WATCH: AG Barr Announces ‘Significant Escalation’ to Shut Down Sanctuary Cities

US Attorney General William Barr announced that the Department of Justice would be escalating their efforts to combat the policies of “sanctuary cities” to aid illegal aliens.

“The department is filing a complaint against the State of New Jersey seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against its laws that forbid state and local law enforcement from sharing vital information about criminal aliens with DHS,” Barr said, according to Fox News.

Barr went on to say the legal action against New Jersey was just one of a number of lawsuits against municipalities that employ “sanctuary city” policies to undermine the enforcement of federal immigration law.

“We are filing a complaint seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against King County, Washington, for the policy,” Barr explained, “that forbids DHS from deporting aliens from the United States using King County International Airport.”

Venezuelan Americans Warn U.S. Voters in Powerful Video: Bernie Is Your Enemy

While some members of the media go to great lengths to argue that U.S. democratic socialists are not the same as Latin American socialists, many Venezuelan-Americans see little difference between the two.

Hundreds of Venezuelan ex-pats that gathered for a “Venezuela Freedom Rally” in Washington, D.C. had a warning for their fellow Americans: Don’t do it!

According to Campus Reform which covered the event, attendees were deeply troubled that so many Americans view socialism favorably and that a self-described “democratic socialist” has a credible chance of becoming the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee in 2020. . .

“Bernie Sanders is your enemy. Do not ever, ever get involved with this individual or any of the other socialists,” said one man who added: “You do not ever want anyone even close to socialism to come to this country.” . . .

Meanwhile, a young woman said that Americans should not fool themselves into believing that socialism cannot happen in the United States. “We also thought that this could never happen in our country. We had a balance of powers. We had democracy and we elected our leaders,” she said while draped in a Venezuelan flag.

Professor Claims the Way to Fight Climate Change Is to Let Human Race Become Instinct

A Cambridge academic has proposed a radical new way to solve climate change – letting humanity become extinct.

Patricia MacCormack, a professor of continental philosophy at Anglia Ruskin University, has just released her new book The Ahuman Manifesto, which will officially be launched in Cambridge. . .

The book argues that due to the damage done to other living creatures on Earth, we should start gradually phasing out reproduction. But rather than offering a bleak look at the future of humanity, it has generated discussion due to its joyful and optimistic tone, as it sets out a positive view for the future of Earth – without mankind. . .

“The basic premise of the book is that we’re in the age of the Anthropocene, humanity has caused mass problems and one of them is creating this hierarchal world where white, male, heterosexual and able-bodied people are succeeding, and people of different races, genders, sexualities and those with disabilities are struggling to get that. . .

The central argument in The Ahuman Manifesto can be boiled down to this: mankind is already enslaved to the point of “zombiedom” by capitalism, and because of the damage this has caused, phasing out reproduction is the only way to repair the damage done to the world. Two Medal of Honor Recipients Sound off on Alexander Vindman

On Sunday, Medal of Honor recipient Leroy Petry appeared on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” where he discussed Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who was escorted out of the White House on Friday. . .

“I respect Donald Trump’s actions on escorting [Vindman] out of the White House, because he, as a team player, he should have brought it up through the chain of command, and then blown the whistle if it didn’t get approved,” Perry told “Fox & Friends” on Sunday. . .

Petry continued regarding Vindman, claiming he was dubbed a “chow thief” back at Ranger School and heard he “couldn’t be trusted.” . . .

Medal of Honor recipient David Bellavia added some commentary on Vindman, too. . .

Vindman is a very controversial guy, depending on your politics; you either love him or you hate him. Joe Biden gave him a standing ovation. Some people see him as just an emotional kid who just is so partisan and blinded by his politics that he jumped the chain of command and was blinded by being a part of history and politics are more important than his oath.

School Calls Police on 6-Year-Old With Down’s Syndrome – Here’s Why

After a six-year-old Pennsylvania girl with Down Syndrome pointed her index finger at her teacher and said, “I shoot you,” the school district called the police. . .

The incident prompted the girl’s mother, Maggie Gaines, to say that the reaction to her daughter Margot’s gesture at Valley was far from reasonable, as she told CBSPhiladelphia:

They get this phone call and I was fine with everything up until calling the police. And I said, “You absolutely do not have to call the police. You know, this is ridiculous” … My daughter got frustrated and pointed her finger at her teacher and said, “I shoot you.” At that point, they went to the principal’s office and it was quickly assessed that she didn’t even really know what she was saying. They were asking her questions, and she was saying, “Oh, I shoot mommy,” laughs, or, “I shoot my brother.” The principal asked, “Did you mean to hurt your teacher?” And she said no and it seemed like she didn’t even know what that meant.

Gaines continued, “She really didn’t understand what she was saying, and having Down syndrome is one aspect, but I’m sure all 6-year-olds don’t really know what that means. Now, there is a record at the police that says she made a threat to her teacher. . .

Bearing Arms noted, “This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a student’s finger gun land them in trouble. Joe Biden: An AK-47 Won’t Protect You From the Government (VIDEO)

Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden said on Sunday that he believes that having a “rational policy” on guns means making sure that people can’t have “50 clips in a weapon,” which is gibberish, and said that a person would need a lot more than an AK-47 to take on a tyrannical government.

Biden made the remarks on the campaign trail in New Hampshire while talking about why kids learn active shooter drills in school, saying, “because we’re unwilling to have a rational policy that says you cannot have 20, 30, 40, 50 clips in a weapon.”

Biden also claimed: “I now have over 58% of the NRA members acknowledging that you cannot own an assault weapon. There is no need for it. You can’t have a magazine that is more than 10 rounds in it.”

The Daily Wire contacted The National Rifle Association (NRA) to inquire about which poll Biden got his statistics from and was informed that Biden’s claims are false because the NRA is a private organization that does not give out information on its members, let alone for polling purposes.

Joe Biden Doubles Down in NH: Sue Firearm Companies for Criminal Gun Use

By Breitbart. Joe Biden used his gun control time at the New Hampshire Democrat debate to call for Americans to be able to sue firearm makers over gun crime.

Biden segued into these comments by criticizing Bernie Sanders for supporting the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), a law that prohibits frivolous lawsuits against manufacturers of firearms, which are legally made and sold.

Driver in Florida Plows Van Into Trump Voter Registration Tent

Authorities in Florida were searching Saturday night for a driver who they claim drove his van into a Republican Party voter registration tent in a shopping center parking lot, just missing six volunteers working there.

The suspect, described as a white man in his 20s, then got out of his vehicle and recorded video of the smashed tent, and flashed a middle finger to the startled voter-registration volunteers before driving off, FOX 30 of Jacksonville reported.

Photos posted by the Republican Party of Duval County showed Trump-Pence placards and bumper stickers strewn around the parking lot, along with the toppled tent. Another photo showed an older model brown-and-tan van driving away from the scene. . .

Jacksonville authorities said the driver intentionally tried to strike the tent with his vehicle, the Florida Times-Union reported.

“We are investigating this as an aggravated assault,” Lt. Larry Gayle of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office told the newspaper. “Several people were in the area and could have been seriously hurt.”

WATCH: Joe Biden Calls Female Voter ‘a Lying, Dog-Faced Pony Soldier’

Presidential contender Joe Biden jokingly called a college student in New Hampshire a “lying, dog-faced pony soldier” during a campaign event on Sunday, just two months after he unloaded on an Iowa voter whom he called a “damn liar” and days after he dryly instructed a climate activist to “go vote for someone else.”

The campaign trail headscratchers came as Biden, 77, has gone on the offensive following his disappointing fourth-place finish in last week’s disastrous Iowa caucuses, well behind rivals Pete Buttigieg, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.

The student, Madison, of Mercer University in Georgia, began by asking Biden how he could remain competitive in the race after that performance.

“It’s a good question,” Biden responded. “Number one: Iowa’s a democratic caucus. You ever been to a caucus? No you haven’t. You’re a lying, dog-faced pony soldier. You said you were; but now you got to be honest. I’m gonna be honest with you. It was a little bit confusing in Iowa.” . . .

George Washington University law professor and GOP impeachment witness Jonathan Turley added: “Hmmm, Biden does not appear to be confining his ‘go negative’ strategy to [Pete] Buttigieg, but seems to think it will work with voters. Calling a voter ‘a lying dog-faced pony soldier’ must be a new voter suppression strategy by targeting your own voters.”

Special Forces Soldiers Killed in Afghanistan Identified

Two U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers who were killed when American and Afghan troops were fired on during a mission in Afghanistan were identified by the Pentagon on Sunday.

The soldiers, both assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, were Sgt. 1st Class Javier Jaguar Gutierrez of San Antonio, Texas and Sgt. 1st Class Antonio Rey Rodriguez of Las Cruces, N.M.

Both soldiers, who were both posthumously promoted, were 28 years old, according to the Department of Defense. U.S. Special Forces soldiers are also called Green Berets. . .

Gutierrez enlisted in the Army in 2009 as an infantryman and stationed at Fort Bragg. In 2012, he attended the Special Forces Assessment and Selection at Fort Bragg and was selected to attend the Special Forces Qualification Course, graduating in 2015 as a Special Forces Communications Sergeant. He was previously deployed once to Iraq and Afghanistan. . .

Rodriguez also enlisted with the Army in 2009 and completed training at Fort Benning in Georgia before it was assigned to the 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. He deployed eight times with the 75th Ranger Regiment and twice with 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. Five Candidates Could Win Delegates in New Hampshire for First Time

Five Democratic candidates will likely earn delegates in Tuesday’s primary in New Hampshire for the first time, Karl Rove noted on Fox News Sunday.

That reflects a close race among several frontrunners, each of whom will win something in the proportional vote — and each of whom hopes the Granite State will fuel their campaign for the weeks ahead.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is the favorite to win, as he did in 2016. He has the advantage of being a familiar face from next-door Vermont. He also has devoted followers, who have been packing town hall meetings in the state for months. . .

Former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg has not been a factor until the last few months, but he surged in November and briefly held a lead in New Hampshire in December, according to the RealClearPolitics poll averages. He has a large campaign war chest and an army of volunteers. A second-place finish would help him stay among the leaders; a win could transform the race.

Former Vice President Joe Biden is struggling, and telegraphed in Friday’s debate that he does not expect to win in the state, even though he was the early frontrunner. If he finishes in the top three, he will still be competitive in the crucial Nevada caucuses (Feb. 22) and the South Carolina primary (Feb. 29), where he has a “firewall” of African-American support.
