Two Airport Authority Workers Arrested for Allegedly Leaking DC Plane Crash Video to CNN

Two employees of the authority that manages Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport were arrested over their alleged involvement in leaking surveillance footage of last week’s deadly midair aircraft collision to CNN.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) staffers are accused of making an unauthorized copy of records and are facing charges of computer trespass, the agency said Monday.

The legal trouble is tied to the chilling video obtained by CNN last week that offered a horrifying new vantage point to crash over the Potomac River, ABC News reported.

The Wednesday night collision between a Black Hawk helicopter and an American Airlines passenger jet killed all 67 people on both aircrafts.

The exclusive videos gave a closer and clearer look at the air disaster, including one clip in which the chopper is darting from the left side of the screen as the American Airlines flight approached the airport. 97% of Political Contributions From USAID Employees Went to Dems

Political contributions from employees at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) went almost entirely to Democrats, according to a Daily Wire analysis.

In the 2024 election cycle, USAID staff made a total of $406,790 in political contributions, according to data collected on OpenSecrets. More than half of that, $241,079, went to the former Vice President Kamala Harris. Only $999 — a quarter of a percent — went to President Donald Trump.

In all, just over $377,000, or 97%, went to Democrats, while just $12,704 went to Republicans. Open Secrets tracked all political donations of USAID employees to PACs and candidates over $200 via data from the Federal Election Commission.

These numbers highlight the political bias Trump and his team have said they need to root out from USAID. Trump on Monday said that the agency and its $50 billion annual budget were run by “radical left lunatics” who “went crazy during the Biden administration” and were giving money “to people that shouldn’t be getting” it. Elon Musk, who has been tasked with slashing federal waste through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), said the agency was “beyond repair.” (Read more from “97% of Political Contributions From USAID Employees Went to Dems” HERE)

Mexican Cartel Chiefs Order Members to Target U.S. Border Patrol With Drones, Explosives

Mexican drug cartels are ordering their members to target U.S. Border Patrol agents with kamikaze drones and other explosives amid a crackdown at the southern border by the Trump administration.

An internal memo titled “Officer Safety Alert” cited social media posts and other sources for the warning to federal agents, the New York Post reported. Agents were reminded to be “cognizant of their surroundings” and should be wearing their ballistic armor and utilizing their long firearms.

“On February 1, 2025, the El Paso Sector Intelligence and Operations Center (EPT-IOC) received information advising that Mexican cartel leaders have authorized the deployment of drones equipped with explosives to be used against US Border Patrol agents and US military personnel currently working along the border with Mexico,” the memo, obtained by the newspaper, states.

“It is recommended that all US Border Patrol agents and DoD personnel working along the border report any sighting of drones to their respective leadership staff and the EPT-IOC,” it said.

Fox News Digital has reached out to the U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). (Read more from “Mexican Cartel Chiefs Order Members to Target U.S. Border Patrol With Drones, Explosives” HERE)

Constitutional Expert: Trump Can Win No Matter How Birthright-Citizenship Fight Goes

President Donald Trump can win a significant victory no matter how the fight that erupted over his executive order over “birthright citizenship” ends up, according to a constitutional expert.

Jonathan Turley, the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro professor of public interest law at George Washington University, has not only advised Congress on constitutional matters but has represented members in court cases.

He recently wrote about the dispute over “birthright citizenship” that has erupted since Trump took office and issued a list of orders cracking down on illegal aliens, illegal immigration and more.

He explained, “The Fourteenth Amendment starts and ends as a model of clarity, stating that ‘all persons born or naturalized in the United States’ are ‘citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.’ However, sandwiched between those two phrases, Congress inserted the words ‘and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.’ Those six words have perplexed many since they were first drafted.”

He said the Supreme Court has seemed “conflicted” in its rulings on the issue, some of which date back a century and a half. (Read more from “Constitutional Expert: Trump Can Win No Matter How Birthright-Citizenship Fight Goes” HERE)

‘Drop Christianity and Embrace the Occult’: State Caught Pushing Anti-Christ Beliefs on Children

The state of California has been caught pushing occult religions on children, with counseling to consider “Tarot and Tidings,” your own “high priestess,” and situations “where your magic grows,” according to a report at Harbingers Daily.

It is the Department of Healthcare Services in California that pays for and promotes to children a website called Soluna. . .

And it offers one-on-one counseling: “Connect with a trained Soluna Coach whenever you need someone in your corner. Whether you’re looking to talk right now or want to schedule ahead, our coaches are here for you. No insurance needed, no session limits, and absolutely free – just open, judgment-free support on your terms.”

But the report explains how the app “advises teens to drop Christianity and embrace the occult.” (Read more from “‘Drop Christianity and Embrace the Occult’: State Caught Pushing Anti-Christ Beliefs on Children” HERE)

It’s Only Been Two Days Since Trump’s China Tariffs Dropped And Beijing Already Wants To Make A Deal

The Chinese government is reportedly preparing to begin trade talks with the U.S. after President Donald Trump slapped China with a 10% tariff, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Beijing is reportedly gearing up to discuss trade relations in an attempt to ward off further tariffs from the U.S., according to the WSJ. The WSJ report comes after Trump announced on Saturday that he is implementing 10% tariffs against China as well as 25% tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada in an attempt to crack down on illegal immigration and the trafficking of illicit drugs such as fentanyl stemming from the countries.

China’s initial trade proposal will be aimed at restoring a trade agreement that the country signed during Trump’s first term in 2020 but did not implement during former President Joe Biden’s term, anonymous sources told the WSJ. Beijing is now preparing to discuss with the Trump-Vance administration areas where China can purchase more from the U.S., the outlet reported.

When announcing the tariffs on Saturday, the White House wrote that there was an “extraordinary threat posed by illegal aliens and drugs, including deadly fentanyl” which “constitutes a national emergency under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.” The White House stated in the announcement that tariffs are a “powerful, proven source of leverage for protecting the national interest.”

Beijing on Sunday denounced Trump’s tariffs, stating that fentanyl was “America’s problem,” Reuters reported. Notably, deaths in the U.S. involving synthetic opioids other than methadone — primarily illicitly manufactured fentanyl — rose to 73,838 in 2022. The global fentanyl supply chain often starts with chemical companies based in China, and often passes through Mexico and then into the U.S. (Read more from “It’s Only Been Two Days Since Trump’s China Tariffs Dropped And Beijing Already Wants To Make A Deal” HERE)

Trump Team Working On Proposal to Gut Department of Education

President Donald Trump’s team is considering an executive order to dismantle the Department of Education, a source familiar with the plan confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

The source said that the executive order could take place in two parts: telling the secretary of education to dismantle the department as much as possible and then calling on Congress to pass a law to abolish the department altogether. They noted that things can change rapidly.

According to people speaking with the Wall Street Journal, Trump’s team is looking to end all functions of the agency that aren’t explicitly written into statute or redelegate the functions to other agencies.

Part of the effort to gut the department is coming from Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency. The Washington Post reported that about 20 members of DOGE were working directly out of the Department of Education headquarters.

While Trump is unable to unilaterally abolish the department, he does have the power to cut down many of its key functions and redirect it to diminish itself. (Read more from “Trump Team Working On Proposal to Gut Department of Education” HERE)

Report: Former Mexican Consulate Lawyer Coaches Illegals to Lie to ICE

The Mexican consulate in Tucson, Arizona, is working with a leftist group that facilitates illegal immigration, according to an investigation by The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project.

“These are hotbeds of radical activity,” Mike Howell, executive director of the Oversight Project, said to The Federalist. “They’re doing everything to coach these illegals to evade arrest. … It’s foreign interference through our domestic policies when you have the Mexican consulate involved.”

Mayra De La Torre — a former lawyer for the consulate — told illegals to lie to law enforcement about working in America in a video the Oversight Project published on Monday. The undercover footage exposed a seminar for illegals at Tucson’s Southside Worker Center, a non-governmental organization “building collective power” that hires out workers.

“You can make things up. ‘We’re not working, we’re volunteering here, this person is just helping,’” De La Torre said in the video. “What if they ask, ‘What about the $200?’” someone in the audience asked. “Say, ‘It’s a gift for my good work, for being a volunteer,’” De La Torre replied.

Howell said he is unsure how much time has passed since De La Torre stopped working for the Mexican consulate in her official capacity, or whether she is still working for it in an “unofficial capacity.” (Read more from “Report: Former Mexican Consulate Lawyer Coaches Illegals to Lie to ICE” HERE)

Tulsi Gabbard Secures Shock Senate Endorsement, Drastically Increasing Chance Of Confirmation

Republican Maine Sen. Susan Collins announced Monday she will support President Donald Trump’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI) nominee, Tulsi Gabbard.

“After extensive consideration of her nomination, I will support Tulsi Gabbard to be the Director of National Intelligence,” she said in a statement. “As one of the principal authors of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 that established this coordinating position, I understand the critical role the DNI plays in the Intelligence community.”

Sen. Collins noted that she shared an area of agreement with Gabbard.

“The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, however, has become far larger than it was designed to be, and Ms. Gabbard shares my vision of returning the agency to its intended size,” Collins said.

“In response to my questions during our discussion in my office and at the open hearing, as well as through her explanation at the closed hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Ms. Gabbard addressed my concerns regarding her views on Edward Snowden. I took forward to working with Ms. Gabbard to strengthen our national security.” (Read more from “Tulsi Gabbard Secures Shock Senate Endorsement, Drastically Increasing Chance Of Confirmation” HERE)

If Presidents Can’t Control Executive Agencies, Elections Are Fake

Amid the hundreds of substantive executive actions President Donald Trump has taken in his first two weeks back in the White House, perhaps none matter more than his efforts at bureaucracy-busting. That notably includes what Julie Kelly calls a “Friday night massacre” days ago of the Department of Justice’s January 6 prosecutorial staff, which erased 30-40 temporary positions Biden’s DOJ had attempted to make permanent.

Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove, “arguably, he has done more in two weeks than Trump’s entire Department of Justice did during his first term,” Kelly said in a Saturday video. So has acting D.C. U.S. Attorney Ed Martin, both while the Senate confirmation of U.S. attorney general nominee Pam Bondi remains pending.

Together, they’ve sought the firing or retirements of numerous top FBI and DOJ personnel, and an accounting of all FBI personnel involved in the Jan. 6, 2021 prosecutions. Martin is also directing an internal probe into the DOJ’s abuse of a post-Enron obstruction statute that the Supreme Court said the department used unlawfully to imprison right-leaning Capitol protesters with help from Constitution-hating federal judges. CIA mouthpiece Ken Dilanian complained on NBC, “This is probably the biggest purge in the modern history of the FBI, and we’re talking about most of the senior leadership at the bureau.”

The Office of Personnel Management and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) are also posing prominent test cases for how the Trump administration can reform a federal bureaucracy that has, by design, resisted elected control since its inception. The administration is considering folding USAID into the State Department, and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) doge Elon Musk claimed early Monday morning Trump supports doing so. The two agencies have long engaged in power struggles.

USAID is widely perceived as a CIA front organization. Former State Department official Mike Benz says USAID has funded international censorship and regime change operations. As demonstrated by journalists Diana West and M. Stanton Evans, the State Department has embedded Communist subversives from well before Whittaker Chambers all the way through secretaries Hillary Clinton and Antony Blinken, making it another top strategic threat to American self-governance.
