After Aborting Nearly a Half-Billion Children, Communist China Seeks to Boost Birth Rate

Owing to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) one-child policy, implemented in 1980, as well as to other correlated factors such as a decrease in the number of women of childbearing age and declining fertility, China faces a demographic crisis. The CCP is now, as a result, trying to reverse the damage its past policies have done.

Whereas in 1950, a year after the communists formally took power, China’s fertility rate was 5.29, it now stands at 1.16. In other words, as of 2021, there were only 7.5 births per 1,000 people. Fewer than 10 million births are expected in 2022, down from an already historic low of 10.62 million last year.

Reuters reported that this fertility rate is far below the 2.1 Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development standard for a stable population and constitutes one of the lowest in the world. The 2.1 figure is considered the standard because it reflects the average number of children required per woman for each generation to replace itself without a considerable influx of immigrants. The fertility rate for the U.S. in 2021 was 1.78.

In addition to discouraging abortion, the communist regime is now introducing financial and institutional support measures for prospective parents. These measures involve tax, housing, employment, and education aids as well as lowered kindergarten enrollment ages. CPS Worker Fired After Allegedly Telling 14-Year-Old Girl to Become a Prostitute

A Texas Child Protective Services employee lost her job after allegedly telling a 14-year-old girl to become a prostitute.

Keisha Bazley, a Texas mother of nine who turned to CPS to help with her 14-year-old daughter, told FOX 26 Houston that her child was running away and causing trouble at school, prompting her to call in family services.

“My daughter told me that the worker had been telling her she should do these things, so she said she decided to video her,” Bazley said.

CPS is housing the girl at a hotel, just like dozens of other foster kids in Harris County.

Nationwide Sex Trafficking Operation Rescues 141 Adults and 121 Minors

FBI agents and local authorities rescued 141 adult victims of human trafficking, 84 minor victims of child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, and have identified 37 actively missing children during a two-week nationwide operation in August dubbed “Operation Cross Country.”

The average age of victims in similar operations is approximately 15 years old, while authorities said the youngest victim discovered during this operation was 11 years old.

“Human trafficking is among the most heinous crimes the FBI encounters,” FBI Director Christopher Wray said in a statement. “Unfortunately, such crimes—against both adults and children—are far more common than most people realize.”

Federal officials arrested 85 suspects of child sexual exploitation and human trafficking offenses as part of Operation Cross Country, which conducted 391 operations over two weeks. Teams included in the operation consist of FBI special agents, intelligence analysts, victim specialists, and child adolescent forensic interviewers working with 200 local, state, and federal partners.

Some Schools Won’t Tell Parents When Their Kids Express Gender Confusion. Experts Say That’s Illegal.

Public schools nationwide are telling students they can assume different pronouns, have access to another sex’s bathroom, and change their name without letting their parents know, a violation of federal law legal experts tell the Washington Free Beacon.

Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia bar teachers from “outing” transgender students to parents, as do Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland. These increasingly common policies are meant to guard students against parents who, according to Fairfax County schools, “may not yet be supportive of their child’s transition.” But according to Vernadette Broyles, they also violate parents’ right to privacy as codified in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974.

“Privacy rights are held by the parents for the child, not by the child against their parents,” Broyles, president and founder of the Child and Parental Rights Campaign, told the Free Beacon. Broyles says Fairfax and Montgomery school officials are “attempting to usurp parental authority,” which is protected by the 14th Amendment. She called the schools’ policies “intentional obfuscation, driving a wedge between children and parents at a time when children need their parents most.” Three other attorneys involved in similar cases cited the same violations of the Constitution and federal law in support of parents’ rights.

The news comes as parents nationwide are filing lawsuits against school districts over the issue. Parents Defending Education, a conservative grassroots group, announced last week it was suing an Iowa school district for refusing to disclose a child’s transgender status without their permission. The district keeps “temporary” files for students’ gender support plans, allowing them to skirt official records requests from parents. Similarly, the Maryland and Virginia school districts instruct their employees to refrain from mentioning a child’s chosen gender identity on school forms or in emails where it could become public. Mother, Daughter Charged in Horrific Illegal Abortion Case. But the Media Mislead to Push Pro-abortion Angle.

Media outlets are sounding the alarm after Facebook allegedly handed over data to law enforcement resulting in a teenager and her mother being criminally charged for an abortion.

But the headlines misleadingly suggest the teenager is being unfairly prosecuted. . .

But the truth is the data was evidence investigators requested as they investigated a Nebraska mother and her teenage daughter, who now face multiple criminal charges after they allegedly conducted an illegal abortion, burning and burying the unborn child.

According to the Lincoln Journal Star, a Norfolk, Nebraska, police detective began investigating in April after receiving a tip that then-17-year-old Celeste Burgess, who is now 18 years old, had miscarried a pregnancy and that she and her mother, 41-year-old Jessica Burgess, disposed of the unborn child’s body.

When the detective obtained the teenager’s medical records, he learned she had been pregnant nearly six months and was expected to deliver the child in early July. When he interviewed her, she claimed that she had unexpectedly given birth to a stillborn child while in the shower. Camera Catches Wife Allegedly Spiking Husband’s Drink With Cleaning Product

A California radiologist says he has video evidence of his wife, a dermatologist, spiking his drinks with dangerous household chemicals on multiple occasions – after he developed internal injuries and hid cameras in their kitchen.

Irvine police arrested 45-year-old dermatologist Dr. Yue Yu, who also goes by Emily, last week on suspicion of poisoning. She has not yet been formally charged, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Dr. Jack Chen, her 53-year-old husband, filed for an order of protection Friday,

“I am fearful of being in the same home and in the presence of respondent due to respondent’s recorded attempts to poison me with Drano,” Chen’s request for a domestic violence restraining order reads.

Defense Attorney Charged With Pressuring Clients Into Sex

A defense attorney targeted vulnerable clients and pressured them into having sex in exchange for legal work, the Pennsylvania attorney general’s office said Monday.

Corey J. Kolcharno is charged with four counts of promoting prostitution after an investigation found he sexually exploited clients, tethering “his performance as their counsel to a demand for sexual services from them or in exchange for payment,” police wrote in an affidavit.

Kolcharno — a former Lackawanna County prosecutor — was arraigned Monday and released on $20,000 unsecured bail. A statement issued by his attorney said Kolcharno “has made a conscious decision to accept responsibility.” Kolcharno told reporters he intended to give up his law license.

According to state police, Kolcharno targeted women who struggled with addiction, had been sexually abused or had financial problems. At first he requested nude photos or worn underwear, then escalated his predatory behavior into a demand for sex in exchange for legal services, authorities said. Lefty Teacher Excuses Heinous Sex Crimes Committed by Gay Couple

A gay couple got arrested for producing a child porn freak show with their adopted children[.]

“I would look at where the boys were coming from,” wrote Kelly on Twitter.

“Maybe their birth families were worse in their physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological abuse. The boys could have been better off with loving sexual relationships. (Main problem is when they grow up and want romance,” she added.

Excuse me, lady? You think the “main problem” is the pursuit of romance in these kids’ latter days. Also, I’m pretty sure child porn and sexual molestation are the apex of abuse in all those areas—psychological, spiritual, emotional, and physical—you just listed. Scandal-Plagued ‘Non-Binary’ Actor Charged With Felony Burglary

“Fantastic Beasts” actor Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, over several bottles of alcohol that were allegedly taken from a home that was unoccupied at the time.

According to a report from the Vermont State Police, the alleged burglary was reported just before 6 p.m. on May 1, 2022, and police opened an investigation into the complaint.

Upon reviewing the evidence — which included surveillance video and witness statements — police said that they believed they had probable cause to charge Miller, 29, with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.

Police were finally able to locate Miller on Sunday, August 7, just before midnight — at which point they issued a citation ordering the embattled “The Flash” actor to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 for arraignment on the charge.

Miller has been in the news recently for a number of other issues, including allegations that led to two arrests in Hawaii earlier this year — one for disorderly conduct and harassment and another for second-degree assault. Miller also faces several abuse allegations — one woman claims that he choked her in a bar in Iceland and a woman in Berlin claimed that the actor harassed and insulted her after she said they could not smoke in her apartment. Woman, 80, Banned From City Pool for Refusing to Shower or Change in Front of a Man

She was startled by the voice of a man while she was in the shower.

Rinsing off after her usual laps at the Port Townsend, Washington community pool, Julie Jaman, a pillar of her community and mother of two adult daughters, heard a man talking.

Poking her head out of the plastic sheet between herself and the man, she saw him wearing a women’s swimsuit, supervising little girls as they stripped off their own swimsuits to pee.

“Do you have a penis?” She asked him.

Naive, unassuming, unversed in the new religion of Genderism, unaware that wokeness has quietly abolished all privacy rights for women and girls in Washington, Julie had unwittingly invoked the righteous wrath of a new American priest class. “None of your business,” the man replied. His name, she would later learn, is Clementine.

“You need to leave,” she said, thinking of herself as well as the girls.

Rowen DeLuna, a young female staffer, was nearby. Instead of defusing the situation, however, she immediately escalated it, accusing Julie of disrespecting YMCA values.

Moments later in the lobby, Julie was informed that that police were on the way to arrest her, presumably for proper reeducation in the new politics of “gender identity.”

She left instead, stopping at the town’s tiny police station next door to check in. It was only when she talked to the regional YMCA director on the phone later that day that Julie learned the staff had put words in her mouth: “You are going to use your penis to f**k those little girls.”

“I am an 80 year-old woman and I do not talk like that,” Julie responded. In retrospect, she says “there was something amiss in the integrity of the staff.” No charges have been filed against her.
