supporters as a “threat to democracy” a few days earlier. Damning New Details Emerge in Ex-FBI Agent’s Role in Shutting Down Hunter Biden Laptop Probe

The extraordinary alleged efforts of a former FBI agent to shut down a probe into Hunter Biden’s laptop were detailed Monday in a new report from the author of a best-selling book about the affair.

Timothy Thibault, who left the bureau last month under mysterious circumstances, spiked further questioning of former Biden pal-turned-whistleblower Tony Bobulinski, who had offered damning evidence about alleged Biden family corruption, just two weeks before the 2020 presidential election, according to New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, author of “Laptop From Hell.”

Bobulinski’s “evidence appears to have fallen into the same black hole at the FBI as Hunter’s laptop, never to be seen again,” Devine wrote in a column Monday.

The computer, which Hunter Biden abandoned at a Wilmington, Delaware, computer repair shop, is believed to have been in the possession of the FBI since late 2019, more than a year before the election. Photos, videos, emails, and text messages on the device, which were also ignored by legacy news outlets, paint the president’s son as a drug-addled, venal degenerate and raise troubling questions about President Joe Biden’s own role in his son’s corrupt dealings.

The Transgender Movement Isn’t Just Targeting Kids, It’s Targeting Families

Evidence continues to mount that a concerted effort is underway between major hospitals and public school systems to indoctrinate children with transgender ideology and push harmful, sometimes irreversible, medical procedures on minors — sometimes without the knowledge or consent of parents.

The point of the indoctrination, though, isn’t only to create more “gender-nonconforming” students. It’s to break down family structures and parental authority. The goal isn’t simply to teach and encourage transgenderism in our schools. It’s to lay claim to the students themselves, over and against their parents and families, for purposes that go far beyond the promotion of gender identity. After all, you can’t very well reshape society according to your utopian vision if something as solid as a family is standing in the way.

The solution is to break down the family. Most recently, Christopher Rufo reported this week that the largest children’s hospital in Chicago has partnered with local school districts to promote a radical transgender agenda, including sexually explicit materials that push “kink,” “BDSM,” and “trans-friendly” sex toys for children.

In his customary muckraking fashion, Rufo has obtained insider documents from Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago detailing a collaboration between transgender activists at the hospital and public school administrators throughout greater Chicago. The primary training document, a presentation titled “Beyond Binary: Gender in Schools,” encourages teachers and school administrators to promote “gender diversity” in their districts by affirming students who mistakenly believe they are members of the opposite sex, teaching a “non-binary understanding of gender” in classrooms, and aiming to disrupt “entrenched [gender] norms in western society” in hopes of creating a more “gender creative” world. Stuart Scheller: Military Leadership Promotion Is Based on Pleasing Your Boss, Not Performance

Marine veteran Stuart Scheller, the lieutenant colonel who was fired and jailed after calling for accountability from military leaders for the Afghanistan withdrawal, said today’s military leaders are promoted based on pleasing their bosses, not performance.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Scheller discussed his new book Crisis of Command: How We Lost Trust and Confidence in America’s Generals and Politicians and what he learned about the military promotion system during his 17 years in the Marine Corps.

He said in the corporate world, where the bottom line is profit, failing leaders are replaced. But in the government, they have to be grown from inside the system and are promoted based on how much they please their bosses and not based on performance.

“What happens in all these government institutions is that you realize you have to impress your boss and if that boss has a focus that’s anything other than the foundational principles of the institution, then you learn through your career that you just have to please your boss. And what it does over time is it conditions people to not focus on the core values of the institution,” he said. What George W. Bush and Donald Trump Have in Common Is Loaded With Irony

Donald Trump and George W. Bush may be in the same fraternity because they’re both former presidents, but that doesn’t mean they are friends or allies. Trump openly blamed Bush for buoying the rise of Barack Obama when he first mulled running in 2012. He’s hurled some harsh criticism of the Iraq War and the war in Afghanistan as being a heinous waste of American resources and power. The cessation of endless wars was a Trump foreign policy item, along with the end of neoconservative projects abroad that generated mixed results regarding exporting liberal democracy to the Muslim world, which also came with a ruinously expensive price tag. On foreign policy, the two camps—Bush and Trump—couldn’t be further apart, though on domestic policy—precisely tax policy—the two presidents do share a common trend, and it heavily involves the Democratic Party.

You cannot make up the irony that’s woven into this story. Both presidents proposed massive tax cuts that generated months of sustained economic growth. The Trump tax cuts caused an unprecedented job-creating climate that saw a slew of companies, Apple included, repatriate vast sums of offshore profits. Numerous small businesses doled out bonuses to their workers. Consumer confidence and those of small business owners reached historic highs. The Bush tax cuts led to 52 months of uninterrupted economic growth in the early days of his presidency. The Democratic Party hated both tax bills. Both were used in campaign materials; the Democrats fundraised from them. It was the big giveaway to the wealthy—a trite talking point that doesn’t resonate are carry the same punch with voters since Democrats have an agenda that has abandoned most if not all priorities that benefit the working class. GOP Slams FBI ‘Suppression’ of Hunter Biden Whistleblower

Republicans blasted the FBI as politically biased Monday after The Post reported that disgraced ex-FBI agent Timothy Thibault was the “point man” for former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski — and never followed up with him about his bombshell claims.

Bobulinski alleged one month before the 2020 election that Joe Biden was involved with his son Hunter and brother Jim’s dealings with Chinese energy company CEFC, which reportedly paid the Bidens $4.8 million in 2017 and 2018.

Bobulinski, who heard radio silence from Thibault, alleged that he spoke with Joe Biden about the Chinese government-linked CEFC deal and that the then-candidate was referred to as the “big guy” due a 10% cut in a new corporate entity. Another Hunter Biden business associate, James Gilliar, also identified Joe Biden as the “big guy.”

“Unfortunately, Tony Bobulinski’s first-hand eyewitness testimony regarding President Biden’s knowledge of Hunter Biden’s compromising web of foreign financial entanglements, especially with the Chinese, was not only ignored by the media, but also by the FBI,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told The Post.

“The suppression and censoring of his testimony and Hunter’s influence peddling impacted the 2020 election to a far greater extent than anything Russia or China could have ever achieved,” said Johnson, a former chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee.
