‘No Exceptions’: Pentagon Schools Defy Hegseth by Renaming DEI Efforts

In preparation for Donald Trump’s second presidency, the Pentagon’s school system attempted to conceal its diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts under a different name.

The Department of Defense Education Activity agency renamed social-emotional learning as “resilience,” according to a Jan. 6 meeting recording obtained by The Daily Signal.

During his first two weeks in office, Trump issued executive orders prohibiting radical gender ideology, critical race theory, and diversity, equity, and inclusion instruction from federally funded American education.

That includes schools on military bases run by the U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity, which operates 161 schools across 11 foreign countries and in seven U.S. states and two territories, and serves more than 67,000 military-connected students.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth made it clear that he would enforce the president’s ban on DEI at the Department of Defense.

“The Pentagon will comply, immediately,” Hegseth said. “No exceptions, name-changes, or delays.” (Read more from “‘No Exceptions’: Pentagon Schools Defy Hegseth by Renaming DEI Efforts” HERE)

Donald Trump Welcomes Marc Fogel to the White House Hours After American Teacher Was Released From Russia

Donald Trump hosted Marc Fogel at the White House Tuesday night just hours after the American teacher was released from Russian custody.

‘I’m so excited,’ Fogel told Trump of being back in the U.S. after arriving at a snowy White House with an American flag draped around his neck.

As he shook the president’s hand, Trump rubbed Fogel’s arm and gave him a cordial embrace.

Both men smiled and celebrated the teacher’s release before heading into the warmth of the White House Diplomatic Reception Room.

‘I feel like the luckiest man on Earth right now,’ Fogel said inside as he fought back tears while holding a celebratory beer from his native Pennsylvania. ‘President Trump is a hero.’

He described his horrific detainment in Russia, where he claimed to have spent over 100 days in medical wards and received over 400 injections during his 3.5 years in prisoned there. Expert Left Speechless by Trump’s Latest Masterful Plan Against Media and Dems

President Trump rolled back into the DC Swamp like a BOSS on a mission. Sure, in 2016, he took DC by storm—but not like this. This time around, it’s different. Everyone sees it and feels it, too.

Even some experts, like Mark Halperin, have been left speechless watching Trump steamroll not just the fake news media, but the entire Dem Party.

Mark says he’s never seen anything like this. Once again, President Trump is changing the game. He’s a man who has learned from the past—and now, he knows exactly how to play these bad guys like a fiddle.

But the shock and awe doesn’t stop there. Even CNN is at a loss for words over President Trump’s surging popularity.

Scottsdale Wreckage Cause of Deadly Plane Crash Involving Mötley Crüe Singer’s Private Jet Revealed

Officials revealed the cause of the Arizona plane crash that killed a pilot onboard a private jet owned by Mötley Crüe lead singer Vince Neil and injured three others Monday.

A landing gear failure on the Learjet 35A owned by the rock star caused the aircraft to ram into a parked Gulfstream 200 after touching down at Scottsdale Airport, officials said in a release from the City of Scottsdale.

“According to initial reports, the Learjet’s left main landing gear failed upon landing, leading to the collision,” the statement reads.

Dramatic video captured the moment the singer’s jet smashed into the other plane, showing it skidding and struggling to come to a stop as it sped down the runway before hitting the parked aircraft.

The Learjet 35A, which was completing a private flight from Austin, Texas, at 2:39 p.m. Monday, had four people onboard: two pilots and two passengers. (Read more from “Scottsdale Wreckage Cause of Deadly Plane Crash Involving Mötley Crüe Singer’s Private Jet Revealed” HERE)

GOP Rep Makes Shocking Statement on JFK Assassination as She Leads Task Force Aimed At Exposing ‘Federal Secrets’

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R–Fla.), the head of a new congressional task force aimed at exposing “federal secrets,” said Tuesday that she believes “two shooters” were involved in the assassination of former President John F. Kennedy.

The task force — which will also probe pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s client list — intends to build on the Trump administration’s efforts to declassify records related to the assassinations of JFK, former New York Sen. Robert F. Kennedy and civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr., and will start with a “thorough investigation” of JFK’s November 1963 shooting death in Dallas, Texas.

“Based on what I’ve been seeing so far, the initial hearing that was actually held here in Congress was actually faulty in the single-bullet theory,” Luna said during a Capitol Hill press conference, referring to the Warren Commission.

“I believe that there were two shooters,” she added.

The Warren Commission, a nearly year-long government probe into the JFK assassination, determined that Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, who acted alone. Owner Of US Defense Contractor Making Fighter Jet, Missile Parts Listed As Chinese Intel Agency Official

A defense contractor that supplies parts for American military aircraft and advises the U.S. government on supply chain security is owned by an immigrant with extensive ties to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) intelligence and influence agencies, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation has found.

The Department of Defense (DOD) has awarded tens of millions of dollars in defense contracts for fighter jet, attack helicopter and guided missile launcher parts to S&L Aerospace Metals LLC, a New York-based company that serves on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) council on critical manufacturing. However, S&L’s CEO Jerry Wang — whose Chinese name is Wang Jue — has been identified as an official for multiple CCP influence and intelligence organizations in Chinese government and state media reports, raising concerns about the defense contractor’s connections to Communist Party elites — including Chinese dictator, Xi Jinping.

Through an attorney, Wang denied any ties to “foreign political entities,” but did not deny being photographed at numerous Chinese government and CCP intel agency functions alongside high-ranking Party officials.

“Allowing someone with Wang’s background access to the inner workings of U.S. supply chains and critical manufacturing vulnerabilities is a glaring national security failure,” said L.J. Eads, a former U.S. Air Force intelligence analyst, after reviewing the DCNF’s findings. “It’s incredibly naive to think that the CCP is going to play by the rules when we hand them a front-row seat to our most sensitive industries.”

DOD and DHS did not respond to multiple requests for comment. (Read more from “Owner Of US Defense Contractor Making Fighter Jet, Missile Parts Listed As Chinese Intel Agency Official” HERE)

Judge Chutkan Should Be Disqualified From Hearing Trump Cases After Defying His J6 Order

Last Monday, I published “D.C. Federal Judges Join the Resistance.” It focused on one D.C. federal district judge, Beryl Howell, who let her emotions get the better of any prudent legal judgment when she refused to implement the president’s direction to the attorney general to dismiss all pending indictments against Jan. 6 defendants “with prejudice.”

She first vented her spleen against the defendants and President Donald Trump (whom she accused of perpetrating a “revisionist myth”) in a wholly gratuitous screed about why the prosecutions were necessary and proper. She then finally admitted that she had no legal right to refuse to dismiss the case. But to show the president who was boss, she refused to dismiss the case with prejudice. That left open the potential for a refiling of the same charges. It was, of course, totally contrary to the president and DOJ’s clear intent.

In that same article, I pointed out that Judge Howell had company. Three of her rebellious colleagues in the D.C. district court also refused to dismiss pending J6 cases with prejudice — including one particularly confused opinion by anti-Trump Judge Tanya Chutkan.

The President’s Proclamation

The president entered his proclamation on Inauguration Day. I describe it more fully in “D.C. Federal Judges Join the Resistance,” but for present purposes, it is important to note that it pardoned persons who had been “convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021”. Ousted From Power By Voters, Dems Turn To Activist Judges To Defy Trump

What’s happening right now is that Democrats, having been thrown out of power by American voters in a landslide victory for Trump, have decided they’re going to deploy a widely-used tactic from Trump’s first term to thwart the president’s agenda: use the federal judiciary. Under the false pretext that the lower federal courts are part of a “coequal branch of government” with the executive, they’re aiming to shut down Trump’s reform efforts with a fusillade of preliminary injunctions.

In recent days dozens of lawsuits have been filed against the Trump administration by Democrat attorneys general and various left-wing groups. These groups have carefully selected their venues, ensuring the lawsuits come before rabidly anti-Trump activist judges. So far, the tactic seems to be working. As of this past weekend, eight different rulings from the federal bench have temporarily halted the president’s executive orders.

Federal judges in Democrat-majority districts have issued preliminary injunctions blocking Trump’s executive actions to end birthright citizenship, reform and downsize the United States Agency for International Development, and offer buyouts to federal bureaucrats. A federal judge this past weekend blocked Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency and all other political appointees in the Trump administration — including the Treasury secretary and his deputies — from accessing payment data at the Treasury Department.

One judge even issued a restraining order halting a Trump order that would have ensured federal inmates are housed according to biological sex, not transgender identity, and also would have prevented tax dollars from being used to pay for “gender transitions” for federal inmates. (Another judge, appointed by Obama, took the extraordinary step of ordering the administration to pay back every cent of federal funding that’s been paused or canceled — and threatened anyone who violates his order with criminal contempt.)

What all this lawfare amounts to is a kind of judicial coup against the sitting president. By doling out injunctions like they’re USAID grants for LGBTQ awareness programs in Mali, Democrats have been able to hamstring key aspects of Trump’s agenda — at least for the moment. It’s a simple enough tactic. All Democrats have to do is shop for a venue to find the most activist, rabidly anti-Trump federal judges in the country, file their lawsuits, and wait for the injunctions to come raining down. King of Jordan Tells Trump He Will Take In 2,000 Sick Gaza Children

King Abdullah II of Jordan told President Trump at the White House on Tuesday that his country would give refuge to 2,000 children from Gaza who are sick with cancer or other illnesses.

During a meeting with Trump on Tuesday, the king said to “keep in mind that there is a plan from Egypt” and other Arab countries, and that they had to look out for the best interests of the people of the United States, Jordan, and the Middle East.

“One of the things that we can do right away is take 2,000 children that are either cancer children or in very ill-state to Jordan as quickly as possible,” the Jordanian king said. “And, then wait for the Egyptians to present their plan on how we can work with president.”

In response to the king’s announcement, Trump described it as a “beautiful gesture.”

The king’s offer to take in 2,000 sick children from the Gaza Strip comes as the Egyptian and Jordanian governments have previously rejected taking in displaced refugees from Gaza. (Read more from “King of Jordan Tells Trump He Will Take In 2,000 Sick Gaza Children” HERE)

Meet Latest Round of Lawfare Judges Trying to Upend MAGA

Three weeks into President Donald Trump’s second term and the Democrat Party is rudderless.

They lack compelling, charismatic leadership. They are rapidly losing ground in the culture war that they dominated for so long. They don’t have any favorable issues or narratives that are breaking out into the broader cultural consciousness. Their tried-and-true tactic of public shaming and cancelation couldn’t even keep the young DOGE employee known as “Big Balls” out of a job.

However, there is one element of the activist left that still poses a significant threat to Donald Trump and his agenda, and that is lawfare. Many of the same elements of our system of justice that were used to harass, bankrupt, and even try to jail President Trump in years past are still in place and are already being weaponized against MAGA right now.

Here are several activist judges who are trying to take control of the government for the Deep State as we speak. . .

Judge Angel Kelley, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, nominated by President Joe Biden

Yesterday, Kelley granted a restraining order against National Institute of Health (NIH) funding cuts. The Trump administration had moved to capped indirect costs, i.e. reimbursements for “overhead” expenses on university research, at 15 percent. This is fundamental to the Trump administration’s agenda of slashing waste, but it was met with strong pushback from the universities. Judge Kelley immediately stepped in on their behalf.
