Judge Declares Mistrial in Case of Arizona Rancher Charged With Murder of Mexican National on Border Property

A jury was unable to reach a verdict in the case of Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, who was accused of second-degree murder in connection to the death of a Mexican national found fatally shot on his borderland ranch in January 2023.

The jury began deliberating April 18. After days of being unable to reach a verdict, the judge overseeing the trial declared a mistrial on Monday.

The case centered around the death of Mexican national Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, who was found shot to death on Kelly’s 170-acre cattle ranch near Keno Springs outside Nogales, Arizona, on Jan. 30, 2023.

Kelly’s defense has countered the prosecution’s argument that Cuen-Buitimea was an unarmed migrant and has suggested cartel influence mired the death investigation.

“Long story short, this is simply not somebody who’s looking for the American dream. There’s no evidence that this person is here for those kinds of benign purposes,” Kelly’s defense attorney, Brenna Larkin, said during her closing argument on Thursday. “And we bring that up, not, you know, to be judgmental about Gabriel or to not have compassion for him. But when people are involved in a criminal lifestyle, it’s dangerous. It’s more inherently dangerous than simply being a migrant who’s coming here. So it’s relevant for that reason.” (Read more from “Judge Declares Mistrial in Case of Arizona Rancher Charged With Murder of Mexican National on Border Property” HERE)

An Overlooked Trump Cabinet Pick Could Upend the Left’s Grip on Power

President Joe Biden summed up his education vision last year with a few words.

“There is no such thing as someone else’s child. No such thing as someone else’s child. Our nation’s children are all our children,” Biden said while honoring the 2023 teacher of the year.

Biden’s remarks triggered a firestorm among Republicans, education activists and parents alike.

Now those Biden critics are strategizing for a potential second Trump administration. Priorities have been outlined, shortlists have been drawn. Some are preparing to join the administration.

But it’ll be up to Trump to make his pick for the unheralded but critical cabinet spot of education secretary. (Read more from “An Overlooked Trump Cabinet Pick Could Upend the Left’s Grip on Power” HERE)

U.S. Reportedly Prepping Massive Weapons Package to Fast-Track to Ukraine

The Pentagon is preparing a large aid package to quickly send to Ukraine as soon as President Joe Biden signs into law a long-awaited Ukraine aid bill passed over the weekend, Politico reported, citing two U.S. officials.

Department of Defense (DOD) planners have not finalized the contents of the package, but it would likely include armored Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, artillery and air defenses Ukraine needs badly, Politico reported, citing the two sources speaking on condition of anonymity ahead of the formal announcement. The upcoming tranche of aid will be significantly larger than the Pentagon’s usual $300 million package, one of the officials said, along with a third U.S. official with knowledge of the discussions.

The Pentagon intends to deliver a “big package to help meet Ukraine’s battlefield needs,” one of the officials told Politico.

U.S. officials believe Ukraine’s hope of a military victory against Russia is dwindling, and Kyiv could face defeat by the end of the year if its backers do not surge much-needed equipment, Politico reported.

Pentagon planners may include older Humvees and M113 armored personnel carriers in the package, according to Politico. (Read more from “U.S. Reportedly Prepping Massive Weapons Package to Fast-Track to Ukraine” HERE)

Ukraine Bill Allocates Funds for Increased Immigration to U.S.

The recently proposed Ukraine aid bill championed by House Speaker Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) has drawn attention for its allocation of at least $481 million towards facilitating further migration into the United States, amid broader provisions for economic and military assistance to Ukraine.

President Joe Biden has been advocating for this funding since August, facing repeated obstacles due to pressure from voters and Republican lawmakers. The bill, primarily focused on providing Ukraine with substantial economic aid and military support, includes a provision on page 18 directing $481 million to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for refugee and entrant assistance activities authorized by immigration laws.

While much of the aid is intended for humanitarian efforts, raising concerns about the potential ramifications of increased migration. There’s a likelihood that significant portions of the funds will be allocated to Democrat-led cities, which they label as “Ponzi-scheme cities,” and argue that deliberate migrant influxes may displace American citizens.

Additionally, the bill includes $300 million for bolstering border security in Ukraine, alongside an Israel aid package totaling $3.5 billion for addressing humanitarian needs. However, the wording of the bill does not explicitly prohibit the allocation of funds towards facilitating migration to the United States.

Critics, including William Gheen, founder of the pro-American group ALIPAC, expressed concerns about the potential national security implications of increased migration to the United States. Gheen asserts that policies contributing to a weaker, more divided America are being pursued by both Democrats and certain Republican factions aligned with globalist interests.

Alina Habba: Criminal and Civil Courts Being Used Against Trump Because ‘They Cannot Beat Him in the Polls’

Alina Habba, lawyer and spokesperson for former President Donald Trump, accused Democrats of going after the Republican presidential nominee in court because they cannot beat him in the polls.

“The fact that we have two courts, not one — criminal and civil — being used against one man because they cannot beat him in the polls is a disgrace to the American judicial system,” she said in remarks at the New York State Supreme Court Building in Manhattan after opening arguments in the hush money case.

“You should not have two teams of lawyers here today. You should not even be here today, because he did nothing wrong. It is the epitome of a witch hunt,” she told reporters.

Habba said she had just come from a different court where Trump has been accused of inflating the value of his assets to receive favorable loans he has since paid back. He was at first ordered to post a $454 million bond before he could appeal, but an appellate court ruled he would only have to post $175 million. New York Judge Arthur Engoron on Monday accepted that bond, which will prevent Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James from seizing his assets as he appeals the case.

Habba accused Engoron of not understanding “basic principles of financing” and said he and James “had no idea what they were talking about.” (Read more from “Alina Habba: Criminal and Civil Courts Being Used Against Trump Because ‘They Cannot Beat Him in the Polls’” HERE)

Hillary: Second Trump Term ‘Will Be Like Having a Dictator’

Former President Donald Trump’s so-called “threats” should “scare every American,” twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said, asserting that a second Trump term would be like “having a dictator” in the Oval Office.

“And the kind of threats that you hear coming out of Donald Trump should scare every American,” Clinton, who lost to Trump in a surprise defeat in 2016, said during a Friday appearance on Democracy Docket’s Defending Democracy podcast, stating that President Biden is “modeling responsible leadership” by “not engaging in vitriolic attacks on people, in rallies and online, not threatening to execute people and putting them in jail.”

Clinton did not address several instances of Biden’s divisions throughout his presidency, such as his constant attacks on “MAGA Americans,” demonizing them, accusing them of threatening democracy itself, and claiming they do not believe in the rule of law nor respect the U.S. Constitution. She also did not mention the war Biden waged on unvaccinated Americans during his first two years in office, essentially calling them selfish, irresponsible, and unpatriotic.

Nevertheless, in Clinton’s mind Trump is an “authoritarian.”

“Because with an authoritarian, you never know what side of the bed they’ll wake up on, you never know who they’re going to be upset with today, you never know if somebody basically bribes them by giving business to a relative or some other gift, that they will try to destroy one business to advantage another,” she said, adding that they, too, do not “believe in the rule of law” — the same accusation Biden made toward MAGA Americans. DEI Official at UCLA School of Medicine Massively Plagiarized Her Dissertation on DEI

Recent headlines about UCLA School of Medicine suggest that the institution has lost its focus. Instead of brushing up on organic chemistry, its students were subjected to lessons on “Indigenous womxn” and “two-spirits.” Future doctors had to take a class on “structural racism” and were led in a “Free Palestine” chant by a Hamas-praising guest speaker. The school made plans to segregate students by race for courses on left-wing ideology, and two of its psychiatry residents championed “revolutionary suicide.”

Why has the school charted this course? One reason is its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ideology. UCLA has a DEI program called “Cultural North Star,” and at the medical school, it is led by Natalie J. Perry. Her official biography says her job is to “embed our aspirational Cultural North Stars [sic] value [sic] in our organizational DNA.” UCLA honored Perry last month for teaching students to “do what’s right,” saying her “empathy and radical listening” are to thank for her “success as an educator and a leader.”

According to a Daily Wire and City Journal investigation, however, Perry’s academic career is based on fraud. Perry has published a single paper, a 2014 Ph.D. dissertation at the University of Virginia about how colleges should create larger DEI programs. An analysis of the paper found it ridden with the worst sort of plagiarism, reproducing large swaths of text directly from several other authors, without citations. The scale of the plagiarism suggests that Perry lacks both ethics and competence and raises questions about academic programs that push DEI.

Perry’s dissertation lifted passages from ten other papers. In key portions of her text, she copied almost every paragraph from other sources without attribution. She fails even to mention at least four of the ten plagiarized papers anywhere in her dissertation. Dems’ Latest: They Want Trump Jailed and Murdered, and Have a Plan to Make Both Happen…

By Revolver News. In case you were wondering, yes, the Dems not only want President Trump in prison—they want him out of the picture entirely, as in ending his life. It sounds diabolical, right? Well, it is. It’s as anti-American, immoral, and evil as it gets. Yet, it’s our current political reality as the party known for its gender confusion and judicial lawfare gears up to make these dark wishes a reality. Firstly, they’ve put Trump through a series of sham trials, amounting to some of the most egregious forms of election interference we’ve seen since the advent of unverified mail-in ballots.

These aren’t just trials; they’re communist-style show trials. And now, Democrats are making an even more sinister move, in an obvious attempt to snuff out Trump’s life.

Rep. Bennie Thompson, who you know was the former chair of the bogus Jan. 6 committee, has just introduced legislation that would terminate Secret Service protection for anyone sentenced to a year or more in jail. This is not just a policy proposal; it’s a clear political hit aimed directly at Trump, exposing him to an unprecedented risk of assassination. The implications of this bill are bone-chilling, and the murderous intent behind it is crystal clear. . .

Keep in mind that he doesn’t even need to be sentenced for this to take place in Dem’s devious world, only convicted, and how easy will that be in the kangaroo courts that have been strategically set up in liberal-run hellholes like Manhattan and the DC Swamp?

Revolver has been all over this “activist juror” issue involving the politicized “hush money” trial in New York City. The Dems have rigged the game to the point where Trump can’t possibly get a fair trail in that progressive cesspool. And if he does happen to find a potential juror who could help save him from this unjust nightmare, they pull the “conservative misguided virtue card” and ruin everything. Former January 6 Panel Chair Unveils Bill That Could Strip Trump of Secret Service Protection

By Daily Wire. Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), the Democrat who led the now-defunct January 6 Committee, announced legislation last week that could disqualify former President Donald Trump from keeping Secret Service protection.

The bill, which comes as Trump faces multiple criminal cases as he runs for another term in the White House, does not mention the former president by name. However, Thompson, who is the top-ranking member of the Homeland Security Committee, released a “fact sheet” that says Trump would be affected if the proposal passes and he is convicted of a felony.

“Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee — even a former President. It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality,” Thompson said.

“Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment — and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them,” he added. Tucker Carlson Says UFOs Are ‘Spiritual Beings,’ Politicians Blackmailed by ‘Weird Sex Lives,’ Tells Joe Rogan About Eating Magic Mushrooms (VIDEO)

Tucker Carlson gave a wide-ranging interview with Joe Rogan, where the pair discussed UFOs being “spiritual beings,” politicians being blackmailed by intelligence agencies over their “weird sex lives,” blasting Joe Scarborough, and partaking in too many magic mushrooms. . .

Tucker said of unidentified anomalous phenomena, “If they are spiritual beings – which I believe they are – it’s binary, they’re either team good or team bad. And I think some of them are bad.”

Carlson also called the UAPs “supernatural” because they are “beyond nature of what we understand it.” He noted that the crafts had “no visible means of propulsion” and hit “indescribable speeds” in the air and the sea. . .

“There is a whole world that we can’t see that acts on people, the supernatural world that’s acting on us all the time for good and bad,” the veteran broadcaster continued. “Every society has thought this before ours. In fact, every society in all recorded history has thought that until, I’ll be specific – August 1945 – when we dropped the atom bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And all of a sudden the West is just officially secular – ‘We’re God, there is no god but us.'”

Carlson said, We’re being acted on by spiritual forces. At all times.” (Read more from “Tucker Carlson Says UFOs Are ‘Spiritual Beings,’ Politicians Blackmailed by ‘Weird Sex Lives,’ Tells Joe Rogan About Eating Magic Mushrooms (VIDEO)” HERE)

Our Galaxy’s Largest Black Hole Has Been Discovered Close to Earth: Report

The Debrief recently reported that scientists from the European Space Agency’s Gaia mission have located a black hole with a mass of 33 solar masses, which makes it the largest black hole of stellar origin ever discovered in the Milky Way galaxy.

The discovery, which was found after Gaia’s fourth data release, could shed new light on the formation and prevalence of black holes throughout the known universe.

The black hole, which has been named Gaia BH3, is part of a binary system located around 590 parsecs from Earth. The discovery is significant because of the black hole’s mass and because it challenges current models of stellar evolution and the formation of black holes, according to the report.

Black holes are mysterious regions in space where the gravitational pull is so strong that not even light can escape it. While they are not visible to the naked eye, they are usually identified by the high-energy radiation emitted when they interact with other stars or gas clouds.

However, the Debrief noted that Gaia BH3 does not interact with its companion star, which makes it a “dormant” black hole. It is only detectable through the gravitational influence it has on its companion. (Read more from “Our Galaxy’s Largest Black Hole Has Been Discovered Close to Earth: Report” HERE)
