Paramount, CBS Forced to Pay Eight-Figures, Change Editorial Policy in Settlement With Trump

Paramount Global and CBS agreed on Tuesday to pay President Donald Trump a sum that could reach north of $30 million to settle the president’s election interference lawsuit against the network.

Trump will receive $16 million upfront. This will cover legal fees, costs of the case, and contributions to his future presidential library or charitable causes, to be determined at Trump’s discretion.

There is an anticipation that there will be another allocation in the mid-eight figures set aside for advertisements, public service announcements, or other similar transmissions, in support of conservative causes by the network in the future, Fox News Digital has learned.

With these considerations, CBS would pay well in excess of the $15 million ABC paid Trump to settle a defamation lawsuit last year. Current Paramount management disputes the additional allocation.

‘Trans’ Inmate Back In Male Prison Years After Allegedly Raping Female Cellmate

A violent “transgender” male prisoner was quietly transferred back to a men’s prison in June, years after he was accused of sexually assaulting his female cellmate in a women’s prison.

Christopher Scott Williams, who is serving a 28-year sentence for first degree assault, was first denied transfer to a women’s prison in November 2019 due to his history of violence against women, according to records obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. His request to be housed with women was approved in late 2021, documents show, and three months later he allegedly sexually assaulted his female cellmate, Mozzy Clark, according to a lawsuit she filed against the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC).

Clark alleges the state’s actions of placing a “male sexual predator” into her cell and then ignoring her “complaints of sexual harassment and assault” violated several of her constitutional rights, including her right to be free of cruel and unusual punishment and exercise free speech, the lawsuit says.

“Based on Williams’ past history of violence and the explicit recommendation that he not be transferred to a women’s facility it was not only reasonably foreseeable but extremely likely that locking him in a small cell with a female inmate would have disastrous consequences, as it did in this case,” David Pivtorak, Clark’s lawyer, told the DCNF.

VP Vance’s Tiebreaker Vote Helps Senate Pass Bill Defunding Planned Parenthood for One Year

The Senate, with the help of Vice President J.D. Vance’s tiebreaking vote, voted on Tuesday to pass the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, effectively defunding abortion giant Planned Parenthood for one year.

The House version of President Donald Trump’s legislative package promised that no Medicaid dollars “shall be used to make payments to a prohibited entity for items and services furnished during [a] 10-year period.” The Senate version, however, cut that provision down to prohibit only twelve months of taxpayer-funded abortion.

In a last-ditch effort to protect Planned Parenthood’s flow of federal funding, Democrats tried to add a pro-abortion amendment to the BBB. The motion failed in a 49-51 vote on Monday evening.

During the same 2023-2024 period Planned Parenthood performed a record number of abortions — more than 402,000 — the abortion business collected nearly $800 million in taxpayer funds.

Planned Parenthood’s steady stream of taxpayer funding has no doubt contributed to its history of ending unborn lives (or botching its attempts to do so), allegedly flouting federal law and wasting tax dollars, dispensing castrating drugs to confused minors, reportedly trafficking baby body parts, enabling abusers, allegedly performing unlicensed procedures and violating health and safety standards, opposing free speech, and allegedly conducting procedures that have resulted in mothers’ deaths. Fail: ‘Sick-Of-ICE, Sick-Of-Trump’ in San Antonio Fizzles — Less Than 80 People Attend

A much-touted protest of President Trump’s efforts to conduct mass deportation operations drew less than 75 attendees who gathered in front of the Federal Immigration Court Building on Tuesday. The crowd included members of the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) who organized the event in Texas’s second-largest city.

Despite having a population of nearly 1.5 million residents to draw from, Tuesday’s “Sick-of-ICE, Sick-of-Trump” protest began and ended in short order with little fanfare. Breitbart Texas observed the downtown San Antonio protest attended by a few people sporting the Palestinian Keffiyeh, several Christian ministers, and a small crowd that listened to speeches critical of the Trump administration’s efforts to arrest and deport illegal aliens.

As reported by Breitbart Texas, the protest was one of many planned for Tuesday in major cities across the United States. The events are listed on the well-organized website address SickofICE.org.

Drawing from the biblical story of Jericho, the group of about 70 protesters marched around the U.S. Immigration Court office in downtown San Antonio seven times. The group shouted anti-ICE chants to the beat of a marching drummer. An organizer announced to the crowd that the march was symbolic of the actions that caused the walls of Jericho to fall.

Liliana Padilla, a pastor for the United Methodist church, sang a hymn in Spanish as she stood in front of a memorial to the illegal aliens arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at the nearby immigration court. Padilla stood in front of the display at the foot of the PSL tent, draped in the Mexican flag.

Police Arrest 12-Year-Old Boy For Allegedly Stealing Cars, Basically Selling Them For Pocket Change

Police in Michigan arrested a 12-year-old boy Friday after he allegedly stole multiple cars from a local business.

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office announced Saturday the juvenile suspect allegedly robbed the business of three or four vehicles within the past month and “sold at least one of them for $30.”

“This young man is on a very bad path, attempting to live his own grand theft auto,” Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said. “Hopefully intervention by the courts will send him on a better life path as well as stopping the constant theft from this business.”

Police reported the boy stole from a local business in Pontiac, the Oakland County seat of government. Oakland County is the second-most populous county in Michigan. . .

“Our deputies are to be commended for their excellent work in stopping a young man, only 12 years old, who was on a path of grand theft auto,” the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Facebook post. “This type of behavior typically does not end well. UPenn to Apologize for Allowing Trans Swimmer Lia Thomas to Compete on Women’s Team

The University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) has agreed to apologize for allowing infamous transgender college swimmer Lia Thomas to compete on the women’s team, resolving Title IX violations.

In a press release on Tuesday, the Department of Education announced that the university had entered into a “Resolution Agreement to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX).”

The Department of Education explained that UPenn would “restore to female athletes all individual UPenn Division I swimming records, titles, or similar recognitions which were misappropriated by male athletes allowed to compete in female categories.”

UPenn will also “send a personalized letter of apology to each impacted female swimmer,” and “issue a public statement” to the university’s community explaining that it will “comply with Title IX” and will not be allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports.

Report: Former DNC Insider Reveals ‘Puppet Masters’ Who Allegedly Ran Biden White House

A former Democrat insider revealed who the “puppet masters” were who allegedly ran the Biden White House, and likened it to “elder abuse.”

Lindy Li, a former Democratic National Committee (DNC) fundraiser and National Finance Committee member, told Fox News Digital that many in the White House actually ran the operations for the 46th president.

Li spoke as the House Oversight Committee started questioning former President Joe Biden’s Cabinet members about the alleged coverup of his mental decline.

“‘[Biden is] definitely complicit, but there were a lot of people behind him, like puppet masters. [Former first lady Jill Biden] very much knew what she was doing. What she did was absolutely elder abuse. There is no question in my mind,’ Li said,” Fox reported.

“They deny the cover-up, but I had a front-row seat watching it happen. People like Anthony Bernal. I saw him running the White House like he was in charge, like he was a king,” Li continued. “It’s just so amazing now to see him dodge a subpoena and completely dodge accountability. Pixar’s Obsession With ‘Queerifying’ Your Kids Just Blew up in Their Face

No matter how hard they crash, woke Disney just can’t stop targeting kids. It’s like an obsession. The company is bleeding billions, its creative spark is circling the drain, and audiences have tuned out, but instead of correcting the course, they just keep doubling down on the same tired, unpopular progressive agenda.

What’s the compulsion? Why are they so hellbent on recruiting kids into the LGBTQ alphabet soup army? It’s not entertainment anymore; it’s indoctrination dressed up as animation. And the American people are sick and tired of it.

Just look at the disaster they cooked up with Snow White. What was once a beloved fairy tale turned into a feminist, DEI-driven punchline, complete with a DEI lead actress who openly trashed the original story, attacked Trump supporters, and no human dwarfs in sight. Surprise, surprise, it bombed harder than anyone expected. Dr. Phil took some of the best potshots of all, and honestly, he’s not wrong:

Trump Nominates Prosecutor Who Arrested Sanctuary City Mayor After Migrant Detention Mayhem

The Trump administration is aiming to retain a federal prosecutor who arrested a sanctuary city mayor and charged a Democrat lawmaker for an incident outside a migrant detention center.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday nominated acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba for Senate confirmation, according to the White House. The Trump administration previously tapped Habba, who had represented Trump in several civil cases in past years, as New Jersey’s top prosecutor in March on an interim basis.

“Alina will lead with the same diligence and conviction that has defined her career, and she will fight tirelessly to secure a Legal System that is both ‘Fair and Just’ for the wonderful people of New Jersey,” Trump posted on Truth Social in March when naming her as interim U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey.

If confirmed, Habba would be able to continuously serve as New Jersey’s top federal prosecutor. More recently, Habba’s office garnered national headlines following an altercation outside a New Jersey migrant detention center involving several Democrats.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested in May when he attempted to join three Democrat congressional representatives touring the Delaney Hall detention facility. Baraka tried to accompany New Jersey Democratic Reps. Robert Menendez, LaMonica McIver and Bonnie Watson Coleman on a tour of the detention center, but were denied entry. Senate Narrowly Passes Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill

After a marathon vote-a-rama that lasted more than 24 hours, where both Republicans and Democrats submitted amendments to the One Big Beautiful Bill, the Senate voted 51-50 to pass the megabill after Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) had announced a deal had been reached earlier on Tuesday. Vice President JD Vance was there to break the tie on the bill’s final passage and on amendments being voted on up until the last minute.

All Democrats voted against the bill, as did Sens. Thom Tillis (R-NC), Rand Paul (R-KY), and Susan Collins (R-ME). Tillis made headlines over the weekend not only for his opposition to advancing the bill on Saturday, but his Sunday announcement he would be retiring.

Trump had urged lawmakers early Tuesday morning to bring the measure across the finish line, as the OBBB “gives the largest Tax Cuts and Border Security ever, Jobs by the Millions, Military/Vets increases, and so much more,” while cautioning that failure to pass the bill would result in a “whopping 68% Tax increase, the largest in history!!!”

Trump’s message came after the White House spent Monday making a final push for its passage during a White House event, online, and in the media, emphasizing the bill is the only chance Republicans have to enact the president’s domestic agenda and spending priorities.

With a narrow majority in the upper chamber, Republicans could only afford to lose three GOP senators. With that opposition from Tillis and Paul, Thune turned his attention to Sen. Lisa Murkowski early Tuesday morning. She ultimately went along with most of her Republican colleagues to vote for the bill.
