Netflix ‘Cheer’ Star Pleads Down to 2 Charges in Child Sex Abuse Case

Jerry Harris, one of the stars of the 2020 Netflix series Cheer and a former Joe Biden campaign surrogate, pleaded guilty to only two federal charges relating to child sex abuse last week, according to reports.

The 22-year-old former cheerleader pleaded guilty in a federal court in Chicago to one count each of receiving child sexual abuse images and soliciting sex from minors, according to the Guardian.

The actor pleaded guilty to two of seven felony counts against him. The guilty pleas came for one count of convincing a child under 17 of sending explicit images via cell phone and a second count for the trip Harris took to Florida to meet the child for the purpose of “engaging in illicit sexual conduct.” Prosecutors dropped the remaining counts after Harris agreed to a plea deal.

Harris could be sentenced to 20 years for the child abuse images and 30 years for the act of illicit sexual conduct with a minor under 17 years old. He is scheduled to be sentenced in June.

Whistleblower Gives Evidence the Pentagon Holds Female Soldiers to Lower Standards

According to an anonymous whistleblower letter posted by Air Force Times, Pentagon policy makers are promoting “diversity and inclusion” at the expense of high, uncompromised standards in an elite Special Operations Forces command. The letter focuses an unnamed female captain who began training with the Special Tactics Training Squadron (STTS) in 2018, hoping to become the first woman to join a combat controller team (CCT).

The female captain dropped out of physically demanding combat controller course exercises several times, but unlike male trainees with similar difficulties, Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) officials kept extending special concessions to keep her in the program.

The detailed anonymous letter reported 11 examples of unusual concessions that AFSOC extended to retain the female captain, even though she had not met longstanding standards and repeatedly dropped out of essential training events, such as rigorous diving exercises and solo land navigation. Air Force Times, which confirmed details with a second source, obtained performance forms and score charts that appeared to support the whistleblower’s letter, and submitted them for comment to AFSOC Commander Lt. Gen. Jim Slife.

Slife did not refute specific allegations, citing privacy considerations, but he vehemently denied that AFSOC standards had changed: “While the standards remain the same, the norms have not.” This is an equivocation, based on a half-truth.

“Norms” did change last year when U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Commander General Richard Clarke released his Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan. The Center for Military Readiness analyzed the SOCOM diversity mandate, noting that 12 times on 20 pages, the document asserted without evidence that “Diversity and inclusion are operational imperatives.” These vacuous, unsupported words have triggered turbulence in one of the nation’s most elite fighting forces, and probably more we don’t know about. Professor Sues University After Being Punished for Saying Music Theory Isn’t Racist

A professor at the University of North Texas is suing the school for punishing him after he pushed back against the idea that music theory is a function of White supremacy.

The lawsuit, first reported by Campus Reform, claims that the First and Fourteenth Amendment rights of professor Timothy Jackson were violated by the school when they removed him from the academic journal he co-founded after he published several articles that students and faculty deemed “racist.”

The university took action against Jackson after he held a symposium that promoted differing opinions on a speech by Hunter College of the City University of New York professor Philip Ewell entitled “Music Theory’s White Racial Frame.”

In the speech, and in a paper Ewell published after the speech, Ewell complained that music theory is “White” and argued that as a Black man he feels uncomfortable that the vast majority of music theory professors are White.

Ewell also criticized the late Jewish music theorist, composer, and teacher Heinrich Schenker as “an ardent racist and German nationalist” and alleged that “our white racial frame seeks to shield Schenker from unwanted criticism.” (Read more from “Professor Sues University After Being Punished for Saying Music Theory Isn’t Racist” HERE)

Dems Exploit Trans Teen Who’s Bad at Sports to Oppose Bill Restricting Sports to Biological Sex

Democrats in the Kentucky Senate used a biological boy who is playing on a girl’s field hockey team but is not very good, to prove that boys don’t necessarily have an athletic advantage over girls.

Fischer Wells, a transgender boy, wore a pink coat and lipstick to testify at a hearing on the legislation limiting sports to biological sex, according to a video posted on the Louisville Courier-Journal website. . .

“Kentucky Senate Bill 83 would require schools to label athletic teams as either ‘girls,’ ‘boys’ or ‘coed,’ the Courier-Journal reports. . .

“I really don’t want this bill to pass because that means I can’t play and that will be extremely detrimental to my mental health as well because I know that sports is a good way for me to cope with this, like, it’s just a good way for me to cope with things,” the 12-year-old said.

“It is disgusting that this bill is even discussed. It’s terrible,” he said. “I hope you don’t vote this bill and I hope I can play in eighth grade.”

Experts Investigate Reports of Menstrual Disorders After MRNA COVID Shots

The European Medicines Agency’s safety committee said on Friday it was reviewing reports of heavy menstrual bleeding and absence of menstruation from women who had received Covid-19 vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna.

The assessment was in view of reports of menstrual disorders after receiving either of the two vaccines, both based on messenger RNA technology, and it was not yet clear whether there was a causal link, the agency said.

Menstrual disorders can occur due to a range of underlying medical conditions as well as from stress and tiredness, the EMA said, adding that cases of such disorders had also been reported following Covid-19 infection.

Vaccination against Covid-19 was linked with a small, temporary change in menstrual cycle length, according to a recent study funded by the National Institutes of Health, which collected data from nearly 4,000 users of a smartphone app that tracks menstrual cycles. CENSORED: YouTube Bans LGBT People From Finding Effective Treatment for Trauma

I’m a clinical psychologist, and I help my clients resolve their traumatic memories. In the process, these clients often report spontaneous changes in their sexual feelings, and these changes may lead them away from LGBT attractions and toward heterosexual ones.

I’m not alone in observing this. A two-year study with a good sample size revealed the same thing. So I talked about this study on my YouTube channel.

This turned out to be a mistake. Big Tech, at the behest of left-wing activists, decided to censor information about sexual shifts that move any client on the sexuality spectrum away from “gay” and toward “straight.” These outcomes, which would be celebrated if they moved a client the other direction, which can be life-transforming results for some people.

Human sexuality is complex, and is changed by our life experiences. Working through traumatic experiences, such as childhood sexual molestation and peer labeling, can trigger dramatic changes in a person’s sexual identity.

I work regularly with victims of past trauma who report emotional distress, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Unfortunately, a subsection of these clients live with a political “hot button” issue that makes them anathema to activists in our society: they have same-sex attractions that they believe do not reflect “who they are.” These men have long suspected that events in their past have affected their sexuality. BUSTED: School Allegedly Caught Compiling a List of ‘Insubordinate’ Parents

Again, nothing shocks anymore. Nothing. In the era of the ‘woke’ Left and teachers running amok, would you be shocked to find out that these people are compiling lists of ‘unwoke’ parents who dare to voice their outrage over the nonsense their kids spew about what they learn at school? Oh yes, that’s allegedly happened at one private Georgia school where a list of ‘insubordinate’ parents was exposed. The Lovett School found itself in a public relations crisis this week over this supposed list. Of course, they’ve denied it exists. I would bet heavily that they’re lying. The Left is simply loaded with too many bad people with bad ideas and intentions (via Daily Caller):

The Lovett School in Atlanta issued the denial in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation after Monica Matthews, a Christian talk show host, posted a picture of the purported email on Twitter Tuesday night.

“Let me begin by explaining this is a completely fabricated email and list,” Justin Abraham told the DCNF in an email.

Chilling: These Schools Can Change Students‘ Gender Categories Without Parent Consent

A Catholic mom in Northern California enrolled her daughter in a public charter school. During her initial Zoom classes, the girl, an incoming freshman who had not yet stepped foot in the school due to COVID-19, was asked her name and “preferred pronouns.”

She chose a male name and male pronouns. The school then routinely used this information without informing her parents, and then began to socially transition the child—the first in a series of steps culminating in a so-called “sex change.” . . .

And that’s just the tip of the proverbial non-binary iceberg. The gender category “non-binary” now appears on all student information forms. Few parents, reared in a prior generation, realize that “non-binary” means “unlimited gender choices.” The California Department of Education defines “non-binary” as anything beyond the historic “male-female” binary understanding of gender—new terms for a new age, including “transgender,” “non-gender,” “intersex,” “agender,” “gender-queer,” “gender fluid,” “Two Spirit, bigender,” “pangender,” “gender nonconforming,” or “gender variant.” Really.

The California Department of Education says these genders are ever expansive, ever evolving and ever changing, and that children can self-certify or choose their own gender. The Center of Disease Control and Prevention defines “gender nonbinary” as “gender creative,” meaning children can create or make-up their own gender, and these non-conforming imaginary genders are marginalized minorities. . .

The California Teachers Association adopted a policy in January 2020 stating students should be able to access hormone therapy without parent consent, for the sake of “equity.” This is already a reality for foster youth starting at age 12, thanks to Assembly Bill 2119. Also, according to Assembly Bill 1184, minors can bill their parents’ insurance without their parents’ consent for gender-affirming care, which includes hormone therapy or “sex-change” operations. Report: Pandemic Caused Smaller ‘Baby Bust’ Than Expected

Provisional data on the number of births in the United States showed that the COVID-19 pandemic might have had less of an impact on a “baby bust” than was originally anticipated.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the United States experienced around 7,000 fewer births in the initial nine months of 2021 when contrasted with the same time period a year before, per provisional data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS).

“Starting in June 2021, monthly births began to show consistent gains over their year-earlier levels, which reflect pre-pandemic conceptions, and that mostly offset declines in the first two months of 2021, the data show,” the Journal noted, adding that the 2021 numbers are nationwide provisional estimates and “[t]he federal government will issue a final count later this year, a CDC spokesman said. The provisional data are rounded to the nearest thousand and might differ from the final numbers by as much as 2%, according to the NCHS.”

Some experts believed the COVID-19 pandemic would have a much larger impact on the birth rate across the country. In December, economists Melissa Kearney and Phillip Levine reportedly put forward numbers demonstrating how the pandemic resulted in 60,000 missing births from October 2020 through February 2021. “Earlier in the pandemic, they predicted the health crisis and economic uncertainty would lead to 300,000 to a half million fewer births last year,” the outlet added.

After Saying She’s Been Triple-Vaxxed, Comedian Falls and Fractures Skull

Standup comedian Heather McDonald collapsed during a show in Tempe, Arizona, on Saturday night.

The 51-year-old star took to her Instagram story on the night of Feb. 5 to address fans from the hospital. . .

She then explained that she “passed out on stage.” . . .

The star’s reps told Phoenix’s NBC outlet that she “may have lost consciousness because of dehydration” and suffered a skull fracture from the fall. . .

Citing eyewitnesses, TMZ reports that at the top of the show, the comic told a joke about coronavirus vaccines and fell to the floor.
