Court: Fani Willis Must Turn Over Communications With ‘Get Trump’ Special Counsel, J6 Committee

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis must forfeit any and all communications with Special Counsel Jack Smith and House Democrats’ Jan. 6 Committee, a state judge ruled on Tuesday.

In his six-page order, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled that Willis is “in default” for failing to file court documents responding to a legal challenge brought by Judicial Watch.

The conservative watchdog group filed a lawsuit against Willis in March after the Democrat district attorney denied having any of the records the group sought in an August 2023 open records request. That request aimed to obtain communications between her office and the special counsel and/or the Jan. 6 Committee.

Judicial Watch argued in its lawsuit that Willis’ “representation about not having records responsive to the request is likely false,” citing a December 2023 letter issued to the Fulton County prosecutor by the House Judiciary Committee. The committee indicated that Willis— who indicted Donald Trump and 18 other Republicans last year — “had coordinated [her] politically motivated prosecutions” and “investigative actions” with Smith’s office and the Jan. 6 Committee, respectively.

Despite Willis having multiple opportunities to respond to Judicial Watch’s legal filing, McBurney noted that she “never moved to open default on any basis (not even during the period when she could have opened default as a matter of right), she never paid costs, and she never offered up a meritorious defense.” (Read more from “Court: Fani Willis Must Turn Over Communications With ‘Get Trump’ Special Counsel, J6 Committee” HERE)

Trump Considers Replacing Pete Hegseth With Ron DeSantis as Defense Secretary Pick: Report

President-elect Donald Trump is considering replacing Pete Hegseth, his controversial pick to lead the Pentagon, with one-time 2024 rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, people familiar with the discussions told The Wall Street Journal Tuesday.

The move comes as Hegseth, a 44-year-old Army veteran and former Fox News personality, faces increasing scrutiny over allegations of sexual misconduct and financial mismanagement.

The defense secretary post requires Senate confirmation and Hegseth faces an increasingly uphill battle to win over GOP members with concerns about his past.

As many as six Senate Republicans have expressed reservations about confirming Hegseth for the top Pentagon role, according to NBC News.

DeSantis, a former Navy Judge Advocate General, was on a short-list of potential defense secretary candidates presented to Trump by transition officials before he went with Hegseth, according to the Journal. ‘Celebrating Diversity’: Biden’s Army, Navy Nominees Pushed DEI Ideology While In Uniform

Army and Navy officials recently promoted by President Joe Biden pushed neo-Marxist ideology in the military, The Federalist has learned.

According to a Nov. 15 Pentagon press release, Biden promoted Army Cols. Peter L. Gilbert and Antwan L. Dunmyer to the rank of brigadier general. Gilbert served as commander of the 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command at Fort Liberty (formerly known as Fort Bragg) in North Carolina, while Dunmyer served as the deputy commander of operations for the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell in Kentucky.

The Federalist has learned that both individuals have promoted ideas affiliated with so-called “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI), an offshoot of neo-Marxist ideology, in their capacities as military officials. As The Federalist previously reported, DEI is a poisonous left-wing framework that dismisses merit and instead discriminates based on characteristics such as skin color and sex.

In early 2021, Gilbert recorded a video message commemorating Black History Month that was posted to the 101st Division Sustainment Brigade’s Facebook page. The Army official served with the brigade from July 2020 to July 2022, according to his LinkedIn profile.

After recognizing the contributions of black Americans in the military throughout U.S. history, Gilbert touted how the 101st Division Sustainment Brigade is “dedicated” to championing “diversity,” which he contended contributes to the force’s overall effectiveness. School Takes Action After Teen Was Forced to Read Porn Out Loud in Class

A school in Nevada has agreed to settle a lawsuit brought on behalf of a child in the district who was forced by officials to read pornography – out loud – in class.

The resolution to the case is described by the American Center for Law and Justice as a “significant victory.”

The basis of the lawsuit was that officials in Nevada’s Clark County School District had forced a child to perform a pornographic monologue in a theater class, the legal team explained.

“After significant testimony was revealed in depositions, CCSD settled with us, affirming the rights of parents and students in the face of inappropriate educational content,” the ACLJ announced.

The case was over the forced performance by a 15-year-old student, and a judge had rejected the school’s demand that the case be dismissed. (Read more from “School Takes Action After Teen Was Forced to Read Porn Out Loud in Class” HERE)

China Escalates Trade War With US By Slapping Ban On Minerals Used In Ammunition, Semiconductors

China announced Tuesday that it is banning exports to the U.S. of some metals and rare minerals which can be used in the production of semiconductors and ammunition, according to the Financial Times.

China’s Ministry of Commerce announced that it is banning exports of “dual-use” items related to germanium, gallium, antimony and superhard materials to the US in retaliation against the US government’s latest trade restrictions, according to the Financial Times. The ministry also announced that it is placing more rigid controls on exports of graphite-related items, the Financial Times reported.

The key minerals and metals are used in the production of a variety of items, including batteries, military hardware and semiconductors, according to the Financial Times. Beijing has largely dominated the global supply of various crucial resources, the Financial Times reported. Researchers estimated there could be a $3.4 billion decrease in US gross domestic product if China implements a total ban on exports of germanium and gallium, minerals used in some semiconductors and other high-tech manufacturing, according to a November report from the U.S. Geological Survey.

China’s decision comes after the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) announced on Monday new restrictions designed to curb the People’s Republic of China’s capacity to produce advanced semiconductors that can be used in advanced weapon systems, artificial intelligence and advanced computing, according to a Monday press release. The BIS also added 140 unnamed Chinese companies to a restricted trade list. (Read more from “China Escalates Trade War With US By Slapping Ban On Minerals Used In Ammunition, Semiconductors” HERE)

Biological Man Defeats Women For ‘Model Of The Year’ Title For The First Time

Alex Consani, a biological male, became the first transgender Model of the Year at the 2024 Fashion Awards on Monday.

Consani became the latest biological male to steal a woman’s spotlight when he appeared on stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London, calling the moment a “big step in the right direction.” Consani has spent the bulk of 2024 participating in various runway shows, modeling for brands such as Chanel, Stella McCartney and Victoria’s Secret.

The 21-year-old walked on stage with bleach-blond hair and eyebrows to accept the title. Consani thanked “black transwomen” Dominique Jackson, Connie Fleming and Aaron Rose Philip, who “really fought for the space I’m in today,” the model said.

He also thanked his parents for supporting his dream of joining the fashion industry, adding that more parents of transgender children should demonstrate the same level of support. (Read more from “Biological Man Defeats Women For ‘Model Of The Year’ Title For The First Time” HERE)

Disturbing Claim: Hunter Made Art with His Own Feces to Try to Cover Debts

Monday on Stephen Gardner’s “Taming Wall Street” YouTube show, Breitbart editor-in-chief and “Alex Marlow Show” host Alex Marlow discussed a claim about Hunter Biden’s art.

Gardner said, “I don’t know if you know this story or not, but I guess Hunter Biden was $380,000 behind in rent to hedge fund manager Shaun Maguire. And he kept asking him, you’ve got to pay me, you’ve got to pay me. Um, Hunter Biden paints this painting and says, because of my name and my superior painting and artistic ability, you can sell this and get caught up on the rent that I owe you. Well, the guy receives the painting, and he’s like, this, this painting is terrible. And then he has it analyzed and the painting was painted with Hunter’s own poop, his own fecal matter. Have you heard this story at all?“

The CIA Keeps Popping Up In The Biden-Ukraine Saga

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is linked throughout the Biden-Ukraine entanglements, from Trump’s first impeachment to Hunter Biden’s business dealings.

Back in 2019, the then-National Intelligence Council analyst Eric Ciaramella anonymously accused Trump of demanding an investigation into Biden’s alleged corruption in Ukraine in exchange for military aid, according to Real Clear Investigations.

Ciaramella was an adviser to then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office when Biden threatened to stop aid to Ukraine unless it fired Viktor Shokin, Real Clear stated. Shokin was the prosecutor investigating the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma Holdings. Hunter joined the board of Burisma in 2014 where he was making $80,000 a month, according to bank records.

While Ciaramella was accusing Trump of using a “quid pro quo,” Hunter’s payments were not as scrutinized in 2019. A transcript of Trump’s call eventually revealed that he did not make a promise to Zelenskyy or threaten to withhold aid to Ukraine.

Ciaramella had conversations with key Biden aides and Ukrainian prosecutors, White House emails and photos released from the National Archives demonstrated. (Read more from “The CIA Keeps Popping Up In The Biden-Ukraine Saga” HERE)

Female Republican Senators Express Support for Pete Hegseth: ‘The Answer’ to Restoring the Military

Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) expressed full support for Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth after meeting with him Monday amid an onslaught of hit pieces from the establishment media.

“Are soldiers sometimes wild childs? Yeah, that can happen, but it is very clear that this guy is the guy who, at a time when Americans were losing confidence in their own military, in our ability to project strength around the world, Pete Hegseth is the answer to that concern,” she told reporters on Tuesday, according to Politico.

Her support comes at a critical time, as Hegseth comes under attack from anonymous sources in reports about his alleged behavior when drinking or with women from as far back as 2014.

Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) also expressed support for Hegseth, posting that she was glad to meet with him and discuss their shared priorities of restoring U.S. military deterrence and attracting more patriotic young Americans to military service.

Liar Joe Biden Pardons Son Hunter in Bombshell U-Turn; Hunter Biden Responds to Pardon

Joe Biden made the shock announcement Sunday night that he would issue a presidential pardon for his troubled son Hunter, calling his prosecution ‘selective’ and ‘unfair.’

The bombshell U-turn decision comes just weeks after The White House denied the president would make the drastic move in the final months of his lame duck presidency. Biden, himself, said as recently as June that he would ‘not pardon’ his son.

‘From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted,’ Biden said in a statement.

The president claimed that people are ‘almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form.’

He then added: ‘It is clear that Hunter was treated differently.’ (Read more from “Liar Joe Biden Pardons Son Hunter in Bombshell U-Turn” HERE)

Hunter Biden Responds to Pardon: ‘Will Never Take the Clemency’ ‘for Granted’

By Breitbart. Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, issued a statement after he received a full and complete pardon from his father, stating that he would “never take the clemency” he received “for granted.”

In a post on X, Matt Viser, a White House reporter with the Washington Post revealed that the younger Biden had issued a statement that he had “admitted and taken responsibility” for his mistakes “during the darkest days” of his addiction. Hunter Biden added in his statement that he would “devote the life” he had rebuilt to helping others who were “still sick and suffering.”

“I have admitted and taken responsibility for my mistakes during the darkest days of my addiction – mistakes that have been exploited to publicly humiliate and shame me and my family for political sport,” Hunter Biden said in his statement. “Despite all of this, I have maintained my sobriety for more than five years because of my deep faith and the unwavering love and support of my family and friends.”

“In the throes of addiction, I squandered many opportunities and advantages,” Hunter Biden continued. “In recovery we can be given the opportunity to make amends where possible and rebuild our lives if we never take for granted the mercy that we have been afforded. I will never take the clemency I have been given today for granted and will devote the life I have rebuilt to helping those who are still sick and suffering.” (Read more from “Hunter Biden Responds to Pardon: ‘Will Never Take the Clemency’ ‘For Granted’” HERE)
