The NFL’s first transgender cheerleader is speaking out. Not only is he voicing opposition to bans on hormonal therapy and supporting males competing in women’s sports. He’s also saying he wants his story to serve as an inspiration for trans kids.

Justine Lindsay, a cheerleader on the Carolina Panthers TopCats squad, recently gave an interview to Elle magazine in which he explained what he sees as the historical significance of his position.

“Everything that I’m going through now, it’s bigger than me,” he told Elle. “I’m setting things up for the younger generation. No one is going to stop this show.”

Report: Biden Plans Photo ID Cards for Illegals

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is reportedly planning to give photo identification (ID) cards to border crossers and illegal aliens before they are released into the United States.

Leaked images of the photo ID cards for illegal aliens were first published by Adam Shaw at Fox News, showing space for the carrier’s photo, a QR code, and information about the carrier, including name and age — similar to a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

The ID cards, part of a DHS pilot program, could be used by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents at airports or to access public benefits.

When news of the ID cards leaked last year, officials with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency defended the program, saying, “For provisionally released noncitizens, the digital modernization will provide ongoing access to important immigration documents through the secure card and connected portal.” (Read more from “Report: Biden Plans Photo ID Cards for Illegals” HERE)

Texas Defies Joe Biden, Reinstalls Razor Wire to Keep Illegal Aliens Out

In the last 24 hours, over 10,000 illegal migrants have crossed into Eagle Pass, Texas illegally— triggering a state of emergency in the small border town.

To curb the mass migration of illegal aliens into the U.S. from the Texas- Mexico border, Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) ordered the reinstallation of razor wire fences after federal officials cut down a previous fence.

Before sunrise on Thursday, another 250 illegal migrants were waiting to be processed, as hundreds more are expected. The already-overwhelming border has residents declaring this to be the worst crisis they have ever seen.

Judge Orders Phoenix’s Largest Homeless Encampment to Be Permanently Cleared Out in 45 Days

A judge recently ordered the city of Phoenix, Arizona, to permanently clear out a homeless encampment known as “the Zone” by November 4.

On Wednesday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Scott Blaney issued a ruling on a lawsuit filed by Phoenix residents and business owners concerning the city’s largest homeless encampment. They claimed Phoenix “created, maintained, and/or failed to abate a public nuisance.”

According to the Goldwater Institute, more than 1,000 unhoused people reside in the Zone, sleeping in makeshift tents on the sidewalks. However, a count conducted just last week put the number closer to 500, according to KPNX.

Residents have reported seeing open-air drug use, public sex, defecation, and urination, the law firm stated. In addition, the area around the Zone has experienced an uptick in violent crimes, including shootings, stabbings, and rapes, the Goldwater Institute claimed. Fetterman Wears Casual Shorts to Senate for Meeting With Zelensky

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., dressed down for an official meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Capitol, just days after the Senate dress code was altered.

Zelenskyy traveled to Washington, D.C., on Thursday to meet with President Biden and a bipartisan group of lawmakers, a trip that marks his second visit to the U.S.

While every other member of Congress appeared in a suit and tie to welcome Zelenskyy, Fetterman arrived in his usual casual attire — shorts, a short-sleeved shirt and tennis shoes.

Since getting sworn into office in January, Fetterman has been known for showing up to work in gym shorts and sweatshirts — an uncommon choice for most senators.

While Thursday marks only one of many occurrences where Fetterman appeared in casual clothing to the Senate building, it is one of his first appearances since Democrats changed the dress code standards for lawmakers. An Oregon mother who waterboarded her baby and put him in a freezer to test if the father “gave a f*** at all” about the child, court documents say, just got her sentence: 30 days in jail.

In addition to her jail time, 30-year-old Sharday McDonald also was sentenced Tuesday to three years of probation after being convicted of criminal mistreatment, tampering with a witness, and ID theft, KATU-TV reported. . .

Gresham police in October 2021 responded to a report of a mom putting her baby in a freezer at an apartment at 174th and Burnside, KATU reported, citing court documents.

Arriving officers heard through the door a woman yelling, “You don’t want him. Let me show you this little f***ing baby I don’t f***ing give a f*** about,” the station said.

When the woman — later identified as McDonald — answered the door, she was holding the baby in a blanket, KATU reported. President Biden left the Brazilian president visibly frustrated after he wandered off the stage at the United Nations without shaking his hand, culminating in a gaffe-prone speech that began with the 80-year-old commander in chief nearly knocking over the Brazilian flag.

Mr. Biden walked into the 7-foot-tall Brazilian flag as he took the stage Thursday, nearly knocking it over. He then took a minute to steady the flag, which began to wobble.

After Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva joined him on stage to announce a partnership between his nation and the U.S. on workers’ rights, Mr. Biden fumbled with his headset, which he was using to hear a translated speech.

“Can you hear me, President Biden? This is a historic moment for Brazil and the U.S.,” Mr. Lula said.

Biden Tells the Same Story, Almost Word for Word, Just Minutes After Telling It the First Time

President Joe Biden told a story at a Manhattan campaign event, appearing completely oblivious to the fact that — just moments earlier — he had told the exact same story, almost word for word.

The story was one Biden has told numerous times in the past — about the 2017 riot in Charlottesville and how it had ultimately proved to be the inspiration behind Biden’s 2020 presidential run.

The White House press pool report addressed the issue, stating, “After briefly touting his economic record, POTUS reflected on his decision to seek the presidency. He told the story about the events of Charlottesville in 2017 as the reason for his campaign. A few minutes later, he told the story again, nearly word for word.”

The New York Post elaborated on the event, hosted by real estate heiress and billionaire Amy Goldman Fowler, during which Biden apparently joked about being happily retired before the events of 2017 transpired.

“You remember those folks walking out of the fields literally carrying torches, with Nazi swastikas, holding them forward, singing the same vicious, antisemitic bile — the same exact bile — bile that was sung in — in Germany in the early ‘30s. And a young woman was killed. Garland Accidentally Admitted Biden DOJ Thwarted Weiss’s Hunter Investigation

U.S. Attorney, now Special Counsel, David Weiss did not have full charging authority during the bulk of his federal investigation into Hunter Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland slyly admitted in his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.

Garland’s confession contradicts his previous under-oath insistence that Weiss possessed all of the authority he needed to properly charge President Joe Biden’s youngest son with various tax and gun crimes, some of which extended to other jurisdictions.

“You said [Weiss] had complete authority but he’d already been turned down. He wanted to bring an action in the District of Columbia and the U.S. attorney there said ‘no, you can’t.’ And then you go tell the United States Senate under oath that he has complete authority,” Chairman Jim Jordan explained during the hearing.

“No one had the authority to turn him down,” Garland claimed. One second later, Garland divulged that those U.S. attorneys in fact “could refuse to partner with him.”

Lawsuit: Democrats’ No-Excuse Absentee Voting Law Violates New York Constitution

New York’s new no-excuse absentee voting law violates its state constitution, a new lawsuit filed by a coalition of Republican groups and politicians alleges.

Filed on Wednesday by the Republican National Committee and other Republican-affiliated groups, the suit contends that a law signed by Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul “allow[ing] any registered voter in the state to cast an early ballot by mail” breaches the New York Constitution. Under New York’s top legal document, absentee voting is strictly reserved for qualified voters who may be “absent from the county of their residence” or “unable to appear personally at the polling place because of illness or physical disability.”

The RNC alleges that New York’s new voting law ignores this provision by permitting “qualified voters to vote by mail rather than in person, even if they do not satisfy either of the two limited exceptions set forth” in the state constitution.

“The Mail-Voting Law was enacted by the Legislature in open and knowing defiance of Article II, § 2, ignoring and subverting the will of the People whom the Legislature is supposed to represent,” the lawsuit reads. The suit’s plaintiffs — who were brought together with the assistance of Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE) — include Republican Reps. Elise Stefanik and Claudia Tenney, among others.
