Middle School Banned Boy From Wearing ‘Two Genders’ Shirt, Family Prepares to Sue

The family of a 7th grade boy is preparing to sue his Massachusetts middle school for banning him from wearing a shirt that said, “There are only two genders.”

The Morrison family plans to file a lawsuit against Nichols Middle School for allegedly violating their son Liam’s First Amendment rights.

Nichols Middle School is part of the Middleborough Public Schools district about halfway between Boston and Cape Cod.

Liam, 12, said he was told to remove his “two genders” shirt almost immediately when he arrived at school.

Sports Illustrated Features Transgender Model on Cover of Swimsuit Issue

Transgender models are becoming almost as popular as bikinis when it comes to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

German pop star Kim Petras, who had gender-transition surgery at age 16, was one of the four celebrities selected to appear on the rotating covers of the 2023 swimsuit edition, but the singer isn’t the first male-born figure to do so.

That title goes to Leyna Bloom, who appeared on the annual beach-fest’s front cover in 2021.

The other three cover models are actress Megan Fox, supermodel Brooks Nader, and 81-year-old lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, who made history as the oldest model in the history of the swimsuit issue.

“It’s definitely a scary time to be transgender in America, but there’s also so much more representation than there’s ever been, and there’s so many things on the bright side,” Ms. Petras told the magazine, which released its covers Monday. Poll: More Than Half of Americans Say Motherhood Is ‘Most Important Role for a Woman to Fill In Today’s World’

More than half of Americans say motherhood is the “most important role for a woman to fill in today’s world,” a Rasmussen Reports poll found.

The survey — which was conducted with 1,059 American adults between May 8-10 with a ±3 percent margin of error at the 95 percent confidence level — found that 56 percent believe motherhood is the “most important role” for women, which is up from 52 percent in 2018. Thirty percent disagree with that statement, while 14 percent are not sure.

The percentage of Americans who view Mother’s Day as “one of our nation’s most important holidays” has also slightly increased since 2018, from 31 percent to 34 percent this year. Thirteen percent rank it as one of the least important holidays and 49 percent say it ranks somewhere in the middle. Rasmussen noted that Americans “consistently rank Christmas as the most important holiday, usually followed by the Fourth of July.”

By political affiliation, Democrats (42 percent) are more likely than Republicans (32 percent) and unaffiliated voters (28 percent) to rank Mother’s Day as one of the nation’s top holidays. Banned Book List Contains Books That Aren’t Actually Banned

PEN America’s list of banned books contains material that is no longer banned or was never banned in the first place, the organization confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

An organization advocating for “human rights” in literature and education, PEN America’s 2021-2022 “Index of School Book Bans” includes books that were once banned, whether the restriction was temporary or permanent, as well as books that were “restricted or diminished” in access. The list was the subject of a Thursday Heritage Foundation analysis which found that 74% of the 2,532 books listed on PEN America’s report are no longer banned and still listed as available in schools.

“PEN America has stated repeatedly that we record instances where students’ access to books they were once free to read has been diminished,” Suzanne Trimel, senior advisor of communications for PEN America, told the DCNF. “Obviously, that happens in many ways. Bans come in different forms. Some are permanent. Others are temporary. We use the category of ‘banned pending investigation’ to describe some of these circumstances, which certainly can change. In fact some book bans are ended because of advocacy from students, parents and community members who care about the freedom to read; so it’s not surprising to see people pushing back and some books going back on shelves.”

The “Index List” notes that it “includes where students’ access to books in school libraries and classrooms in the United States was restricted or diminished, for either limited or indefinite periods of time.” While some of the bans listed by PEN America remain in place, some on the organization’s list have been lifted, putting the material back in the classroom, according to the group’s website.

A “book ban” is “any action taken against a book based on its content… that leads to a previously accessible book being either completely removed from availability to students, or where access to a book is restricted or diminished,” PEN America states on its website. The phrase does not include “regular curriculum review” that results in material being left out of lessons or situations where books have been deemed more appropriate for a different age group. Former Cheerleading Coach Charged With Molesting Young Girls

A former competitive cheerleading coach has been charged with multiple felonies for molesting six girls as young as 11 years old in Southern California.

Erick Joseph Kristianson, a former coach at an Orange County cheer club and at Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, is also facing child molestation and child exhibition charges in Florida related to four young competitive cheer athletes he coached in Daytona Beach.

The 44-year-old was arrested last week in Fargo, North Dakota, on a warrant in the Orange County case.

Kristianson, of Antioch, Tennessee, is facing seven felony counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under 14, five felony counts of a lewd act upon a child age 14 or 15, two felony counts of sexual penetration by foreign object of a minor under 18, one felony count of sexual penetration by a foreign objection of a minor under 16 and one felony count of oral copulation of a person under 16 years old.

Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said in a release that he is facing a maximum sentence of 105 years to life, as well as five years and four months if convicted on all charges. (Read more from “Former Cheerleading Coach Charged With Molesting Young Girls” HERE)

Target Releases Latest ‘Pride’ Collection, Complete With Kids Books and Rainbow Items for Babies

Target unveiled a number of clothing items and accessories, including apparel and books meant for babies and young children, as part of the retail behemoth’s latest “Pride” collection.

In addition to the adult collection, which included a T-shirt emblazoned with the words “Queer Queer Queer Queer,” a short sleeve bright green boilersuit, and a hoodie which declares “Not A Phase,” the company offered several items meant for kids and babies. The store is selling onesies and small shirts with phrases like “Bien Proud” and “Just Be You And Feel The Love,” as well as rainbow-colored leggings, tutu skirts, and jumpers.

Target likewise offers bibs that say “I Am Proud Of You Always,” rainbow sandals and swimwear, and socks with various LGBTQ-related themes. Shoppers with pets can purchase rainbow backpacks, chew toys, treats, leashes, collars, and cat scratchers.

The retailer has garnered controversy for several years with “Pride” collections meant to commemorate the June LGBTQ festivals. Items sold last year included breast binders, packing underwear, and other offerings meant for self-identified transgender individuals, drawing backlash against the company.

Efforts to advance radical gender theory among children have been spotlighted over the past year. Lawmakers in some states have moved to ban sexually explicit drag queen performances for minors. ‘Big Plans for Next School Year’: After School Satan Club Looks to Expand to High Schools

An after-school club connected to the Satanic Temple is looking to expand to high schools, and the club’s campaign director said it has “big plans” for next school year.

The clubs, which are associated with the Satanic Temple, started in 2020 and caught the attention of parents seeking an alternative to religious clubs, according to June Everett, the campaign director for the club. Everett claimed the club is considering teaching some of the Satanic Temple’s seven core tenets in the clubs, as well as expanding its clubs to high schools, according to the Hill.

“We have a lot of big plans for next school year,” Everett said.

The problem the club faces is that unlike in primary schools, in which clubs are largely run by adults, students at high schools must be more actively engaged in the club to keep it running.

However, Everett stated that a new partnership between the club and the nonprofit group Secular Student Alliance could help expand the club’s availability to other schools, including high schools. The Secular Student Alliance states on its website that it is the only national organization dedicated to atheist, humanist, and other nontheist students. Neo-Nazi Who Shot up Texas Mall Praised Transgender Terrorist Who Murdered Christians in Nashville

The 33-year-old Latino male who murdered several people in Texas on Saturday at the Allen Premium Outlets was an avowed neo-Nazi who praised the transgender terrorist who murdered several people at a Christian school in Nashville in late March.

The killer, whom The Daily Wire is not naming due to company policy about depriving mass killers of the notoriety they often seek, had a social media account on the Russian social media site Odnoklassniki. The account, which was first reported on by The New York Times and later identified by researchers at another online publication, appears to have been created in 2020. The Daily Wire reviewed his social media page which appeared to have been used more as a diary than anything else, as he apparently had no friends and received no engagement on any of his posts.

Initial reports that the suspect was a neo-Nazi and an incel were confirmed by strong evidence on the account. The killer shared photographs of himself that showed that he had a large Nazi swastika tattoo on his chest and a tattoo of SS Lightning Bolts on the side of his arm. He also shared photographs of SS Lightning Bolts and Nazi swastikas.

He shared photographs of Latinos who had a Nazi-themed wedding in Mexico, writing: “My kind of people.” He also shared photographs of a Mexican Nazi group that he also described as “My kind of people.”

The killer also shared a photograph of Josef Mengele, a doctor at the Auschwitz extermination camp who selected Jewish prisoners for execution in gas chambers and conducted scientific experiments on them. Bud Light Faces New Boycott – Gay Bars Shun Anheuser-Busch Beer Brand for Not Supporting Dylan Mulvaney

Bud Light is now facing boycotts from both sides of the political spectrum after teaming up with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney. . .

Following the backlash to the transgender partnership, Bud Light CEO Brendan Whitworth issued a milquetoast statement:

We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people. We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer. My time serving this country taught me the importance of accountability and the values upon which America was founded: freedom, hard work and respect for one another.

Conservatives were not impressed by the statement, but neither was some of the LGBTQ community.

The 2Bears Tavern Group owns four “LGBTQIA+ establishments” in Chicago. Christian Mother of 4-Year-Old Forced to Partake in LGBT Ritual Vows to Appeal Judge’s Ruling in Discrimination Suit

A Christian couple took a London school to court after it reportedly coerced their 4-year-old into participating in an LGBT activist parade.

The presiding judge ultimately ruled against Christian parents Izoduwa and Shane Montague, claiming that the activist ritual did not advance “LGBT issues over other lifestyle forms” and was actually aligned with their Christian beliefs. He also underlined the importance of teaching LGBT issues in schools to ensure that “those who adhere to that lifestyle” receive a favorable treatment.

Despite this setback, the parents have not given up. They are going to appeal their case. . .

According to the London-based nonprofit Christian Concern, the Heavers Farm Primary School in Croydon, South London, held a pride celebration in 2018. Parents were notified of the event only a few days in advance with a rainbow-colored invitation to attend.

Ahead of the event, young students were reportedly taught popular “gay anthems,” which they were ultimately tasked with singing while marching around the school.
