Iran Speeding Up Transfer Of Precision Weapons To Terrorist Group Hezbollah: Report

Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism and the backers of the terrorist group Hezbollah in Lebanon, is reportedly speeding up its transfer of precision weapons to Hezbollah as Israel is rumored to be preparing for a war to protect itself in the north.

According to Missile Threat, Hezbollah already has 130,000 rockets, and is considered the world’s most heavily armed non-state actor. As recently as Thursday, Hezbollah launched 50 rockets and missiles at northern Israel.

“We can no longer accept [Hezbollah’s elite] Radwan force sitting on the border,” Tzachi Hanegbi, Israel’s national security adviser, told Channel 12 earlier this month. “We can no longer accept Resolution 1701 [a 2006 U.N. Security Council resolution that bans Hezbollah from being within nearly 20 miles of Israel’s border] not being implemented.”

“The situation in the north must be changed. And it will change. Iraq Works to Expel U.S. Forces After Iran-Backed Shiite Militia Attacks

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani said on Thursday that his government is working to expel U.S. and allied troops. Iran-linked Shiite militias have relentlessly attacked American forces in Iraq since Hamas terrorists attacked Israel on October 7 and began the current Gaza war.

“We are in the process of reorganizing this relationship. With the presence of capable Iraqi forces, the Iraqi government is heading towards ending the presence of the international coalition forces,” Sudani said at a press conference with socialist Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.

Spain has some troops in Iraq, but the bulk of the foreign forces are Americans, nominally serving as advisers, trainers, and consultants to the Iraqi military.

Sanchez said his government would support “the unity, sovereignty, and stability of Iraq.” He also condemned Israel for its strikes in Gaza, a position Sudani applauded.

Report: Chinese Spy Balloon Exploits American Internet Provider to Communicate

A recent report revealed that the Chinese spy balloon that infiltrated the United States several months ago utilized an American internet service provider to establish communication links. According to an NBC News report published on Thursday, this information was disclosed by two current and one former U.S. official familiar with the assessment.

The assessment indicated that the spy balloon, which traversed the United States, was connected to a U.S.-based company, facilitating the exchange of communications primarily related to its navigation with China. Officials who are well-versed with the assessment highlighted that this connection allowed the balloon to transmit burst transmissions, characterized by high-bandwidth collections of data over short periods.

President Joe Biden’s administration reportedly sought a “highly secretive” court order to gather intelligence about the spy balloon while it hovered over the United States. The court’s ruling, however, remains shrouded in mystery. The order would have empowered U.S. intelligence agencies to conduct electronic surveillance on the balloon, including its communications via the American internet service provider.

The company implicated in the communication channel has denied any involvement, and its name has not been disclosed to safeguard the identities of the sources. Notably, the Biden administration reportedly aimed to keep the incident involving the Chinese spy balloon under wraps.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken later declared that the Chinese spy balloon chapter was “closed” as long as China refrained from similar actions in the future. Despite the reassurances, defense and intelligence officials maintain that, according to the U.S. assessment, the balloon was unable to transmit intelligence back to China while it was over U.S. airspace.

Christians in Nigeria Massacred in Christmas Weekend Terror Attacks

At least 160 Nigerian Christians were murdered and 300 injured in a series of terror attacks over Christmas weekend, according to multiple reports.

The attacks on at least 26 Christian communities made it “one of the most violent [times] in the area’s history,” Maria Lozano, a representative for the group Aid to the Church in Need, told the Catholic News Agency.

President of the Christian Association of Nigeria Archbishop Daniel Okoh condemned the attacks, which some have blamed on the Muslim Fulani militia.

“We condemn these acts of violence in the strongest possible terms. The burning down of houses, and worship centers, and the destruction of properties worth millions of naira is not only a criminal act but also a direct assault on our shared values of peace, unity, and mutual respect,” Okoh said, reports CNA. Kim Jong Un Orders Acceleration of North Korea’s War Preparations Against U.S.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has announced a directive to “further accelerate” the country’s military defenses, citing the need to counter “confrontational moves” from the United States. The announcement came during a meeting between Kim and the ruling party, the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), where policy plans for the country’s direction in 2024 were discussed.

According to North Korea’s state media, Kim outlined “militant tasks” for the munitions industry, nuclear weapons, civil defense sectors, and the army to intensify war preparations. The leader pointed to the “grave political and military situation in the Korean peninsula,” attributing it to the “anti-DPRK confrontation moves of the U.S. and its vassal forces unprecedented in history,” as reported by news agency KCNA.

North Korea has previously expressed support for Russia in its conflict with Ukraine, adding strain to the relationship between North Korea and the U.S. In September, Kim and Russian leader Vladimir Putin held discussions in Russia on military matters, with Kim lauding Russia’s “sacred fight” against Ukraine during a visit to Russia’s Vostochny Cosmodrome.

The state media report stated that Kim clarified the Workers’ Party of Korea’s independent principle to “expand and develop” relations with anti-imperialist independent countries. Kim emphasized the intention to “wage” a “joint action” with these nations on an international scale amid the rapidly changing world geopolitical situation.

According to Kim, North Korea is taking a proactive stance in response to perceived provocations from the United States.

Israel Kills Top Iranian General in Syria: Report

Israel killed a top commander in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Monday in airstrikes carried out in the Syrian capital of Damascus.

Iranian-state media said that Reza Mousawi, a high-ranking Iranian general, was killed in a strike on the Sayida Zeinab neighborhood. Israeli airstrikes in Syria earlier this month killed two other Iranian generals.

Reuters reported that Mousawi was responsible for coordinating Iran’s military alliance between Syria and Iran.

Israel did not comment on the strike, which is customary for their military.

Canadian PM Installs Taxpayer-Funded Tampon Dispensers in Men’s Bathrooms

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reportedly made good in the week leading up to Christmas on his May 2023 promise to install dispensers for feminine hygiene products in men’s bathrooms.

Former Canadian Senator Linda Frum fumed that Canadian taxpayers were being forced to support transgender ideology:

“They’re also going to build dispensers for all the tampons which won’t be used since 1) men don’t menstruate and 2) they are just going to bring them home to their wives for free,” the putative parliamentary staffer pointed out.

The cost of showering the men’s rooms in Parliament with ladies’ products might not be too bad, but the Canadian Labor Code now stipulates that all “female-identified, male-identified, and all-gender toilet rooms will need to have menstrual products.”

The requirement will eventually fall upon private sector potties as an unfunded mandate, the favored political instrument of Western authoritarians. Top Hamas Terrorist Reveals They Use Hospitals For Extensive Terror Activities: ‘They Are Cowards’

A top Hamas terrorist official who managed one of the hospitals inside Gaza told Israeli investigators this week that the organization uses hospitals for extensive terrorist activities and that its leaders are “cowards.”

Ahmad Mohammad Hassan al-Kahlout, manager of the “Kamel Adnan” Hospital, told investigators that he joined the Hamas terrorist organization in 2010. His rank in the terrorist organization was the equivalent of a brigadier general.

He said that Hamas senior officials “coordinate” using hospitals to hide terrorist activities and that they have rooms in the facilities that they hide in.

“They stayed there 10 days and then they changed places to a different place and then they left the hospital,” he said.

2,300-Year-Old Mosaic Made of the Most Brilliant Material Unearthed in Major City: Report

Archaeologists working at Rome’s Palatine Hill reportedly found an incredible treasure in early December.

After five years of working on the archaeological exploration of a large, aristocratic mansion near the Roman Forum, the team discovered a deluxe banquet room believed to be at least 2,300 years old, according to CNN. Within the room, the researchers found an enormous, fully intact wall mosaic made of brightly colored seashells and corals, images of which were shared by Voice of Europe on social media.

The mosaic is 16.4 feet long (5 meters) and features designs of tridents, trumpets, lotus leaves, mythological creatures and more, all made from mother of pearl, shells, corals, precious glass and marble, CNN reported. The actual wall is framed with ancient Egyptian blue tiles, travertine and crystals.

The discovery was described as “unmatched” by Colosseum Archaeological Park lead archaeologist Alfonsina Russo. It’s believed the scene depicted in the mosaic celebrates victories in naval and land battles, and was likely funded by one or more extremely wealthy Romans.
