White Exec Who Sued for Reverse Discrimination Wins $10 Million Suit

A former top executive at a North Carolina-based health care system has won $10 million in a legal battle over his claim that he lost his job because he is a white man.

David Duvall, a former senior vice president of marketing and communication at Novant Health, was awarded the money by a federal jury in Charlotte on Tuesday.

In his lawsuit, Duvall had alleged that he was pushed out of his job without warning or explanation in July 2018 as the company tried to diversify top leadership positions.

“We are pleased that the jury agreed that Duvall’s race and gender were unlawful factors in his termination — that he was fired to make room for more diverse leaders at Novant,” his attorney, S. Fans Hang ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ Banner During World Series Game

Fans hung a huge “Let’s Go Brandon” banner Wednesday night during the World Series.

In an Instagram photo shared by Old Row, fans hung a banner with the popular anti-Joe Biden saying, and it was at least 15 seats long. The saying became popular after a reporter claimed NASCAR fans were saying it instead of “F**k Joe Biden.”

Loudoun County Superintendent Requested SWAT Team at Board Meeting

The sheriff of Loudoun County denied the county school superintendent’s request for a standby SWAT team, riot control unit, and undercover officers at an August school board meeting.

The county has become a hotbed of controversy in recent months, with dozens of parents protesting at school board meetings over critical race theory and revelations the superintendent and board members allowed a male student charged with sexual assault to move to a different school where he committed a second assault.

Loudoun County Sheriff Michael Chapman said in emails reported by Fox News that it was “extraordinary” that Superintendent Scott Ziegler would request a K-9 unit explosive device sweep, an on-site task force, undercover officers in the public crowd, and the sheriff office’s civil defense unit and special operations team after hiring a private security company.

At a meeting of the Food and Drug Administration’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, a voting member admitted he wasn’t sure about the COVID shot’s long-term risk to children despite the committee voting to recommend the Pfizer vaccine for kids ages 5-11.

The committee considered a voting question that read, “Based on the totality of scientific evidence available, do the benefits of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine when administered as a 2-dose series … outweigh its risks for use in children 5-11 years of age?”

While considering the question, one member openly admitted they couldn’t be certain the vaccine is safe while advocating for children to be injected with it, saying, “We’re never going to learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start giving it.”

With one member abstaining, the advisory committee voted 17-0 on Tuesday to recommend the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot for emergency use authorization for children aged 5-11. The FDA is set to make a final ruling in the coming days. Should the FDA approve the vaccine for that age group, children in California will be forced to get the shot in order to attend school. Nearly 100 Studies Show Natural Immunity Superior to COVID Vaccine

By WND. As the federal and local governments double down on vaccine mandates, a new study by the Yale School of Public Health offers the latest evidence that the immunity acquired by COVID-19 infection is superior to the immunity from vaccination.

Another 91 studies with the same conclusion has been compiled by Dr. Paul Elias Alexander and several other prominent colleagues.

“We should not force COVID vaccines on anyone when the evidence shows that naturally acquired immunity is equal to or more robust and superior to existing vaccines. Instead, we should respect the right of the bodily integrity of individuals to decide for themselves,” Alexander writes for the Brownstone Institute.

He is a former assistant professor at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, in evidence-based medicine and research methods; a former adviser to WHO-PAHO in Washington, D.C., and a former senior adviser for COVID pandemic policy at Health and Human Services.

Here’s How Many Americans Think 2020 Election Results Should Be Overturned

A new poll reveals that more than one in three respondents believes the results of the 2020 presidential election definitely or probably should be overturned. . .

It revealed that when the question was, “Do you think the results of the 2020 presidential election should be overturned?” 22% said definitely, and another 13% said probably.

On the other side, 43% said the results should “definitely not” be overturned and 12% said probably not.

The results documented how the extensive legacy media and social media campaign ever since Joe Biden’s narrow wins in several swing states that ultimately gave him the Electoral College majority has failed.

Those outlets have characterized President Trump’s charges that the election was “stolen” through illegal or improper strategies is the “Big Lie.” Social media companies have suppressed not only those comments but evidence on those issues. Mom Threatens Lawsuit After Son Receives COVID Vaccine Without Consent

There’s a lawsuit brewing in Jefferson Parish over a teenager who received the COVID-19 vaccine at school without his parent’s consent.

Jennifer Ravain, of Kenner, says her 16-year-old son received the vaccine at East Jefferson High School on Wednesday without her consent.

An Ochsner mobile vaccination clinic rolled in to vaccinate teenagers, but her son was able to sign the consent form himself, underage.

As outlined by the Louisiana Department of Health website, a parent’s signature is required for anyone under 18 years old who wants the shot.

Biden FBI Joins Pelosi in Blocking GOP From Investigating January 6

The leading Republican tasked with his party’s investigation into the preparedness and response of the U.S. Capitol Police and other law enforcement agencies to the Capitol riot on January 6 is being blocked by President Joseph Biden’s FBI from gathering information, a new document reveals.

The FBI told Indiana Republican Rep. Jim Banks it would not provide Republicans the same information provided to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s hand-picked committee consisting only of Democrat-appointed members.

“We respectfully refer you to the Select Committee regarding issues of access to records and information,” the agency wrote in response to a Republican request for information, referring to the official House panel established by the speaker.

Pelosi took what she admitted was an “unprecedented” step of refusing the appointments made by Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, barring Navy officer and Afghanistan veteran Banks and Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, from participation. In a fiery denunciation of Pelosi’s politicization of the committee, McCarthy, R-Calif., publicly announced Banks would lead Republicans’ investigation despite Pelosi blowing up the committee.

On September 3, Banks asked FBI Director Christopher Wray to give Republican lawmakers the same briefing offered to the Democrats on the progress of the agency’s own investigation. Partial findings of the FBI’s independent investigation were leaked to Reuters in August, which found “scant evidence” the Capitol riot was “an organized plot to overturn the president election result.” Wray has not responded to the request. ‘Loudoun County Protects Rapists’: Students Walk Out Over Trans Bathroom Rape Coverup

Hundreds of Loudoun County, Va., public school students walked out after news broke that the district covered up a rape committed in a women’s bathroom by a “gender fluid” student.

Local media showed pictures of student walkouts at multiple Loudoun County high schools. The Washington Free Beacon has reported that the district superintendent knew about a rape committed at Stone Bridge High School even as he said the district had no “record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.” Students at the Tuesday walkout at Broad Run High School chanted, “Loudoun County protects rapists.” . . .

A new Halloween-themed commercial for Twix candy bars that features a cross-dressing child had social media fuming on Wednesday.

In the ad, a young boy in a princess dress opens his front door to find a mysterious new nanny — a goth-looking witch — on his doorstep. When some neighborhood girls question why the boy is wearing a costume when it “isn’t Halloween yet,” he looks sad.

Immediately after, the pair visit a park where a bigger boy asks the cross-dressing child why he’s dressed “like a girl.” When the boy answers, “dressing like this makes me feel good,” the ostensible bully responds that he and his nanny “look weird.”

At that point, in a sequence that suggests violence against minors is a reasonable response to having a different point of view over transgender ideology, the nanny uses her magic power to call up a wind storm to blow the bigger boy away. The implication is that he may be gone forever.

State Department Issues First Gender X Passport

The State Department on Wednesday issued the first U.S. passport with an “X” gender marker, granting a third option for American passport holders who do not identify as female or male.

“The Department of State continues the process of updating its policies regarding gender markers on U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBAs) to better serve all U.S. citizens, regardless of their gender identity,” press secretary Ned Price said in a statement.

“The Department is moving towards adding an X gender marker for non-binary, intersex, and gender non-conforming persons applying for a U.S. passport or CRBA,” he added.

The move was first announced by Secretary of State Antony Blinken in June and said it means Americans will no longer require a medical certificate to opt-out of choosing a specific gender.
