Report: Transgender Student Accused of Raping Ninth-Grade Girl in a High School Bathroom Receives Sentencing

The Loudoun County student accused of raping a ninth-grade girl in a high school bathroom was reportedly sentenced to residential treatment Wednesday.

Loudoun Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judge Pamela Brooks pushed back the teen’s initial sentencing date to allow him to undergo a “psychosexual evaluation.” Brooks claimed the results of the evaluation “scared” her. The trial also uncovered that the rapist allegedly attacked a third girl, according to The Daily Wire.

“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me,” Brooks said. “It scared me for you, it scared me for society.”

The judge stated that she has never ordered juveniles to enter the sex offender registry, but made an exception for the Loudoun County teen.

Hunter Biden’s ex-wife Kathleen Buhle is set to release a tell-all memoir detailing how addiction and infidelity ended her 24-year marriage to President Joe Biden’s son.

Buhle’s book, titled “If We Break: A Memoir of Marriage, Addiction and Healing,” is described by the publisher as a “page-turning and heartbreaking” memoir that chronicles her upbringing, marriage to Hunter and the lessons she learned through the divorce. It is due to hit shelves June 14.

“I felt like I’d lost my sense of who I was. Anyone who has seen addiction ruin a relationship, or been through infidelity and divorce, can tell you how devastating it feels. But what I also realized through those crushing experiences is that I needed to find a way to stand on my own,” Buhle told People.

Separating in October 2015, details of the couple’s troubled relationship became public in 2017 after Buhle filed for divorce. The resulting court documents detailed how Biden squandered money on “hookers, strip clubs and drugs.” Six weeks before the divorce was finalized in April 2017, it was revealed that Biden was openly having an affair with his dead brother’s widow, Hallie.

Dads Arrested for Questioning School Board Demand Charges Against Them Be Dropped Following Superintendent Suspension

Two Texas fathers who were arrested for disorderly conduct at a school board meeting are requesting that the charges against them be dropped following the suspension of the district superintendent who allegedly sought their arrest.

Dustin Clark and Jeremy Story are calling on the Williamson County, Texas, attorney to drop assault charges against them following the suspension of Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD) Superintendent Hafedh Azaiez.

The two have been prominent critics of the school district since the summer of 2021, when RRISD first discussed appointing Azaiez, who the fathers allege has a history of using the police to silence people speaking out against him.

“The county attorney should drop the charges and dismiss the case immediately,” Story told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “There is no need for the county to get involved in certain members of the school board’s unlawful actions.”

In December, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) sent a memorandum to board president Amy Weir and the RRISD Board of Trustees, recommending Azaiez’s suspension and an external investigation into allegations of assault by him and his alleged use of school police to silence critics at both RRISD and his former district, Donna ISD, the Daily Caller News Foundation previously reported. RRISD approved the memorandum in a vote at Thursday’s board meeting. Helicopter Flying Infant to Children’s Hospital Crashes: Reports

A helicopter with four people aboard — including an infant — crashed Tuesday outside Philadelphia, reports say.

The medical chopper crashed in Delaware County on its way to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia from Maryland, according to CBS.

All four people survived the crash near Drexel Hill United Methodist Church on Burmont Road in Drexel Hill, Pa.

Pope Francis Praises Nun Who Ran LGBT Ministry

Decades after she was barred from pastoral work by the Vatican, Pope Francis has sent a letter of thanks to an American nun who held services for LGBT people, in which she questioned some teachings of the Church.

Since the late 1970s, Sister Jeannine Gramick ran workshops for LGBT Catholics, in which she taught both the Catholic Church’s position on homosexuality and more liberal Christian doctrines. These workshops caught the attention of the Vatican, and in 1999 the Church’s Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith barred her from ministry, as she was promoting, in their words, “ambiguous positions on homosexuality and explicitly criticised documents of the Church’s Magisterium on this issue.”

The Congregation’s statement was written by then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, and described homosexuality as an “intrinsic evil.”

Gramick ceased her LGBT ministry and joined another religious order. Ratzinger went on to become Pontiff – Pope Benedict XVI – and was regarded as a staunch conservative. His successor, Pope Francis, has a more liberal reputation.

In a letter to Gramick sent last month and published by the Jesuit magazine ‘America’ on Friday, Francis thanked the nun for her “closeness, compassion, and tenderness.” The pontiff acknowledged that Gramick had experienced “suffering” during her 50 years of ministry, but did not elaborate further on the topic. Teacher Allegedly Stuffed 13-Year-Old in Trunk Because She Was Afraid of COVID-19

A mother in Houston, Texas, allegedly stuffed her 13-year-old COVID-positive son into her trunk to take him to a coronavirus drive-thru testing site Monday.

Police filed charges against Sarah Beam for endangering a child Wednesday, according to KPRC. Court documents were reportedly not made public until Friday.

Beam allegedly put her son in the trunk after he had tested positive for COVID-19, KPRC reported.

Cypress-Fairbanks Director of Health Services Bevin Gordon was going to each car to gather information when she found out the child was in the trunk of the vehicle, reported KTLA.

“(The mother) stated that she put (her son) inside the trunk to prevent her from getting exposed to possible COVID while driving (him) to the stadium for additional testing,” according to a court document, KTLA reported. Leaked Biden Plan Would House Violent Men in Women’s Prison Cells

President Joe Biden is preparing to give every rapist and molester in federal prison a get-out-of-jail-free card. Specifically, Biden is offering to transfer any and all male criminals to women’s prisons. All the men will have to do is say that they feel like a woman, and the Biden administration will take them at their word.

This policy may be the worst part of a proposed executive order on law enforcement, a draft of which was obtained by The Federalist. Most of the proposal is devoted to, if not defunding the police, at least disarming and disabling them.

But buried toward the end of the extensive planned action to get soft on crime is a small paragraph of anodyne bureaucratic language that orders the U.S. attorney general to “within 30 days of the date of this order, begin the process of identifying any necessary changes to the [Bureau of Prisons] Transgender Offender Manual … to enable BOP to designate individuals to facilities in accordance with their gender identity.”

In short, under this executive order, the federal government will house criminals based on subjective, self-declared “gender identity” rather than biological sex. Male rapists, child molesters, and other sexual criminals will be allowed to live in women’s prisons, and because the transgender ideology embraced by the Biden administration claims gender identity is purely internal, they will be allowed in regardless of whether they still possess fully functional male genitalia.

This move toward co-ed prisons will result in male sexual predators exploiting the system in order to abuse and rape female prisoners. Teacher Staff Shortage So Bad in One Dem-Led State That Lawmakers Beg Retired Teachers Come Back

New Jersey lawmakers on Monday advanced an assembly bill introduced in May 2021 that would allow retired teachers to work amid staffing shortages.

The Assembly Education Committee advanced the bill, A5576, allowing those “retired from the Teachers’ Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) to return to work full time with a board of education in a position of critical need.” Retirees would be able to collect pensions and salaries simultaneously.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has presented our schools with many challenges, including significant teacher and staff shortages in districts throughout New Jersey. We cannot allow these gaps in staffing to stand in the way of our students receiving the high-quality education our state is known for,” Democratic Assemblywomen Mila Jasey of Essex and Pamela Lampitt of Burlington said in a Jan. 4 joint statement.

“We must do everything in our power to ensure that our schools are staffed with qualified educators. With this bill we can put our students first by allowing retired teachers and staff members to return to our classrooms and schools without reenrolling in the Teachers’ Pension and Annuity Fund.”

Elon Musks Sounds the Alarm With Warning About Low Birth Rate

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk warned against the low birth rate, describing it as “one of the biggest risks to civilization.”

“I can’t emphasize this enough, there are not enough people,” Musk told The Wall Street Journal this week. “And I think one of the biggest risks to civilization is the low birth rate and the rapidly declining birth rate.”

“And yet, so many people, including smart people, think that there are too many people in the world and think that the population is growing out of control,” the tech billionaire continued.

“It’s completely the opposite,” Musk asserted. “Please look at the numbers. If people don’t have more children, civilization is going to crumble. Mark my words.”

Christians Point to Genetics Breakthroughs to Show Adam and Eve Are Not Incompatible With Evolution

Many Christians have rejected the scientific theory of evolution in part because they think it rules out the existence of a historical Adam and Eve. Yet some scientists and theologians argue that recent breakthroughs in genetics make a historical Adam and Eve compatible with evolution, and that this development may help bridge what many see as a conflict between faith and science.

“For over 160 years, the societal conflict over evolution has been deep and stubborn. But now, in a surprise twist, evolutionary science is making space for Adam and Eve,” S. Joshua Swamidass, an associate professor at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, told Fox News Digital. “It turns out that the theological questions are about genealogical ancestry, not genetics. In this paradigm shift, we are finding a better way forward, a better story to tell.”

In his book “The Genealogical Adam and Eve: The Surprising Science of Universal Ancestry,” Swamidass argues that genetics and evolutionary theory do not conflict with the existence of Adam and Eve, universal ancestors of all humans whom Jesus died to save. . .

While universal genetic ancestors are rare, universal genealogical ancestors are surprisingly common, the author noted. Each individual has four grandparents, eight great-grandparents, and so on, but population size in past generations tends to get smaller, so overlap is inevitable. He argues that by 1 A.D., every person on Earth was descended from Adam and Eve.

Swamidass’ model of a Genealogical Adam and Eve (GAE) claims that biological humans may still share a common ancestor with apes according to the theory of evolution, but God could have created Adam and Eve from the dust and a rib, without parents, and these two became the ancestors of all humans by 1 A.D. Swamidass claims that Genesis appears to require biological humans outside of Adam and Eve’s family line because after Cain murders Abel and leaves his parents, he fears that he will be killed, he acquires a wife, and he builds a city.
