I Was Told My Chronic Cough and Weight Loss Was COVID – But the Reality Was Worse

An essential worker who was told her five-month-long cough was probably due to COVID found out the truth was much worse.

Chloe Girardier, 23, claims she was initially denied an in-person doctor’s appointment, only to later discover she had cancer. . .

She demanded a chest X-ray to discover what was causing her continuous cough.

It was then that doctor’s found a mass on Chloe’s chest measuring 4.25 inches, leading to a cancer diagnosis on December 3.

Chloe was told she had Hodgkin lymphoma, a rare cancer of the lymphatic system that causes symptoms such as a persistent cough, itchy skin, weight loss, night sweats and a fever. (Read more from “I Was Told My Chronic Cough and Weight Loss Was COVID – But the Reality Was Worse” HERE)

Democrats’ Massive Entitlement Plans Include Banning Christians From Government Childcare

Democrats’ current proposed $3.5 trillion welfare expansion would effectively ban faithful Christians from profiting from federal subsidies for separating infants and toddlers from their families.

The current text of Democrats’ massive “Build Back Better” entitlement bill contains provisions that would require religious child-care providers to disavow longstanding theology about sex in order to receive federal child-care funds under a massive new early childhood program.

“The Democrats went out of their way to make sure and prohibit religious care providers from receiving any of these funds, and unanimously rejected an amendment to allow all child-care providers to be eligible for grants, including religious providers,” said Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Indiana, the ranking member on the House’s subcommittee on Worker and Family Support.

Democrats’ legislation would create a new federally controlled child-care entitlement available to the majority of families in the nation. The legislation authorizes up to $20 billion in the program’s first year, $30 billion in its second, $40 billion in its third, and an unlimited amount after that. The estimated cost of this program over the next ten years is $400 billion.

“Making faith-based providers of child-care and pre-kindergarten into recipients of federal financial assistance triggers federal compliance obligations and non-discrimination provisions,” note the leaders of several religious organizations in an opposition letter to Senate Democrats last week. Unvaccinated Children Put in Front of Class to Be Ridiculed

Some schoolchildren in Germany have been asked each day to go in front of their class and state their vaccination status, resulting in applause for some and scorn for others.

The report in Germany’s leading newspaper, Die Welt, was relayed by British journalist Alex Story in a segment for the TV channel GB News.

Story said the “ritual humiliation” of unvaccinated children was one of three developments in the European nation that “should raise an alarm bell for people who are for the mandate.”

The children who are unvaccinated, he said, must explain to their classmates why they are not.

Another concerning development is the requirement of wristbands for shoppers to verify vaccination for COVID-19.

Teen Boy Saves Mother, Shoots Would-Be Robber

The 14-year-old boy stepped in to rescue his mother as a would-be robber was strangling her in a Philadelphia pizza shop where she works — shooting the culprit in the face.

The robbery suspect entered Bold Pizza on the 1500 block of Spring Garden Street around 9:47 p.m. Thursday and tried to reach over the counter and take money from the register, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

With that, a struggle ensued between the robbery suspect and an employee — the teen’s mother — and the robbery suspect “started to strangle” her, police told the paper.

The teen then grabbed a handgun from under a counter and shot the robbery suspect once in the face, police told the Inquirer. . .

Officers found the robbery suspect on the subway concourse and took him to a hospital where he was in critical condition, police added to the Inquirer. (Read more from “Teen Boy Saves Mother, Shoots Would-Be Robber” HERE)

High School Halts Transgender Spirit Week After Outcry From Parents

A public records request revealed that parents at Estrella Foothills High School in Goodyear, Ariz., successfully halted a Transgender Awareness Week that aimed to push left-wing gender theory on the school community.

The week originally included a variety of different activities, including wearing name tags with students’ pronouns, wearing rainbow colors to celebrate the LGBT movement, and another day on which students were instructed to wear blue, white, and pink, the colors of the transgender flag. The spirit week was being hosted by Estrella Foothill High School’s Coexist club.

The club also made an Instagram post encouraging students to donate to the National Center for Transgender Equality, a far-left organization that advocates for boys to be able to use girls’ restrooms in schools, a policy that threatens the safety of young women.

Courtney Ratkus is the sponsor of the Coexist club and a teacher who proposed the spirit day to principal Kimberly Heinz in an email, also explaining the themes behind each day. . .

Documents gathered from the public records request reveal that parents and students were able to successfully stop the spirit week after the first day. One parent condemned the push for a “radical sexual lifestyle” in an email to district administrators before warning that if the push continues, he will “be forced to withdraw my children and the funding that your school relies on.” (Read more from “High School Halts Transgender Spirit Week After Outcry From Parents” HERE)

Supreme Court Allows Texas Heartbeat Act to Stand, but Says Abortionists Can Continue Lawsuits

The United States Supreme Court released Friday a pair of decisions in the challenges to a Texas law effectively banning abortions upon detection of a fetal heartbeat, rejecting the Biden administration’s challenge to the law while allowing abortion industry lawsuits to proceed in the lower courts.

Senate Bill 8, the Texas Heartbeat Act, requires abortionists to screen for a preborn baby’s heartbeat and prohibits abortion if a heartbeat can be heard (generally as early as six weeks), with exceptions only for medical emergencies. Its unique enforcement mechanism, which “exclusively” empowers private citizens to bring civil suits against abortionists instead of state prosecutions, has been credited for the Supreme Court’s September decision not to block it from taking effect.

Oral arguments last month indicated that a majority of justices were at least somewhat sympathetic to the state-level challenges but less so to the federal one, which was reflected in the outcomes.

The first decision in United States v. Texas runs a mere three sentences, and simply declares the Biden administration’s challenge to the law as “improvidently granted,” with left-wing Justice Sonia Sotomayor the only noted dissenter.

The second decision in Whole Woman’s Health et al v. Jackson (the abortion industry’s suit against the law) runs 48 pages and is more complicated. The majority opinion, by Trump-nominated Justice Neil Gorsuch, rules that challenges to the law prior to it being enforced are permissible against “some of the named defendants but not others.” (Read more from “Supreme Court Allows Texas Heartbeat Act to Stand, but Says Abortionists Can Continue Lawsuits” HERE)

Doctors Warn of ‘Unusual’ Omicron Symptom in Kids

Parents have been warned of an unusual Omicron symptom to look out for in their kids.

Young children appear to be getting rashes while infected with the new variant, a London doctor has reported.

Dr. David Lloyd, a GP from north London, said he has seen about 15 percent of youngsters with confirmed Omicron cases developing spots.

They also suffered with fatigue, headaches and a loss of appetite — which seems to fit with the most common variant symptoms reported so far in adults.

The health expert told Sky News the difference in symptoms was “quite important,” along with the rash. (Read more from “Doctors Warn of ‘Unusual’ Omicron Symptom in Kids” HERE)

Poll: Most Americans Believe In Biblical God, Heaven and Hell, and Purpose for Suffering

If you only watched corporate media’s coverage of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Organization abortion case before the Supreme Court last week, you’d think very few people still believed in Christianity and its values, prominent among which is the belief that life is divinely created and precious. But a recent poll suggests the majority of Americans do express a belief in God.

In a survey of some 6,500 American adults, Pew Research Center found that many Americans still hold religious convictions including a deep and abiding belief in God, belief in heaven and hell, and the belief that God is not to blame for human suffering. . .

In the survey, a majority of Americans (58 percent) define their God as the one described in the Bible. Another one-third (32 percent) believe in a god or spiritual power, although not necessarily that of the Bible. All told, nine in 10 Americans believe in some higher power working in our world.

As for respondents’ religious affiliation, Pew found some 66 percent identified as Christian — 42 percent Protestant and 21 percent Catholic. Another 28 percent claimed no religious affiliation, including 10 percent who were atheist or agnostic and another 18 percent who said they believed “nothing in particular.” . . .

Trusting in God means he controls our eternal destiny. Nearly three-fourths of all adult Americans (73 percent) believe in heaven. (Read more from “Poll: Most Americans Believe In Biblical God, Heaven and Hell, and Purpose for Suffering” HERE)

Transgender “Female” Shattering Records Against Women

Lia Thomas, 22, competed as Will Thomas for several years on the University of Pennsylvania men’s swim team.

Now Thomas is breaking records – on the women’s team. . .

And the situation has triggered another round of fights over the idea that men can become women, and also that they should be allowed to compete against biological women.

Thomas recently “raced away” from other competitors at the Zippy Invitational event in Akron, Ohio, winning the 1,650-yard freestyle by 38 seconds, according to the Daily Mail.

Thomas’ time of 15:59.71 was a record for the meet. And the pool where it happened. And it followed victories in the 500-yard freestyle as well as the 200-yard freestyle. (Read more from “Transgender “Female” Shattering Records Against Women” HERE)

Report: School Shooter’s Neighbor Warned Authorities About Parents’ Neglect

A neighbor of accused Michigan high school shooter Ethan Crumbley says she warned authorities about his parents’ alleged neglect of him before last week’s slaughter, a new report reveals.

Kayla LeMieux, who lives near Ethan and his parents, James and Jennifer Crumbley, said she alerted child-abuse authorities that the pair would leave their son — then 8 or 9 years old — home alone while they went out bar-hopping, according to a report in the Detroit Free Press.

“When they were gone, he would come knock on our door,” LeMieux, 28, told the outlet. “They didn’t leave him with a phone.”

LeMieux said she notified Child Protective Services but doesn’t know if they took action — noting that the alleged neglect continued.

“It was really when I finally started to say more, because I was just like, even after calling CPS, they were still doing it and even me saying something to them, they were still like, ‘Oh, he is fine,’ ” she said.
