Toronto hospital security guards killed a woman in March of 2020. For not pulling up a mask while suffering from breathing difficulties.

They were originally charged with manslaughter and criminal negligence, but a judge has tossed the case because … reasons.

There isn’t much dispute about what happened, although one of the guards involved intentionally turned a security camera away from the scene of the crime as it was happening, and another lied to police about what happened. He later was forced to admit to deceiving investigators when he was shown security footage contradicting his statement. . .

The case seems pretty cut and dried. Danielle Stephanie Warriner, who suffered from COPD came to the hospital due to, unsurprisingly, breathing problems. She was admitted to the hospital, and was sitting in a hallway wearing PPE. She had lowered her mask due to her breathing problems. Guards approached her to enforce a mask mandate. She didn’t comply, again presumably because she had trouble breathing.

The guards donned PPE, demanded she don the mask, and then threw her against the wall almost immediately. While claiming that she struck them first, the video shows that this wasn’t true. Man Considers Assisted Suicide After Gender Transition Goes Horribly Wrong

A Canadian man has reportedly begun the process of applying for assisted suicide through his country’s “medical assistance in dying” law after years of mental and physical anguish as a result of so-called gender transition surgery.

The man known on Twitter as “Duchess Lois” describes himself as “a sterilized first nations person of treaty 6,” meaning he is an indigenous person, “who is also a post-op transsexual woman of 14 years.” In various recent posts, Lois has stated that he felt “the system” rushed him into undergoing a vaginoplasty at a young age and that he “wasn’t yet ready for” it.

According to a tweet thread posted on January 17, Lois began experiencing severe complications with the surgery a few years ago. His surgically created vaginal opening had begun to close, and he needed to add more dilations to an already difficult regimen to help keep it open. He sought medical help for this “depth loss” in June 2021, but the doctor he saw dismissed his concerns. “[W]e as females experience vaginal atrophy,” she reportedly told him.

Lois thought he might finally find some medical relief when he was referred to a specialist in December of that year. Unfortunately, he said that instead of the care he needed, he was given a “phone consultation” with an unidentified doctor at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women. Rather than address his concerns, that consultation resulted only in Lois being “relabelled from homosexual to asexual.”

Search Warrant Released in Idaho College Murders as Cops Reveal What Was Found in Suspect’s Apartment

A Washington court has unsealed the search warrants for the office and apartment of University of Idaho stabbing suspect Bryan Kohberger, a 28-year-old Washington State University Ph.D. student accused of murdering four undergrads in nearby Moscow, Idaho.

A search of his office in the school’s department of criminal justice and criminology turned up nothing, according to the filings, but police found hair samples, fabric with dark red stains, and a single black glove and other evidence at his apartment. . .

In the newly unveiled filings, investigators described previously undisclosed evidence they were seeking, including blood, DNA, shoes with diamond-pattern soles and “data compilations” of information about the victims and the King Road house where they were killed. . .

The warrants allege that Kohberger pre-planned the ambush and had studied other murders and how to avoid detection as part of his preparations.

Gay Couple Allegedly Pimped Out, Made Child Porn With Adopted Children: Investigation

A shocking investigation has reportedly uncovered disturbing new details about a gay activist couple in Georgia who are charged with raping their adopted sons and pimping them out to a local “LGBTQ pedophile ring.”

A months-long Townhall investigation published Tuesday viewed recorded jailhouse calls and new court documents and spoke exclusively to a family member, revealing that the alleged sexual abuse went much deeper than previously reported. The investigation will have three more installments, Townhall said.

The married couple, William Dale Zulock Jr., 33, a government worker, and his husband Zachary Jacoby Zulock, 35, a banker, were arrested last summer on charges of sodomizing their two elementary-aged sons and prostituting the children. . .

According to the 17-count indictment, the two men allegedly performed oral sex on both their adoptive sons, forced the boys to perform oral sex on them, and raped their sons anally. At least once, the older boy was allegedly injured from the anal rape. . .

The Zulocks have been a prominent presence in the gay activism scene. In 2014, they marched in Atlanta’s Pride parade, and Out magazine, a well-known LGBTQ publication, has repeatedly asked to feature their photos on its website. Why Did NBC Censor an NFL Player Holding up Christian Jewelry?

Saturday night’s NFL playoff game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Chargers was one for the ages. The Jaguars completed one of the biggest comebacks in NFL history, overcoming a 27-0 deficit and winning the game on a last-second field goal by kicker Riley Patterson.

Jaguars kicker Riley Patterson held up his cross necklace for the camera after kicking the game winner.

Before the kick, Patterson pulled out a cross he was wearing around his neck and kissed it. After his game-winning boot, while celebrating, Patterson held up the cross in what appeared to be his way of giving thanks to God. Yet, as soon as he did this, NBC purposely seemed to cut away from Patterson holding up the cross.

Based on the sequence of events and the many cameras that refused to show Patterson holding up his cross, this appeared to occur on purpose. It would be a logical conclusion to anyone who watched the kick live. The entire incident was trending on Twitter Saturday night, with many people noticing that NBC cut away from Patterson as soon as he held up his cross.

This was a stark contrast from when network cameras focused intensely on NFL players kneeling for the anthem a few years back. NBC had every opportunity to show Patterson, but each time they tried to cut to him after the kick, he was holding up his cross, and cameras almost immediately cut away before it appeared on television.

Over 5,000 Babies Saved From Abortion in August 2022, State Report Confirms

A new report reveals abortions in Texas plummeted in August 2022, showing 0 legal elective abortions committed and 3 medically necessary abortions legally performed to save the life of the mother. A year ago in the same month, there were 5,706 lives taken by elective abortion.

Texas law allows abortion when the life of a mother is jeopardized by her pregnancy:

“Medical emergency” means a life-threatening physical condition aggravated by, caused by, or arising from a pregnancy that, as certified by a physician, places the woman in danger of death or a serious risk of substantial impairment of a major bodily function unless an abortion is performed.

Advancements in medical technology have greatly reduced the situations where both mother and child are at risk, but in rare and heartbreaking circumstances, a woman’s pregnancy can endanger her life. The death of the child is an indirect result of a life-saving intervention for the mother. We mourn the loss of the three children who tragically could not be saved last year but are grateful the doctors rightly protected the mothers rather than losing both precious lives. Court Orders Removal of Virgin Mary Statue

A French court ordered on Friday the removal of a statue of the Virgin Mary from a small town on the grounds that its display violates the separation of church and state.

The court’s order ended four decades of the statue’s display at a crossroads in La Flotte, France, a town of about 2,800 people, according to Agence France Presse (AFP). A local family originally erected the statue after World War II in gratitude for a father and son’s safe return from the war, the outlet reported. A private garden first housed the statue, until the family gifted it to the town and saw its placement at the crossroads in 1983.

The statue sustained damage after it was struck by a passing car in 2020, the outlet noted. Its restoration included the addition of a platform, a move which drew the attention of of an organization that advocates for the defense of secularity. Taking Someone Under 19 to a Drag Show Would Be a Misdemeanor Under Proposed Bill

Multiple Nebraska state GOP lawmakers are backing a measure that would prohibit people younger than 19 from attending drag shows and people younger than 21 from attending such performances at any location where alcohol is served — the measure lays out consequences for businesses and adults who violate the age rules by allowing young people to attend drag shows.

“No individual under nineteen years of age shall be present at a drag show. Any person nineteen years of age or older who knowingly brings an individual under nineteen years of age to a drag show shall be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor,” the bill states. “No individual under twenty-one years of age shall be present at a drag show if alcoholic liquor is being served at such location.”

The measure goes on to stipulate that any companies, establishments, or nonprofits that hold a drag performance and run afoul of the age limit rules will get slapped with a whopping $10,000 fine for every violation.

Report: Vasectomies in High Demand Following Roe v. Wade Reversal

Doctors say they are seeing a “drastic increase in vasectomies” following the Supreme Court’s decision to overrule Roe v. Wade and return the issue of abortion back to the states, Yahoo News reported on Thursday.

“There was an increase of basically 100 percent in the number of vasectomies from the moment Roe v. Wade was overturned,” Dr. Esgar Guarin, the co-founder of SimpleVas Medical Clinic, told the outlet.

Guarin, who is a doctor trained in maternal, child, and “reproductive health” in Des Moines, Iowa, said that his office signed up 50 percent of the patients that they would normally have for vasectomies in a month “within only 48 hours” of the high court’s decision on June 24, 2022. The report noted that typically, around 500,000 vasectomies are performed every year in the United States as a form of “permanent birth control for men.”

Planned Parenthood’s office in St. Louis has also noticed an increase in vasectomies, telling Live Action in November of 2022 that the pro-abortion organization has “seen an increasing number of male-bodied people coming and requesting this service.” (Read more from “Report: Vasectomies in High Demand Following Roe v. Disturbed Doctor Who Euthanized 400 People Brags She Helped Kill Man Deemed Unfit for Assisted Suicide

A doctor who has reportedly euthanized more than 400 people proudly claims she helped end the life of a man originally considered unfit for assisted suicide.

Ellen Wiebe, who works with Dying With Dignity Canada, reportedly bragged at a seminar for physicians involved in assisted suicide about how she treated a patient who was ineligible for the macabre service. The unnamed man had previously been rejected by a Medical Assistance In Dying (MAID) assessor because he did not have a serious illness or “the capacity to make informed decisions about his own personal health” However, the man eventually found Wiebe, who reportedly cleared him and euthanized him in Vancouver.

“It’s the most rewarding work we’ve ever done,” Wiebe said during a 2020 MAID event in a video that has since made waves online, The New Atlantic reported. Meanwhile, Stefanie Green, an obstetrician and colleague of Wiebe, also admitted that she’d helped 300 people die in the controversial program. She reportedly used the term “deliveries” to describe both helping women give birth and helping people end their lives.

According to records, only 486 people died from California’s assisted suicide program in 2021, but 10,064 died from MAID. The program has reportedly become so popular that there are both anti-suicide and pro-suicide hotlines in Canada for people who want to kill themselves. MAID has come under further scrutiny for claims that people are now seeking assisted suicide because of poverty and homelessness or mental anguish – rather than terminally ill people seeking a painless death. Such cases were reportedly highlighted in a 2021 presentation by Althea Gibb-Carsley, a recently retired care coordinator and social worker for Vancouver Coastal Health’s assisted suicide program, MAID. She described a 55-year-old patient named Mary who suffered from chronic pain and was unable to relieve the pain because of her low income. “She does not want to die, but she’s suffering terribly and she’s been maxing out her credit cards. She has no other options,” the presentation said.

Gibb-Carsley also cited a similar situation with 68-year-old Nancy, a former doctor who ran out of savings, and with 57-year-old Greg, a writer who suffers from trauma and lacks funds for housing. Another case highlighted was that of a 38-year-old trans woman named Lucy who suffered from chronic pain and felt trapped in her studio apartment where there was “no air or light and creepy men all around.” It is unclear, however, whether any of the above cases were ever approved for assisted suicide.
