SCOTUS Makes Big Decision On Vaccine Mandates For Navy SEALs

The Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration Friday over Navy SEALs fighting the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

The court blocked a lower court’s ruling, which had prohibited the Pentagon from changing the military assignments of unvaccinated SEALs. Six of the nine justices on the court ruled that the Commander-in-Chief, not a judge, is ultimately in charge of the armed forces.

Texas U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor ruled in January not only that the Navy must grant religious exemptions to the vaccine mandate to those who request them, but that commanders could not alter the assignments of troops based on their vaccination status. Friday, the Supreme Court put that order on hold, with dissents from Justices Gorsuch, Alito and Thomas. Alito wrote in a dissent separate from the others that the troops suing seemed to have been treated “shabbily” by the Navy, which denied their requests for religious accommodations to the vaccine mandate. Why Aren’t The FDA And CDC Informing The Public About Documented Adverse Events After mRNA Injections?

Properly evaluating any kind of drug safety — let alone that of presidentially mandated vaccines— involves carefully examining all of the available data. While Americans still haven’t been given full access to the full Pfizer “Comirnaty” license application, we do have access to the Food and Drug Administration’s medical officer review.

This comparatively spartan 107-page FDA review document purportedly contained everything the FDA believed was important to release to the public from the original Pfizer application of 329,000 pages. The FDA review conspicuously notes “clinically important serious adverse reactions [included] anaphylaxis and myocarditis/pericarditis”— that is, severe allergic reactions and inflammation of the heart and or the sac containing the heart, respectively.

Likewise, Moderna’s “Spikevax” vaccine was given its Emergency Use Authorization in late 2020, and was fully approved by the FDA on January 31, 2022. Following approximately a month of time to redact its review from “trade secrets,” the FDA released an even leaner 30-page review. Like the Pfizer vaccine, there were clear indications of myocarditis and pericarditis in the initial study, demonstrating the potential for risk going forward.

Specifically, the review states: “post-authorization safety surveillance has identified serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis, particularly within 7 days following the second dose of Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. The observed risk is higher in males under 40 years of age than among females and older males. The observed risk is highest in males 18 through 24 years of age… An increased risk for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) has been identified following administration of adenovirus-vectored COVID-19 vaccines.”

Bottom line: The FDA, Centers for Disease Control, Pfizer, and Moderna knew about myocarditis and pericarditis risks from the mRNA vaccines since day one, yet made no formal warnings to Americans in the form of recommending labeling changes or any other warnings, such as letters to warn physicians, pharmacists, or the American public. Poll: Majority Support Trump In GOP Primary

A majority of Republicans say they would support former President Donald Trump in the 2024 GOP primary, according to a Politico/Morning Consult poll.

The survey asked respondents, “If the 2024 Republican presidential primary were being held today, for whom would you vote?”

A majority, 54 percent, said they would support Trump, and no other candidate came close. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), who has shown no indication of running for president, follows in a distant second with 14 percent support.

Former Vice President Mike Pence placed third with ten percent support, followed by former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley (8 percent), Rep. Liz Cheney (8 percent), and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX):

Majority Of Florida *Democrats* Support GOP ‘Parental Rights’ Bill

A new poll shows that Florida Democrat voters support the Republican Legislature’s “Parental Rights in Education” bill, despite a campaign from the radical left to falsely label it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill.

The bill, which passed the Florida House in early March, would order that a “school district may not encourage classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in primary grade levels or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students.” Despite the outcry from Democrats and journalists, the bill does not mention “gay” or any specific sexuality.

NBC News reporter Marc Caputo drew attention to a poll in a Twitter thread on Thursday from Floridians for Economic Advancement, which found that Florida Democrat primary voters support the bill 52 percent to 36 percent. The survey structured its question similarly to how the actual bill is written, asking respondents: “Should students in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade be taught about sexual orientation in the classroom by their teachers?”

Caputo posted a slide from the poll, which was originally covered in a Florida Politics article — though Caputo called out the publication for omitting the question about the bill from its story.

“Poll shows FL DEMOCRATIC primary voters support the GOP Legislature’s “Parental Rights”/LGBT education bill by 52-36%. FL Capitol Dems opposed it & made it a top messaging priority. (This is unmentioned for some reason in the story I QTd. This poll jibes w/others I’ve seen),” he wrote.

Ilhan Omar: Impeach Clarence Thomas Because Of Wife’s Texts

Seizing on a Washington Post story by Bob Woodward and Robert Acosta, Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., has joined calls by her progressive allies for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to resign or be impeached.

The Post story follows a New Yorker report in February contending the political activism of Thomas’ wife – Virginia “Ginni” Thomas – poses a conflict of interest. Titled “Virginia Thomas urged White House chief to pursue unrelenting efforts to overturn the 2020 election, texts show,” the Post story is built on the assumption that Donald Trump had no justification for raising concerns about vote fraud and that he was not pursuing the constitutional process to validate the presidential vote.

Omar on Friday was commenting on a tweet by progressive podcaster Brian Tyler Cohen noting Clarence Thomas was the only no vote in an 8-1 decision to allow the release of documents related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot showing plans to order the military to seize voting machines.

“Clarence Thomas needs to be impeached,” Omar wrote.

Featuring leaked texts obtained by the House Select Committee probing Jan. 6, Woodward and Acosta write that Virginia Thomas “repeatedly pressed White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to pursue unrelenting efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in a series of urgent text exchanges in the critical weeks after the vote.”

Jill Biden Invites Congressional Spouses To White House, Sets Nasty Rules For The Unvaxxed

. . .Erika Donalds, wife to freshman Florida Congressman Byron Donalds, a pro-Trump, staunchly conservative Republican, tweeted a screenshot of the first lady’s COVID-19 guidelines for the event, and they’re even more arbitrary and discriminatory than you might expect.

“First Lady Jill Biden was kind enough to invite me & the other Congressional spouses to a reception at the White House,” Mrs. Donalds tweeted. “I just have to take a COVID test, & as an unvaccinated person (with natural immunity) I won’t be allowed to eat, drink, or talk to anyone. Should be a blast!”

The screenshot of the purported invitation email stipulated that “Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask on the White House grounds. Shocking Data Shows School Closures Caused Severe Learning Loss For Children

Children have been the lowest-risk group affected by Covid-19, but have arguably suffered the most under Covid-19 policies imposed on them by hysteric adults. A recent joint report by the World Bank, UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), and UNICEF (the United Nations Children’s Fund), presents some shocking data on how much learning loss children worldwide have suffered in the last two years due to school closures.

In March 2020, as the virus spread worldwide, fear and uncertainty led many governments to shut down schools to “slow the spread.” Only a few countries, including Taiwan, Nicaragua, and Sweden, decided not to close their schools. By April, UNESCO estimated that about 1.5 billion children worldwide had been forced to stay home due to school closure, and their regular education was disrupted.

Some did remote learning from home, but kids from disadvantaged backgrounds often didn’t get much online learning due to home instability, the low quality of online learning compared to in-person instruction, the lack of a computer, lack of a stable internet connection, lack of electricity, and lack of caregiver support. . .

Students in São Paulo, Brazil “learned only 28 percent of what they would have in face-to-face classes, and the risk of dropout increased more than threefold.” In rural Karnataka, India, “the share of grade three students in government schools able to perform simple subtraction fell from 24 percent in 2018 to only 16 percent in 2020.”

Even in a developed nation such as the United States, youth face devastating learning loss. Startling Data Reveals How Many People Have Fled NYC During The Pandemic

The Big Apple’s population has been hollowed out during the COVID-19 pandemic — with Manhattan suffering the biggest population decline among all US counties, according to grim census data released Thursday.

New York County saw its population plunge by 110,958 or 6.9% between July 2020 and July 2021 — coinciding with the coronavirus pandemic.

New York City accounted for four of the top US counties with population losses.

Hudson County in neighboring New Jersey also landed in the top 10, which means the NY metropolitan region accounted for five of the top 10 counties with population losses.

‘Went Woke’: Trump Rescinds Endorsement For US Senate Candidate

Representative Mo Brooks of Alabama is running this year in Alabama’s Senate primary.

At first he had the endorsement of former President Donald Trump, but Trump has just withdrawn his endorsement, CNN reported.

Trump claimed that Brooks has become “woke” in a statement he released Wednesday.

Trump Sues Hillary Clinton For False ‘Russia Collusion’ Claims

While criminal counts may never develop against some of the highest-profile Democrats involved in their scandalous creation of the “Russian collusion” conspiracy theory against then-candidate and later President Donald Trump, it could be that a civil lawsuit by Trump against Hillary Clinton over the issue could result in a lot of answers.

Already, declassified documents have confirmed that then-CIA Director John Brennan, back when Barack Obama was in the White House, briefed him on Hillary Clinton’s purported plan to tie Donald Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.”

Fox News confirmed that the revelations came from documents declassified under President Trump, by Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. . .

Now Just the News revealed that Trump on Thursday filed a civil lawsuit against Clinton and several other Democrats alleging “they attempted to rig the 2016 presidential election by creating a false narrative that tied his campaign to Russia.”

“Acting in concert, the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” said the lawsuit, which besides Clinton names, the DNC, Perkins Coie, Michael Sussman, Marc Elias, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Jake Sullivan, John Podesta, Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson, Nellie Ohr, Bruce Ohr, Christopher Steele, Igor Danchenko, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith, Andrew McCabe and others.
