2021: Highest Number of Police Shot and Killed in US History

This year has seen the highest number of law enforcement officers shot and killed ever — and there is still a month to go.

The Fraternal Order of Police today revealed that 58 police have been gunned down, 314 officers have been shot, and ambushes have jumped 126%.

The grim figures come as crime is surging around the nation but receiving little attention from Washington or the White House other than continued debates about funding or defunding police departments.

Twitter Implements New Rule So It Can Selectively Ban Memes, Mockery of Democrats

Twitter announced a new set of rules on Tuesday that effectively bans the dissemination of memes and the mockery of public figures.

The changes come one day after Twitter co-founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey resigned to usher in a new era under free-speech foe and new CEO Parag Agrawal, who, while he served as Twitter’s chief technology officer, expressed disregard for the First Amendment.

Under the new Twitter policy, photos of public figures will be subject to removal based on the censorship platform’s desires.

“This policy is not applicable to media featuring public figures or individuals when media and accompanying Tweet text are shared in the public interest or add value to public discourse,” the policy states. “However, if the purpose of the dissemination of private images of public figures or individuals who are part of public conversations is to harass, intimidate, or use fear to silence them, we may remove the content in line with our policy against abusive behavior.”

Twitter clarified that exceptions would be made for content that — you guessed it — corrupt left-wing corporate media outlets deem acceptable.

Bidenflation: Prices for One of America’s Favorite Drinks Explode to 10-Year Highs That Could Last for Years

Coffee prices soared to a 10-year high on Monday, with experts projecting the high costs to last well into 2023, CNBC reported.

Coffee contracts for December hit $2.34 per pound at the end of Monday’s trading day, CNBC reported. Coffee futures on the New York Intercontinental Exchange soared to $2.46 on Thursday, recording the highest price since 2011.

Additionally, the International Coffee Association’s benchmark price reached $2.07 per pound Friday, surging 85% from the same date in 2020, according to CNBC.

Over the last 12 months, conditions created a “perfect storm” to drive up the price of coffee beans, especially poor weather in prominent growing regions, Ole Hansen, head of commodity strategy at Saxo Bank, told CNBC.

“The question for future price action is how much of these developments are potentially longer-lasting,” Hansen said. “I think we need to focus on what’s been unfolding in Brazil this year, where we’ve had a generational low in temperatures, a very quick spell of frost which hit some of the growing areas, and we’ve had a period of drought — this has left the 2022 crop in a bit of a precarious state,” he said. By New York Post. A woman who says she was sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein testified on Tuesday that Ghislaine Maxwell helped lure her into his orbit when she was just 14 and described how the depraved duo were “giggling” when they first molested her together.

The alleged victim, an actress identified by the pseudonym “Jane” in court, said she was at Epstein’s Palm Beach, Florida, mansion in 1994 when the pedophile and his accused madam led her upstairs to his bedroom, moved her over to the bed and “took their clothes off.”

“They started to sort of like fondle each other,” she said, adding that they were “casually giggling” as she stood there.

“He asked me to take my top off,” the witness continued. “Then there were hands everywhere and Jeffrey proceeded to masturbate again. And Ghislaine was like rubbing on him, kissing on him.”

Epstein’s Former Pilot Testifies Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Prince Andrew Flew Aboard Epstein’s Private Plane

By CNN. Jeffrey Epstein’s former pilot testified in Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex trafficking trial Tuesday that a who’s who of powerful men, including former Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, flew aboard Epstein’s private plane.

The pilot, Larry Visoski, said he would typically be given notice if Clinton or high-profile passengers like him would be flying.

He recalled renowned violinist Itzhak Perlman flew to Michigan with Epstein for the Interlochen Center for the Arts summer camp. He said he remembered Prince Andrew, Maine Sen. George Mitchell, Ohio Sen. John Glenn and actor Kevin Spacey on flights.

He also said he’d fly Epstein to Columbus, Ohio, where Epstein also had property, to see billionaire businessman Les Wexner. Epstein referred to Wexner as his client but Visoski said he believed them to be friends as well. Ghislaine Maxwell Was Part of Epstein Orgies, Says First Accuser in Trial

By Fox News. An alleged victim of Ghislaine Maxwell took the stand this Tuesday to say that Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused her several times when she was as young as 14 years old and that some of the times one or more women participated.

Questioned about who took part more frequently, “Jane” answered: “Ghislaine Maxwell,” adding that the defendant would also touch her at times, “mainly” her “breasts.” . . .

As a survivor of sexual assault, the woman is testifying under the pseudonym “Jane.” She is one of the “minor victims” in the government’s case and the first of four women to take the stand. “Jane” is a former model, singer and soap opera actress.

“Jane” recalled meeting Maxwell and Epstein in 1994 at the age of 14 at Interlochen Summer Arts Camp, a prestigious arts academy in Michigan. The accuser said her father had recently died from leukemia and that afterwards, the family went into bankruptcy. The pair approached her at camp and realized that she also lived in Palm Beach, Florida. They asked for her mother’s phone number and later would invite them both to Epstein’s Palm Beach house.

The victim started interacting with the pair by herself on several occasions at Epstein’s residences in Florida, New Mexico and New York throughout several years, including when the victim was between 14 and 16 years old. Once Again Hypocrite Pelosi Personifies ’Rules for Thee, but Not for Me’

Photos granted exclusively to Breitbart News show Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi going maskless at a crowded indoor event, just a day after President Biden urged all Americans to once again start wearing masks indoors.

The photos appear to show Pelosi at a D.C. party hosted by the California State Society earlier this evening with guests surrounding Pelosi, including a child, wearing masks — but Pelosi’s is nowhere to be seen.

The event reportedly took place at the Museum of American History. Tickets for the event state that all attendees over the age of two are required to wear masks.

Drew Hammill, an official in Pelosi’s office, did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

CNN Finally Acts: Network Indefinitely Suspends Chris Cuomo Over Damning AG Documents

CNN “indefinitely” suspended host Chris Cuomo on Tuesday over his secret role in trying to defend his brother, then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, from the sexual harassment allegations that forced him from office — and for using his journalistic resources to aid that effort.

The move came a day after state Attorney General Letitia James released a trove of subpoenaed records that include texts showing the “Cuomo Prime Time” star agreed to contact news industry “sources” for advance information on damaging reports regarding his older brother.

In a prepared statement, CNN said the material “shed new light on Chris Cuomo’s involvement in his brother’s defense.”

“The documents, which we were not privy to before their public release, raise serious questions,” the network said.

“When Chris admitted to us that he had offered advice to his brother’s staff, he broke our rules and we acknowledged that publicly. Man Forced to Get Vaccine to Receive Transplant Dies After COVID Shot

A 49-year-old Texas man who was forced to be vaccinated to remain on a lung-transplant list died after receiving a second shot of the Moderna vaccine.

Bobby Bolin’s widow, Amy Bolin, said that after his second Moderna shot, her husband developed a pulmonary embolism and heart condition and died before he could get new lungs.

“In the medical field, your goal is supposed to be to improve and save people’s lives, and instead you’re giving them one option — you either do this or you can’t get a life-saving transplant,” Amy said in an interview with The Defender, a digital publication of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s organization Children’s Health Defense.

Amy said her husband had recovered from COVID-19, conferring natural immunity, but was left with no choice. Suffering from a rare autoimmune disorder that attacks the lungs, COPA syndrome, his medical team required him to be vaccinated to get transplants. . .

Bobby Bolin’s health deteriorated rapidly after receiving his second Moderna shot on April 17, developing a heart condition characterized by an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, chest pain and extreme fatigue. States Threaten to Pull $600 Billion From Banks That Won’t Give Equal Service to Energy Industry

Fifteen state financial officers sent a letter to U.S. banks last week noting $600 billion in assets they pledge to take elsewhere if the financial institutions embrace corporate wokeism and prohibit financing to the fossil fuel industry.

Led by West Virginia Republican Treasurer Riley Moore, the group promised “collective action” in the form of an “economic boycott.”

“Just as each state represented in this letter is unique in its governing laws and economy, our actions will take different forms,” they wrote in the letter obtained by The Federalist. “However, the overarching objective of our actions will be the same – to protect our states’ economies, jobs, and energy independence from these unwarranted attacks on our critical industries.”

Signatories to the letter putting banks on notice include chief financial officers from Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Alabama, Texas and Kentucky, in addition to West Virginia.

Federal Judge Blocks COVID Vaccine Mandate for Health Care Workers Nationwide

Now, that’s been expanded nationwide as a district judge in Louisiana decided to pump the brakes on this completely. If Biden wants his vaccine mandate, he’ll have to get it passed through Congress (via Lafayette Daily Advertiser):

A Louisiana U.S. district judge blocked a federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers Tuesday, issuing a nationwide injunction in another setback to President Joe Biden’s effort to require wide segments of the population to be vaccinated.

Louisiana Western District U.S. Judge Terry Doughty’s decision follows an identical ruling Monday from Missouri U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp, but Schelp’s decision only covered 10 states.

Doughty ruled on the lawsuit led by Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and joined by 13 other states, but Doughty added a nationwide injunction in his ruling.

College Swimmer Who Competed as Man Now Dominating Women’s Category After Identifying as Female

A University of Pennsylvania swimmer who competed as a man for three years is now dominating the women’s category after identifying as female.

Will Thomas competed as a man for the University of Pennsylvania as a Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior, earning a few wins and spots in tournaments. However, after taking a year off to transition, Thomas returned to U Penn’s team as a female swimmer named Lia and has been racking up far more top finishes than before.

According to Swim Swam, Thomas has come in and “blasted the number one 200 free time and the second-fastest 500 free time in the nation on Saturday, breaking Penn program records in both events.” The site added that Thomas “swept” the free individual events and helped earn first-place in the 400 free relay.
