Washington Post Falsely Claims That Hormone Treatments Are Reversible

. . .The Washington Post reported youth puberty blockers are “reversible” in an article critical of a South Dakota proposed law that would criminalize treating transgender young people with medical treatments or surgery. . .

A WaPo piece published on January 28 stated:

Hormone treatment, which can be used to delay puberty, is reversible and medical evidence suggests allowing transgender children to delay puberty until they are 16 can lower their risk for developing mental health conditions, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. Children under 18 very rarely undergo sex-reassignment surgery.

The Pediatric Endocrine Society also touts that “the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the largest academic organization of pediatricians in the US, has released a Policy Statement supporting the approach to gender-affirming care” that is consistent with that of the Society. . .

More physicians and analysts of the transgender movement, however, are publicly asserting the claim that drug treatments such as puberty blockers or suppressors are a “reversible treatment” is blatantly false. One of the primary reasons all agree the claim is false is that no long-term studies have been conducted on children who have had their normal puberty suppressed with drugs. Pornography and Sex Trafficking Are ‘Completely Interwoven,’ Activists Warn

Pornography and sex trafficking are issues that fuel one another, contributing to a high demand for sex and a dangerously sexual culture, activists warn.

Anti-sex trafficking activists who spoke with the Daily Caller News Foundation said the porn industry fuels demand for violent, obscene, or child-related sexual fantasies, prompting porn consumers to sex, through pimps, from sex-trafficking victims. Activists also maintain that pimps engaged in sex trafficking blackmail victims through sexually explicit videos and sell victims to producers of pornography.

“It’s completely interwoven, porn and sex trafficking, and you find the same characters in both,” anti-trafficking activist and SHAREtogether founder Jaco Booyens said. “Many of the women and girls who are in the porn industry are actively being sex trafficked.” . . .

Pornography has become an increasingly divisive topic throughout the world as anti-porn groups argue that porn has incredibly addictive and destructive qualities feeding an ever-growing and demanding industry. . .

Ninety-three percent of boys and 62% of girls are exposed to pornography during their youth, according to a 2017 research summary on pornography and public health from the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. The summary found that 49% of college-aged males first encountered pornography before they reached their teens, and 64% of people between the ages of 13 and 24 actively seek out porn at least once a week. Man Arrested Outside WH, Says ‘I Am Here to Assassinate President Trump’

Washington, D.C. police arrested a man carrying a knife outside the White House Saturday after he allegedly expressed a desire to kill President Donald Trump.

Roger Hedgpeth, 25, allegedly told a U.S. Secret Service officer on 15th and Pennsylvania Ave. NW that he wanted to assassinate the president and had a knife with him, according to the Associated Press.

The Washington Post reports that he said specifically, “I am here to assassinate President Donald Trump.”

BOMBSHELL: Bernie Was Once Investigated by the FBI Over Ties to Communism

While some in the media are already vigorously working to defend Sen. Bernie Sanders from accusations of left-wing radicalism, they may find no greater obstacle than the Democratic presidential candidate’s own words.

According to a report by the Washington Examiner, as a gubernatorial candidate for the socialist Liberty Union party in 1972, Sanders, then 31 years old, did not push back against accusations that he was an extremist. . .

While Sanders now says he rejects the “communist” label, the Democratic front-runner spent much of his life supporting Marxist dictators and Soviet causes. . .

Sanders’ involvement with the Socialist Workers Party raised so many suspicions that he was even investigated by the FBI, presumably as a possible communist spy.

Second Impeachment Could Be on Horizon for Donald Trump; Trump Warns on Impeachment Payback

By The Washington Times. Democrats already have lined up possible charges if they choose to pursue impeachment 2.0.

Still pending is a wide-open probe launched by Rep. Adam B. Schiff, California Democrat. Mr. Schiff has been investigating President Trump, his family and businesses, the Trump Organization, over the congressman’s suspicions of blackmail, money laundering and bribery.

Republican staffers say the inquiry was put on hold last fall pending the Ukraine impeachment proceedings led by Mr. Schiff. But there is no sign Mr. Schiff has given up trying to prove Mr. Trump is corrupt, and if the president is impeached again, the charges would likely come from this probe, informed sources said.

Mr. Trump alluded to a new impeachment push Thursday.

“So we will probably have to do it again, because these people have gone stone-cold crazy, but I have beaten him all my life and I will beat him again if I have to,” Mr. Trump said at a post-Senate acquittal celebration at the White House. “But what they are doing is very unfair.” (Read more from “Second Impeachment Could Be on Horizon for Donald Trump” HERE)

Trump Warns on Impeachment Payback: ‘You’ll See’

By NBC News. President Donald Trump said Friday that his impeachment should be invalidated, and he gave an ominous warning when asked how he’ll pay back those responsible, saying, “You’ll see.”

“Should they expunge the impeachment in the House? They should because it was a hoax,” Trump told reporters at the White House before departing on Marine One.

When asked about his press secretary’s comments that the president was suggesting in his remarks Thursday on impeachment that his Democratic political opponents “should be held accountable,” Trump said, “Well, you’ll see. I mean, we’ll see what happens.”

Trump showed little sign of wanting to mend fences with the Democrats, saying they suffer from “Trump derangement syndrome” and that there is “a lot of evil on that side.” When asked how he was going to unify the country following his divisive impeachment, Trump said he would do it by “great success.”

REPORT: Alexander Vindman Fired, Escorted From White House; Biden Requests Standing Ovation for Vindman, Says He Deserves Rush Limbaugh’s Medal of Freedom

By Daily Wire. Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman was fired from his job on the National Security Council on Friday and was escorted from the White House and his brother reportedly left with him, although it was not clear whether he was also fired.

“Vindman, the top Ukraine expert at the National Security Council, was pushed out of his role Friday months earlier than expected, according to a statement from his attorney,” CNN reported. “Vindman was not slated to leave until July, but had been telling colleagues in recent weeks he would likely leave soon. It was not his decision to leave, however, according to one person familiar with the situation.”

“We do have one remaining question which is about the future of [Alexander Vindman’s] brother, Eugene, who is an attorney for the National Security Council who we are told also walked out with Vindman today but it’s unclear if he received the same message about his services no longer being needed,” CNN’s Kaitlan Collins said on CNN’s “The Lead” with Jake Tapper.

Collins added: “I’m told Vindman walked out with his brother, who is an attorney for the NSC. It’s unclear if he was also fired but that was the expectation.”

During Vindman’s testimony it was revealed that he did not know basic facts about U.S. aid to the country and, when the subject came up at his job, he apparently was not interested in wanting to know more about Hunter Biden joining the corrupt Ukrainian gas company Burisma.

Biden Requests Standing Ovation for Vindman, Says He Deserves Rush Limbaugh’s Medal of Freedom

By Washington Examiner. Former Vice President Joe Biden encouraged the audience at the Democratic debate to give a standing ovation for Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman after he was removed from his position in the White House, while taking a swipe at conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh.

Vindman, who was instrumental in the impeachment investigation into President Trump, was escorted from the White House and was relieved of his duty on Friday afternoon, hours before the debate.

“By the way, Col. Vindman was thrown out of the White House today — walked out. I think … he should be pinning a medal on Vindman and not on Rush Limbaugh,” Biden said, which received applause from the audience.

“I think we should all stand and give Col. Vindman a show of how much we supported him. Stand up and clap for Vindman. Trump Administration Suspends Enrollment in Global Entry for New Yorkers

The Department of Homeland Security said Wednesday it was suspending New Yorkers’ ability to enroll in Global Entry and other programs that allow travelers to pass quickly through airport security and customs in a move following a state law that allows undocumented immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses.

Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf told Fox News on Wednesday night that New Yorkers were no longer eligible to enroll or re-enroll in Global Entry and other such Trusted Traveler Programs that allow U.S. citizens to have faster entry into the country.

“Today, we sent a letter to New York indicating because they took these measures that New York residents are no longer eligible to enroll in these Trusted Traveler Programs,” Wolf said. “They can’t enroll or re-enroll in these Trusted Travel Programs that Customs and Border Protection offers because we no longer have access to make sure that they meet those program requirements.”

The Trump administration’s decision comes after the president once again took aim at “sanctuary cities,” which limit cooperation with immigration enforcement authorities, in his State of the Union address Tuesday night.

New York passed its so-called Green Light law last year which allows New Yorkers over the age of 16 to apply for non-commercial driver’s licenses or learner’s permits regardless of their citizenship or legal status in the U.S. That law also prevents Immigration and Customs Enforcement and CBP from accessing information in the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles database without a court order or a judicial warrant. 2020 Democrats Are Biggest Losers From Trump Economic Boom

The Bureau of Labor Statistics on Friday added another pile of good news to the mountain of data showing that the contemporary economy is the strongest in generations. Not only did employers create a staggering net 225,000 jobs last month, crushing expectations, but the labor force participation rate has reached its highest point since the recovery began after the Great Recession.

The biggest losers of all the good economic news are the Democrats vying to unseat President Trump.

Naysayers will point to the unemployment rate ticking up by 0.1 percentage points from its half-century low, but the BLS report confirms what Trump argued at this year’s State of the Union: The economy is pulling the disaffected from the sidelines, creating more jobs with higher wages for all works, but disproportionately for those who need it the most. Economists have been debating whether such sustained job growth was even possible given our current low rate of unemployment.

As with all economies, the president only deserves a portion of the credit and a portion of the blame, but, three years into his administration, it’s clear that Trump is just as responsible for one of the longest bull markets and tightest labor markets in history, just as much as Barack Obama was for the slowest economic recovery in nearly a century.

TSA Agent Tricked Traveler Into Baring Breasts

A federal Transportation Security Administration agent tricked a traveler into twice showing him her breasts as she went through security at one of the world’s busiest airports, California’s attorney said.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra said Johnathon Lomeli, 22, was working at Los Angeles International Airport in June when he used fraud or deceit to falsely imprison the woman. Lomeli was arrested early Thursday at his home.

He first said he had to look inside her bra to make sure she wasn’t hiding anything, then had her hold her pants away from her waist so he could look inside, she told investigators.

He subsequently took her to what he said would be a private room for more security screening, according to an arrest affidavit. But once they were alone on an elevator, she said he told her he could do the screening right there.

The woman said Lomeli told her he had to make sure she still had nothing in her bra, requiring her to lift her shirt “to show me your full breasts.” He also again looked down her pants, she said, before telling her she was free to go and adding that she had nice breasts. ‘These Girls Had Been My Daughter, I’d Want to Beat the SH*T out of You’: First Weinstein Defense Witness FAILS

Harvey Weinstein’s defense called the first witness to the stand Thursday as the disgraced movie producer is in court facing numerous sexual assault charges.

The first witness summoned was Paul Feldsher, a former consultant of Miramax Productions, according to a report published by Page Six. Feldsher was called to the stand to corroborate the alleged consensual sex between Weinstein and actress Annabella Sciorra.

Feldsher confirmed the account, but also claimed that Weinstein was a sex addict and aggressive after prosecutors brought up a text conversation between the former consultant and Weinstein from November of 2018. Feldsher claimed Weinstein was “voracious” with “girls,” according to Page Six. . .

“I meant that it was my understanding for a very long time that Harvey had a sex addiction and that he dated a lot of women,” Feldsher told jurors.
