Black Atlanta Mother Files Suit Against Principal for Separating Students by Race

A black Atlanta mother has filed a federal lawsuit against a black principal and public school after her daughter and other students were separated by race and then taught in separate classrooms.

Kila Posey filed her complaint against Mary Lin Elementary School in which she said Principal Sharyn Briscoe informed her that she instituted the segregated classroom concept because she felt that would be best for students.

Posey, who is vice president of operations for the local Parent Teachers Association (PTA) said she first learned about the segregated classrooms when she called Briscoe to request that her daughter be placed in a certain classroom with a specific teacher. Briscoe responded by informing Posey that wouldn’t work out because that teacher’s classroom was not one that had been established for black students.

“[The principal] said that’s not one of the black classes, and I immediately said, ‘What does that mean?’ I was confused,” Posey recalled.

“I asked for more clarification. I was like, ‘We have those in the school?’ And she proceeded to say, ‘Yes. I have decided that I’m going to place all of the black students in two classes,’” Posey continued. Investigate Now: Federal Grants Sponsored Possibly Live Baby Harvesting at University of Pittsburgh

Another week, another discovery that the U.S. government attempted to cover up scientific experiments on viable babies—with by far the most condemning evidence yet and increasing calls for federal investigation. On Monday, Judicial Watch and David Daleiden’s Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released the details of a $3 million grant the National Institutes of Health (NIH) gave the University of Pittsburgh to create a fetal “Tissue Hub” to dismember and distribute the organs of full-term aborted babies, selected by race, for inhumane experiments.

As if that wasn’t appalling enough, new evidence points to the University of Pittsburgh harvesting organs from born-alive babies as a real possibility—meaning the babies would have died while researchers dissected their bodies for kidneys and other organs.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently handed over the documents thanks to a lawsuit Judicial Watch filed last year on behalf of CMP when the agency failed to deliver records CMP requested through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Last month, Daleiden’s group exposed the University of Pittsburgh’s work to graft the full-thickness scalps of unborn babies onto the backs of rodents in a study funded by Anthony Fauci’s NIAID office. The records released this week reveal this wasn’t a one-off incident, unearthing an agreement between NIH and the university to fully operationalize a grotesque baby organ bank funded by federal taxpayers.

As just discovered this week, the specific terms of the grant were to “develop a pipeline to the acquisition, quality control and distribution” of human babies from all levels of development right up to the age of birth. The University of Pittsburgh’s grant application to the NIH requests funding to “generate an ongoing resource” to fetal tissue from babies 6 to 42 weeks old by establishing itself as the “Tissue Hub and Collection Site” for the “GUDMAP” project. The project supplies researchers across the country with aborted kidneys, bladders, and other organs for experimentation. Judge Places Boy in Custody of Mother Who Supports His Alleged Desire to Live as Girl

Judge Mary Brown of the 301st Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas, has granted Anne Georgulas full custody of her 8-year son who she says wants to live as a girl. The mother supports his “medical transition.”

Georgulas has been a custody fight with her ex-husband, Jeff Younger, who has said he wants his son to remain his son.

Georgulas argues that her son “identifies” as a girl and wants to be called Luna.

Christian Today reported on the legal development, including that his twin brother Jude would also remain with his mother:

The ruling gives Georgulas exclusive control over their primary place of residence, education, extracurricular activities, counseling and medical treatment with the exception of hormone suppression therapy, puberty blockers, or transgender reassignment surgery.

A Teacher’s Union is Suing a Mother for Repeated Attempts to Know What Her Kindergartener is Learning

When it comes to legal battles over Critical Race Theory (CRT), teacher’s unions are not merely willing to defend themselves from lawsuits, they’re filing them as well. On Monday, Nicole Solas, a Rhode Island mom whose daughter will be going into kindergarten, was sued by chapters of the National Education Association (NEA) for submitting multiple requests to find out what her daughter was learning when it comes to lesson plans on concepts such as transgenderism and Critical Race Theory (CRT).

The National Education Association Rhode Island (NEARI) and NEA South Kingstown (NEASK) filed a complaint in Rhode Island Superior Court to prohibit the disclosure of the requested records and “protect teachers’ privacy rights” when it comes to records that Solas was requesting access to.

Ashley Cullinane’s report for local NBC 10 News includes a statement from NEARI Communication Director Stephanie DeSilva Mandeville:

“This action seeks to temporarily restrain the School Department from releasing any information related to these APRA requests,” the union wrote in a statement. “NEARI believes many of these documents are not public records as defined under APRA and/or fall under APRA’s exclusions and therefore are not subject to disclosure.”

Dem Senator Arrested for Sex With Minor

Arizona Democratic state Sen. Tony Navarrete was arrested Thursday on multiple charges including sexual conduct with a minor.

The Phoenix Police Department received a report Wednesday that Otoniel “Tony” Navarrete had engaged in sexual acts with a juvenile in 2019, police said in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation. Navarrete, 35, was elected to the Arizona legislature in 2016, and serves as state senator for Arizona’s 30th district.

“Detectives interviewed a juvenile victim and witnesses, and on August 5th, developed probable cause to arrest the suspect, Otoniel Navarrete,” police spokesman Sgt. Andy Williams told the DCNF.

“Navarrete was arrested and booked into jail on the evening of August 5th for multiple counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, among other charges,” Williams said. Police did not provide any additional information. (Read more from “Dem Senator Arrested for Sex With Minor” HERE)

Inmate Beats His Sister’s Rapist to Death in Prison

An inmate in Washington state has been sentenced to an additional 25 years behind bars for murdering his cellmate, the convicted sex offender who raped his sister.

“Shane Goldsby, 26, was sentenced this week after he beat to death his 70-year-old cellmate Robert Munger in June 2020. Munger was reportedly serving a 43-year prison sentence for his child sex crimes,” the New York Post reported Sunday.

Goldsby explained he snapped when Munger teased him regarding the details about the rape.

“I had so much stuff going on in my head,” he said. “I wasn’t stable at that point. I wasn’t. I was getting to that point, because (Munger) kept wanting to give me details about what happened, what he did – about the photos and the videos of him doing this stuff. It was building up.”

Ex-Planned Parenthood Director: Abortion is ‘Death Penalty of the Unborn’

A former Planned Parenthood director has accused the abortion giant of practicing “deception” in drumming up business for the abortion industry, the Christian Post reported Monday.

Speaking at the Democrats for Life of America’s annual conference in Columbus, Ohio, this weekend, Mayra Rodriguez said that Planned Parenthood targets illegal immigrants, promising not to report them but then suggesting they could be deported if they do not abort their babies.

Planned Parenthood officials tell “immigrants that they’re welcome there: ‘we won’t deport you, we won’t call ICE on you,’” said Rodriguez, the former director of an Arizona clinic. “‘But if you carry your baby and go to the hospital and you live, for example, in Arizona or Ohio or other states where they have very strict anti-undocumented people laws, you may get deported.’” . . .

“It takes about 15 to 26 minutes for an abortion,” she said. “They suffocate them and they also inject a saline solution into their heart until their heart stops for 24 hours before they pull them out piece by piece.”

Christian Champion Sounds Alarm on Dems ‘Brainwashing Your Children’

President Joe Biden and his Democratic Party want to pay teachers across America to “brainwash your children with unabashed CRT-laced propaganda,” warns James Dobson, the founder of the James Dobson Family Institute and chief of FamilyTalk radio programs.

Dobson, who has advised five presidents on family issues, has authored dozens of books and was inducted in 2008 into the National Radio Hall of Fame, previously had warned that society was assaulting children, and they needed to be defended.

In his August newsletter, now online, he cites the new promotion from Biden’s Department of Education to give federal money to “education contractors who promote ‘racially, ethnically, culturally, and linguistically responsive teaching and learning practices.'”

That, he said, also could require the Education Department to prioritize social-studies curriculum that teaches students Critical Race Theory, about “systemic marginalization, biases, inequities, and discriminatory policy and practice in American history.”

Convicted Illegal Alien Rapist Accused of Impregnating 12 Year Old

An illegal alien, previously convicted of first-degree rape, has since been accused of impregnating a 12-year-old girl whom he considered his girlfriend.

Juan Miranda-Jara, a 24-year-old illegal alien, was arrested and charged with first-degree rape of a minor after he arrived at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a 12-year-old girl with whom he had been in a relationship.

According to the Tulsa Police Department, doctors called officers to investigate a child rape case. When officers arrived at the hospital, Miranda-Jara said he was the father of the 12-year-old girl’s child that had just been born.

FOX 23 News reported:

Doctors immediately called 911 when the girl showed up telling officers they had a rape victim they needed to see immediately, he said. When officers arrived, Miranda-Jara proudly said he was the father of the child the 12-year-old mother was about to give birth to, and he acted a bit unsure as to why police were even getting involved. Officers believe Miranda-Jara was fully expecting to go home with his child-girlfriend and newborn baby later that day as if everything was perfectly legal. The age of consent in Oklahoma is 16. Democrats Pass Bill to Pay for Abortions Overseas Using American Tax Dollars

In an unprecedented move, the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives voted to kill pro-life provisions that prevent U.S. taxpayers from funding overseas abortions. If passed in the Senate, taxpayers will be forced to funnel millions of dollars into the overseas abortion industry.

The Helms Amendment, which stops taxpayer dollars from funding elective abortions, has received bipartisan support for 45 years. The Democrats’ actions will eliminate the amendment, a wildly unpopular move. . .

The Biden administration has repeatedly expressed its support for taxpayer-funded abortion by backing both the removal of the Hyde amendment and the reversal of the Mexico City policy.

Every House Republican voted against the proposed budget. In the Senate, the Republican minority is enough to overcome the 60-vote threshold needed to pass the bill. It is unlikely that legislation will pass without wording prohibiting taxpayer-funded abortions, and Rep.
